    Showed our entire portfolio all last year with very few cancellations. Super easy to use features REALLY helped me stay on track. My office was also easily able put appointments on my phone app while I was driving or on a showing! I love all the new color shades for services that just came out! The color codes helped me to set up my day most efficiently when dealing with extremely tight time constraints. It also works with my Google and Outlook Calendars so that I can sync appointments from various sources. The auto text reminders are AMAZING! (I highly recommend the Ultimate version because you can really customize your automatic texts.) With this feature, my appointments knew I was there for them; while at the same time, preventing no shows! In addition, I was able to keep detailed notes on each person’s preferences while scheduling the appointment with them over the phone. This app kept me on point nearly 100% of the time! It is the best tool ever for busy professionals on a tight schedule. I’m very much looking forward to another year using Appointfix!!

    Best appointment organising app. It will save you employing a receptionist. It worked with me as a Dentist very well. No wasting time on the phone negotiating an appointment with a client. Giving the freedom of self booking to the patient increases attendance rate and experience. Just send the link to a new customer and he will book, come and come again. Dr. Ahmado from KSA.

    Ever since COVID happened, the amount of clients that I can see in a day is reduced and it is more important than ever that I avoid missed appointments/no shows due to clients forgetting their scheduled appointment times. This is where Appointfix has been a game changer. The instant notification when appointments are scheduled and the 24hr reminders have been just the answer to remind clients of scheduled appointments and gives me time to book cancellations with the 24hr notice. Since I started using the app, I haven’t had the problem of “no shows”. And the customer service is exceptional. I reached out via email about a problem I was experiencing with messaging and heard back from Danielle in customer care in 12hrs. The time I was given for correction of the problem was accurate and I was kept in the loop throughout the process. I really appreciated the speedy response and resolution... it’s icing on the cake!!

    There's an issue with the app not letting me sign in with an error screen of "no internet" when there is and other apps are working fine.

    So... so far, I been loving this app! For my little two business I have! However the only this that I am missing wish it would SO HELPFUL IS..... to check my client in or marked them as no show, or re-schedule them tracking! It’s very frustrating when I have clients that cancel or reschedule at the last minute and I am waiting for them and I miss a walk it client or had to turn them away. Then I don’t remember all the clients who’s been canceling or no showing up after a reminder was send to them. And at one point you just don’t want to keep this clients after 3 + of no shows or last min cancelations! But sometimes it’s hard to keep it up! Can you please ether add this futures in or fix this app to be able to used it! Thanks a bunch!!

    I paid for the yearly subscription. In play store subscription section, it still showed the monthly subscription. I clicked "cancel" so I would not be charged monthly, when I paid for the year. Its now telling me that I have to pay for it again when my play subscription is telling me renewal isn't until December 2021. Very disappointed I am unable to use the app the way I paid to use it.

    I really used to love this app. But the last few updates have really screwed it up. I’m finding after updates it’s deleting 1/2 my appointments and after this last update it will not allow me to place them back in the schedule. With every attempt to do so it counts as one of my limited appointments. I’ve had to put some in 3 times at this point. There used to be the ability to make overnight appointments, this is no longer an option and it has gone back and deleted past overnights. I’m in the middle of a Holliday rush and now have to figure out something else to use. Unless there is some improvement in these issues I will be finding another app to manage my busy schedule.

    As I am just starting out with my own small business for Personal Training, I was lost on organization and keeping track of my client’s schedule times. I stumbled upon this app and tried the free version for a few weeks. It worked so well and helped me get organized, so I decided to purchase the upgraded plan to have access to everything I could potentially need in the future! I would recommend this app to anyone starting out on their own or even if you just need something to help with your everyday life!

    Just starting out with this, so far I'm really enjoying the ability to customize the messages as well as adding clients from my phone directory. I've decided to try out this app since the previous one I had took away the customizable messaging. I also love that I can upgrade when I'm ready. Don't change what "ain't broke" please. Awesome app thus far. Will come back to change the rating after using it for a bit. Thanks🙂 Still enjoying, keep it up 👍🏽

    App worked perfect for years, now even though I’m paying for the Ultimate Plan, it’s is now not sending sms reminders as it should and have always done. Problem had been going on for about a month and a half & I’ve tried many things including deleting and reinstalling the app. I need this fixed ASAP, the automated reminders are a crucial factor/selling point of this app. Not having the automated reminder capability really puts this app in the same lane as the other appointment book apps, I meant that in no malicious way but simply giving my standpoint as a business man that uses Appointfix for all 3 of business. Hope to see a change soon. This being the only major problem, let alone problem at all besides random minimal crashing, I’d still give this a 4. Not a strong 4 but a strong enough for to still recommend to business associates.

    Oops! I missed this, but Appointfix does *not* allow your clients to schedule their own appointments. *You* are doing all of the scheduling yourself. Still, if that’s what you want, the app is well done. I particularly like that — since it has access to all your calendars on your device — it could easily block out times so clients would be able to choose times that you’re available. However, if you accidentally double-book yourself, the app doesn’t warn you. If you’re doing all the scheduling yourself, give the app a try! It’s free for up to 45 appointments per month; if you need more than that, you can easily afford one of the paid plans.

    So far Very Good ...but only issue I noticed ... when i delete the appointment which set by a client, it does Not automatically tell the client that the appt was cancelled. I have to may sure to text the client 1st (might not always do) before delete the appt. There should at least be an automatic email notice to the client when I delete/cancel or change the appt.

    Great app, it has lot of really good features. I would change my rating to 5 star if clients could choose any time to start their appointment. (Currently, if I set my hours to 9am - 5pm and create a 1hr appointment with 30m blocked time after, when I then test and try to make an appointment, I am only allowed to book 9am, 10.30am 12pm, 1.30pm and so on. It would be better to allow clients to book appointments at 11am, 11.30am, 12.30pm etc as long as there are no conflicting bookings)

    I use this app over a year but i have some issues lately with the reminder, it doesn't send always the automated message. Many clients who used to get the message, believe that they don't have an appointment, if this continue i will have to search for alternative application. Also i don't like the fact that the message sender is the appointfix and there is no option to change it, even as an extra service, so as sender appears my company name

    Since I upgraded to ultimate plan I've had some issues with the messaging. Sometimes it doesn't send instant booking mesage to customers after I book it. I had to manually press send for it to send. So that's been kind of inconvenient. I'm down grading to premium now :( I'm not sure why it doesn't work.

    I keep having synching issues with my calendar. Most synch right away but many are NOT and I can restart my phone over over and nothing. It's VERY important my appointments go into my calendar right away as otherwise I'm double booking and having no idea what days and times I have free with all my non work related stuff! Please fix!

    Great scheduling app, and if it didn’t still tell you it will send reminder texts, it would be 5 stars easily. Used it for over a year, worked perfectly, and now it’s actually INCREASING my no-shows because it says it’s sending reminder texts but isn’t. It would be a fine, if not particularly groundbreaking schedule book otherwise, but the fact that the whole selling point of it is broken AND DOESN’T LET YOU KNOW IT’S BROKEN makes it a total wash. I don’t know what changed, had a premium plan for close to a year but they’re not getting another cent out of me after screwing me over like this.
