Technical issue and landscap mode
more lessThe app has some technical issue for long time now Firstly, when I open my friend's music activity and move from one friend to another, usually the last track from my previous friend stuck on loop and keeps playing. The only way to stop this loop is by close the music activity area. Secondly, If I left the status "Music Activities", there's no way to go back and open it without close the entire application and open it again. So if I would like to listen to my friend's last played songs. A track can stuck on loop. if I exit the status/Music Activities, I can’t go back "It's just not open" the only way to open it again is by restart the entire application. It's very annoying and what makes it worse is these issues here for a long time now. Also, there's no way to open the application on the landscape mode. I can understand the reason why there is no landscape mode on iPhone "All users usually use their iPhone on portarit mode except for games and watching videos" but not on the iPad. I and many users prefer iPad on landscape mode but because of your lack of support, I can’t use Angami on iPad.

Major Disappointment in the New Update
more lessI want to revert back to the older Anghami version, this app is crappy. I preview songs before actually playing them, and it shows on my feed that I’ve played them... this is very very disappointing! I expect to have the same old lovely look Anghami had. I got a new device, and forgot to turn off the automatic updates so the app got updated before I even said so... Anghami used to be the app everyone looked up to, I myself let go of the music app in my iPhone just to have the music all in one place, regardless of some exclusive and unreleased material of my favorite artists that I keep in the Music app this way to save space. I advise you to please bring back the old sleek look this app had, or at least not let songs you just preview a second or 10 of only show unlike before, when you actually play a song and it shows on the recently played. All users must not update at all!! This is very disappointing. I gave it two stars when it deserves a measly one and even half a star now, two just for the music updates. But hence IT ONLY JUST DESERVES HALF A STAR. BRING BACK THE OLD ANGHAMI ASAP AND STOP SHOWING PREVIEWED SONGS ON THE FEED AND RECENTLY PLAYED WTH!!

I'm beginning to dislike the app after the recent update because, when I tap the song that I want to listen to, it switches to another song to "help keep music free" and it claims to do that for my own benefit when infact it is just a bother. I also used to like the freedom it offered with the playback buttons.

it is so bad for free users, I agree the company need more people to convert to premium so that they can have enough funds to keep the good quality but its just pushing so hard on the free users with features such as long annoying ads which often include video ads that carelessly consume my data and even the skip button doesnt work most of the time and lots of other annoying features. The one that pushed it off the edge for me was not allowing free users to play songs in the order they have it

Worst customer service!
more lessI have been paying for subscriptions for years now, and I got an offer months ago to add family members to my plan, I have added only 1 account out of 5, a month later I received an email saying you’ve added all your 5 family members! I thought my account got hacked or something, contacted Anghami care on Twitter and they had no clue on whats going on, they finally said they will look into the issue and thats it, been receiving the same email every single month, so i decided to add another family member since its offering that in the email I get every month, tried adding but no luck! Contacted Anghami care again and again they had no clue why I’m getting those emails! And instead of correcting things they went and looked to the family member account i’ve added months ago and deleted that from my account without any consent! This is just stupid and ridicules support team! I hope that management reads this to know how their team are dealing with loyal customers! Canceled my subscription though.

انا محمل التطبيق من اول ما نزل من سنوات و التطبيق صاير من سيء الى اسوء الى اسوء فعلا،، موضوع الإعلانات اصبح مزعج جدا وكذلك انا لما احب اسمع شيء اسمع الي ارغب مو تسمعني وتشغل لي على مزاجك لما اضغط تشغيل على اغنيه يشغل لي اغاني اخرى وكل الي في القائمه الا الاغنيه الي ضغطتها وكل هذا علشان اشترك وادفع اشتراك.. هذا تطبيق مقاطع صوتيه مافيه برنامج آخر غير هذا التطبيق لما تطلب منه تشغيل نفطع يشغل لك مقطع اخر مافيه تطبيق كتب مثلا تشغل كتاب يشغل لك كتاب اخر وياليت فيه تقييم اقل من نجمه

I know that you guys need money to keep buying us newest music and stff, but the way you deliver muisc is sick and disgusting, it is Music bro, music is art and love and peace, but you make it so commercial and all you care is money, like you don't care about our experience you keep putting ads in the middle of the song, or you decide what to hear!! You creat a problem to sell us the solution? Wth!! I once subscribed but it is so normal and it is not like i cant find the music else where! 0 star

I just want to search and listen to a music but it always recommend other music! It just basically ask you to subsrribe and pay so you can use the whole app. Its just a search cmon! So ridiculous! Removed the automated recommendation!!

Loved this app, but unfortunately some features aren't optimized. When going in my playlists, there isn't a "select all" button to add all songs to another playlist or to like them all. Plus, there was a simple shuffle button before in the widget or when playing a song etc. Now I need to access the app, click on the three dots button then shuffle all. It's getting less user friendly than previous versions.

sweet app, especially compared to the other free alternatives. My only complaint is that they stop rubbing that in our face with their constant pop-ups (not the ADs), and also the app stoping us from listening to a song, without it playing a couple songs first, which it believes is our taste.

While music is supposed to calm you down or make you feel happy and joyful, every time I use this app, I become annoyed and angry. It recently turned into a very commercial and useless app. Why does a song that is similar to the one I selected always play instead? I get it that they need to encrouage people to buy anghami plus, but honestly It just makes me want to delete it.

I'm facing issue with this last version, i can't download all my songs knowing that i already subscribed for anghami plus, it's not acceptable that you force people to subscribe for the app to be able to listen to their choosing songs, and yet we can't actually benefit from this subscription as we supposed to :/

I like using this app very much but lately its been playing similar music and not the tracks I want to play. I don't know if its a way to push me to go premium but it is not appreciated at all. When I pick a track, I want to listen to it and not another one similar
