    the app was working very well but the account log off its self and now i can’t log in ... please help i don’t want to cancel but if i can’t log in anymore i won’t have other choice that to cancel

    The app functions fine. If the connection isn’t fast expect some buffering unless you download the episode. If I play a program in my app on my phone subtitles work. If I cast the program to the TV they don’t show up. No idea why and I can’t go anyone to answer from Atresplayer.

    Hello, The application worked very well for several days and until yesterday, but as of today it does not work well. When I try to log in, it automatically closes by itself.

    I am unable to use the app on a 2nd device. I have a paid international subscription. I used to watch shows on an iPhone but lost it. I have installed the app on my iPad and when I try to watch anything it says that I am subscriber but will not play anything. I have installed and uninstalled the app at no avail. This is so upsetting. I really enjoy watching A3 as an expat living away from home. It is really depressing.

    I cannot view many series and shows despite of signing up for premium. When I click, I get a message saying Error while trying to display content ( error al reproducir contenido) and when I tried to download it does not work either I get a message : error en la descarga. What is the point of having premium if you cannot view the shows?

    *Update* This app has a series that I was searching for almost 2 years. I was so happy to finally find it. There are some improvements that need to be made but overall it is a great and affordable app. so I payed the 5 dollars for the premium international, everything was going fine but from one day to another I wasn't able to watch the serie anymore. It gave a error saying " this serie is not compatible with your geographic region". I tried using VPN and it doesn't work. I am so sad.

    Doesn't have subtitles outside of Spain. Even though they are present if you're in Spain, if you're outside or select a different country in your account, then no subtitles are available. Contacted support, and didn't have a response so far. Will give 5 stars if resolved.

    I like the app. But i was wondering as an international customer i would really like English subtitles on other shows too. At least the on-going ones. I was so excited to watch #Luimelia and then start watching Amar es para siempre. I watched #Luimelia but now there are no subtitles for the other show and it makes me really sad.

    Good Application, But it should be available 100% in to the UK to, with evryphing what this application includes. I been try it for a few days but unfortunately 95% from this application nophing work's for UK, so definitely is no point paying for this application 5 euros, for what? If in any point this app will be completely available in ti the UK to, then it should be a trial period for at least one month, for the customers to make sure evryphing works properly before they wil start pay for it

    Is there not a better way to proceed from one episode to the next? Trying to watch a series and there isn't a next option on my mobile device. Is it the app?If it is then it's not very user friendly and a real nuisance going back every time after an episode and going through an entire list to get to the desired episode.

    Currently although I pay monthly for Premium International services. I as of last night cannot access any of the Atresplayer programming. While only an hour ago I attempted to access even the most basic I am without service. I have written complaints in both english and spanish and still have no resolve to the problems. I purchased a new PC in Hope's that an update would help. But the services are becoming so sporadic that soon I may withdraw my information and cease to use the services.

    Generally good, but very annoying that you can't watch next episode automatically and with ease. You have to scroll through all of them to find the one you want to watch next. With peoples watching habits nowadays it is very annoying and dated.

    The app is ok, the content is quite bad. Some tv shows just have one episode for season!!! It's funny how you need to pay for use it in the abroad. Not fair, but you can use a VPN connection (more cheaper the the app's subscription) and connect to Spain and voila free use of the app(not for premium content)

    To my surprised, it was erased from my Apple TV when I upgraded the iOS, and when it was downloaded back to Apple TV it shows that the subscription cost is now $49/month No good
