    I have had many complications and frustrations with previous forms of your site. I am technologically challenged and found it hard to find some procedures, as did my clients and down line. but.......... This new version is AMAZING! Everything is in order and makes perfect sense to me. Thank you so much for always improving and bettering our experience with your company and it’s products. You never disappoint! I am smiling as I navigate this site on my phone. Thanks so much!!

    Seems outdated. Unable to use my phones back button (I've had two new phones recently) must use their back arrow button to view the previous page but it restarts back at the top. Constantly have issues with placing my order on my phone. I was advise that it's easier if I log in from my computer. I love the products and my family loves the products so that is why I choose to suffer through the process. If I had to rate the product quality and my happiness with the products Id rate them a 10!

    Not sure the correct way to report and issue with the app but I can login since the last update. I get this error message “JSON Parse error: Unexpected identifier” witha string of letters and numbers after it. Nothing else happens. I click ok but the screen just stays gray and doesn’t do anything. The app was working great beforehand. After a few days got a response that the bug was fixed. It works great now!

    I am an IT business analyst and I work with a lot of people in UI/UX! This app is by far the best amway app that has been released since I’ve been in business! It’s simple everything is very easy to find and there isn’t too much information on each page. I love it keep it up!

    It’s a great update from the old app which didn’t let you go back to the list of products vs now you can if you select one from the list you can always go back and not start your search over. One thing to note that would be awesome if you could swipe from the side of the screen to go back v the arrow at the top. Also even this review section you can’t see the text. It’s all white and no letters FYI.

    I absolutely love how quick and easy it is to get an order placed. Also love that I don’t have to stress about it an item won’t work because the return policy is incredible. Online shopping can be overwhelming but not with Amway. Thank you!

    Keep having to delete and redownload the app due to it crashing and my profile picture is sideways and I cannot fix it or is there an option to fix it.

    This works a lot better than the one I was using previously. It loads a lot faster, is not bland and not to much blank space, and is very easy to navigate.

    It’s a great update from the old app which didn’t let you go back to the list of products vs now you can if you select one from the list you can always go back and not start your search over.     Good app for a phone I have being having issues thru the app. As and IBO I have put customers information and it disappears thru and thru, I being checking with my customers and some of them haven't received the welcome email or the email ending being corrupt is just getting from bad to worst please help me find a solution. Also why can we change the option when we have a customer and they wanting become and IBO thru the application.

    No parts of this app is working at all on my device. I can't get past the log in page. I log on then try to use one of the functions &it sends me back to a log in page. Then I try to sign in & it says invalid entry. I don't know what to do. Can't register customers or other IBOs.

    This app is not working properly... There are no pictures loading, I can't invoice my clients from it, some functions do not work (like the back button for one)... Hope it gets an upgrade sooner than later.

    Today as I was adding items to cart some would be entered then as I added another product then the one previously would disappear. Went through multiple times them finally all stayed in cart and then I just went to check out and decided not to add any more since it was a diff situation today.

    Couldn't get the app to work. After login it gives Unexpected error 605 and exits. Hopefully they fix this issue in the next release. 3/31/21 App worked for some time and now again at the time of login it throws an error "Unable to initialise WS02, please try again later". Please fix this as I am unable to use it.

    It need a lot of improvement. Pictures are not loading. It lags so much. I rely on my phone to do the business so this kind of malfunction are frustrating

    Search engine is terrible. Key words are not found if eBay can do it hire their people. In fact almost any partner store is better. The tax rate choices only allow inside city limit choices. We don't live in ANY city limits. To get to partner stores takes multiple clicks. No need. Used to be way better. Seems we are going backwards

    New app is easy to manage feels a bit faster at loading comparing to previous app. Only issue I had is when adding a debit card it will proceed as normal but then when attempting to add card number it shows a grey box and unable to input any number,.

    Once I had selected my items, the sight kept asking that I review cart because something had changed. This happened several times so I kept changing things around until it finally accepted the change.

    I love the new app. The only problem my husband and I are having is it won't show us the pictures of the products. We have restarted our phones, uninstalled the app, and it still does not show the pictures.

    This app is amazing but I do business and shopping from my tablet and this has only iPhone only mode. Sad because with all the amazing new business tools it makes the website a better tool for business tools and shopping. Sadly can’t edit shopping lists or ditto either

    When I try to sign in through the app it doesn't allow me to sign in email bc my country (Northern Marianas Island) is not there for the mobile number sign in.

    Please add DITTO access! I just downloaded the app for the first time, and already out prompts me to update the app when I open it, which isn't even possible. I'm very glad we have an app option to make it easy to add costumers, etc! I'll be looking forward to trying that out. I'm assuming AmCart is an older feature; not sure what that is, but as it is currently not possible to access, process, or add products to your DITTO. Looking forward to updates with this, in the future!
