Easy to use, good customer services, very affordable!

Beyond menu is by far the best online restaurant app with their fast phone call pick ups and no waiting. They are friendly and get to the point with always being helpful. They’re always on it which makes this company a winner! Beyond menu owner app here DOES have the edit menu and business owner edit that you just need to look carefully for. I found all that on my own with this app without the need to call them. So if any of you owners cannot find the edit menu part, look closer more carefully. Read it all. It’s all there. If I can find it, you all should be able to find it too and edit. I have and do. This company beats other online apps big time. Other online apps are so horrible with so many things. more

Like the old version better. We can deactivate and modify menu. This new version is very restricted.

My client’s restaurant operates throughout the pandemic, but her google profile is shown as no dine-in. Thanks to all who posted their experience here. All the claims confirm my suspicion. I don’t understand how Google will even verified them as the rightful owner of a restaurant. Maybe their delivery man took the Google postcard while they are at our shop? The “no dine-in” is really a smart move because it drives all the customers to their business. Except it costs us a toll. Customers seem to have long remember that we remained close.... now it is extra difficult to get them back. Their charges are low comparing to many competitors. But to claim a listing you don’t own and actually change the status to no dine-in is PURE EVIL. more

Beware, their business plan is very shady and dishonest. Beyond Menu hijacks the Google My Business page of restaurants requesting ownership over it. Then after they get control of the page, they replace the restaurant online menu page for their own online ordering platform to generate revenue for them, ALL of this without the knowledge of the owner or manager. They did it against us before and it took my a lot of time and help from google to get our Google My Business page back. Now they are trying to do the same one more time. I wish Google will blacklist Beyond Menu and Kydia Inc from requesting ownership of restaurant they don’t own. Search Google and you will find a lot of complains and information about how they operate. more

This app. Is not good to collect money currently talk to my lawyer now to get my money back . Be careful

They should follow other apps and allow you to have a “busy” mode or to turn off ordering easily (if you’re too busy at the moment). They also need to have a phone number verification for customers so that restaurants don’t have to deal with fake numbers. Their app seems pretty out of date compared to other services. Recently, their “future order” feature doesn’t show the red bar so you can’t even tell it’s a future order unless you’re paying close attention. more

This company, without my permission, set up a website in the name of my restaurant and claimed my business listing on Google making my listing as a duplicate listing which effectively blocked publishing my own listing which I have already verified with Google. It is a mystery how they did it. I am in the process to regain control of my google listing. more

App was great. They took away ability to give a delivery time estimate. This has resulted in customers complaining on busy nights. It says customers on the edge of our delivery radius will get food in 35 minutes on a busy Friday night. Not gonna happen. more

Spent more than 1 hour successfully uploading menu images only to find them all deleted and completely gone. Now when I go to see the menu images, the menu doesn't appear at all. I have Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it multiple times. Please fix this bug and I will rate the app 5 stars. Thank you. more

Steals google business pages and charges customers by adding menu onto google business page. Takes in customers credit card info. Company from china.

Not able to update anything yourself in the app or online. No contact information via email or chat to correct errors. How this company is googles go-to for restaurant information is beyondMe. Worst. Company. Ever.

Do not partner up with this company. BeyondMenu messes up small restaurants’ Google Business profiles! It did it to my business and it’s making business WORSE.
