    PLEASE FIX THE APP. I unable to login as it keep on popping out wrong p.word. Waited for so long for the email to reset p.word, managed to change new p.word, logout then try to login back same thing happened. Cannot login...

    I would like to give it negative star if there is one. Password has to be reset everytime I login, super slow app with many issues. Wasting my time to use this app. And I think Aon don't even bother to solve the issues! Worst app ever!

    Aon Doesn't Care should be the name of this service. Book a remote doctor, she didn't bother to show up. Waited 1 hour on a booked appointment, no even a small apology. Very unprofessional.

    if only I could give this a negative star. Unfriendly system to use. Took me forever to setup online and on my mobile app. It kept telling me that my password sent by this system via email did not work. Finally set it all up and was able to login to the app successfully. I tried to use it today and the clinic could not find my details. Error message was saying that the setup was not properly done. If the setup is done improperly, it should not allow me to view my ecard successfully.

    Terrible app , too many issues , location doesn't work. Why does it need to request for phone call and photos and recording 🤔

    Terrible..not able to login. After keying in User ID and password, will be brought to home screen that is not able to load. Next, it will log you out due to inactivity. This is very frustrating especially when user is unwell and need to go to nearest clinic for consultations.

    Would give it a zero if there is such option. First they wiped away my entire account with no reasons given. And after they reinstated the account, the password cannot be reset. Understand their intention to go digital, but they cannot handle digital. The mobile app has not been working for me for 2 months and I don't even have an alternate option. Maybe it is easier if they just provide physical memebership card instead of forcing users to use their literally unusable mobile app.

You will be able to cultivate patience and knowledge in this app. Because at each alphabet entered, it will bring you in loading circles, hangs the app with a long list of dropdown options. Especially the diagnosis, you even have to know the medical terms. 👏

    Bad service from provider. Very disappointed. Submitted claims and as we are new to their services, at least make it very clear what documents you require for the claim. When submitted the docs they requested, they emailed and said they require a different document! Must be kidding me. My claim is less than $30! Can you imagine if its $300?!

    The OTP took 8 minutes to reach me. This is completely unacceptable in the situation where I need to register see doctor and need the card and need to urgently reset my password. I would have given 1 star but the app works, so 2 stars.

    Always have to reset password before being able to log in. After resetting when choosing new password states cannot use old password!!!!! If that's my old password then why can't I log in with it in the first place? One touch setting doesn't work also. Please hire a new app design and maintenance team.
