Give it a chance
Jul 3, 2015 At first it may seem boring and stupid, but after while you should get the hang of it and start to like it. I mainly like the season. The only thing you may not like is that you only get to play the last inning or 2. You get to save the game each time ( or give it away depending on how well u do ) the last thing is that it doesn't waste a lot of your battery life at all like most other games do. So with that being said, I really recommend this game.more -

Jul 30, 2015 This game can be fun. Pitching can be a challenge, but there is a practice mode for pitching and hitting. Graphics are well-done. What makes it unrealistic, and stupid really, is the fielding. The infield RARELY ever gets a ground ball, outfielders don't move to catch the ball, runners are so slow it's laughable, and worst of all throws bounce before they reach the base (as if adults can't throw hard enough to reach the basemen!). Also, the players have no sense of the game: e.g, if a ball is hit to the shortstop and there's men on first and third with one out, the shortstop will throw to second allowing the third base runner to score. If they fix these aspects of the game, it would be great.more -

There's only one thing that I wish it had my favorite MLB team to Houston Astros but other than that it's great.more -

Jun 17, 2016 This is a really fun and great game its just uts so unrealistic who runs that slow and how do they go from running after the ball in the outfield to just immediately turning around and catching the ball how does that work do they have eyes in the back of their head but the running part is what makes me mad most what kind of baseball player runs that slow they definitely wouldn't be in professional baseball if they ran that slow i would give the game 4.5 star rate but i cant so ill give it a 4more -

Dec 22, 2015 I was reading reviews. They're right. Don't count on you D, they will betray you my 3B couldn't "pick" his nose. 1B is an E machine, too. And all the fielders seem stuck in mud. Oh, just strike 'em all out, by yourself. BTW, the catcher calls pitches for you. He doesn't seem to remember what pitch you throw badly and you can't shake him off, so sometimes I just hit the batter and start the count over. There seems to a fix for all the little problems. THAT may be a good reason to get it. Ya gotta think outside the old box.more

Dumb and Unrealistic
Apr 23, 2019 First off, the mechanics of the game make it hard for new player to pick up on and often struggle hard in early stages when it doesn’t need to be that difficult. Second, the mechanics and logic in the game are horrible. Players in the the game can’t even makes basic throw to a base and the infield rarely makes a realistic play. The logic in the game is horrible as well. The baserunners always run even if it’s a hit in the infield, they run from 2nd to 3rd and automatically get out. It’s almost like the developers are lazy or have never played a inning of actual baseball in their lives.more -
This is the worst game ever
Jun 13, 2015 I hate this game soo much. You can only play two inning and it is basically impossible to get a base hit. You're fielders don't know how to field they get too many errors. Baserunners run about 1mph. One thing I like about this game is the pitching, I would play this game all the time if it was strictly pitching. I have read reviews that say if you get deep into the game, it gets better, but I find it hard to believe. If the game was like baseball superstars '12 and it had a pitching mode, I would play it all the time, I recommend baseball superstars gamesmore -
Hitting a joke once you make AAA
Nov 14, 2015 The game itself is okay. Pitching is relatively easy, and hitting is so-so. The problem is once you reach the AAA level hitting becomes almost impossible. Balls come in so flat that you seemingly have no idea of when you should swing, and even if you feel like you timed it perfect it usually ends of being a weak line drive or moderate groundball. Putting in all this effort only to find out the game is a dud is frustrating and frankly unfair. Don't waste your time.more -

Aug 6, 2020 This game is so trash I go to the championship and my team was winning 2-0 after not being able to hit cause the games hitting mechanics are so bad they tied the series 2-2 and on the 5th we both didn’t score anything and it came out to the computer and how many points it would give us and this game is so rigged it gave that team 4 points while it gave us 0 this game is so bad I recommend not get itmore -

It's seems like the only way you can get a good hit is to use the power up thing. I have grown to like how the games begin at some point in the ninth inning, and while I still feel confused sometimes by which swings result in which type of contact, I can tell that I am intuitively understanding it progressively better.more -

Jun 25, 2019 I found about this game a year ago and it has bad graphics but it’s still a fun game but when the other team is batting they have a starter bat while mine is level three and they hit like a firebat every time while I hit 5 feet. overall a great game and I recommend it and they treat batting and pitching practice like a game like you can see how far you can bat and how many clean pitches you can makemore -
A Perfect "Goldilocks" Game!
Apr 9, 2017 Took me a little while to figure out the game play but once I did I was able to have just enough success the enjoy the game while still experiencing a learning curve. Plus the game gets a little harder with each step up the ladder so it always is a challenge to keep a step ahead. So many games are way too easy or too hard...this is just right!more

If you love baseball you will love this app
Sep 26, 2017 Takes a couple tries to get the feel for pitching, there are a few too many errors at the beginning but as you win games and earn coins and you can up your defense as well as your pitching and your batting. As you advance to A ball then double AA etc. The games get a little tougher, but you will be a better player The games will be more challenging, if you love baseball you'll love this gamemore -

Jun 26, 2016 As with any freemium game, you can play without purchasing, but you'll be here for ages chipping away at an objective. Other than that though, Tagamet is quite fun and very addictive. I've beat through it several times and got ranked quite high, but get over it for a while, delete, remember it, bring it down from the cloud, and start all over. Hence the review!more

I would only get this game with you were very patient. Lastly the way the defense plays when there's a ground ball and man on second is unrealistic. Base running is not very smart or realistic either. That being said, the batting portions are extremely frustrating as I am still making weak contact with the ball. I must be missing something because my opponents seem to have no trouble hitting tons of base hits off my pitching but I can't do jack when it's my turn.more

Jun 2, 2016 The spin is bad. You don't get much of a chance to earn your coins back or win it. Also, in games when you are pitching there should be a pitch selection so the player can choose whatever pitch they want. It is more realistic than just throwing a fastball or a curveball. Just terrible
May 3, 2016 I'd give it 0 stars if i could the only good thing about this game is pitching period. Batting is a total joke if you manage to hit the ball you rarely make it to base. The whole energy concept is just dumb. Like who wants to play a baseball game where you come in at the end of the game and theres already a score established and you have 1 or 2 innings to fix it? Just the worst baseball game i have ever played.more -

This is one of the worst games I’ve ever played because I’ve got players moving forward when they should be going backward, I’ve got invisible pitches when I’m hitting, and when you get to triple a, everything is gone, you have no curve meter, no strike zone, and the one thing that is still there, sluggers who can run as fast as Usain Bolt!!more
What’s Groovy
Give it time, and I think you'll be suprised at this hidden gem of an app. At first, you are not upgraded enough to see how fun it gets. So stick with it, and you'll se that it is an extremely fun baseball app, and by far my favorite one of its type. I just wish they would update it (been 2 years), or made (or are already making) a sequel. Either way, it'd be a great thing if at least one of these two things happens. Anyway - in summary, it is my favorite baseball app, and is one of my favorite apps.

What’s Subpar
Almost every pitch is a strike when hitting and when it goes right down the middle you think you hit it square it ends up a lazy pop up or groundout. Also if there's a runner on 2nd or 3rd and you hit it to the shortstop your runner on 2nd or 3rd automatically runs to the next base which causes them to get thrown out and they run 1 mph. Pitching is so frustrating when you have max spin on the pitch and bases loaded it's a automatic wild pitch to score in a run. When you miss the little tiny Cirle that only appears for one second it's a always a no doubt homerun. But overall that game is complete mediocre theirs nothing good about it. I rate it no stars

Baseball Kings 2015- A Great Game!
Baseball Kings 2015 is a fun, addictive game! It incorporates real life, exciting situations into gameplay. It may get a bit frustrating at times, but hey! What fun is a game without a challenge? I purchased unlimited gaming for a great deal of 4.99$! Can't get much better than that! Also, I am very impatient when it comes to gaming, and it makes short seasons... with a postseason! I honestly love this game. Be sure to get this game! It is truly amazing! -
Stick with it
In the beginning this game is quite frustrating. While the pitching aspect is something that can be picked up, hitting is basically limited to infield grounders. Short seasons and attainable challenges allows you to accumulate money rather quickly, which in turns allows the player to improve their team as you rise through the levels of professional baseball.

Stick with it
In the beginning this game is quite frustrating. While the pitching aspect is something that can be picked up, hitting is basically limited to infield grounders. Short seasons and attainable challenges allows you to accumulate money rather quickly, which in turns allows the player to improve their team as you rise through the levels of professional baseball. -
Very well designed game
Lots of fun to play! The season mode is very fun and there are lots of teams to choose from ( though unfortunately there is no Washington Nationals in this game - my favorite team) but it is easy to play and lots of fun. I only ask that you make it so that we can have the option to play all nine innings instead of just 1 or 2. Anyway great game and keep the updates coming 😊 -
My review
I love this game it’s a competitive game you come in to pitch at the 8 or 9 inning and you hit for the hole team if you when confetti falls from the sky you try to get to the majors but you have to go to rookie double a and tripple a and then you make it to the big leagues but if you lose a lot you could be dropped down -
This game is exactly what I was looking for!
Just started playing a few hours ago! Took about an hour before I understood how to hit the ball properly. Pitching was much easier to learn. Great fun, only see adds when adding to player stamina. Highly recommend this game to baseball players and fans of any age!

Fun but unrealistic
This game can be fun. Pitching can be a challenge, but there is a practice mode for pitching and hitting. Graphics are well-done. What makes it unrealistic, and stupid really, is the fielding. The infield RARELY ever gets a ground ball, outfielders don't move to catch the ball, runners are so slow it's laughable, and worst of all throws bounce before they reach the base (as if adults can't throw hard enough to reach the basemen!). Also, the players have no sense of the game: e.g, if a ball is hit to the shortstop and there's men on first and third with one out, the shortstop will throw to second allowing the third base runner to score. If they fix these aspects of the game, it would be great. -
Great but unrealistic
This is a really fun and great game its just uts so unrealistic who runs that slow and how do they go from running after the ball in the outfield to just immediately turning around and catching the ball how does that work do they have eyes in the back of their head but the running part is what makes me mad most what kind of baseball player runs that slow they definitely wouldn't be in professional baseball if they ran that slow i would give the game 4.5 star rate but i cant so ill give it a 4 -
Addition to my review
I was reading reviews. They're right. Don't count on you D, they will betray you my 3B couldn't "pick" his nose. 1B is an E machine, too. And all the fielders seem stuck in mud. Oh, just strike 'em all out, by yourself. BTW, the catcher calls pitches for you. He doesn't seem to remember what pitch you throw badly and you can't shake him off, so sometimes I just hit the batter and start the count over. There seems to a fix for all the little problems. THAT may be a good reason to get it. Ya gotta think outside the old box. -
If you love baseball you will love this app
Takes a couple tries to get the feel for pitching, there are a few too many errors at the beginning but as you win games and earn coins and you can up your defense as well as your pitching and your batting. As you advance to A ball then double AA etc. The games get a little tougher, but you will be a better player The games will be more challenging, if you love baseball you'll love this game -
Addictive, but still a freemium
As with any freemium game, you can play without purchasing, but you'll be here for ages chipping away at an objective. Other than that though, Tagamet is quite fun and very addictive. I've beat through it several times and got ranked quite high, but get over it for a while, delete, remember it, bring it down from the cloud, and start all over. Hence the review! -
Nice Game
I like the game a lot once I understood how to play. Before I started playing a game, I chose to bat and pitch so I'd know how to do it. The only problem is that it gives you no instructions when you start practicing hitting and pitching for the first time. I was a little frustrated cause of that. When I chose to play is when it showed you how to hit and pitch. That's why I didn't give it 5 stars. -
Fun!
Very fun and season mode is interesting. Pitching is much more user friendly than hitting which I have yet to fully figure out. I've gotten so i swipe my finger as soon as the pitch is thrown so the batter swings but if you hold your finger where the ball goes you'll at least make better contact than taking a real swing. Not always getting much power. Hopefully it'll make more sense soon. -
Series
It is a really good game one of the best baseball games but when you get to the series it is way too hard to win kind of a letdown and also you should have an audience in the bleachers at least somewhat of an audience I know you have to build up to one but it would be more fun with people in the bleachers😎SDW rating 4 stars 👍 -

While this is a very fun game, it gets very frustrating when every time the other team makes contact with the ball, it's either a home run or an error. Batting takes a while to get used to, but after that, it's fine. Very addicting, but needs updates! -
Great Baseball App!
This game is really fun and really addictive. There's enough "reality" to the pitching and batting without being too hard to learn and have fun right away. Please add putting spin on the ball with your finger, like on Pokémon Go!! Or some kind of user options for pitching. Please add options for more innings or whole games. Thanks!

It's ok
This game needs some work. When you first get the game it is really hard to get it just the diamond when you hit and to upgrade your batting pitching and fielding it cost a lot of money. I would only get this game with you were very patient. If the upgrades cost less and when you hit when you first get the game and it went farther than the diamond then I would like this game a lot better. -
Fun but frustrating
This game is a lot of fun. I'm not sure what everyone is talking about the hitting being so difficult, I hit mainly doubles. The most frustrating part is how many home runs the other team hits if you're off by a fraction on your pitch delivery, it doesn't seem fair. The fielding is not realistic along with the base running but this game is addicting, very very frustrating but not the worst I've played. -
Good game
This is a good game, however after you are down by 7 runs it ends the game when I can score a lot more than that. Also graphics are a bit rough. Lastly the way the defense plays when there's a ground ball and man on second is unrealistic. Base running is not very smart or realistic either. There needs to be a 9 inning mode that allows you to play all innings. Would recommend Tap Sports Baseball 15. -
Needs fixing badly!
Absolutely the WORST base running and fielding I’ve EVER seen in any baseball game to date! So many fielding errors it’s not even funny! Goes thru the infielder’s legs AND the outfielders an all the way to the wall WAY too often! Fix these things and we have a super-addicting game here! I doubt if it’ll get fixed since this game is 4 years old already! Too bad really! Talk about ‘dropping the ball’ pun intended! 🙄 -
Fun Pitching, Frustrating Batting
The pitching gameplay is a lot of fun, and I enjoy the short game sessions. That being said, the batting portions are extremely frustrating as I am still making weak contact with the ball. I must be missing something because my opponents seem to have no trouble hitting tons of base hits off my pitching but I can't do jack when it's my turn. -
Frustrating and inconsisten, but ok
The hitting is FRUSTRATING, with a ridiculous strike zone and inconsistent swipe to swing delays. Pitching is similar, the same swipe and spin don't have consistency. The challenges don't work, "get a double play" when you have two outs already and you're up 1 run. But it's fun when it plays straight.

Second, the mechanics and logic in the game are horrible. Players in the the game can’t even makes basic throw to a base and the infield rarely makes a realistic play. The logic in the game is horrible as well. The baserunners always run even if it’s a hit in the infield, they run from 2nd to 3rd and automatically get out. It’s almost like the developers are lazy or have never played a inning of actual baseball in their lives. -

One thing I like about this game is the pitching, I would play this game all the time if it was strictly pitching. I have read reviews that say if you get deep into the game, it gets better, but I find it hard to believe. If the game was like baseball superstars '12 and it had a pitching mode, I would play it all the time, I recommend baseball superstars games -

The game itself is okay. Pitching is relatively easy, and hitting is so-so. The problem is once you reach the AAA level hitting becomes almost impossible. Balls come in so flat that you seemingly have no idea of when you should swing, and even if you feel like you timed it perfect it usually ends of being a weak line drive or moderate groundball. Putting in all this effort only to find out the game is a dud is frustrating and frankly unfair. Don't waste your time. -

This game is so trash I go to the championship and my team was winning 2-0 after not being able to hit cause the games hitting mechanics are so bad they tied the series 2-2 and on the 5th we both didn’t score anything and it came out to the computer and how many points it would give us and this game is so rigged it gave that team 4 points while it gave us 0 this game is so bad I recommend not get it -

It's seems like the only way you can get a good hit is to use the power up thing. Like I said I like the pitching but because of the batting, my first time playing with my team, my record was 2-3. -

The spin is bad. You don't get much of a chance to earn your coins back or win it. Also, in games when you are pitching there should be a pitch selection so the player can choose whatever pitch they want. It is more realistic than just throwing a fastball or a curveball. Put these things in the next update and I will give you a five star -
Just terrible
I'd give it 0 stars if i could the only good thing about this game is pitching period. Batting is a total joke if you manage to hit the ball you rarely make it to base. The whole energy concept is just dumb. Like who wants to play a baseball game where you come in at the end of the game and theres already a score established and you have 1 or 2 innings to fix it? By far the worst. The pitching is terrible and I always get wild pitches. The batting-OK STOP REAL QUICK. WHAT EVEN IS THIS? The batting is impossible, you never get power ups in batting, yet always in pitching, why? When you get a hit, it’s always a single, ALWAYS. No no runs, no doubles, just ground outs and singles. I can see why they never made the baseball kings 16 or 17, 18, etc. BECAUSE IT SUCKED. Terrible game, never want to see it again. -
Bad concept
I play the game a lot well I used to and the players run no matter what hit. I you see a specific skin then the next batter will change the skin to his skin. They never update the game! The running isn’t timed right he should be running a lot faster than he usually does. I threw in the strike zone and they called it a ball. You can’t choose what pitch. Delete this game it is a trash game.

Just terrible
I'd give it 0 stars if i could the only good thing about this game is pitching period. Batting is a total joke if you manage to hit the ball you rarely make it to base.
