    Thats app is amazing but the only problem I have is add things to the cart/get lost in a 20 item I have in my cart. I believe that you should add a personal category for carts. Hear me out I wanna get some light to add in my car but I don’t want them this instant so I add them to my cart but days later I see something I wanna add to my office but again not at this instant and of course I keep on going but now weeks have gone by and my cart has 30+ items in it and I’m scrolling looking for the office item that I wanted but I cant find it because of all the junk. So the best way to fix that is the personal category I can have a place for all of the car items I want all in one place and same with office, kitchen, clothes, etc it’s a great and simple idea that can take this app from a 5 star to a 10 star. I hope you read the review and take this into consideration for your next update thank you

    The filter features and scroll action are frustrating and counter-intuitive in my opinion. The filters are tedious to update and utilize on a phone user interface (iPhone). Any time I want to apply filters, I have to tap > open drop down > select filter properties > tap "See ## Results". I'm not able to apply multiple filters without the entire page refreshing and taking me back to my dashboard. Some filter properties also can't be selected which makes searching for clothing and shoe items really difficult. I.e. I am trying to search for women's sneakers in size 9—the size 9 filter property is listed, but is gray'd out and can't be selected. It just makes searching for items in specific sizes and styles impossible. The app also has consistent issues with scrolling. Most of the time, I have to close and reopen the app a few times before I can actually scroll down a page without it bouncing back to the top automatically. I have no idea if the issues mentioned above stem from how Amazon's app and website function, or if it's an issue with my phone, but either way I usually end up feeling too frustrated to want to continue searching for things in-app.

    It seems that about half of the things in my search results cannot be shipped to my home near Anchorage, Alaska. I am a one hour drive from one of the largest cargo hub airports in the world, where most of Amazons products are shipped through, and where one of their warehouses reside. Why do you waste half my time on your application by showing me results that have those bright red letters that say “this cannot be shipped to your location”? You already know that, so why are you showing me products I can’t buy? There should be a preference to turn that off. My second pet peeve is that so many items cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Why? It’s not our fault that the Postal Service doesn’t provide delivery to our physical address, or my 100,000 neighbors in the MatSu Borough. Third, why can’t I mark a book or other product so that I never see it again?I keeping being shown the same books that I’m not interested in over and over again. There are many things this app does well, but these three issues are becoming more and more annoying. I’m starting to purchase from other stores that don’t have these issues.

    Amazon’s App and Website is fantastic. But there app is wonderful. You can shop for anything at the top of your fingers. There app is easy to us and have great products and have a lot different items. It’s so easy to use and the app is well organized. You are able to track and see where your packages at without any hassle. And your packages come in time just like it will say when you order something. They nail it on delivery timing. I love this app and everyone I know loves it and I would recommend this and and having a prime member is great too but even without one you can still get whatever you are pretty much looking for. So I rate this app five stars. And my packages are on time and handled with care and the people you deliver are nice and respectful.

    I like shopping with Amazon, but I do get tired of them messing with the interface all the time. A major update changed the entire app interface this morning making it an obnoxious, ugly mess, and forcing me to change how I use the app. Your development team needs to stop making radical changes without notifying customers of how to find things like your order history, which is usually the first thing I head for so I can check the status of my orders, but every other week the interface changes.

    This used to be a smooth running app and searching for anything was a breeze. Now, on iPad it’s clunky, nothing is grouped the right way. Searching for something is a huge hassle, and parts of the page aren’t even optimized for the iPad pencil to use. An example- I can use the pencil to tap the search bar, type in what I want and hit search, but then I try to touch the prime tab with pen, doesn’t work, then the categories tab, nope ... and so on. It’s very frustrating. For each search you do, the filters you have selected go back to default which is all of them off. Would be nice to be able to search and keep the prime shipping tab always on. That’s One of the main reasons we are using this app. Another - yall are overridden with promo items and things that don’t really pertain to what I’m looking for, also when I type in to search for a computer, with nvidia rtx - I don’t need to have the first 10 items below be everything but what I typed, or ones that are over $ 4000... it’s ridiculous . Also the results should at least show more than 10 items per page. Yall used to have infinite scroll. Please add that back. Google shop ha been working hard on their app and are quickly becoming a better option .

    The latest update to this app is awful. It shows my name and information, but if I want view orders or anything else it prompts me to log in. When I try to log in it tells me to enable cookies on my web browser. First of all, cookies are enabled. Second, what do my browser settings have to do with the functions of the separate Amazon shopping app? This is ridiculous and makes me not want to use the app at all. This update tried to "fix" something that wasn't broken. I want my working app back.

    Was great until screen change. Prime 2 day deliveries are becoming less and less available. A real mess the last few months! I'll have to contact them, and once again let them know Prime was a day or two late. I pay a monthly fee for this 2 day service, and when it takes longer, why am I paying for it? I have to call and tell them they didn't keep up their end of the deal. Return my fee, plz! App Design? Whoever thought this was a good idea should be fired! IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!

    been using Amazon for years now... a few times I've had issues with an item they rectified the situation right away. The one time a little over a year ago, they didn't even acknowledge the situation, so I lost out not only on the item I was trying to purchase, but also the payment made to seller for said item. Several attempts were made to contact both seller and Amazon with no response.

    Im not allowed to leave a no star rating in the star rating, so let me explain. I made an account last year and ordered 3 things. 2 of them came late, although it wasn’t a big deal. The third thing wasn’t even what I ordered, but because I wasn’t charges extra I decided to just accept it as it was. Then when they gave me an option to send them my credit card information, I choose not to. Because of this, they suspended my account and held it for review, then refused to review it for several months leading me to make a new account, however if you do this you are breaching the terms of service. So now all accounts I make are suspended and the support team told me they refuse to accept money from me. My mistake was making a new account after they suspended my account, but they suspended my account for not giving them my credit card information, then refused to review the account for a year. No one works there to intentionally screw with customers, but their rules and how they treat them is certainly not professional. They informed me that the credit card linked to my previous account was deleted and therefore not linked to the previous accounts, but since it was used at all, they can’t accept it. Incompetent

    I’m writing this because since a couple of updates back, the comment and reviews for products have been messed up. Simply put for example, you search for an airplane, you pick your product from the search results, click on the reviews and comments for said product, and you get reviews and comments for a BOAT. A completely unrelated product. Don’t know if it’s just affecting me or others, but it’s extremely annoying because product reviews are VERY helpful and instrumental in making an informed purchase. Please fix. Everything else is fine though.

    I used to love this app so much, couldn’t live without it. But ever since the newest updates, it’s been the worse app imaginable. I can’t get anything done on the app without me receiving an error dog after using the app for five minutes. Then I have to wait. Then I have to wait some more. Then I have to delete app and reinstall it. For no apparent reason. I can barely use it on my desktop now. It always says that the website isn’t safe now for some reason. I just hope I’m able to purchase orders when I finally get done shopping. Whenever that’s gonna be... can’t seem to dodge these error dogs. Definitely 1 star. Please fix it.

    Get this app now if you haven’t installed it. My dad works here and the place is completely amazing! Plus, it delivers your items you purchased mostly earlier then any online App Store. Other online app stores take about a week to deliver, and this app can come in a day or two. Please support this app! Again, your purchases come in not even a week (well maybe sometimes!) I totally love it. Plus, it gives you a notification when they delivered it. And for proof, they send a picture to make sure you can’t lie that you didn’t get your Item. I ordered a phone case and it came in two days. This App Store is totally amazing. Please get it!

    Amazon helps me to find things I can't find in the store. but my only problem is when you order something it takes longer than it should usually is ships the next day, but now its waiting until it get closer to the day it is suppose to get here to ship it. It kinda force you to get Amazon prime, and I would get it if it wasn't so expensive 12.99 a month. They also delete reviews. I wrote an couple reviews in if it is negative they will delete it. They even delete positive reviews.

    Just updated the app and ran into a bit of a bug. It logged me out and asked me to log back in and when I did it would send me a authorization code via text message to verify it's me. If you get this code sent to you via text, you will need to long press the URL and select open in web page in order to get authorization for the Amazon app to access your account. Hopefully this bug gets fixed soon.

    It’s confusing when I sort items by price: low to high and my results go from 800 down to 67?? Why are hundreds of items removed simply by re-sorting them in a different order? When narrowing searched items down by using the filters I wish there were more options such as where Items are SHIPPED FROM-North America, China, Global etc. like you can on eBay. When looking at an item the only way I can tell if something's not being shipped within the U.S. is the estimated arrival date is 1+ weeks from the order date. The other option I'd like to see is Free Shipping. There's the option to choose items that ship free with Prime but what about other items that ship for free that aren't Prime?

    I use the app a lot, and it’s great for shopping, but I get frustrated because of the combination of no forward button and slow response. If I have gone to several screens looking for something, and want to go back one screen, I hit the back button. Because of slow response, it looks like I miss-hit the back button. I instinctively hit it again and I am returned back to the beginning screen of the session. I cannot forward back, so I am forced to try to recreate my previous searches. Ugh. If no forward button, I need an instant indication that back is actually in progress so I won’t be tempted to hit back again. Or, stop going back to the beginning with two presses of back.

    I’ve used your app since you ever had an app! Never ever had issues! Because of that I give 4 stars. It worked a couple weeks back but been having problems the last two weeks. I can search and look up items as normal but when I click on one of the thumb links to read details about a product or buy a product. It’s a blank white screen that dimly flashes. (White and grey)?? I restarted my phone and everything else I think to do on my part. Nothing works. I understand it may also be problems with current bugs on iOS 11? Either way. If this isn’t just me, I can see it seriously being a problem. Anyway, Thank you, and everyone have a Happy New Year!

    On the “Track shipment” display page in the latest version of this app, there is an annoying, occasional glitch that occurs about half the time, in which the shipment updates for a shipment will not display, as the “See all updates” link is obscured, and can’t be scrolled down into the viewable area to be seen and selected. This glitch occurring [(update edit:) does NOT necessarily seem] dependent upon the length of the string of title text (Ex.: “Arriving tomorrow by 10 PM”) and the size and number of images (Ex.: thumbnail image of a vertically-oriented iPhone case from Apple, along with a second tiny thumbnail indicating a missing thumbnail image of a second case from a different vendor) in the header pane above the scroll box (which contains the information being obscured and being blocked from being able to scroll at all). Leaving that page and returning again often resolves the issue momentarily, but is a hassle work-around. (iPhone 5s running fully-updated iOS 12.)

    I’m not normally one to complain, but the new app update was a grand waste of time and effort. If you paid for that abomination, I would demand your money back... and an apology. The user interface change is so different from the previous app that it makes for a very confusing and frustrating experience. I spent more time figuring out the cluttered navigation than I did shopping - and I apologize, but I do not believe you could have found a more hideous chimera of accent colors if you applied two AI’s and a team of failed design school dropouts to the task. That sickly, washed-out mint green, tried to be aqua, and God I wish I were blue, is absolutely repugnant and nauseating to behold. Marketing FAIL! Please, for the sake of those of us with good color vision make it go away. I will have to use the mobile website until it is purged. If you just put it back the way it was, I’ll give it 5 stars out of mercy and never complain again.

    Bring back the drag and drop save/compare option. It made it easy to scroll through other items in your wishlist. Now we have the heart button to add an item to save an compare but we have to actually pull up the list to look at the items. Instead of having easy access. Make it easier for us to browse through the customer review pictures. When I click on a single picture and then go back to the full list of pictures it takes me all the way back to the top of the list instead of taking me back to where I was. Imagine looking at products that have over 100 pics and you have scrolled through 50, you enlarge a picture, and when you’re done looking you hit the back button and they take you back to #1. That’s annoying if you plan to look at more than one picture up close. Also, please allow us to scroll through items we’ve searched for without having to press “next page” every 2 minutes. We used to be able to just scroll unlimited products all on one page

    Works fine on my iPhone (haven’t updated it yet), but when I try to post a question from my iPad, the button does nothing. And it’s super hard to find an item again unless you add it your cart or list, and then even if you don’t buy it, it will keep showing up in your recommendations for years to come (plus the listing can suddenly go from something normal to something you didn’t want to know about, and then THAT’s what’ll be recommended to you forever). There’s also no way to edit those recommendations, so you’ll always be bombarded with it Also there’s no way to report a sale of something that doesn’t belong to the seller (the most you can do is report them for incorrect product information, which they never read, or give them a bad review, which will be removed and might get you banned), so there are all these listings that say “handmade costume REAL PICTURE” and use stolen images of characters and custom items that the real owners have very clearly stated are not for sale.

    The new update has made it impossible to check out. It won't even let me access my cart because it tells me to sign in. When I try to sign in it tells me to enable cookies in my browser. This is an app. It should have nothing to do with cookies in my browser, but fyi, cookies are already enabled in my browser. The update should have been thoroughly tested before launch.

    I used to like and buy a lot using the app, but since the last update is nearly impossible to utilize it! It's slow and it keeps logging me out every minute!! It's quite annoying! I can't do anything, because every time the log in page appears again and again, doesn't matter how many times I do it, it keeps asking the information again. And the new logo is terrible!

    I've used this app on my phone for many years without any issues. Now ever since the recent update, with the new logo, it continually crashes within 10-15 seconds after loading making it totally useless. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times without any improvement. What was wrong with the previous version? Don't fix what wasn't broken. This latest version appears totally broken and needs a fix quickly.
