    I started working out with Lia during the pandemic. I used to do HIIT workouts 6 days a week and my body was hurting and I wasn’t losing the weight I needed to or getting toned, just bulky. When I discovered Lia’s workouts, my life changed and have not done a HIIT workout since. I have lost 30 pounds and found my abs, lean lines and muscles. My body feels great. The live-streams on the app are a great way to interact with her directly and change things up. The tutorials are really easy to understand. The app is user friendly and the 15, 30 and 60 minute formats allow you to mix and match. I have started saving my favorite workouts on my list. I really like that there are so many to choose from. Sometimes I do the 15 minute ones in the evening before dinner because the connection to the breathing feels like meditation. Many days I do 2 workouts. I love that she posts a suggested schedule every week with classes that would compliment the live-streams (which are available for a week). She is great at explaining things and these workouts are absolutely transformational and a great form of meditation for me as well. I had told my sister how much I loved them and she got me the subscription to the app on the first day! I’m so happy to have it and it is less than the cost of a month for a gym membership. This will be my workout forever. Not going back to HIIT! Thank you Lia!

    Lia is the best! She is so so sweet. Her classes are wonderful and I'm really picky with Pilates. Would recommend for sure. Would like a weekly spread suggestion maybe. And more classes without the small ball for travel or spontaneous workouts. 🙂 Get the subscription!

    I found Lia during early quarantine and was immediately hooked! Been following her and her IG lives every day since and have been loving every second of it. My body craves it and I look forward to her classes every morning when I wake up. I’ve always had a slight interest in Pilates through the years, but never been able to really get into and fully understand it. Lia changed my perspective completely. Her method is so effective, and with her guidance, and clear prompts I’ve been able connect and access my muscles more than I’ve ever been able to before. Aside from the amazing classes and method she created, Lia herself is just a ray of sunshine! Her warm personality, great energy, and incredible and unwavering commitment to this community during quarantine has been such a silver lining. After 5 months of pure good hearted generosity, I am so excited for this new App and next chapter. Loving the added accessibility and flexibility that the App provides, the growing library of options, the tutorials, as well as the continued live streams. Can’t wait to continue working out with you and learning from you. Never going back to the gym :) Thank you, Lia. For your classes, your kindness, and your generosity. Forever and beyond grateful.

    -The consistency and sequence of the movements, each of them is connected with one another and at the same time each connects and requires of all of your body, including your mind. So complete!! -the results, externally: you're lean and toned and it kind of shrinks the extra fat. Internally: you get strong and feel so healthy and mentally: with energy, calm and focus -the variety: each day we get something new and diversity -it gets harder and not easier -it makes u consistent..     I’ve never done Pilates in my life but my sister suggested that I purchase the B the Method app. I was skeptical as I’ve not had success with other apps, including the super popular ones like SWEAT. I’m a mother of a 1-year-old and a 2-year-old and my body has taken a real hit. Lia has the most incredible program for restoring your core, pelvic floor, and using muscles that I had completely forgotten existed. As a person that’s always hated working out and going to the gym, I really enjoy B the Method because it’s low impact and gives quick, noticeable results. In the month I’ve been using the app, I’ve dropped 10 pounds and one size in clothing. I feel better than I’ve felt in years. Strong, energetic, lean, connected, and motivated are all words that currently come to mind when I focus on how B the Method makes me feel. A sincere thanks to Lia for this wonderful program, and the step-by-step coaching and in-the-moment tips that allow a complete novice to succeed with this program. I can’t recommend this program/app strongly enough.
