Entertaining & Informative but Glitchy

Impossible to unsubscribe
Feb 21, 2018 We loved this app while my infant watched it. Now that she is passed it it is impossible to unsubscribed. I keep unsubscribing and it never does so I keep getting charge 4$ every month when you contact them is an automatic message with the instructions on how to unsubscribed. But if you already done that you are screwed because everyone you email they answer the same no matter what. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. impossible to unsubscribe. BE AWAREmore -
Don't get app
Nov 30, 2018 App stopped working after their latest update "bug fixes". Have contacted their customer service several times and they just keep giving me the run around. They pretty much ripped me off a 1 yr subscription and they don't return your money even though the reason the app doesn't work is their fault. Don't get the app.more -
Incapable of fixing billing issues
May 8, 2019 Free content is very limited so we ended up paying. After an issue with the app we lost paid content. Contacted the developer and they were incapable of restore our account. Getting a reimbursement was even more difficult. Our daughter loved it but we will find something suitable in Netflix.more -
Glitches
Jan 18, 2020 I purchased this app two months ago and it has been nothing but bugs and glitches. And now it won't even start on my Apple TV despite deteling and reinstalling. I'm paying for a service that I'm not receiving. -
Pay twice?! No way. Should be free due to my PlayStation Vue account!
Mar 3, 2019 I get Baby TV and PlayStation Vue, but this app wants me to pay again for the same thing every pay for. There should be no additional cost using my existing PlayStation Vue account!

Content is great, if the app only worked
May 27, 2011 My daughter loves the content. We previewed it on Dish Network a week or two ago. I was excited that they had an iPad app, which is the best way for our daughter to view it. The free content in the app works fine, but we subscribed, the app took our money, and it will not show us the paid content. I've tried subscribing multiple times, uninstalling the application, etc. The Apple Store says we're subscribed right after we attempt to subscribe again, and again, at the application's request. The support page is Baby TV's home page. After poking around for some time, I found two locations to submit feedback to Baby TV, although it appears it's not an iPad support area only. Two days later, no response.more -
many complications
Sep 9, 2017 The other baby TV app tends to work much better. I have downloaded this one multiple times trying to use it on my ipad and iPhone. it does not seam to work. I have been dealing with this issue for 1 and 1/2 years now so it is not just a small bug fix. The other version of the app will not let you purchase 6 month or 1 year prescriptions and locks you into monthly fees. I would much rather just pay up front. They also make you purchase a subscription for each device which is ridiculous. This means if I want the app on dad's, mine, and my childs ipod I have to buy 3 different subscriptions. When the app works it is wonderful and engaging.more

What’s Subpar
Content is excellent and I know you have enough subscriptions to pay for BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! Fix the dang iPad video subscription - why should we have to buy a separate subscription for iPhone vs iPad? And when we send an email to find out WHY we are paying for a subscription and the app still asks us to BUY a subscription and does NOT allow my child to see the content we are already paying for?? Do we need to go to social media and start complaining there? Just fix it.
