    Fantastic app BUT love how easy and friendly the app is, my only negative is some shipments were collected by myself few months ago but the app still shows as on the way. This confuses the user of the app with new shipments, specially if the user orders heavily. please fix this, or add a button so the user manually tics the shipment as received if not done by the system. thank you

    Amazing service. Great app to know every movement of the courier. Also offers very good rates. Gives me freedom of shopping from all over the world for best prices offered for the products sometimes not available locally. I use Shop and Ship delivery of Aramax.

    Poor show courier. Was home but delivery failed, claiming condo intercom did not work. Called up their helpline but they cannot pinpoint where my parcels are located. The worst tracking & courier service I had ever experienced. Getting your parcels is like a 'Cat & Mouse' game! Totally disappointed! Lame company.

    I called them several times on why my order was never delivered and they just left a voicemail saying they have lots of orders and it would take 7 days but it’s been almost 2 weeks

    The App works well in regards to keeping up the status. just the map and the movement of the vehicle is confusing. it is not live or updating up to the current space. the location still show Johannesburg or Sandton while my package has already gotten to Eastern Cape. so that is the only slight concern that can be upgraded. the rest was very satisfying.

    The worst shipping service ever. You are better off with DHL or UPS. Aramex delivery employees report false delivery attempts. This delays your shipment to 3 or 4 days more. I noticed this behavior only when shipping with Aramex. I raised a claim, called the customer center, and even contacted their Twitter account - They did nothing about the shipment delay due to false delivery attempt.

    I’d like to say that the service is so bad that the call center never pick up the phone. And whenever they pickup, they keep me on hold or give a promises to call back but they never did. I’m waiting for a shipment since a month, I understand that the Covid-19 situation made it hard but Today was the day of delivery but they changed the status to - customer not available - while they never contact me. I called the contact center trying to understand what is going on and we agreed to meet with the driver after he called me in 10mins as they said. The driver never called while I was waiting for him for more than 40mins and I had to hit the road because I have 3hrs driving trip and the shipment is urgent. I needed it as soon as possible and because of that situation I had to cancel my trip waiting for them. I’m still waiting for them to call or even answer the phone but nothing

    i have tried aramex multiple times for delivery. the expected date is never met. and when i reschedule the delivery date they say it takes 5-7 working days which is ok but i have a package that has been in their storage facilities for over a month now and every time i call them to explain my situation the only thing they say is we are going to request a delivery without giving me a specific date and time. its really frustrating.

    One of the most confusing apps I’ve had to use. The shipment tracking detail are never clear. It doesn’t show you exact destination of the package so you’ll always worry about where your package will end up (customers will constantly worry). Updating information on your own account isn’t easy. The app and website are not user friendly at all. Terrible execution of app and website.

    I have shipments that have already arrived, and they advertise this as a solution for covid for them to safely deliver your packages to your home. But, the app doesn’t update when packages arrive. I have texts and the website stating my packages have arrived but days later, the app does not update this information and states it’s still in transit and doesn’t allow me to pay shipping and customs charges. Pretty terrible and not v intuitive to use.

    Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the app. All shipments associated with my phone number were already there and ready to be tracked. The interface is nice with list and map views of the packages. It was possible to request delivery and update Aramex with information as needed. Good job!

    Amazing so far, since i started using the aramex app from google play its really very beneficial, with app when package out for delivery than you will be able to contact the delivery associate and apart of this until now all of the aramex associates are very nice n co operative specially mr. nisar ahmed, mr. mehtab and mr. salem. all of them are very well trained for how to deal with situation n customer queries. ty aramex for all the amazing experiences until now, best of luck to all.

    Great app in everything Why 4 star then ? They lose 1 star cuz they don't add live chat to talk with the company if my item late or asking for ID info if you buy anything above 500$ from outside Telephone call takes too long to answer and the live chat support wil help us a lot

    User friendly, loads fast. Only thing is there is an option to call the courier, but this doesn't work with my Huawei P20lite. Otherwise, nice app

    this app is useful. but, for every delivered parcel a message keeps popping up to force you to rate the delivery. this is not acceptable. make it optional or we will remove the app.

    poor performance, shipments stay in the in and out long after delivery. poor customer supports, usually they respond to me after the problems is solved by itself and says, as long as problem is solved, ticket is closed.

    Each time I need to see the status of a shipment I have to hard close the app and reopen it, that’s not practical. The Ship and Shop app can do this why can’t this app do it?
