    This is my first time doing review but its very important to let the developer know First issue is:- there is no option to add the number of boxes for pickup Second issue is:- sometime we don't have the contact number who will receive the shipment for example Amazon warehouse drop off, they don't provide contact number so make it unnecessary to add contact number Thanks

    I cannot receive my order because my mobile number is not working anymore. I hope aramex will call through whatapp or send a notification on Gmail when they arrive at your door for us to know. There should be other option right? And also I cannot log in my aramex account. Why is that???

    Each time I need to see the status of a shipment I have to hard close the app and reopen it, that’s not practical. The Ship and Shop app can do this why can’t this app do it?

    Poor app experience 1. It hangs repeatedly 2. After entering pickup address, app doesn't move to next screen of delivery address 3. Payment not integrated Finally shifted to DTDC even thought is was twice as costly, just because they have a properly working app.

    I’d like to say that the service is so bad that the call center never pick up the phone. And whenever they pickup, they keep me on hold or give a promises to call back but they never did. I’m waiting for a shipment since a month, I understand that the Covid-19 situation made it hard but Today was the day of delivery but they changed the status to - customer not available - while they never contact me. I called the contact center trying to understand what is going on and we agreed to meet with the driver after he called me in 10mins as they said. The driver never called while I was waiting for him for more than 40mins and I had to hit the road because I have 3hrs driving trip and the shipment is urgent. I needed it as soon as possible and because of that situation I had to cancel my trip waiting for them. I’m still waiting for them to call or even answer the phone but nothing

    i have tried aramex multiple times for delivery. the expected date is never met. and when i reschedule the delivery date they say it takes 5-7 working days which is ok but i have a package that has been in their storage facilities for over a month now and every time i call them to explain my situation the only thing they say is we are going to request a delivery without giving me a specific date and time. its really frustrating.

    Great app however you can improve alot. 1. Does not display all shipped items in and out. 2. Does not update delivered parcels. I've received items 4 weeks ago still saying its not delivered. 3. Although it states contact driver when you press call the option does not work...

    This app still needs work. The update feature still causes the app to crash. Moreover, when selecting an individual shipment for review, the app will occasionally crash. Lastly, shipments should automatically appear if you are an Aramex or Shop&Ship account holder.

    Terrible!! Fastaway - now Aramex is a courier for WishPost. They do not provide tracking information. Also the app will not allow address updates when signed in. Yes, i use a VPN but this is no reason to block my ability to update my address. Constantly receive an error message stating i need to select a location in my own country yet my phone location is in Australia as is my address. Come on!!

    One of the most confusing apps I’ve had to use. The shipment tracking detail are never clear. It doesn’t show you exact destination of the package so you’ll always worry about where your package will end up (customers will constantly worry). Updating information on your own account isn’t easy. The app and website are not user friendly at all. Terrible execution of app and website.
