    I love the app. It’s easy to use and doesn’t crash or do anything that would annoy me. I just wanted to write a review to see if they could add a feature where on the descriptions of purchases or deposits if it would allow me to type notes or add a picture (like a receipt) so it can help me better in jogging my memory of what did I use my money for. Sometimes I would look through my activity and I get scared when I see what I bought and the description of the place I paid at, but I don’t remember how it got there even though I know I likely paid for it.

    Won’t let me send payments out of some of my accounts but will in others with no rhyme or reason to explain the rationale. They say it’s federal regs but that is BS. Also the app works most of the time but times out while you are in the middle of doing banking or not. Apparently it kicks you out a certain amount of time after you log in whether you are still using it or not. There are other issues but that is a big annoying one.

    Usually great. Recent change to bill pay has made entering a dollar amount way more difficult. I click in the box to enter dollar and it jus backs out and makes me start over. I did figure out thru trial and error if you click the upper right corner of the "amount" box it will pull up the keypad to allow you to enter the amount but for heaven's sake please fix this asap. Move the friggin cancel button out of the amount box. Duh! Otherwise I love it.

    I really appreciate all the services provided by BOK - I am especially enjoying the mobile app and all the services provided for the customers . I am very impressed by the customer service employees that I have had to communicate problems with . They listen very closely to my problems and go out of their way to help me - very patient and caring . Please don’t ever change . I worked in the banking profession for 40 years and I do appreciate the way BOK operates !! Thank you very much !

    I’ve been using the Bank of Oklahoma app for around 7 months since I first opened my checking account for direct deposit at my job. I’ve never had a problem with this app, including the reports of Touch ID not working. Everything worked just fine for me. Until this last update was installed. As soon as the update finished I went to check my balance, and the app brought me back to the home screen. This repeated until I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I then opened the app to see that everything appeared to be working correctly. I thought maybe it was a bug with the installation on the update on top of the older software. I logged in, and sure enough my account was fine and everything was great. That was until I tried to reopen the app, and it crashed again and again like before. I thought maybe it was the new phone, and I had Touch ID set up with my account. But then I tried it with my iPhone 6S+ and got the same exact results. Both my iPhone 6S+ and my iPhone XS will not open the app without crashing until the app is reinstalled. Please fix this, it is very inconvenient to have to reinstall and log back into my account just to see what my remaining checking balance is. Thank you.

    The app is ambiguous. It used to be so easy to pay bills, add payees, modify payees, search history, switch to desktop, etc. I need detailed information and advanced payee features that I can no longer access via the mobile site. I'm really disappointed in my otherwise fantastic bank. Please allow desktop access without switching automatically to mobile, and allow me to do extended pay searches, just like the representatives that answer the phones can do... it would cut down on in-person phone t

    After I recently updated my app, I’m extremely displeased to see that you cannot view the pending tractions. It does provide a total of what is pending however there isn’t a complete breakdown of each pending charge which I completely dislike. I routinely check my accounts to ensure the payments that I have made have processed through. However now, I am unable to do so without the breakdown. I also do not care for the fact that you cannot see pending and posted all on the same screen. It took away a major convenience factor. Hopefully this can be modified in the future.

    My biggest issue with the app and online banking is that bill pay payments only show up after they have cleared and don’t show as pending reductions to your account like other banks. It makes it much harder to reconcile account using online activity. Also don’t like how you have to create bill payees on each devise used. They don’t show up on all devises. Overall, it does the job but not great.

    Love BOK and have for years, but there is a fee if you transfer funds to another bank. In order to move money between accounts I have, I have to make a check out and deposit it in that bank. Maybe I just don’t understand how to do it. Would like too find out if there is a way. Otherwise I love the bank and look for the excellent service provided.

    app is great, but every time I close it out, it automatically opens itself back up after an unspecified amount of time. idk why this is doing this when it should just run in the background until I choose to open the app back up. pretty annoying being in another app and then out of nowhere this app pops up onto my screen... other than that, no issues and the app itself has wonderful features.

    The app is really helpful but there's a catch... I use this app all the time, theres no doubt its helpful to have accesd to your banking on the go. The app gets an +A for exicuting this basic operation. But theres one terrible bug, it randomly launches and request my fingerprint to open my acount, it does this quite frequently. This has been an on going problem for at least a year. Can you guys get the devlopers to fix this issue? Honestly thought someone would have it covered by now.. Thanks

    I’ve used this app since the app was launched years ago. I really like the app. The look and feel with the last update is really nice. Unfortunately for the first time since I’ve used the app, the mobile deposit feature no longer works. I get a message saying it’s unavailable without a system message stating that maintenance is being done. Hopefully, the developers see this and fix it.

    It's a good app for the most part. It just keeps randomly forgetting my fingerprint. I can use it long enough to not remember my password...then it will randomly stop and I'll have to reset my password. I've had it since October or November and this has happened three times already. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling to fix it.

    Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. There's a bug when logging in. Sometimes it'll let you log in and sometimes it will tell you that your password is incorrect, even when typing in the correct password. Very frustrating. Also sometimes it'll let you edit the bill pay and sometimes it throws "unknown error". Its mediacore at best.

    I've never had issues with the app until recently. For some reason every time I log in it's making me get a verification code. I'm accessing from the same device every time so it SHOULD be remembering but it's not. It ultimately does let me in but it's just inconvenient having to get a verification code sent every time I log in.

    I’ve been with bok for a few years now and they still haven’t fixed the problem with the site and the app I have a external bank account added to my bok to transfer money to and all I get every time I tried to transfer is a internal application error on both site and the app this bank either needs to fix this problem or something. I’m honestly thinking of just closing my account due to this problem I also tried to get ahold of customer service they asked me the problem I told them and never did I hear anything back since then so Im basically at a lose here for this bank.     Every time I go to sign-in and it tells me my password or my username is not correct. I had to change my password so many times trying to get back in. This is been going on for a couple of months I wish Bank of Oklahoma will give you a different option other than going through their app to check your balance and do deposits excetera. Other than going to the actual bank. there's not even a call in that you can check your account with, severely disappointed in everything that comes with this.

    For the third time in the last six months, when I try to login in the app, I'm denied, and advised that my password has changed. Funny thing is, I'm the only person on the account, and likewise, the only human with access to it. I certainly haven't changed it, so who did, eh BOK?
