You may be trying to focus while glued to your working table but when you have 20 tasks to complete, and several deadlines looming - it is no wonder you're barely coping. Any.do is a great way to organize and prioritize tasks so that you can focus and avoid feeling overwhelmed.

Here’s a to-do list, planner and calendar app to help you manage and organize your daily tasks. Over 25M people depend on it to help sync their to-do lists, tasks, and calendars. It has dual view that shows your calendar on top and to-dos, tasks, and upcoming events lists below.

Guests, invitations, the venue, the food, music, decorations, and 79 other factors ought to be considered if you're throwing an anniversary party. Even if it sounds overwhelming, it doesn't have to be so, especially if you can pack it all into a neat digital planner. You'll forget anything.

I had this when I had an iMac two years ago. The interface and features are more convenient such as to get, to buy, and etc. I haven't really gone half way through the apps when the app forced me to review. But, bottomline is I loved this app and now it's better. Some may not see the good sides of it, I tried to convince my team to use this app thinking we could share the tasks through the apps with Slack. Covid destroyed my company, still I'm using slack & any.do myself because it's useful.

Love it! Switched over to this Premium Subscription from the Tick Tick Premium. In my office we have used Wunderlist, Trello, Google Tasks, Microsoft, listmoz, Dry-Erace Boards, Traditional Paper. I downloaded most all of the popular to-do list apps. All seem too complicated, busy, cluttered, or do not support collaboration. Any.Do is self explanatory, easy to look at and adding a task is quick.

I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Well, obviously they feel they had a bad experience, I just don’t agree & haven’t had their problems. I received an Echo Spot & tried this app when I saw it listed as working with Alexa. I like that the app made connecting with Alexa, Calendar, Reminders, etc very easy. I have had no problems. It works with both Alexa & Siri, nice clean interface, always sends my reminders, integrates my calendar no matter where I enter my event/reminder (through Alexa, Siri, Reminders, or Calendar), sub tasks works great, & I haven’t had any lagging. I love the ‘plan your day’ thing, very easy, intuitive, & useful! I’m not running this on a new iPhone either, a very full 6s+, & I have not bought a subscription. It does sometimes open slow, but only when I have a bunch of apps open so it is my phone not the app. This hasn’t completely replaced Things app since nothing (for me) does projects like it, but I no longer use Things for everything, pretty much just business projects. So far this has been a very useful, easy to setup, & easy to use app that does what it advertises, also working with both Siri & Alexa.

This is so close to being the ideal calendar/to-do app. No other app that I’ve tried (and I’ve tried a lot) has done as well at integrating to do lists and a calendar. There are a couple things that would make this absolutely perfect, though. I really like having the monthly view with the dots showing which days have events, but I *really* wish the agenda view below it would scroll. It’s more difficult than it should be to move between dates in that view, especially when I’m trying to find time for an appointment far in the future. And this seems like a hard thing to do, so I’m not docking any stars for it, is being able to say or type, “meet Mom for dinner at 7 PM at restaurant,” and then having the app put all that information where it needs to be. Instead, the user has to type all of that in the individual date, time, location, and description fields. I’ve tried other apps that have this feature, and it is so convenient. But I’m guessing the tech behind it is pretty complex.

Incredible widget!!! Just what i wanted - Tiny bar, display of tall tasks, both input (mic & type),👍. BUT only 1 thing i need: display of all tasks should be automatically scroll horizontally one by one after every 5 seconds or 10 seconds otherwise we can set/control the time duration.
  • Great planner app! Feb 27, 2018

    By HuskyGirl0416
I really like this app, it helps a lot! I got it going into high school because I’ve always been terrible at writing in a physical planner, and saw it suggested in a story I’m subscribed to on snapchat. One problem, though... I feel like you have to pay for too many features. I know the developers need to make money, but I think they should maybe make some more features available for those who don’t want to us money on the app. I really like how simple it is and easy to use. Anything that needs explaining is covered when you first open the app! 😄 I use this a lot. It helps me remember what I need to do for homework and it also helps me not procrastinate because it reminds me to do things I need/want to do. It also helps that I have a visual to-do list. If you have problems remembering things you need to do, if you’re a procrastinator or if you want a planner, but don’t like having to buy one every year, I highly suggest this app.
  • Not working - now fixed Apr 26, 2020

    By XChris32
I downloaded this yesterday, paid for the version with the bells and whistles and spent time inputting my tasks and meetings. It looks great. Unfortunately, by the end of the day, it had frozen and now it will not open. It freezes while trying to open and then just shuts down. I’ll give it a couple days to see if the programming can but fixed, but otherwise I’m cancelling quickly to avoid losing money. It’s a shame, the format (for the first 4 hours) was fantastic. Update to my prior review: IT reached out and has been very responsive over the last week or so in trying to fix the crashing issue. They updated the software and the crashing problem is resolved! I have this app on my iPhone and iPad. The goal is to get rid of my paper planner, and this 100% has me on my way. Truly a great app to stay organized with tasks and calendar. Thanks for the help, IT!

The app is very in depth and allows serious amounts of customization!! However, it's very over whelming and the tutorial is very lack luster. There's so many confusing functions and shortcuts that aren't explained at all. Maybe add hyper links that link to a certain help section? Otherwise, great app.
  • Great app except for the task list glitch Jan 26, 2020

    By MarianneNL
My sister and I love this app. We mainly use it for the shared task list for when we do grocery shopping. She can add to the list, and I’ll get a notification for it. And she’ll get a notification for when I check off something. However, there’s been this weird glitch. I would try to add things to the list, but it won’t always show up. It may show up on her end, but not mine and vice versa. Or she’ll check something off on her end but it’s still on my list and vice versa. There was also a glitch where she sent me an invite to a list but it wouldn’t show up on the app. And I kept getting notifications and emails about this invite for a couple of days before it finally showed up in the app and I was able to join. I’ve been having more problems than she has. I finally got fed up and deleted the app and reinstalled. I’m hoping this will fix the error. Other than that I really like this app.

Just started using Any.do and I do like it. It helps keep me focused and it's the same price as a yearly planner which is reasonable. Having to use Zappier to link to multiple apps is not appealing and would rather not considering Zappier is freaking $19 a month 😳 that's just silly and can't believe someone would ever pay that.

I use to really like this app until the recent update. I can’t get my activities to go to the designated place like I use. I am on the hunt for something else. I don’t know why developers mess with a good thing! Support contacted me but I can’t put anything back like it was. Very aggravating! The new update really messed up a good thing! 🤬Until this is fixed I won’t rate this anymore than a one. To the developer - Please stop trying to contact me. I have been in touch with your people trying to see how my issue can be fixed. It should be simple. It takes forever for anyone to get back to me. I shouldn’t have to pay to have someone help me faster. If the people who help with this app responded as fast as they do to people posting reviews things would be great! I haven’t heard from anyone in two days on the issue I would like fixed. Apparently I have angered someone. I get a response every time I edit this review. These people keep sending me the same response daily. Too bad they don’t contact me to help me the issue I have! I have been waiting and all I get is this response to my review. Forget this app and get one that the developer will assist in helping if you need it. It’s March 4th and still nothing worth noting from this app developer. That should show anyone what their users mean to them. Find a better app with people that actually want to help their customers.

I used to like this app a lot but it's only getting worse and worse. Notifications are even 10 hours late, syncing sometimes doesn't work/needs up to 5 app restarts, repeating tasks works for like 1-2 weeks and then they randomly turn to non-repeating tasks, etc...

I've used this before and dumped it, and I gave it another try this past few weeks. The most annoying part is when I setup a task, and accidentally tap "done", there is NO WAY for me to retrieve it back. This app do have "completed task" in the setting but that just it, you cant even revert it back and need to start it all over.
  • This used to be great—now overly complicated Jan 20, 2020

    By Angry Uber Customer
This used to be awesome—by far the most streamlined way to share different to-do lists with different people and have everything checked off in real-time. Simple, foolproof as long as you had an internet connection or cell signal. They have since added so many additional layers of “functionality” and ways of organizing things that my husband and I now struggle to be sure we are actually looking at the same grocery list. I nearly threw my phone across the room in frustration just now because the same grocery list we have been using for years in the app now looks entirely different for each of us and no longer seems synched, so we spent a bunch of time texting to make sure he was able to pick up everything we need while I was at work(so, I am having to text extensively while at work when I already put a lot of time into the list earlier today). It’s a real shame, but I will probably have to move on to find another solution.
  • Strange todo app Apr 3, 2020

    By Quark Gluon Plasma
This app has opinions. It thinks integration with everything is good, especially if it’s an app or service of dubious utility, or run by data pirates after plunder. It thinks grocery lists are by far the most important lists, and you should be able to get to them quickly from any screen. It has lots of features, but I’m not sure what they do. There’s a tag feature, but you only get one tag without paying $36 a year, and I can’t figure out how to filter with it anyway. Help is no help. There’s a focus mode but that’s premium too, so I don’t know anything about that. There’s icons all around the periphery of the screen, and some of them do things. You can look at your todo’s sorted by date or by project. There’s a panel on the left-hand side which lists projects (and grocery lists!) in big rectangles. It’s probably no fun if you have more than 6-10 projects. Oh, Projects may be lists. Or maybe some lists are projects. It’s all so hard. And pricey.

This app only lets you add tasks in wear os. I would have liked it if I could see the tasks created on my phone from my watch, then tick them as completed from my watch. Android app itself is great.
  • Doesn’t really flow. Aug 9, 2019

    By Chefclean
I downloaded this app for one reason only. It works with Alexa. Ok, I said, ill give it a try, so I got it and signed up for a month of premium ($5.99) The rest of my morning was spent trying to figure the app out. After the first three crashes, it smoothed out. The UI is simple, white back ground- no Dark Mode. You have the ability to change the font color. The screen that allows you to show all of your calendar and to dos is a scrolling clunky mess. You can get this view from any app on the market. On the To Do side, adding them is simple- not by keyboard shortcuts, unfortunately (like CMD-N) Adding repeating events is very clumsy (this feature is only available with premium) The repeat automatically defaults to the present time with no way to edit this and you cannot go into a task and edit it to repeat- this has to be done during the initial task set up. On the to do page, it gets worse. In one view (on iPad) on the left is a list of My Lists- which cannot be edited- cannot remove a list..I turned off Apple Reminders, yet there is still a box there, unused, that I can’t get rid of. There is another tab for Tags, which are color coded. Nice, but when you add a tag to a To-Do, you only get the color- not the label for the tag in the To Do view. So, this is about as far as I got with this app. I’m not happy with all of the little “quirks” and weirdness of it. Deleted it.
  • I really find it beyond frustrating! Oct 17, 2017

    By I. M. B. R.
I am looking for a ToDo app & it's like a big secret what the prices are for each app. If it's out of my price range why do I have to read all the info & reviews & still don't know the cost of it. If you are not ashamed of the price put it upfront so users can decide whether they want to spend the time on reading about it. I am a very direct person-sometimes too direct. I apologize for taking my frustrations out on you. I finally figured out how to find the prices...I still think it would be much more helpful to those of us looking for the right app to suit our needs to see the price right up front. It's so time consuming to search thru so many apps. But back to my apology. I saw that you are the best kind of app designer who answers anyone who has a question & promptly. Just the kind I wish I was dealing with now. I have experienced dealing with the opposite kind & its very frustrating. Some never answer you ! Kudos to you!
  • It’s ok Apr 14, 2019

    By jsrichmond5
The best thing about the app is it’s connection to Alexa and Siri so I can add to my reminders and lists in one place and on the go. However, the bells and whistles stop there. I paid for the “premium” version with the misunderstanding that it would have a more robust calendar function. It doesn’t. The only difference with the calendar is that you can change colors in the premium version and that is hardly worth the money. I need to have tasks and the calendar in a single app, and while it does this, there are much better apps for such integration. Not being able to see a day at a time or have alternative calendar views is the greatest weakness in this app for someone looking for an integrated task/calendar organization system. It would seem like an easy fix for an app with so much potential. I will not be buying the premium edition if I continue to use it at all.
  • May finally be giving up on this app Apr 3, 2018

    By Lyss87
I really want to love this app. I keep it because I see such potential. However, the bugs that never really get fixed drive me insane. When I click on something I have to re-click because it doesn’t usually work the first time. When I move the order of the lists, a second later they are back to the original order. When I try to click to turn off the alarm notification I have to click multiple times before it takes and it usually causes another action that I didn’t want to happen. I considered it may be that I have the free version but other reviewers with the paid version have the same issues based on reviews. So I for sure am not going to risk losing money for the same issues to keep happening. I regret that I may have to start all over with another app which is a hassle since I spent so much time curating my lists onto this one. 🤦🏽‍♀️

  • Best planner app out there Nov 9, 2017

    By Chisaray
I've tried so many apps to manage my life, and this by far is the best I've found to help maintain my long to do lists and crazy calendar! Some suggestions for future releases: 1) a button on the calendar that brings you back to "today" quickly. I've found that the only way I can get back to the current date when I'm adding tasks far out is to re scroll through the entire calendar again. 2) in the all tasks section, have the upcoming tasks ordered automatically by date instead of by order of when you added the task. It makes it hard to manage to do's via. that list when it's all out of order. Both minor, but would be immensely helpful in my daily use! Keep up the great work :)

  • Great app but missing some stuff Jan 16, 2018

    By reviewed in detail
It’s 5 stars for how easy it is to use and yet how satisfying and helpful however it’s missing something unless I just cant find it. It’s the only thing keeping it from being perfect and its the fact that your lists while they technically are “checklists” I feel much more accomplished when I have it set to have a checkmark beside it rather than a line scratching through the tasks. There are many apps out there that let you switch between swiping out a task or having a checkmark beside it and its a small gripe but when I’m a subscribed member this is something that bothers me as it’s show on the app display pictures but isnt in app.

Instead, the user has to type all of that in the individual date, time, location, and description fields. I’ve tried other apps that have this feature, and it is so convenient. But I’m guessing the tech behind it is pretty complex.

Really like Any.do but my preferred platform is PC. I find the Android app too "helpful", I don't like all of the selections on offer when I add a new task. I just want to add the task and due date/reminder in one hit, like on PC. Otherwise it meets my expectations perfectly 👌🏼.

In my case, I create 2 kinds of calendar in Google Calendar, one is for [Events] and another is for [Time Blocking]. I use G Calendar's month view to show my coming events, whereas Any.do becomes my time blocking thanks to its synchronization with G Calendar. It had been working well for a long time. However, the notification of the app recently does not work whenever I turn off the [Time Blocking] type in my G Calendar for showing only coming events. It could have been 5/5...
  • Efficient Way to Organize my To-Do Lists Oct 31, 2018

    By anomelie
I use this for my To-Do list every day. I used to keep paper lists that I’d have to scribble on and re-write when they got messy. This app keeps everything organized, and if I don’t plan to do something until later, I can put it out of my mind until then, because I get a reminder on the specific day of the task. I can have less on my mind, knowing that everything is accounted for & that it’ll come up on my list as it needs to. The only down side is not being able to adjust to a custom date when using “Plan My Day.” (“Someday” is not a helpful category because I’ll just forget to do it without a reminder, so I end up choosing “next week “ even if what I want is “in ten days,” then in a week I have to choose “two days from now” and then in two days choose “tomorrow” if I’ve forgotten to go in and adjust it from the other screen.)

  • Drag to sort is my favorite feature Sep 25, 2018

    By Savychoosyshopper
It’s why I chose this app out of many choices. This responsive dragging feature does not appear to be an option in the new designated Grocery list. Here’s why it’s useful to me: suppose I need carrots, onions, lettuce, eggs, brown sugar, bread and cereal—and I’m thinking there will be time to go to Costco and Trader Joe’s. So, I drag-sort into grocery sections by likely stores, as I’ll probably get carrots, onions, maybe bread etc at TJ’s or I’ll end up with too much food to get through before spoiling. But I want the entire list in view as might run out of time and just get that 5 lb bag of carrots at Costco, make soup or juice with the excess. And, I can sort the grocery items by area of that produce department (ie apples, pears, citrus found together as are onions, potatoes, garlic, shallots, etc) so I’m not zipping into that chilly (Costco cooler room!) area more than once. Please preserve this lovely feature.

  • Great UX, DON’T BUY Daily Planner” Jan 10, 2020

    By Ryancccccc
PSA: This is a thoughtful review, both potential users and the app’s team should note it. Before anything bad, I’d like to say their organization and interface is awesome, it’s clean and logical, at least to how I think about task doing. BUT they try to fool you into subscribing to their “Daily Planner”... please do NOT do this. Once you use it once on the free version, you’ll notice that it doesn’t do ANY planning for you, it has you pick the time for the task manually (although it has some preset options)... so.. you’ve entered in the task, you’ve manually set it’s time.. why are you paying $5 a month ?? @ Developers, what should have been done here was use the same preset options: Morning, Noon, etc. then take those preferences and use them to organize the tasks into time slots. May not fit into user’s preferences perfectly but it could be really good. You were literally so close to making something awesome and worth real money but what you made was literally pointless and actually a burden to anyone who clicks a preset option for more than 1 calendar event because they need to go in and change that. BTW, is that not false advertising? I mean it is NOT a daily planner, you provide all of the planning information. In summary, great app if you’re not paying. App devs, hop on an AI tool to do the planning.
  • Best to do app, but... Dec 4, 2018

    By mimimamomo
I upgraded to pro just because I do use this app all the time and want to help the developers keep being able to develop the app. I like this app the best out of the few major apps I tried out before. Other than supporting developers, the upgrade is pretty pointless. I thought at least being able to take pics as attachments could be useful to me, but the attachment function is terrible! It forces you to fit pictures into a square, and if you zoom in in the picture you can’t move to either side of the image. It just stays static. I want to use this to take pictures of handwritten notes or anything, really, but the cropping constraints render it almost totally useless!! Please update this! Honestly I’d update this rating to four or five stars and recommend the upgrade if this attachments issue were fixed.
  • Missing a couple things + bug Jan 23, 2018

    By BuycottTrump
I LOVE the “moment” feature so I keep coming back to Anydo to see if the missing features I need have been added. 1. There needs to be a way to see if a task has subtasks, notes, etc WITHOUT having to click on the task. Things get missed because I don’t know more info is associated with the task. 2. Moment needs to cycle through every single task. It seems to skip a lot of them. I end up doing the moment process multiple times to see everything. Also there may be a bug... I could not get the app to open today after I updated it. -1 for bug and -1 for missing features. Will update when fixed. If these two things were added and bug fixed this would be a 5 star app!!
  • Not bad but... Feb 21, 2021

    By Rick@04Jeep
It is simple to load and go. Most of it Is intuitive. I use it on an iPhone and a PC and that is where I have trouble. Any. do is very different on the two separate systems. The flow, functionality, use features are different between the two. For something so basic and has a monthly fee(I am paying for Premium) I would expect the integration to be closer to the same on the two systems, at least with the feature offerings. Additionally I keep getting reminders for items I have already delayed and also for ones I have deleted. So far I am receiving reminders on items I completed or deleted 4 or 5 days ago, could be me, but again the integration is not great for something I am paying for.
  • Not bad, much better than vanilla Reminders Aug 2, 2018

    By I'm ashamed
I am seeing some bad reviews by people that say the latest version has issues. Since I just installed it a few days ago and sharing it with family devices, we think it’s great. It’s a much more elegant Interface with much more functionality than just your vanilla reminders app that comes with iOS. Yes, with a combination of the Calendar app and the Reminders app you get much of the same functionality, but not all. Plus the interface is significantly better. Great for families. I am only giving it four stars the moment because we’ve only used it for a few days, but I think we’ve touched all the functionality and I will upgrade or downgrade as needed.
  • Switching back to Wunderlist Jan 9, 2018

    By Drej08
As much as it pains me to write this, I have to switch back to Wunderlist ONLY because I've had so many issues syncing tasks across platforms. I love the fxnality of the app, but what good is a task list app that doesn't at it's core track your tasks no matter the device. I just had an instance where my tasks weren't synced between my phone and MacBook. Signed out on my phone, then signed back in. The app showed the tasks that I have on my MacBook but then deleted the tasks I had only on my phone. If they can solve this issue I'd be likely to switch back. Might even sign up for premium. If you're a user with only one device, this might be the app for you.
  • Mostly good but some frustrating parts Jul 8, 2019

    By norcal185785
There are a lot of features that should be able to covert back and forth between formats. For example I want to create a grocery list and was trying to figure out the app so I clicked on something and it put the grocery list in my to-do list instead of keeping it in the grocery list section where it separates it into food categories for you. There is no way to fix it so I am stuck with a messed up format that I should be able to easily change back. There are a few other things where once you switched it to see what it does, you can’t switch it back. Be careful
  • Make sure it has what you need before you pay Feb 21, 2018

    By skyfranks
The free version doesn’t let you do much so I went ahead and paid for the subscription. However, I found out shortly after paying that a key feature I’ve used in task managers for a long time was missing from this application. That feature is to schedule a recurring task out a certain number of days upon completion of that task and not by the original date it was due. This was a dealbreaker for me so I ended up going with Things 3 which offers that feature, instead. So just to be sure to ask up front if the features you really need are available before paying.
  • Crashes occasionally Oct 22, 2020

    By Jimthgetv
Has been crashing while changing list items. Not every time but enough to be annoying and cause me to worry about losing stuff. It also does not integrate with Alexa no matter what I try. Not sure if that’s an issue with this app or Alexa but also frustrating. It does integrate well with the app for windows pc and my Apple Watch. One thing I’d change about the watch app: while using it as a complication on the watch face screen it would be great to show how many tasks you have remaining for a specific list, like just your work list or your personal list. You could still have the default everything list as one of the options. It would help people to compartmentalize being able to work on one list at a time instead of feeling overwhelmed with everything from various lists. Fix the bugs and integration issues that you have control over and I’d gladly give it five stars. The change to the watch app would be a major bonus and so helpful!
  • Awkward UI Sep 30, 2019

    By gerryp122
I’d love to love this app, but the UI is poorly designed. Examples (1) when you add/edit a task you have to swipe down instead of button close (1b update) when you sort by Date, Upcoming Tasks are not sorted by date - huh? (2) you can’t select and move multiple tasks (3) search icon should be on main page (4) when you delete a task you have to delete it again with a clear, just more work (5) on iphone11 the slightest side touch on a task deletes it, over sensitive. There are some great things, like speed of cloud sync, but overall the company needs a UI/UX focus study to improve. Forget all the AI/ML talk for now, get the basics down.

I used to like this app a lot but it's only getting worse and worse. Notifications are even 10 hours late, syncing sometimes doesn't work/needs up to 5 app restarts, repeating tasks works for like 1-2 weeks and then they randomly turn to non-repeating tasks, etc...

This has been my to-do list app for the last year and a half. I have created/deleted/shared many lists. But within the past 2 months the syncing issues are getting in the way of my love for the app. I’ll be using my phone for days at a time- only to log onto my desktop version and find 15-20 undone tasks that I completed days beforehand. Lists shared between family members aren’t syncing anymore either. The only fix is to uninstall and reinstall. Every time. The grocery list needs work. I want to be able to drag and drop my groceries into other aisles. Again, more sync issues here too. If you have someone you share your grocery list with, be prepared for sync issues and for you both to come home with groceries you thought the other person hadn’t bought yet, since your any do lists didn’t sync 😐 For the record, our grocery lists synced for the past year, these issues aren’t connectivity based on our end. We have never had a problem with this until the past couple of months. I will say that developer support is decent and you will get a response if you submit a ticket. I’m holding out hope for a sync fix because I love this app- but it is a frustrating issue for sure.
  • Misleading Calendar Integration Aug 13, 2018

    By IntensityTX
The app integrates with the calendar on your device, not directly to an email account on Outlook or Gmail. So I had to add the family email and calendar I setup to my iPhone calendar when I primarily use the Outlook app. Despite feature requests for this, the developer has closed those requests on their site stating the feature is complete when what has been added is not what most were actually requesting. On the positive side, the Alexa integration is fantastic. Would like to see more integration with Cortana. Lastly, if there is a way to add a to-do without having a due date or reminder set automatically I haven’t figured that out. I’m not finding it ideal that every grocery item has a reminder assigned to it. Would be nice if there was a way to set a general item list vs a to do list.
  • Totally confusing Feb 21, 2021

    By Kplan23
I’ve had this app on iPhone 5, 6s and 8. It never worked on any of them. If you don’t open the app it won’t send Notifications. The only thing it does is tell you you cut down on the number of reminders. I would never pay a subscription for this app. It would make more sense to delete it. **************************** I thought I'd try this app again. It never worked consistently in the past. It tells me I have X number of alerts for the day, yet it doesn't trigger them unless I open the app. It will work for a day or two and then go silent again. Now the black background is an IAP. My eyes don't like the white, but I'm not paying $3/month for black. There's a new update. I'll give it a try and if it still doesn't work I'm through trying.
  • Getting worse Jan 5, 2019

    By jed again
This has been my go-to app for years, used more than any other app. With recent updates, problems have arrived. All my devices have different lists. Repeated syncs and evaluations of lists aren’t helping. Items reappear after being moved. Repeating items are now difficult to change, and once changed still stay in current day lists. This has been going on now for weeks. I have started downloading other apps to look for a replacement. Conversations with developers has not resolved anything as they point to upcoming updates that haven’t yet fixed anything. I’m not looking for new fancy bells and whistles, just that it works consistently without fail.

I downloaded this to help me stay on track, and become more productive. I love lists, so I thought this app looked awesome. I appreciate that it has a reminder feature, and that has definitely helped me. But I dislike the limitations. I don’t want to have to get the premium version or whatever, but I feel like I have to, because a lot of the features are very restricted without it. I just want to be able to use the app. This is something that annoys me, because it happens so often. It’s not the most visually pleasing, and I’m very disappointed in the lack of features. I was super excited about this app, but it has not quite lived up to my expectations.

    By Lkuosbgtfjebwustvrvdkuc
I added this app as a skill for my Alexa Dot, and wanted to be able to use it across platforms so added the app to my phone. I was very excited that I would have something simple to add things my ADHD brain would have difficulty remembering. Too bad I can’t even log in! I use my phone’s password generator and with all of the security and privacy issues lately with Facebook I refuse to even consider using that to authenticate an account. When I try to come to the app to log in it tells me my email address and password do not match. So I tried resetting my password. It emails me a link that literally takes me to the login page! I tried it twice. Same thing happened. Can’t reset the password. Can’t log in. Completely and totally useless. I will continue my quest for an app and skill that can be used across both platforms because clearly this is not it.
  • I could successfully delete this app free of subscription! Jan 13, 2018

    By AR9516
1- If you want to choose different colors for tasks in the calendar, you should have to pay a lifetime monthly subscription! 2- The app imported all my tasks in reminder app and put them all in Today's category. And I had to delete more than 100 unwanted ones by sliding one by one as done tasks. No way to select and delete them together were found. 3- I don't know why app developers follow the fashioned way of asking for such subscriptions instead of selling them (when you can purchase a software/app there's no logical need for lifetime payment without any continuous particular service. Same as shopping a Microsoft Office software and use it forever). 4- With such circumstances I should appreciate it for letting me feel free to delete this app less than 10 minutes after installation and without having to pay subscription.

Yet another update in a tiny window of time (seems to be around once or twice a week) with the same standard cookie cutter iOS 11 explanation (“Sweeeet”) .... I’m all but positive these devs are mining data; they’re definitely on some BS, this app isn’t worth anywhere near a subscription at all, much less one so expensive. Don’t believe the hype. Don’t support this rapacious and predatory business model (cue dev misleading reply about “service“). The only reason it’s still on my iPhone (already been bounced from the other devices) is because I haven’t had a chance to transfer my data (been using this app for years, which should speak for its trajectory) to the other (just as useful if not more so) app(s) with more reasonable developers (sure, it’s been harvested several times over at this point but I don’t think they plan on being very forthcoming with/about it).
  • Unreasonable Customer Service Apr 23, 2020

    By Accafan7
I paid for the pro subscription because I thought it would do (simply) what I needed. It did not, and therefor I never used the app. When I reached out to cancel and have the amount refunded (during the pandemic mind you), I explained I never used the tool and that it did not do what I’d hoped. Here is the only response I received - “Per our TOS and as stated on our Help Center, we can only issue refunds for subscription payments that occur within 48 hours of your payment being processed.” Basically, they aren’t willing to do anything to help me (even though I’m certain they could). I prefer to work with companies that are willing to have a human approach to these situations, not companies that want to hide behind their terms of service as an excuse to take me money for nothing. I will never be recommending this company to clients again.
  • Don’t buy this app! Apr 9, 2018

    By MandaBerger7
I made the mistake of purchasing a year subscription of this app and I am so mad at myself for doing so. I need something that works seamlessly between my phone and my laptop to keep tasks in order for work and it has been insanely frustrating trying to make that happen. The browser app deletes my reoccurring tasks EVERY TIME I complete it for a day. Some tasks just give themselves a new due date that I definitely did not assign them, and I can’t tag or share tasks with my team without those disappearing as well. I’ve emailed support numerous times and the same person responds days later with no solution. I don’t even think they are understanding the issue at all. Horrible customer service and horrible waste of money. I wish I could get my money back as well as the hours of frustration caused by the inadequacy of this app.
