This app is one of the few which has a very good UI in the `reminder` class of apps. Has a wide range of functionalities which cover almost everything a normal person needs. PS: I am not much of a fan of monthly / yearly plans, If you can remove the integrations like Whatsapp and stuff along with the priority support, I am glad to pay a one time fee for the app.

I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Well, obviously they feel they had a bad experience, I just don’t agree & haven’t had their problems. I received an Echo Spot & tried this app when I saw it listed as working with Alexa. I like that the app made connecting with Alexa, Calendar, Reminders, etc very easy. I have had no problems. It works with both Alexa & Siri, nice clean interface, always sends my reminders, integrates my calendar no matter where I enter my event/reminder (through Alexa, Siri, Reminders, or Calendar), sub tasks works great, & I haven’t had any lagging. I love the ‘plan your day’ thing, very easy, intuitive, & useful! I’m not running this on a new iPhone either, a very full 6s+, & I have not bought a subscription. It does sometimes open slow, but only when I have a bunch of apps open so it is my phone not the app. This hasn’t completely replaced Things app since nothing (for me) does projects like it, but I no longer use Things for everything, pretty much just business projects. So far this has been a very useful, easy to setup, & easy to use app that does what it advertises, also working with both Siri & Alexa.

I love this app for keeping track of my homework, but I wish they would add some kind of timetable functionality for students. Also I think it's a bit poor that you have to pay for a subscription if you want to use the focus mode. In general the app is great, though, ideal for keeping track of everything I need to do, and it's great that I can set recurring reminders for orchestra, clubs etc.

This is so close to being the ideal calendar/to-do app. No other app that I’ve tried (and I’ve tried a lot) has done as well at integrating to do lists and a calendar. There are a couple things that would make this absolutely perfect, though. I really like having the monthly view with the dots showing which days have events, but I *really* wish the agenda view below it would scroll. It’s more difficult than it should be to move between dates in that view, especially when I’m trying to find time for an appointment far in the future. And this seems like a hard thing to do, so I’m not docking any stars for it, is being able to say or type, “meet Mom for dinner at 7 PM at restaurant,” and then having the app put all that information where it needs to be. Instead, the user has to type all of that in the individual date, time, location, and description fields. I’ve tried other apps that have this feature, and it is so convenient. But I’m guessing the tech behind it is pretty complex.

  • Great planner app! Feb 27, 2018

I really like this app, it helps a lot! I got it going into high school because I’ve always been terrible at writing in a physical planner, and saw it suggested in a story I’m subscribed to on snapchat. One problem, though... I feel like you have to pay for too many features. I know the developers need to make money, but I think they should maybe make some more features available for those who don’t want to us money on the app. I really like how simple it is and easy to use. Anything that needs explaining is covered when you first open the app! 😄 I use this a lot. It helps me remember what I need to do for homework and it also helps me not procrastinate because it reminds me to do things I need/want to do. It also helps that I have a visual to-do list. If you have problems remembering things you need to do, if you’re a procrastinator or if you want a planner, but don’t like having to buy one every year, I highly suggest this app.

Spent 2 hours tinkering with this app just to realize that it can't do what I need it to do. It's quite frustrating that no digital planner has the option of showing future tasks before they're due. I have a task that's due every third Wednesday of the month. I want to see that task on my calendar 3 months ahead so I can plan around it. But nope, the task won't appear until it's marked complete in the previous month. Pointless! How can that feature possibly be helpful for anyone??

I use to really like this app until the recent update. I can’t get my activities to go to the designated place like I use. I am on the hunt for something else. I don’t know why developers mess with a good thing! Support contacted me but I can’t put anything back like it was. Very aggravating! The new update really messed up a good thing! 🤬Until this is fixed I won’t rate this anymore than a one. To the developer - Please stop trying to contact me. I have been in touch with your people trying to see how my issue can be fixed. It should be simple. It takes forever for anyone to get back to me. I shouldn’t have to pay to have someone help me faster. If the people who help with this app responded as fast as they do to people posting reviews things would be great! I haven’t heard from anyone in two days on the issue I would like fixed. Apparently I have angered someone. I get a response every time I edit this review. These people keep sending me the same response daily. Too bad they don’t contact me to help me the issue I have! I have been waiting and all I get is this response to my review. Forget this app and get one that the developer will assist in helping if you need it. It’s March 4th and still nothing worth noting from this app developer. This used to be awesome—by far the most streamlined way to share different to-do lists with different people and have everything checked off in real-time. Simple, foolproof as long as you had an internet connection or cell signal. They have since added so many additional layers of “functionality” and ways of organizing things that my husband and I now struggle to be sure we are actually looking at the same grocery list. I nearly threw my phone across the room in frustration just now because the same grocery list we have been using for years in the app now looks entirely different for each of us and no longer seems synched, so we spent a bunch of time texting to make sure he was able to pick up everything we need while I was at work(so, I am having to text extensively while at work when I already put a lot of time into the list earlier today). It’s a real shame, but I will probably have to move on to find another solution.

  • A must-have app! LIFESAVER! Apr 10, 2020

    By LisaxCummings
This app has made my job far less confusing, chaotic, and frustrating! I am an organized person naturally, and I write everything down! But notebooks make me crazy because they are hard to keep organized without a bunch of things crossed out and arrows pointing everywhere! This app allows me to write down what needs to be done, organize it by project, make priority levels, etc. It also works as a calendar to alert me when certain things are due. And I LOVE that I can mark something as complete, and it goes to the bottom so I can track my progress! And maybe the best part is that it’s online-based, so whatever I add to my list through my phone gets added to my list on my computer! So I don’t have a hundred sticky notes and scrap pieces of paper with notes written on them all over my desk. I always have my phone on me, so I can pull up the all and add stuff in a second! This is the app that I have always wanted!

Integrates well with my work flow. I had difficulty in understanding the 'My Lists' so instead I "listed" My projects instead...works, now integrates well with what I do and the tags differentiates similar project "lists". I accidentally deleted my shopping list when I really wanted to remove some items...but its growing on me. 20-02-21 Perfect blend of info, notification and application, but took me awhile to adjust to it, now i wont go back to other apps.

  • Not working - now fixed Apr 26, 2020

    By XChris32
I downloaded this yesterday, paid for the version with the bells and whistles and spent time inputting my tasks and meetings. It looks great. Unfortunately, by the end of the day, it had frozen and now it will not open. It freezes while trying to open and then just shuts down. I’ll give it a couple days to see if the programming can but fixed, but otherwise I’m cancelling quickly to avoid losing money. It’s a shame, the format (for the first 4 hours) was fantastic. Update to my prior review: IT reached out and has been very responsive over the last week or so in trying to fix the crashing issue. They updated the software and the crashing problem is resolved! I have this app on my iPhone and iPad. The goal is to get rid of my paper planner, and this 100% has me on my way. Truly a great app to stay organized with tasks and calendar. Thanks for the help, IT!

  • Great app except for the task list glitch Jan 26, 2020

    By MarianneNL
My sister and I love this app. We mainly use it for the shared task list for when we do grocery shopping. She can add to the list, and I’ll get a notification for it. And she’ll get a notification for when I check off something. However, there’s been this weird glitch. I would try to add things to the list, but it won’t always show up. It may show up on her end, but not mine and vice versa. Or she’ll check something off on her end but it’s still on my list and vice versa. There was also a glitch where she sent me an invite to a list but it wouldn’t show up on the app. And I kept getting notifications and emails about this invite for a couple of days before it finally showed up in the app and I was able to join. I’ve been having more problems than she has. I finally got fed up and deleted the app and reinstalled. I’m hoping this will fix the error. Other than that I really like this app.

Another "free" app that just wants you to upgrade to premium. I'm not paying $2.99 MONTHLY for something as basic as labels and color coding. I played with it for a bit, and find the interface annoying just to try to edit the grocery list was a pain. Also when trying to add a task I kept accidentally closing the new task as I tried to swipe left thru the options to select someday. I touched it too high so whatever I typed was lost. Uninstalling & will try out others that are actually free

  • Great UX, DON’T BUY Daily Planner” Jan 10, 2020

    By Ryancccccc
PSA: This is a thoughtful review, both potential users and the app’s team should note it. Before anything bad, I’d like to say their organization and interface is awesome, it’s clean and logical, at least to how I think about task doing. BUT they try to fool you into subscribing to their “Daily Planner”... please do NOT do this. Once you use it once on the free version, you’ll notice that it doesn’t do ANY planning for you, it has you pick the time for the task manually (although it has some preset options)... so.. you’ve entered in the task, you’ve manually set it’s time.. why are you paying $5 a month ?? @ Developers, what should have been done here was use the same preset options: Morning, Noon, etc. then take those preferences and use them to organize the tasks into time slots. May not fit into user’s preferences perfectly but it could be really good. You were literally so close to making something awesome and worth real money but what you made was literally pointless and actually a burden to anyone who clicks a preset option for more than 1 calendar event because they need to go in and change that. BTW, is that not false advertising? I mean it is NOT a daily planner, you provide all of the planning information. In summary, great app if you’re not paying. App devs, hop on an AI tool to do the planning.

    By mimimamomo
I upgraded to pro just because I do use this app all the time and want to help the developers keep being able to develop the app. I like this app the best out of the few major apps I tried out before. Other than supporting developers, the upgrade is pretty pointless. I thought at least being able to take pics as attachments could be useful to me, but the attachment function is terrible! It forces you to fit pictures into a square, and if you zoom in in the picture you can’t move to either side of the image. It just stays static. I want to use this to take pictures of handwritten notes or anything, really, but the cropping constraints render it almost totally useless!! Please update this! Honestly I’d update this rating to four or five stars and recommend the upgrade if this attachments issue were fixed.

It's a great app, but $36 a year subscription? I don't think so. I might pay $5 to buy it as a one time purchase, but that is insane. Edit: I love how the developer responded quoting a non-existent industry standard pricing... $3-$4 one time would be standard for android apps to unlock the advanced features. You can't even choose when a recurring todo happens without a subscription, making the free version all but unusable. There are lots of other reasonably priced apps that will do this.

  • Strange todo app Apr 3, 2020

    By Quark Gluon Plasma
This app has opinions. It thinks integration with everything is good, especially if it’s an app or service of dubious utility, or run by data pirates after plunder. It thinks grocery lists are by far the most important lists, and you should be able to get to them quickly from any screen. It has lots of features, but I’m not sure what they do. There’s a tag feature, but you only get one tag without paying $36 a year, and I can’t figure out how to filter with it anyway. Help is no help. There’s a focus mode but that’s premium too, so I don’t know anything about that. There’s icons all around the periphery of the screen, and some of them do things. You can look at your todo’s sorted by date or by project. There’s a panel on the left-hand side which lists projects (and grocery lists!) in big rectangles. It’s probably no fun if you have more than 6-10 projects. Oh, Projects may be lists. Or maybe some lists are projects. It’s all so hard. And pricey.

The best thing about the app is it’s connection to Alexa and Siri so I can add to my reminders and lists in one place and on the go. However, the bells and whistles stop there. I paid for the “premium” version with the misunderstanding that it would have a more robust calendar function. It doesn’t. The only difference with the calendar is that you can change colors in the premium version and that is hardly worth the money. I need to have tasks and the calendar in a single app, and while it does this, there are much better apps for such integration. Not being able to see a day at a time or have alternative calendar views is the greatest weakness in this app for someone looking for an integrated task/calendar organization system. It would seem like an easy fix for an app with so much potential. I will not be buying the premium edition if I continue to use it at all.

I downloaded this app for one reason only. It works with Alexa. Ok, I said, ill give it a try, so I got it and signed up for a month of premium ($5.99) The rest of my morning was spent trying to figure the app out. After the first three crashes, it smoothed out. The UI is simple, white back ground- no Dark Mode. You have the ability to change the font color. The screen that allows you to show all of your calendar and to dos is a scrolling clunky mess. You can get this view from any app on the market. On the To Do side, adding them is simple- not by keyboard shortcuts, unfortunately (like CMD-N) Adding repeating events is very clumsy (this feature is only available with premium) The repeat automatically defaults to the present time with no way to edit this and you cannot go into a task and edit it to repeat- this has to be done during the initial task set up. On the to do page, it gets worse. In one view (on iPad) on the left is a list of My Lists- which cannot be edited- cannot remove a list..I turned off Apple Reminders, yet there is still a box there, unused, that I can’t get rid of. There is another tab for Tags, which are color coded. Nice, but when you add a tag to a To-Do, you only get the color- not the label for the tag in the To Do view. So, this is about as far as I got with this app. I’m not happy with all of the little “quirks” and weirdness of it. Deleted it.

I am looking for a ToDo app & it's like a big secret what the prices are for each app. If it's out of my price range why do I have to read all the info & reviews & still don't know the cost of it. If you are not ashamed of the price put it upfront so users can decide whether they want to spend the time on reading about it. I am a very direct person-sometimes too direct. I apologize for taking my frustrations out on you. I finally figured out how to find the prices...I still think it would be much more helpful to those of us looking for the right app to suit our needs to see the price right up front. It's so time consuming to search thru so many apps. But back to my apology. I saw that you are the best kind of app designer who answers anyone who has a question & promptly. Just the kind I wish I was dealing with now. I have experienced dealing with the opposite kind & its very frustrating. Some never answer you ! Kudos to you!

I really want to love this app. I keep it because I see such potential. However, the bugs that never really get fixed drive me insane. When I click on something I have to re-click because it doesn’t usually work the first time. When I move the order of the lists, a second later they are back to the original order. When I try to click to turn off the alarm notification I have to click multiple times before it takes and it usually causes another action that I didn’t want to happen. I considered it may be that I have the free version but other reviewers with the paid version have the same issues based on reviews. So I for sure am not going to risk losing money for the same issues to keep happening. I regret that I may have to start all over with another app which is a hassle since I spent so much time curating my lists onto this one. 🤦🏽‍♀️
