A charming interactive experience. The art and audio design are great, although I had the audio ocasionally hiccup and cut off for a couple of seconds at a time. The gameplay is simple and the puzzles generally are easy to brute force, but the interactions are fun. I'm not sure I got the story but the experience as a whole was enjoyable! Recomended if you want to lose yourself for an hour.

  • Too short for A Great Game Jul 24, 2020

    By TattoodMommy
This game was on my preorder list as soon as I saw it. I love games in this category and was super excited to get to play this as soon as it was released. However, this game became disappointing after I completed it in 20 minutes, give or take a few minutes. Puzzles was simple but not a lot to it in furthering the story. Meaning I was hoping the puzzles were intertwined with the story. I am just hoping after paying for this small game there will be episodes or more to it added along the way. But I do give kudos to the people behind the game. The game in itself with involving death as it is much a taboo in most societies gives a way for others to look at it from others perspectives.

Its was a short, but good experience. I totally recommend. Great graphics, music everything. Kinda gives you a suspens sensation but calms you at the same time. Still don't know what the story was about, sorry, but I enjoyed playing it. Maybe if an update or another version, give us more story and more puzzles. Does it have alternative endings? Advice: Don't go with the bad reviews and enjoy it yourself.

  • Add more levels? Jul 21, 2020

I was SO excited for this game. It really fit into the type of games I enjoy. I’m a little disappointed that it only took me 30 minutes to play. Especially since this is a game you pay for. Would love to see more levels and difficulty added!!

Brief, and not very difficult. If you're looking for a "hardcore" puzzle game this isn't for you. But if you appreciate games that are a little more meditative and seek more to inspire reflection than to provide challenge, you might like this. Great art and sound design, although the audio cut out fairly frequently for me (I'm using an older device so maybe that's my problem and not the game's). Recommended for people who like experimental games as opposed to more traditional stuff.

Very short, few original puzzles, and so obnoxiously cryptic as to border on meaningless. Art style sure is unique and occasionally beautiful, and it is clearly aiming to be artsy, but it just falls flat for the most part. It doesn't help that there is never any indication of interactive events or elements, or when it is waiting on input. This is hampered even further by the unbearably sluggish animation speeds. Don't bother playing this, it's not worth the time, confusion, or nuisance.

  • Mostly random screen tapping Sep 16, 2020

    By Live4Now32819
I thought the game looked cool, and I was quite a few levels in when I realized I had no idea what was happening in the “story”. A good part of the time, I wound up randomly tapping the screen until something happened. Another reviewer compared it to Monument Valley. This game is NOTHING like Monument Valley. The graphics are minimal. There is nothing to learn and build on, and if there was a story, I have no idea what it was.

The "game" was cool, if not very confusing. I loved the art style but it was way too short to be something you have to pay for. Its not really fair to charge people for a game that can be finished in less than 20 minutes. Especially when the only way to know it's that short is by reading reviews or going to the devs website. I'm not worried about $3 but in the future, maybe don't charge for something that can hardly be considered a game.

  • What did I just play? Jul 22, 2020

    By 1kevgriff
I bought a game because I thought the art style looked really cool. Turns out the UI is really not intuitive. I ended up just tapping on the screen until I eventually figured out what it was I was supposed to do. And it’s super short. I’m assuming there is some kind of story, but it’s too abstract to make sense. I wouldn’t waste my time or money again.

Pretty abysmal, this is one of those games like Limbo, and Brothers: Tale of Two Sons that attempts to tell a story with no words, and falls flat on its face. Add in the dull puzzles, that basically consist of tapping on the screen til something happens, the short game length (seriously the description says its short but come on that lack of length is ridiculous), and awful MS Paint art direction. It all ads up to something that's best avoided at all costs... And I thought Action 52 was bad.

  • Great relaxing game Sep 19, 2020

I echo others saying it was way too short, but I want to see more from these guys so I’m giving it 5 stars. I too was boggled by the story, but it really didn’t matter as it was entertaining. Loved the art.

Wonderful, artistic, calming and utterly beautiful adventure. It makes you slow down and think on the tasks with no instruction. I appreciated the time to investigate and find my own way. Lovely graphics and sounds.

A lot of the comments are mostly complaints about how short the game is when it specifically says that the game is short in the description of the app. The game is beautiful, you have to figure out what to do on your own which I find fun and unique. The only issue was the sound kept cutting in and out, the transitions weren't as smooth as they could be. Maybe a future expansion? 💚

  • Good but the intro Aug 8, 2020

    By soup in fork
The intro is not the best it throws you in the and I don’t think there was a tutorial but once you get past the intro it’s not hard And some parts take long but the game is very good (if you like this game I would recommend monument valley)

  • Stunning Visuals; Lackluster Gameplay Jul 25, 2020

    By HunterPaige94
The hand drawn animation and story design are spectacular. Unfortunately the gameplay is fast and unchallenging. The story elements are beautiful. But this is a game you could finish in about 20 minutes with every little cognitive energy expended on your part. I wish the game play was more harder.

  • DISAPPOINTED Aug 7, 2020

Thought there could of been more to the story itself. At first I thought it was a very creative puzzle/game and I was so interested, then after finishing it twice I completed the game within 10min. At the end of the game I was VERY DISAPPOINTED . Hoping there is more to this game future wise

I loved the game but I wish it was longer. It had a very unique style that I liked, but I wish they gave you more of a story line and made the game longer. I finished it pretty quickly.

-The game is really short. - I didn't really get to play. To do anything. - the story didn't make any sense. Usally even dreams make some kind of sense. Some good points: - Interesting artstyle - calming music and sound effects I don't think this was worth my money. It was fun to play I guess, though. If it would have been a bit longer. . .

This was the weirdest experience not gonna lie I like the art of the game give me a sleepy vibe at the same time I'm confused to what this is for sure it's suppose to be a dream for some thing but I just wasn't in a trance the second time around I tried to understand what was going on but couldn't. Over all I didn't quite understand what to do exactly (scratch that I don't even know what's going on is someone being sacrificed?) If it were me I'd say add some story element to it.

What a joke. The game takes 15 min to complete or rather click around randomly, as it's hard to tell when one is supposed to interact with something or wait and watch. There are no real puzzles there and the last (?) one is buggy. One star for the sound and music, which has flaws too by the way. I want my $ back.

I've never had to pay for a game that only lasted like 20 mins! This game requires no skill. You basically just randomly tap different things. Super disappointed in this game and these developers should not be allowed to charge money for it! Wish there was a refund button because I feel a little ripped off, actually I feel a lot of bit ripped off!

It moves slowly and with no real purpose. I lost interest very quickly. I’m just tapping a screen to make some random thing happen. It’s a short game I understand but I keep getting interrupted and it can’t seem to save my progress. So far it’s been a waste of time and money. Can’t recommend it.
