    Annoyed you can't use your debit card on the phone ie: tap and go. Bank should fix for Android users. In reply to your answer, I have a Bank SA freedom card, why should I change too a St George card when they are not in south australia

    Unstable app on the best of days, I find myself reinstalling often from minor glitches. Today I can't even turn on the app without it crashing, it's like you don't use your own application. The lack of a working paywave function or even option to use your cards with most modern day paywave app makes your bank obsolete and I'll be making the effort of transferring my funds out of your bank this week.

    Since the latest update, logging on to the app crashes every time. Have reinstalled, also cleared data caches etc. Can get in on first log in, but after that, the code screen locks at the 4th digit, and password or fingerprint just locks up all together when you hit the red button. Using a Samsung s10+ and used to work fine. Please help!

    This app is soo slow! The menu is all out of order! When I deposit money into my local ATM this app doesn't process it until 48hrs later! So I can't transfer money right away! Soo stupid! Please upgrade NOW!

    Now on 20-12-20 just updated the app now tap & pay not working. card doesn't work with Gpay or Samsung pay been 2 years no problems now its just stuffed.

    1.) No paywave supported for phones. Other banks have been doing this for years now. 2.) The app all of a sudden cannot remember my login details, forcing me to find my information every time I want to check it. 3.) You get a far superior experience using pretty much any other bank up. With how important internet banking is these days, Bank SA treats their customers like a joke. Checking your balance on the go feels like a puzzle more than a quick convenience these days. Might be time to swap.

    The app is extremely glitchy and often shows an incorrect bank balance raising my stress, there is no Google pay support, and the interest rates are abysmal. Although the quick balance widget is useful

    Standard searches are missing things that i look for when using a key word. Advanced search should carry over from standard search, not just disappear only to start again. Not sure why there has to be 2 anyway. Advanced search doesn't show the day but the standard one does? How is that advanced? Still a slow app too. I like how the day is put in along side the date now. It freezes alot lately

    Card not supported with either google or samsung pay, at the end of each month when pending transactions are processed, duplications are common and can leave you with nothing in your bank for a few hours, the app is constantly under maintenance, it's the only bank I know that shows both your available balance and pending balance which makes it frustrating to use in conjunction with budgeting apps. However customer service has always amazing and the quick balance widget is very handy

    In a time where we are encouraged by banks (sometimes not even given a choice) to use the technology available to us like tap and pay and other cardless transactions why oh why is it everytime I upgrade my Samsung phone I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time before the app catches up so that I can use ththese feature afforded for other banks and phones? It had forced me to open a other credit account with a bank that doesn't have these issues. Wake up its costing you money and customers.

    Same problem as Jason, also have S8. Never had a problem for years. After the recent update the app now says quick login is not supported and you have to login with customer number, pin and password each time. Have cleared cache, data, and reinstalled to no avail. Absolutely rubbish! Not impressed at all.

    Hard to use and not clearly explained. Just got me ANGRY and in tears. Ended up calling the information centre and was mucked around there too. There's NO Bank S.A. in Darwin,we used to have 3 or 4 but now nothing and No correspondence from the Bank letting us know what's going on ect. Now they've put a block on my card and I have no idea how to get my money and NO HELP from so called HELP CENTRE. What's the go with that?? Completely stuffed me up with loan repayments and shopping and everything
