    When I initially tried the app a couple of years ago it was barely usable or useful. Fast forward to now and has improved in major ways. For example, features such as texting the crew and the ability to sync with my phones calendar by subscribing (iPhone) via iCal I highly appreciate. Some improvements I would suggest is having a more efficient sync capabilities between updates made on the full website and the mobile version. For example, I tried to add a block on the mobile site and it transferred the information to the full site immediately. However, when I reset and updated my blocks on the full site, it still has an old version of my blocks shown in the mobile app. It’s updates between each other seen out of sync from site to mobile. Or it takes maybe a day to finally catch up. So if that’s fixable that would be appreciated to avoid confusing assignors and myself. Otherwise, nicely done!

    Was double-charged when downloading the app, and 2 attempts to contact Arbiter for a refund went unanswered- have no patience for poor customer service:(

    This app has everything except the ability to sign up for tournaments and events, which I hope is the ultimate goal. Find a way to incorporate the “custom fields” portion of the Arbiter website please.

    Really solid app for first try. Hopefully Arbiter continues to add functionality and improvements. The annoying thing is taking away Touch Id login. Makes signing in areal PITA.

    App functionality is getting better, once you are logged in. Login process needs some overhaul. TouchID and loading saved passwords are in need of attention. Not as user friendly or efficient as other apps. It is frustrating as a user if you don't know how this particular app behaves or is different from the vast majority of applications. As a resource. It's a good tool. Just need some Operational cleanup

    For people that are complaining that you have to purchase something, that is true, but in order to have the mobile friendly version of arbiter outside of the app you have to purchase it anyways. It's $18 for 3 years I think. That's like a third of a game fee, if that. There needs to be a section in the games schedule where you see who your partners are and have that clickable so that you can contact them directly from there. Glitchy when moving from menu to menu sometimes. Needs to have back button navigation on all the screens as well. Good start to the app and needs to be updated with some changes, but I think it will get to the point where it will function well.

    Com on!!! Arbiter, you guys are better than that. The old website was more efficient. Easier to log into, decline or accept games etc. This site is not user friendly at all. Poor design and has font issues. In my opinion as a paid subscriber, it's not worth the subscription at this time. Two Stars noted for minimal effort. You guys receive a pile of money! As one of your supporters we deserve better.

    The app freezes up and when I go to accept a game I have to select the green check mark multiple times before it registers. I have tried selecting it once for accepting and once when the contract comes up but it never registers. It should take just a few seconds to accept games but has taken up to 5 minutes. How hard is that to correct. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled and have upgraded phones with same issue. This has been going on for at least 3 years. What’s the point if I have to find a computer to accept games?

    Useless. App does not allow me to log in using the same credentials as desktop. Prior to the most recent update when I could get in, it was so slow that it was quicker to use the desktop site even if it was inconvenient. It has never been my favorite but now it is completely useless as I can't use it at all.I'm just glad I didn't pay for it directly and received it as a part of my enrollment as an NCAA baseball umpire. Update: 12/26/19 Still a hot garbage app. Never fully loads.

    Incorrect game times. App freezing and kicking me out. Unable to see assigned games. Blocks disappearing despite never being removed. This app needs some serious work. Not to mention the constant shutdowns in order to “fix” the many issues although they never seem to change. Now, I’ve been signed out of the app without doing so manually, and my sign in fails every time. I know I’m putting in the correct information because when I sign in on the website it works fine. I can’t even reset the password by sending it to my email. This is a major problem and has caused many issues for my boss, me, and my many co-workers.

    App is FAR too slow. Takes several minutes to update schedule. No access to team contact information. Still need to try to use web page if you need to reach the coach at last minute. Come to think of it, the Arbiter as a whole is a piece of crap. They definitely do not think much of their officials’ personal information. Too bad they have too many state organizations and local assignors fooled.

    I had no issues with this app and thought it was great until the latest update to supposedly fix the app from crashing. It never once reached on me and now all of my assignments are gone and I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app in order to see my schedule. I'm about to cancel my subscription and just go off of the full website. This is ridiculous.

    It’s impossible to use for anything other than the basic task of looking at what games you’ve got scheduled, but it takes 8 tries to accept games and is overall a horrible app. For a profession full of middle age+ guys, having an app be this hard to use is a horrible plan.

    Slow to load. Everything in the app takes forever to pull down from the servers. I see messages in my inbox, but can't click on them for several minutes. I have other officials with iPhones that love the app. Tried on a friend's phone, completely different experience. Not sure why android version is horrible.

    This app is hot garbage. Does something different incorrectly every week. Notifications wont clear and always return. difficult to load game details. Freeze and force close regularly. No calendar integration from the app (you have to load an ICS feed to your calendar separately.) AS forced folks off the mobile web page and on to this app before the app was ready. AS ignores best practices and guidelines like material design.

    Gets the job done but I don’t like how the push notifications don’t work all the time. I also don’t like how annoying it is when it logs out and the face id fill in doesn’t work. Please make the app kore user friendly.

    Somewhat functional, but it has frequent crashes doing basic things like clicking on a message it sent me! Requires frequent logging in or fingerprint or both . Doesn't remember password like many other apps. Not very user-friendly but it's the only way to get arbiter data.

    It was working for some time but recently it hasn't. When I check my schedule it just keeps loading, and the notifications settings won't allow me to change anything. Also when I need to check a mass email I click on it but am not directed to the email itself.

    This app is a disgrace. Its functionality is poor and it's often glitchy. The schedule will tell you that you need to file a game report but it won't let you when you open the game. The fact that they charge for it is despicable. The only useful function is the text all partners function.

    How can the people building this application put this out with the obvious lack of usability? Blocks don’t show up on the Calendar until you change a view (like go forward a month and then back)? Why is it so cumbersome to remove a block? I have 2 different accounts and the app can’t keep the state (which account I’m logged into) correct. Eventually it catches up. Now all me games and blocks are just gone. None. How the heck could anyone rely on this app? It’s really scary that others can work with the limitations of this app. Who is the team that actually produces this app?

    I am still in disbelief that the website's Mobile Site was removed for this completely glitchy, non working, crashing, worthless mobile app. I paid for the annual subscription to the website's Mobile Site which has not been refunded even at a minimum a prorated rate. Please, I beg, restructure your IT management team for misguiding ArbiterSports in the WRONG direction in regards to functionality. BOO!

    Doesn't show schedule, randomly asks for verification during use and glitches out. Huge waste of time and money. Functionality sucks, anything more than just taking a peek at stuff you still have to go to the website to get it working right. Don't waste your time.

    horrible. after declining games it doesn't always show up or sync with the Arbiter website. after getting an email and checking it every 10 minutes you get another alert saying you have a new email when it's the old one that you already checked. I had to delete the app and reinstall it at least 10 times to season alone definitely not worth $9 the only reason it gets one star is because there wasn't an option for zero Stars
