  • Still problem with the accuracy of the plane May 11, 2021

    Everything is good, accept the time of the travel, it is not accurate it gave me like 2 days for the shipment to arrive, but it takes more than 3 days. Please update the app so I can track my shipment perfectly.

    Aramex sends WhatsApp messages for a customer to schedule a convenient delivery date. It is then completely disregarded even though the shipment is sitting in the warehouse. The shipment is then delivered at your own convenient date and time, not convenient for the customer. The scheduling on the app or WhatsApp is useless

    Every couple of weeks the app requests the password and it is not accepting it though it is saved in the cloud. U need to use laptop to reset in order to be able to use the payment service in the app.

    I called them several times on why my order was never delivered and they just left a voicemail saying they have lots of orders and it would take 7 days but it’s been almost 2 weeks

    This is a frustration. They deliver a wrong address and call u that they will schedule but no one is scheduling u have to wait for their convenient time. support is useless u cannot ask or call them. Only BoTs ...no options that u can pick up ur items instead. Dont use this service if u have any other option.

    I’d like to say that the service is so bad that the call center never pick up the phone. And whenever they pickup, they keep me on hold or give a promises to call back but they never did. I’m waiting for a shipment since a month, I understand that the Covid-19 situation made it hard but Today was the day of delivery but they changed the status to - customer not available - while they never contact me. I called the contact center trying to understand what is going on and we agreed to meet with the driver after he called me in 10mins as they said. The driver never called while I was waiting for him for more than 40mins and I had to hit the road because I have 3hrs driving trip and the shipment is urgent. I needed it as soon as possible and because of that situation I had to cancel my trip waiting for them. I’m still waiting for them to call or even answer the phone but nothing

    One of the most worst experience I have ever with Aramex I got notification my parcel was came to my city after that I didn't see any updates any notification any SMS any call and 3 to 4 days later I got notification they said your address is incorrect and parcel take back to origin what the f....k? Why didn't try to call me? They take money for home delivery but they want let customer to pickup from there office. My English is not good but I try share my experience to all pls try to understand.

    On 19/03/21 and 8/04/21. Got a notification about my items being held at customs. It was at such a higher declared value,so I contested by forwarding purchasing invoice. Today is 20/07/21 and nobody has given me any idea where my shipment could be. A different person picks each time feigning ignorance. I have written them many times and called severally. All they say is I'd get back to you and they never do. I do not advise you to use this company. Customer service is very poor.

    i have tried aramex multiple times for delivery. the expected date is never met. and when i reschedule the delivery date they say it takes 5-7 working days which is ok but i have a package that has been in their storage facilities for over a month now and every time i call them to explain my situation the only thing they say is we are going to request a delivery without giving me a specific date and time. its really frustrating.

    they book a timing for delivery and they don't show up for 2 weeks and they expect you to wat every single day? shein better use another courier service because this is the worst I have used in UAE. others tells you the time and call of they are even 5mins late but this is my first experience with aramax and I don't want to have another. worst is you cannot call and speak to a customer care.

    One of the most confusing apps I’ve had to use. The shipment tracking detail are never clear. It doesn’t show you exact destination of the package so you’ll always worry about where your package will end up (customers will constantly worry). Updating information on your own account isn’t easy. The app and website are not user friendly at all. Terrible execution of app and website.

    Oh great, get an email that my parcel arriving to my country can be tracked with Aramex. But when I try to open it I must enter my phone number and then I'm made aware that my country is not serviceable. JUST GREAT. Is Aramex delivery just gonna drop it from the plane or leave at the country border?

    I have shipments that have already arrived, and they advertise this as a solution for covid for them to safely deliver your packages to your home. But, the app doesn’t update when packages arrive. I have texts and the website stating my packages have arrived but days later, the app does not update this information and states it’s still in transit and doesn’t allow me to pay shipping and customs charges. Pretty terrible and not v intuitive to use.

    Completely and utterly useless app. When I try to set my address from the map (ie. where I am) it keeps telling me to find an address in my own country. Useless.
