    Amazon’s App and Website is fantastic. But there app is wonderful. You can shop for anything at the top of your fingers. There app is easy to us and have great products and have a lot different items. It’s so easy to use and the app is well organized. You are able to track and see where your packages at without any hassle. And your packages come in time just like it will say when you order something. They nail it on delivery timing. I love this app and everyone I know loves it and I would recommend this and and having a prime member is great too but even without one you can still get whatever you are pretty much looking for. So I rate this app five stars. And my packages are on time and handled with care and the people you deliver are nice and respectful.

    Okay for the most part this app is okay, but sometimes it starts acting up and keeps saying I need to revise my payment method. I put 40 on a card for two skirts, and it came around to be 37.70. I had enough but it wont stop saying I need to revise my payment. And I've had this problem before even though I know I've had enough money before. Please fix this or I will be forced to uninstall your app.

    I have been using this app for too many years to count. It helps speed up the searching time. However, and I’ve ALWAYS been annoyed by this, the filters are absolutely awful! Always have been. You can’t sort your searches by lowest to highest price. Oh yes, it HAS the feature but when you select it, INSTANTLY at LEAST half of the items disappear. In fact, I JUST searched something and without the sort filter there were 2,000+ items. When I tried to sort from lowest to highest price it showed 1,000+ items!! It’s infuriating and takes me HOURS to search the lowest prime-shipping priced items. Lately, in the last few months it’s been even more annoying. I’ll select one or two filters and scroll through the first pages or so until I find something to click on and when I hit the back button it takes me all the way back to page one!!! I have to go through page after page just to find where I left off! Sometimes I will apply a filter and click on an item and when I hit the back button it takes me to page one AND my filters have been cleared (just happened before I wrote this review and is the REASON i decided to write this review. SO, the app is more convenient than searching on the web but its performance is very poor most of the time.

    All purchases and prices should be available for review after being paid. Installment payments should be billed as such. Not the total due immediately and added in total, on or close to payment due date. Over charges that are repaid by deducting the over payment from the next bill should be clearly noted not left to the consumer to guess what happened. Other Amazôn members have shared these issues online.

    Would be A LOT BETTER if you REMOVED USPS as a shipping option entirely. Stick to UPS and FedEx only. USPS consistently loses packages, delivers your packages late, and it is one of the most unreliable ways to send any mail deliveries ever. We pay for decency and timely deliveries with our subscription to your Prime service, however, when it comes to USPS, this is never upheld. Please consider dropping USPS from your delivery services. Take a poll you will find many will agree.

    Only downloaded this absolute nonsense to post the review. The fact you're forced to download an app to use live chat support is absolutely garbage. Then you get the pleasure of being fed copy and paste scripted replies from the chat agent. The best part of it all...it doesn't resolve a damn thing. I guess wasting peoples time is the one thing it manages to do. Adios prime and my business

    This used to be a smooth running app and searching for anything was a breeze. Now, on iPad it’s clunky, nothing is grouped the right way. Searching for something is a huge hassle, and parts of the page aren’t even optimized for the iPad pencil to use. An example- I can use the pencil to tap the search bar, type in what I want and hit search, but then I try to touch the prime tab with pen, doesn’t work, then the categories tab, nope ... and so on. It’s very frustrating. For each search you do, the filters you have selected go back to default which is all of them off. Would be nice to be able to search and keep the prime shipping tab always on. That’s One of the main reasons we are using this app. Another - yall are overridden with promo items and things that don’t really pertain to what I’m looking for, also when I type in to search for a computer, with nvidia rtx - I don’t need to have the first 10 items below be everything but what I typed, or ones that are over $ 4000... it’s ridiculous . Also the results should at least show more than 10 items per page. Yall used to have infinite scroll. Please add that back. Google shop ha been working hard on their app and are quickly becoming a better option .

    Took a chance all those years ago and tried Amazon when it was a tiny, unproven company. Used it ever since, most of that time with Amazon Prime active. Prime started becoming less and less worth it over time until it just wasn't worth the money anymore, so we got rid of Prime but still used Amazon. As of today, Amazon has conspired with other Tech giants to help destroy the free exchange of information and ideas. This is not only immoral, but evil. Amazon is the enemy.

    Im not allowed to leave a no star rating in the star rating, so let me explain. I made an account last year and ordered 3 things. 2 of them came late, although it wasn’t a big deal. The third thing wasn’t even what I ordered, but because I wasn’t charges extra I decided to just accept it as it was. Then when they gave me an option to send them my credit card information, I choose not to. Because of this, they suspended my account and held it for review, then refused to review it for several months leading me to make a new account, however if you do this you are breaching the terms of service. So now all accounts I make are suspended and the support team told me they refuse to accept money from me. My mistake was making a new account after they suspended my account, but they suspended my account for not giving them my credit card information, then refused to review the account for a year. No one works there to intentionally screw with customers, but their rules and how they treat them is certainly not professional. They informed me that the credit card linked to my previous account was deleted and therefore not linked to the previous accounts, but since it was used at all, they can’t accept it. Incompetent

    Bring back the drag and drop save/compare option. It made it easy to scroll through other items in your wishlist. Now we have the heart button to add an item to save an compare but we have to actually pull up the list to look at the items. Instead of having easy access. Make it easier for us to browse through the customer review pictures. When I click on a single picture and then go back to the full list of pictures it takes me all the way back to the top of the list instead of taking me back to where I was. Imagine looking at products that have over 100 pics and you have scrolled through 50, you enlarge a picture, and when you’re done looking you hit the back button and they take you back to #1. That’s annoying if you plan to look at more than one picture up close. Also, please allow us to scroll through items we’ve searched for without having to press “next page” every 2 minutes. We used to be able to just scroll unlimited products all on one page

    I bought acrylic paint and there are 24 colors and a wide selection of colors. It came with 11 brushes they were good quality brushes too. It also came with a palette and a canvas. And they are both the perfect sizes. Great value for the price and good quality items. And it only costed me $32 for all of these, great price for a whole professional kit.

    I used to love this app so much, couldn’t live without it. But ever since the newest updates, it’s been the worse app imaginable. I can’t get anything done on the app without me receiving an error dog after using the app for five minutes. Then I have to wait. Then I have to wait some more. Then I have to delete app and reinstall it. For no apparent reason. I can barely use it on my desktop now. It always says that the website isn’t safe now for some reason. I just hope I’m able to purchase orders when I finally get done shopping. Whenever that’s gonna be... can’t seem to dodge these error dogs. Definitely 1 star. Please fix it.

    Amazon is a very useful app and I always get my packages fast. I only have two issues to bring up. Look out for price gouging. Basically anyone can sell things on Amazon. People will buy products in bulk and then sell them for higher prices on Amazon. Example: the Nintendo switch. For the seller it says Nintendo and its $500. Everywhere else you can buy a Nintendo switch only sells it for $300. Even the real Nintendo website. The app glitches and crashes a lot for me.

    I'm relatively new to placing orders on here. My first one was a great experience. The problem I am running into is that when I search for specific items, the app shows me everything else EXCEPT what I entered in the search column. I even try filters but it seems to do whatever it wants... like I said, I'm new to THIS shopping app but not others. So life it's me, please feel free to let me know what I'm doing wrong or give me helpful tips and advice. Thank you. AB.

    It seems that about half of the things in my search results cannot be shipped to my home near Anchorage, Alaska. I am a one hour drive from one of the largest cargo hub airports in the world, where most of Amazons products are shipped through, and where one of their warehouses reside. Why do you waste half my time on your application by showing me results that have those bright red letters that say “this cannot be shipped to your location”? You already know that, so why are you showing me products I can’t buy? There should be a preference to turn that off. My second pet peeve is that so many items cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Why? It’s not our fault that the Postal Service doesn’t provide delivery to our physical address, or my 100,000 neighbors in the MatSu Borough. Third, why can’t I mark a book or other product so that I never see it again?I keeping being shown the same books that I’m not interested in over and over again. There are many things this app does well, but these three issues are becoming more and more annoying. I’m starting to purchase from other stores that don’t have these issues.

    I’m not normally one to complain, but the new app update was a grand waste of time and effort. If you paid for that abomination, I would demand your money back... and an apology. The user interface change is so different from the previous app that it makes for a very confusing and frustrating experience. I spent more time figuring out the cluttered navigation than I did shopping - and I apologize, but I do not believe you could have found a more hideous chimera of accent colors if you applied two AI’s and a team of failed design school dropouts to the task. That sickly, washed-out mint green, tried to be aqua, and God I wish I were blue, is absolutely repugnant and nauseating to behold. Marketing FAIL! Please, for the sake of those of us with good color vision make it go away. I will have to use the mobile website until it is purged. If you just put it back the way it was, I’ll give it 5 stars out of mercy and never complain again.

    ANNOYED! I use my dad's account for Amazon Music and Amazon Prime Video, as he pays the subscription, but I have my own account for Amazon shopping. However, Amazon think they're smart by syncing all their apps together. If I sign into my account on shopping, it signs into my account on everything else. If my dad signs into mysic or video, it signs onto his account on shopping. I almost bought something with his money by accident. Music has so many glitches I keep re-installing.

    Works fine on my iPhone (haven’t updated it yet), but when I try to post a question from my iPad, the button does nothing. And it’s super hard to find an item again unless you add it your cart or list, and then even if you don’t buy it, it will keep showing up in your recommendations for years to come (plus the listing can suddenly go from something normal to something you didn’t want to know about, and then THAT’s what’ll be recommended to you forever). There’s also no way to edit those recommendations, so you’ll always be bombarded with it Also there’s no way to report a sale of something that doesn’t belong to the seller (the most you can do is report them for incorrect product information, which they never read, or give them a bad review, which will be removed and might get you banned), so there are all these listings that say “handmade costume REAL PICTURE” and use stolen images of characters and custom items that the real owners have very clearly stated are not for sale.

    Stupid app keeps using the wrong card even though I selected the correct card and shipping address and clicked continue. When the order shows correct everything, radio bottons checked, it still screws up after I click continue. today's order cost an extra $20 because somehow expedited shipping was checked *after* I reviewed everything. I chose standard shipping. the truly sad part, the expedited shipping will arrive around the same time. One more screw up and it's adios! Had enough!

    Everytime I open a deep link, including a link directly from Google, the app's header opens, with the content of the app itself frozen, showing whatever app I launched amazon from. Sometimes it takes many minutes to actually open up and often I need to kill the app then reopen it. Pretty terrible for one of the most reputable tech companies.

    I expect a better iPad version from the largest richest conglomerate company in the world. The iPad version hasn’t had an update released in a very long time, looks and functions different than iPhone version, looks and acts like it hasn’t been updated in 5 years. iPhone version looks and works much better and efficiently (except the lists section which is counter intuitive on iPhone version). iPad version has dozens of frustrating bugs - to look at a picture closer is hilarious, to scroll through search results defaults back to page 1 of your search each time which is scandalous, when you click on a product the page loads and expands for several seconds and takes a while for it to line up with other hyperlinks which is amateur. Who is in charge of Amazon’s app developing? They need to have the awareness of keeping all apps on Apple devices the same, update the versions at the same time with the same look, make sure the iPad version is up to date and working perfectly like the iPhone version does.
