    Is there anyway you can download care plan’s on here? It would save so much time & paper. Is there any way on the app you could put on the task, member not home? It would save me time on letting my supervisor know that I wasn’t there on a certain day. So far I like this app, I haven’t had a lot of trouble with it, just a few times I couldn’t clock in. Other than that I like it.

    I have been using this app for 2 months. I only had 1 issue where I had to force my time to end. Other than that I love the app it’s better than a time sheet and I feel more comfortable with this system I’m getting my pay correctly now than before. If you practice and get familiar with this app you will see the greater benefit from this app

    Since the last update the finger print authenicator is not functioning properly. It asks everytime you log in if you want to use it, I click yes and the next time I have to log in becauaw the screen timed out it brings the same option back up. I have even went back into setting to re enable it but when clicking on enable finger print it does nothing. Please fix it saves on time and is very helpful during rushed situations!

    when it works, it is good! but everytime I have to change my password, it sends an error code and it is a huge ordeal to get it to change my password and get it operational again. doesn't seem to keep track of cumulative hours worked, which is irritating.

    So far, it works fine after the last update. I did notice that it asks about mileage before it will let me clock in now. My job doesn't pay me milage so I'm not sure why the app is requiring me to enter that to be able to clock in. I assume it means the mileage from my home to the place I work. I only work at one house all the time. There has been no guidance from my employer about this change.

    Terrible app. It worked fine for the first billing period, but now it's giving me problems. For 4 full days it wasn't syncing my data, even though I was connected to both mobile data and wifi. Then all of the data disappeared upon logging out. It also expired the session just as we were doing client attestation, and guess what? That data was gone to when I logged back in. It had to be edited manually. This is ridiculous. As caregivers, we don't even make that much money and now we have to worry about potentially lost wages because we were forced to switch to an app that is glitchy and not even recording the data necessary for us to get paid. How is that fair?

    Can you put minus ten stars for a review?? I wish! I have absolutely no idea why on earth that the state of New Mexico changed to Authenticare when the previous payor was 1,000 times better?? its CONDUENT that they need to get rid of! I went into the self directed program to get the therapy that I desperately needed, and it has been a nightmare from day one!! I am someone who knows computers quite extensively, and this entire process has been a nightmare, and CONDUENT was the worst. I have no idea why they changed the payroll people to Authenticare, and it has been almost 7 months and we still are having problems with the Authenticare site, and multiple people are still not signed up! They had a program that was 1/2 right, and it was CONDUENT THAT THEY NEEDED TO CHANGE!! I feel sorry for people that have very little computer experience and are trying to navigate this system!! I has given me more stress than fighting my cancer! It was supposed to be a 3 mo th period to change over, and it took 7 months for mine. Beware if you are changing to self directed as it is a ton of work, and a continual nightmare!!

    Absolutely horrid app. While standing in exactly the same location to both check in and check out, it records completely different coordinates - and that's just the most recent of the many issues we are having with the authenticare app. People's income depends on this app, and it's pretty hard to keep staff when the app they are required to use doesn't work. This garbage deserves less than one star.

    Why does my password expire and you never let me create another. The 5 star ratings are fake. You remain as evil as you were years ago; update 2021 Your facsist nature is nurtured by your incompetence. And I am sure you blame others and claim no resposibility for the difficulties you create. As you revel in ( represive authoritarian capitalist conservative &tc ) ideals. You make trouble for low wage care givers and the people they care for. This is your goal. Your broken "app" could not survive in a free market; only via politicals bent on keeping us in slavery. You claim every right to keep track of me with total indemnity for your crimes. And make me pay you and submit to your fascist lawyers. I will not enumerate dozens of fixes, just to make you a more capable government agent. Maybe someone ignores your demand to update and does not suffer thereby. I did update then fixed the update with management at office then made sure it worked. Now still and again it does not. e. g. error application update required I hate you not so much that you cost me time and money. Moreso that you ( like DMV and Q-Link ) predictably demand impossible to do tasks. I am helpless to fix or fight you. Being around you often makes me sick. I do not love capitalism but capitalism would certainly extinguish you if we had it and that would be great.

    Horrible app that ive had to use for several years. It gets worse with each update. Clockut time changes on its own. Clock in/out disappears often. Many ppl depend on this app to get paid. It either needs a complete fix or be made to pay us the money were losing with all the errors. I don't have time to call customer service and my office everyday, all day because of technical issues.

    I cannot even tell you how many t you mean I’ve had to call to have problems fixed, from being locked out due to “wrong password” or clients not pulling up due to authorization failures even though it’s confirmed to be authorized on Both ends. The frustration and time consumption it takes to use and “fix problems “ is not worth it. Also time doesn’t accrue. The time spent has to be at least 8 min or it’s like it never happened. Some errands just don’t take that long. Upset clients and upset workers all across the board. Not to mention the stress of having to do manual entries every week due to the problems. What a pain to say the least.

    Sometimes it works perfectly, but most of the time it doesn't. If I try to look up hours done on a previous day it doesn't show anything, like if I never did them. Also when I clock in and accidentally close the app it won't save my clock in or if I add a new patient with the add button and just exit out of the app it doesn't save that new patient.

    Terrible interface. I usually sign in with my worker ID and Face ID. Today, this process was interrupted due to security changes—ok. Turns out I supposedly don’t remember my password. Ok. Upon entering my worker ID in the forgot password field, the app tells me that my ID doesn’t exist. What??? What else is curious is that there is no record of my credentials for this app in my saved passwords in my settings. Even if logging in with Face ID is no longer an option, theoretically that shouldn’t influence other info on my phone, right? All in all a twelve year old could have built a better app.

    The app has a lot of problems. *The visits will disappear *It continuously loads and doesn't go farther than that *It will tell you that a client isn't found *It won't sync the data in a timely manner *It will tell you that a visit is completed, but then doesn't sync to the system in the computer. *It sometimes won't load the page once you try to log in. The app works very poorly.

    I have had nothing but problems with this site since we started. There’s either issues with logging in/out and duplicate times being recorded for the same times for the same client. Also how is it that you have a log out time recorded but the log in time is not recorded? I don’t understand. I haven’t been able to log in as an administrator for the past 2 days and tech support has been working on it and they seem to not know how to fix the issue. Frustrating and I can’t even check to see if everyone checked in on time nor I can add new employees to be able to check in/out.

    Although no program is going to be perfect, I think this one could use a bit of help. I think that there should be a little bit of help like keeping track of hours for clients. Clients are restricted to a limited amount of hours so how about alerting us when we are getting close or going over for the day or week or at least a running total for each type of service . Confirmation alerts for clocking in and out.

    I have issues clocking in/out. I clock in an my appointments completely disappear from screen showing i need to re-clock in. When i do then it shows im clocked in/out twice. Even if i log out an log back in it still doesnt show im clocked in/out. I Also think this app should be updated where it counts your hours for you so you dont have to go in an add everything up every other day to see how many hours left for the week. Other Issues As Well!!! Needs A Lot Of Work!!!

    This app is horrible I worked 14 hrs in one day clocked in and out. When I received my check it did not recognize I had worked 14 it only paid me for 6. What a mess You don’t have the option to see your password when u type it in. I like to see my hours for the week to not get screwed again. To writ it down in my note book.

    It's disappointing for a simple app. I don't like that you can't check the total hours you've worked so far. It seems to mess up every single Saturday when I try to clock out but it starts to check me in all over again. Every. Single. Time. So glad my employer trusts me because this app fails on so many levels.

    The update that happened 4 days ago has made the app more difficult to use. My clients cannot sign because the function of overlapped layers has made it so the top layer slides down, causing my employees to have to start over with the checking out process over and over again. Please fix this ASAP.

    I do not like the fact that you can’t make notes and that the family members can’t not see it. You have no to put mileage or drive time for those who need it. There are some many changes you could do to this app to make it so much better.
