    Ui is good but UX needs a huge improvement. Top level menu items are un-intuitive, too many levels of nesting. Say someone posted something on Buy&Sell and it appears on my feed, if i tap on Buy&Sell i would expect it takes me to a "see all" sort of screen for all the posts under "buy&sell". Instead it takes me to the person's profile. This is not a social media app. This is a utility app. If I'm inviting a visitor and i choose a contact from my contacts list, it just appends the entire contact.

    No option for daily services coming to mention like daily news paper delivery, daily milk delivery and similar.

    Pathetic customer support. My account is linked with my old society and there's no option for me to unlink it (talk about decent UX). Their support doesn't reply. After a few reminders, then they tell you to contact old society. Both Old society and new society say they can't do it. And ApnaComplex neither gives me an option nor replies on support.

    Half of the time during payment it’s stuck and no response from app. Need to improvise as this might lead the issue with transactions . Reverting again booking error email notification on unsuccessful payment engine. On existing and visiting back to the app is not helping and have to delete app and install again which is annoying part.

    The new UI is so bad that the app gets stuck on the splash page- yes, that's right, the app is unusable. What's the point os a flashy UI if it doesn't work. Check latest reviews of the app to know that almost everyone is suffering from this issue. [Update]: Even after updating to the latest version, same problem persists. Infact, even using email is preferable to this option.

    After the first login, the app never opens. It's keeps showing the fist screen. Every time I have to uninstall and reinstall it again. Everyday. It's very very very annoying. If I had a vote, I would choose mygate over apna complex. It's much better.....

    A lot of issues in terms with notifications. Getting multiple notifications even after reading the same message. there is a difference in latency when the request for visitor is placed and it is approved. by the time the request is placed and received by the user the visitor has already entered the complex or the apartment.

    Without enabling the 'Display over other apps' option, notifications are not displaying often times and getting delivered late. It's not really safe to enable this option. Requesting the developers of this app to look into this.

    The new update is having an issue of the bottom menu. The 'Home', 'Quick Task' and 'Chat notifications' buttons of the app coincide with the phone's controls of Menu, Home and Back. This needs to be fixed.
