    Showed our entire portfolio all last year with very few cancellations. Super easy to use features REALLY helped me stay on track. My office was also easily able put appointments on my phone app while I was driving or on a showing! I love all the new color shades for services that just came out! The color codes helped me to set up my day most efficiently when dealing with extremely tight time constraints. It also works with my Google and Outlook Calendars so that I can sync appointments from various sources. The auto text reminders are AMAZING! (I highly recommend the Ultimate version because you can really customize your automatic texts.) With this feature, my appointments knew I was there for them; while at the same time, preventing no shows! In addition, I was able to keep detailed notes on each person’s preferences while scheduling the appointment with them over the phone. This app kept me on point nearly 100% of the time! It is the best tool ever for busy professionals on a tight schedule. I’m very much looking forward to another year using Appointfix!!

    I've been using this for about 18 months, I've just started paying so I can send me texts easier and run reports. Love it, it does a lot, easy to use and not top expensive for someone just starting out. Also love that you can send feedback and requests and they add features when they can

    Ever since COVID happened, the amount of clients that I can see in a day is reduced and it is more important than ever that I avoid missed appointments/no shows due to clients forgetting their scheduled appointment times. This is where Appointfix has been a game changer. The instant notification when appointments are scheduled and the 24hr reminders have been just the answer to remind clients of scheduled appointments and gives me time to book cancellations with the 24hr notice. Since I started using the app, I haven’t had the problem of “no shows”. And the customer service is exceptional. I reached out via email about a problem I was experiencing with messaging and heard back from Danielle in customer care in 12hrs. The time I was given for correction of the problem was accurate and I was kept in the loop throughout the process. I really appreciated the speedy response and resolution... it’s icing on the cake!!

    Why is it set up to when we schedule an appt for a client, that we have to remember to go back to that appt & manually tap on 'send message now? Why can't it just automatically send a message when the appt is booked & then the reminder message a day before (which I do have set). But it would be nice if it did all that AUTOMATICALLY.

    So... so far, I been loving this app! For my little two business I have! It’s very frustrating when I have clients that cancel or reschedule at the last minute and I am waiting for them and I miss a walk it client or had to turn them away. Then I don’t remember all the clients who’s been canceling or no showing up after a reminder was send to them. And at one point you just don’t want to keep this clients after 3 + of no shows or last min cancelations! But sometimes it’s hard to keep it up! Can you please ether add this futures in or fix this app to be able to used it! Thanks a bunch!!

    App worked perfect for years, now even though I’m paying for the Ultimate Plan, it’s is now not sending sms reminders as it should and have always done. Problem had been going on for about a month and a half & I’ve tried many things including deleting and reinstalling the app. I need this fixed ASAP, the automated reminders are a crucial factor/selling point of this app. Not having the automated reminder capability really puts this app in the same lane as the other appointment book apps, I meant that in no malicious way but simply giving my standpoint as a business man that uses Appointfix for all 3 of business. Hope to see a change soon. This being the only major problem, let alone problem at all besides random minimal crashing, I’d still give this a 4. Not a strong 4 but a strong enough for to still recommend to business associates.

    This is a very good app. I do not have ultimate subscription yet. So i cannot properly rate this a 5 star. Most questions are answered in the help section. Once my client base expands, and i purchase the ultimate subscription, i will update this review.

    I stumbled on to this app months ago maybe even a year ago and it’s just gotten better and better from day one. I own a professional window tinting business and No-Shows are a HUGE ISSUE but ever since I started using Appointfixes text-reminders feature I have seen a huge decline in no-shows. For whatever reason when people receive that professional automated text they either confirm or call me to reschedule. Constant updates keep making the app better and better too! I would go into it more but I’m super busy with work thanks to appointfixes help! Keep up the great work Appointfix!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

    I really used to love this app. But the last few updates have really screwed it up. I’m finding after updates it’s deleting 1/2 my appointments and after this last update it will not allow me to place them back in the schedule. With every attempt to do so it counts as one of my limited appointments. I’ve had to put some in 3 times at this point. There used to be the ability to make overnight appointments, this is no longer an option and it has gone back and deleted past overnights. I’m in the middle of a Holliday rush and now have to figure out something else to use. Unless there is some improvement in these issues I will be finding another app to manage my busy schedule.

    I’m not too fond of the update. I LOVE this app and don’t want to switch...but...after installing the latest update, I can no longer view my schedule by looking at the monthly calendar and that’s how I need to view it. I used to be able to read the appointment names, but now it seems that the text has gotten bigger or something and the names aren’t visible unless I am looking at the individual day and that is not easy when it comes to scheduling new appointments. Please fix!!! I pay $20/month for this app. The ONLY app I’ve ever paid for bc I love it so much...but this new update is a huge headache!!

    I am not liking this app because I’m having a problem that when I schedule my customers the appointments jump around they never in the right spot even though I double check before I hit save the fact that it doesn’t print is very annoying the fact that when I dictate some things and say the time if the appt it goes right next to the name there are many other reasons that at this moment I cannot recall I will jot them down as they happen I would like to have my money back or at least some of it because I paid for the elite premium and i am not satisfied and will stop using this app.

    Don’t use unless you provide services that have a direct name that also describes the service, and no variations of that service. The app does not allow for service descriptions causing the client to have no clue what they are booking. The support teams manager’s suggestion was to individually go into EVERY appointment and manually put in descriptions after the client books their appointment. What?! So you want a one-person business to go back and adjust every single service note for each individual client and their service(s) when you could simply have coded a description box from the very onset of this app?

    I used to love this app I had it before you had to pay, and then It updated, so I decided ok, I’ll pay for it cuz I love it, then it crashed, logged me out and I lost all my appointments, got it all straightened out and it was working fine for a long time and then it happened again to me today. And even though I have it set to sun with my google and apple calendars there’s nothing in them.. I can’t deal with this anymore. I will be searching for a new app. I do not recommend this app.

    This app worked wonderfully for a few hours and since then it keeps crashing every time I open it! I’ve tried deleting app then downloading, force rebooting of phone , updating iOS latest version... nothing helps... I’m disappointed as I was hoping to try it out so I can have my workers use on their phones... anything that can be done for this???

    I’ve been using this app for over a year now and have absolutely loved it. Unfortunately I recently switched over to a new iPhone and lost that feature, now if I want my clients reminded of their appointment I have to send reminders out personally one by one not automated like it use to be and for that I am planning on deleting this app until I find an app that can do that for me for free or without charging me an arm and a leg for it :(

    6 months using this app with nothing but glitches and fake promises of fixes. The app does not update to your calendars like promised. Bugs include only syncing some appointments and missing others. When adding a user it will not sync appointments already booked.. if your looking to have your clients to get double booked and or have you miss appointments due to glitches then this is the app for you. TERRIBLE APP

    As I am just starting out with my own small business for Personal Training, I was lost on organization and keeping track of my client’s schedule times. I stumbled upon this app and tried the free version for a few weeks. It worked so well and helped me get organized, so I decided to purchase the upgraded plan to have access to everything I could potentially need in the future! I would recommend this app to anyone starting out on their own or even if you just need something to help with your everyday life!

    Been using this app since it was created and love the newest online booking feature. I would love it if you could adjust the days /hours individually to suit each day in stead of a having set hours for each day. My work hours vary so I would love to be able to control that part or have flexibility. Also if you could add a button feature to where it shows you have a notification instead of just going to the app and opening the online appts to see how many people schedule.

    I like that it gives you a little tutorial almost for how to work the app. There’s TONS of detailed options available. It’s a little confusing at first but I’ve been using it to schedule my bi-weekly clients that I clean for and I’m LOVING IT! The only thing I wish it had is that it was a little easier to navigate the actual calendar. I wish I could zoom out and zoom in easier if that makes sense. I also wish the texts to send to clients allowed for more space in one single message rather than breaking it up into several messages. That’s a bit annoying but besides those little bit picky things, it’s great for beginners!

    Oops! I missed this, but Appointfix does *not* allow your clients to schedule their own appointments. *You* are doing all of the scheduling yourself. Still, if that’s what you want, the app is well done. I particularly like that — since it has access to all your calendars on your device — it could easily block out times so clients would be able to choose times that you’re available. However, if you accidentally double-book yourself, the app doesn’t warn you. If you’re doing all the scheduling yourself, give the app a try! It’s free for up to 45 appointments per month; if you need more than that, you can easily afford one of the paid plans.

    I just started using this app to organize my Pest Control business. It's been very helpful so far, although I think there are certain features that should be added to make it even better and fit businesses like mine better. I'd like to see an option to attach a billing address in addition to the service address, and a way to conveniently click on the service address to be opened by my GPS navigation app. Another nice feature would be the ability to attach pictures in the notes section. Please!

    Update: I’m Happy to report that the folks at Appointfix have improved this service a great deal. I’ve noticed how all of my messages are delivered without fail. I hope they’ll offer customer help via phone call support option at some point. (Old review: I’m disappointed in this service. I’m a busy professional and this service was awesome and it just stopped sending messages and the support messages are going in as empty. No US number to call. I purchased an entire year and cannot receive a refund due to the cancellation policy.)

    Great scheduling app, and if it didn’t still tell you it will send reminder texts, it would be 5 stars easily. Used it for over a year, worked perfectly, and now it’s actually INCREASING my no-shows because it says it’s sending reminder texts but isn’t. It would be a fine, if not particularly groundbreaking schedule book otherwise, but the fact that the whole selling point of it is broken AND DOESN’T LET YOU KNOW IT’S BROKEN makes it a total wash. I don’t know what changed, had a premium plan for close to a year but they’re not getting another cent out of me after screwing me over like this.

    So I’ve been using this app for a couple years and I do like it. Recently they did an update which I didn’t like where when you go into schedule an appointment before you could schedule something personal or your appointment will they took out the option to schedule an a personal appointment. I hate this. I hate that I have to go into a different calendar and not schedule it just for it to show up on my work. It doesn’t make sense to me why they took it out it wasn’t a problem. I hope they reinstall it in future updates

    I wish there was a deposit option and something for no call no show clients. Either red flag their name, block them for booking or set up a fee for them to pay in order to rebook. Please sometime in the future add these to make a lot of us at ease and not loose out on so much. If this app had those options I feel it would be an amazing app.

The developers continue to promise landscape, but have only delivered in picture, not actual use. Unless I am missing something. Original post: Everything I wanted except landscape mode. If it’s not too much trouble that would make it perfect; take it from good to great.

    I enjoy using this app. I like that I can see how many appointments I’ve had for each client. I do not like the fact that it’s had to set appointment times. If I’ve put in the wrong client or service it changes my time frame to 1 hour ahead of the start time. Other than that the app is easy to use.

    I use the app on two devices and sometimes appointments that are already scheduled do not show on one of my devices. I already double booked several appointments thinking that spot is available when is already taken. Thinking of switching to a more reliable scheduling app.

    Love the simplicity of this app. I don’t like clients making their own appointments and would rather them do it directly to me. This app is perfect for that. I paid for the premium plan, but the send message option is not working. This is an important feature I would like to use. please fix this ASAP.

    I’ve used this app for about 4 years and most of the time it works well. Sometimes appointments just vanish and I end up double booked. And when I switch from one device to another the appointment may or may not show up. Grrr.

I used to be able to read the appointment names, but now it seems that the text has gotten bigger or something and the names aren’t visible unless I am looking at the individual day and that is not easy when it comes to scheduling new appointments. Please fix!!! I pay $20/month for this app. The ONLY app I’ve ever paid for bc I love it so much...but this new update is a huge headache!!

    This app worked wonderfully for a few hours and since then it keeps crashing every time I open it! I’ve tried deleting app then downloading, force rebooting of phone , updating iOS latest version... nothing helps... I’m disappointed as I was hoping to try it out so I can have my workers use on their phones... anything that can be done for this???

    I really used to love this app. But the last few updates have really screwed it up. I’m finding after updates it’s deleting 1/2 my appointments and after this last update it will not allow me to place them back in the schedule. With every attempt to do so it counts as one of my limited appointments. I’ve had to put some in 3 times at this point. There used to be the ability to make overnight appointments, this is no longer an option and it has gone back and deleted past overnights. I’m in the middle of a Holliday rush and now have to figure out something else to use. Unless there is some improvement in these issues I will be finding another app to manage my busy schedule.

    I am not liking this app because I’m having a problem that when I schedule my customers the appointments jump around they never in the right spot even though I double check before I hit save the fact that it doesn’t print is very annoying the fact that when I dictate some things and say the time if the appt it goes right next to the name there are many other reasons that at this moment I cannot recall I will jot them down as they happen I would like to have my money back or at least some of it because I paid for the elite premium and i am not satisfied and will stop using this app.

    Don’t use unless you provide services that have a direct name that also describes the service, and no variations of that service. The app does not allow for service descriptions causing the client to have no clue what they are booking. The support teams manager’s suggestion was to individually go into EVERY appointment and manually put in descriptions after the client books their appointment. What?! So you want a one-person business to go back and adjust every single service note for each individual client and their service(s) when you could simply have coded a description box from the very onset of this app?

    I used to love this app I had it before you had to pay, and then It updated, so I decided ok, I’ll pay for it cuz I love it, then it crashed, logged me out and I lost all my appointments, got it all straightened out and it was working fine for a long time and then it happened again to me today. And even though I have it set to sun with my google and apple calendars there’s nothing in them.. I can’t deal with this anymore. I will be searching for a new app. I do not recommend this app.

    I’ve been using this app for over a year now and have absolutely loved it. Unfortunately I recently switched over to a new iPhone and lost that feature, now if I want my clients reminded of their appointment I have to send reminders out personally one by one not automated like it use to be and for that I am planning on deleting this app until I find an app that can do that for me for free or without charging me an arm and a leg for it :(

    6 months using this app with nothing but glitches and fake promises of fixes. The app does not update to your calendars like promised. Bugs include only syncing some appointments and missing others. When adding a user it will not sync appointments already booked.. if your looking to have your clients to get double booked and or have you miss appointments due to glitches then this is the app for you. TERRIBLE APP
