-rules updated
-includes changes to support the initial break rule changes
The initial break is now determined by lag or coin flip and from there on alternates each frame.
When starting a new match you will be prompted to select the breaker before continuing.
In addition frame 1 is now played like all other frames with break ball in hand as opposed to the original rules where it was played like traditional rotation.

-added tablet support and UI changes for larger format screens
-added user settings for default player and screen dimmer
-screen dimmer will dim the screen after inactivity to help increase battery life
-touch screen to restore the brightness level
-other various bug fixes

-Fixes an issue where the player two name may not be saved and therefore would not be displayed in the match history. Unsaved players will now show as "click here to set name" in the match history allowing them to be edited.

-Fixes an issue with the match history bar chart displaying incorrect values for player two

-Added iOS 7 icon support
