More options would be better!
Sep 10, 2020 Very cool! The only thing is that I wish there were more options for when the lights are synced to music. It seems it only you to use the rainbow setting when it’s linked to your music. I wish it would be which ever colors I chose. It would be way better if you could create your own presets with the selected stylez you prefer. Other than that the alarm to turn the lights on and off is awesome!! Super cool, I will get more!more -

Jan 7, 2021 These LED lights are perfect for my room! Even though it’s sort of low-priced they are amazing quality. The length is true to actual size. I love using the app it provides instead of the remote since you can use so much more colors and patterns. When you receive the box it is neatly packaged and it’s very easy to hook up. I was worried the lights would be complicated to hook up but instead it was simple and easy! I do recommend having a friend or family member help you put them up, I did them by myself and it took about 1 hour, if you did this with at least 1 helper you could get it within 30 minutes. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!more -

My sister got the same lights as I did, when she connected it to bluetooth on the app, it changed my colors as well. You can manage devices in the app but it still is annoying that one one person can change it through bluetooth. Please fix your app so that multiple phones can have it installed without removing devices from everyone else.more -

Jan 16, 2021 Unless you have a connector you might have to turn the cords around. All around the app is so easy. The plastic controller needs to be pointing at the receiver. You can have presets and everything. Go into Bluetooth and make sure it connected for the app to work. All around great product 5/5 stars.more -

Jan 5, 2021 It is easier than the remote to use, you have a better control of the colors that you want, and you can do more styles of flashes pulses and strobes, as in you don’t have to do the rainbow, you could get one color to be pulsing and it would be that one color not all the colors.more -

The ONLY suggestion i have is that you add a feature that allows users to save custom colors they make on the color wheel. that’s really the only thing that could make this app any better. Great for one device...
Jan 17, 2021 Me and my brother both have led lights in our rooms, that unfortunately both use this app. The disconnect feature only works while the app is open, or else I’ll accidentally be connected to my brothers lights and I’ll mess up whatever color he’s using. Please add a feature where you can permanently forget a device, or at least keep disconnected from it so I don’t have to do it every time I open the app.more -
Remote doesn’t work + music sync issues
Dec 22, 2020 The remote lets me press buttons 4 times Before it stops working and I have to put the remote directly next to the sensor to get it working again. That’s a problem since it’s mounted 12 feet above the ground. The music sync is just strobe to the music and it actually looks pretty much exactly the same for each song regardless of how fast or slow the song is. I bought it basically to add color to an area of the room. So it does well for that. But it’s not as cool as advertised. Had they eliminated the advertising of music sync and had no control, I’d give it 5 stars. But I’d also expect to pay less.more

You should be able to forget a device completely or when you select one set of lights it only stays on that set. The customer service is terrible as well. The lights themselves are fantastic but not worth the hassle for everything else.more

What’s Groovy
It's pretty good, I just wish that there was a better music mode where it could go with the music better than just flashing rapidly (for tape mode). Also for music wise it comes with only 3 songs and whatever songs you download. Most people dont download music anymore so it's pretty inconvenient. You cant edit the brightness for modes and it's pretty annoying that it's always its brightest.

What’s Subpar
Ok 1st I was exited to make custom colors on my remote figuring out that I can’t because I don’t have all the buttons. 2nd, I found out I had to have iTunes which is about 120$ A year. Also the fact that you have to have an iPhone is stupid since I’m one of the only people in my family that has an iPhone. Also the fact that u need a computer is super stupid because I can’t turn my computers and they all have restrictions. Also I forgot the passwords and idk where the chargers r. Also seems as if you need an apple computer. Please fix this I’m getting a new remote and stuff soon which is good. Also one of my strips doesn’t work like wth. We cut it at the right spot and also I have a small room so we had to cut it. Fix. This. Also make it so u can program ur lights to tik tok sounds.

Other then the wierd alarm setup everything was easy to use and absolutely a breeze to setup.

I love it for my leds, BUT I wish there was a way to add our own music to it because the 4 songs that it comes with are horrible so maybe do that in the next update

Help!
These are very good, except I have an issue. My sister and I both purchased these, and they are on different floors of the house. Randomly, my phone disconnects from the lights and it does not show the device. My sister is having the same issue. Once it disconnects like that we cannot get the device back up and running -
Remembering connection settings
I got 2 50ft LED strip, one for me and one for my sister. The app does not remember what lights I’m connected to, so when I get on the app to change mine it changes my sisters too. Even though I always disconnect from hers it still connects back to it when I get off the app. -
The app is great and all, but why cant we play music from different apps? Like Spotify, soundcloud. People should be able to do that.

NEED IMPROVEMENTS
If multiple people in one household have the lights, they only connect to one device at at a time and they will all connect to the same device. It won’t let me remove my brother’s string of lights from my phone and he can’t use his app until that happens. -
Overall ok
The experience using the app is pretty good. The interface is very easy to use but it is very different from the remote. All the color changing options are not nearly as good as the options on the remote.

Good lights, need improvement on app.
All around, the lights are nice and the speed of the app to lights is very fast. However, when I try to set an alarm, it won’t let me pick a time, only the time it currently is and stays set for the next day. Also, when in the pulsating rainbow, there is no way to change brightness.
