    The program doesn’t process all claims correctly. Just had an express scripts co pay they processed as a charge and not a medical expense. You have to monitor your expenses to closely. I have expenses submitted directly from my dentist and eye doc that aren’t getting processed, even when billed by them. This app needs work

    Edit 11/23/20: There are too many different ways to request reimbursement and upload receipts. Options might be a good thing, but for an app like this, there should be one big button for the most common type of reimbursement: 1) reimbursement button, 2) take picture of receipt. Anything else is just complicating what should be an easy process. K.I.S.S. Pushing reimbursement money to a debit card is nasty. Please make an option for auto-bank account transfer in settings.

    I'm not sure what everything is. They switched things around from last year and I have received nothing explaining how it works. I called and was unable to understand the lady I spoke with. Everything says the money will go on my card but I was never issued one. Going to be very mad if I can't get my money so I can pay for my husband's prescriptions.

    Overall this is much easier than the former BASIC interface except the onus is on you to transfer money from their holding account to your own bank. (No thanks on them tracking my non medical spending habits! Too messy keeping eligible FSA purchases separate from “my money”... if it doesn’t auto approve your purchases it seems it’ll be taken out of your reimbursement!) App is very buggy. “Remember me” at sign in won’t remember me. Nothing prompts Apple to save my password, either. Attaching verification results in a green spinning circle. You have to close the app and go back in where it still says Attach Verification but is somehow attached, possibly leading to upload the same item several times (I just had this happen). Each subsequent time it gets +1 step further and then does the green “spinning circle of death”. Lastly, and this is perhaps an issue with BASIC, their approvals are widely inconsistent. I uploaded one proof for a copay and they said OK, uploaded same proof for a second one and they said No, Need More Verification. (Of which I didn’t get an email notification, so the overall notifications are WIDELY inconsistent and untimely. I have to be proactive to monitor reimbursement requests daily.)

    The update to this app is quite disappointing. While it looks nice, nothing is as easily found as in their previous version. If you are able to see details of your past submissions of expenses, I had no luck finding them after searching for several minutes. I also could not find how to submit a receipt/bill either. Myself and my colleagues are all quit unhappy with this update and are unfortunately disappointed on its user-friendliness.

    Worst app system i have ever encountered in my life if there was a negative star rating i would give it a -5 stars my dependants are all wrong my medical information never goes thru you guys should be ashamed of such a poor app and system especially for not covering any expenses in the middle of a pandemic it is late february and i have not been able to use my basic card to pay not even for a deductible or a prescription you guys make me sick

    Nice app, horrible customer service. They refuse to reimburse “my money” for what is clearly a medical hospital procedure with endless verification request. They claim to have paid doctors, but collect notices continue from allegedly paid doctors. Called to customer service waited, only to be put on hold 3 separate occurrence, they answer and say they check into it but then nobody ever returned back to the your call. Waiting on hold for 1 hours, finally hung up. Still nothing resolved and my paycheck contribution continue to roll in. What a scam.

    Easy log in! I was nervous, I usually always have an issue logging in. Creating an account was easy. Reimbursement process was easy and the new card love.

    Your money goes into a debit card. I would rather my money go into my bank account as I do most of my by Bill pay online. I feel like they still have my Money.

    Very confusing has a little arrow at the bottom with "more" that does not stand out enough should just be part of the app when you open it. I liked the old app better

    Nonstop issues and problems. Get an alert to add documentation, I add it and I'm told I need to call because there's a problem. I call...no help because it is Saturday. I notice my prior file has .jpg extensions being added. Try to delete the attachment. Can't find a way to do that. Try to delete the entry. Can't find a way to do that. I really dislike this app.

    This app sucks. Plain and simple. Very inconvenient. Not to mention poor transactions. The last deposit into my account is still pending from December 25th. It is now January 7th. Not worth the trouble

    This new app and system is terrible. Previous app was simple to use and easy to understand. Have had to call 4 different times to get help with this and got the impression a couple of the people I spoke with were having issues with this new system also. Not blaming the ones I talked to, they were all very nice. Thinking next time we have to chose between the FSA or HSA it will be the HSA. Hopefully it will be easier to understand and deal with.

    Horrible app. Sometimes it prompts for biometric login, sometimes not. Sometimes it tells me I have to update the app, but the link it provides takes me to a different app. Sometimes it asks me for the last 4 digits of my SSN before I can login, but then it doesn't log me in anyway. This is where I'm at right now - this app is currently, literally, unusable. (updated app via Play store on Jan 13, 2021).
