It's a great "heroes quest" game, and it's free, only one advertisement per level. I say it's a must try if you like turn based games. PS. There are some bugs, but not game breaking

The boardgame-style play is a lot of fun, resulting in many hours of enjoyed gameplay. I love the way this game has made fan creations available. So when you’re done with the main content, you can explore what others have created. Believe me when I say, there is a lot out there to explore! Downside to that, is that the gameplay can get fairly repetitive over time. Even so, I find myself coming back to this game after periods of taking a break. The only reason this game does not earn five stars is the fact that there are still bugs in the game that have never been fixed. Most notably, scrolls of speed are broken, and certain weapons don’t show graphically, so when you attack it looks like you’re punching the monsters out. The black sword has that issue, and then maybe one more I think. Overall, this is an outstanding game that holds true to the simplicity of the original board game, while providing enough new content to keep old players interested.

I grew up with the heroquest boardgame and just discovered this. Thankyou so much. The gameplay is awesome and the mild animations are perfect. Love it so much I bought the full game.

What can you say but good things about this reasonably priced game? Good graphics, Excellent iPad interface, Replay-ability, easy to save and quit at any time and go back to when you have a minute. I only have a few critiques and questions: 1) When the entire dungeon level is cleared out you should be able to push a button and send everyone to the exit without having to roll your number of steps/moves… 2) When not in combat everyone should just have a standard number of moves Because when you’ve got 4 characters and everyone rolls nine except one that rolls two it slows down the game unnecessarily and delays you getting to where you need to go 3) I understand the addition of randomness and “fog of war” that is added by rolling your move went in combat but not outside combat; Outside of combat it’s just annoying 4) I have not found the speed scroll to be useful ... maybe I’m not using it right but it doesn’t seem to double the move of the character who uses it... maybe include the use of scrolls another and magic items in the tutorial? 5) Since you can sell weapons or armor that you find in the dungeon to the blacksmith, why can’t you sell potions and spells and stuff that you find that you don’t really need? 5) The freedom to name your characters whatever you want as well as some options as to their appearance would be nice touches

This is a really good game and is almost exactly like a board game I loved in the 90s. My only complaint is that I’m color blind and it’s hard to distinguish the characters and health bars sometimes. It would be so bad on a larger screen, but a phone is hard.

Love this game. It's basically Hero Quest or Dragon Strike on your phone. Classic board game style dungeon crawling with different party classes, enemies, traps and bosses. The overhead view even looks like the board from Hero Quest but it'd be nice to see more details and ornamentation in the various rooms but it's a small gripe. Great game.

A good game, good graphics and good gaming machanics. Some battle you need to plan your strategy. However...once you done with a dungeon you can't carry you characters or equipment over to the next dungeon, which defeat the purpose of buy proper equipment for the characters. Also the characters do not level up. Also would like to have seen an option to create your own characters.

Baldur’s Gate with updated graphics and easier-to-understand mechanics. You can play the game for free or spend a couple of bucks to remove ads (and support the devs). After 10 minutes, I saw that it was worth it and did. Plenty of additional quests to download and keep you adventuring.

I've been playing this game a lot since I downloaded it. it's lots of fun placing my characters strategically to best defeat the monsters i face along the way and searching the rooms for hidden loot and traps. i like that each character has a certain specialty that will benefit your party in different ways even though so far my favorite character is the Dwarf.

This is an entertaining game that has all of the nostalgic characters from Milton Bradley’s tabletop classics! Plus a whole lot more! The quests challenge you to utilize the group to their greatest abilities! A dungeon crawl like no other.

Sucks compared to the original. 🤷‍♂️. Dwarf needs better def. Evokers pets die to early. Assassin's lost movement and walk through walls. Could be epic, but instead it's just meh.

Purchased a +1 to health ring, nothing happens. Health is still 4. No way to rest. Resting only happens between levels so if you get a bad roll on attack, you can't heal and can't finish the game. I have no idea where the positive reviews come from. The game is unplayable and useless. Also, there is no indication of dungeon difficulty in the included or downloadable quests. OMG the game closed because I answered a text, and lost hours of play, all gold and items. How insanely poorly designed.

Something is wrong with the game. I just started playing the game and at every dice roll my heroes only have 2 or 3 of movement. It never lands on 4 or higher. Besides that the heroe's hit rate is extremely low. They spend too many turns swinging and missing. The enemies seem to land hits way too many times. Please look into fixing this issue

It's better than most that I have been trying lately. Not so sure that I like the movement system though. I definetly do prefer control pad/joystick type moving, as far & as often as I like. But, it's spos to be more like an actual board game, so I definetly do respect their choice to use dice rolls instead. Not sure if this changes later in the game, but it'd be nice to be able to have 3-4 in the group. U need a thief in the game as well.

Hi, thank you for making this kind of game. I'm RPG player but not this kind of game. awesome game..totally addictive and the dungeons maps varie well. The characters are cool and each game can differ if you mix up your dungeoneers. love it! keep it up guys. it's like hero quest from my childhood , I own it but saves me dragging it all out the cupboard and setting it up 😍. Only thing that could be done with this game for the future to keep it fun, is more different maps and few new monsters to kill to mix it up a bit. still totally hooked lol..It rocks! 🤘😎

The scroll of speed doesn’t do anything to my understanding, the weapons that supposedly can’t be used with a shield can still be used with a shield, but other than that, I find it to be a pretty enjoyable Heroquest clone.

it is pretty good. i rememberthis game from the past. It is still, if not more, entertaining. graphics are bumped up, and more "quests" to complete. good stuff. can't wait to beat it to move on to II and III and then 'legends' i think it is called.

Cons *Minor bugs (invisible weapons ex. Swords) *few enemies *Barbarian, dwarf and Mage is ok but other characters looks a bit weak *all levels looks same... Pos *Original tabletop RPG feel *The best hero quest clone on store
