    This last update has been a pain. Keeps freezing, glitching, can no longer see the different prices on colors/sizes without clicking on each item and option. Used to be great. Because of all the issues, I've spent a couple hundred dollars on other sites because I've been frustrated with Amazon and not willing to restart my searches 30 times to get 1 item.

    This would be great if they didn’t keep moving things. For example, the subscription to reorder items every month keeps moving. Sometimes it’s in account and sometimes In the top menu sometimes under orders. Now I can’t find it at all. It’s ridiculous I have to go to my computer to change my subscription orders. Also, they don’t allow you to purchase digital products on a mobile device even if you directly use the web! I’m rarely on a computer anymore, and a lot of people don’t own a computer, so we can’t order prime movies, audible books or even Kindle books without a computer. I often forget that I was going to purchase something or I see it in a regular store before I get around to turning on the computer to do an order. I’m sure that’s cost them at least 500/yr just from lost sales to me. There are bound to be thousands of people like me. Even if there are only 1000 people like me, that’s a half million a year in lost sales. On top of that, when my credit card got hijacked and turned off, they deleted my order and didn’t even put the items back into the cart or into the Saved list or anything. I don’t remember what I ordered since it was a very large order. They need to put things back in the cart or into the Saved list when that happens so that people can easily repurchase them when they straighten out the problem with the credit card.

    It's ok I guess but I'm sick of "free" apps that suck up all your time and money with ads and in app purchases 😉 EDIT: In the last couple weeks the functionality has improved and those changes were LONG overdue. Not sure how much that has to do with the ownership change. Mb this new guy can get his own company to stop doing the price gouging they blamed on their platforms third parties. That would be the best improvement in the "app". To sell @ prices close to actual retail prices consistently.

    Absolutely flawless to me. I read a lot of bad reviews about the app glitching, not working, sort orders etc. This is all user error perhaps as I am not experiencing any of this stuff on my Sony Xperia 5 (not even the latest phone). Please dont rate something out of frustration or your own lack of knowledge, this gives a negative feedback to a good product for no reason other than the obvious (with all due respect to everyone). Different phones, different settings, customizations etc.

    The filter features and scroll action are frustrating and counter-intuitive in my opinion. The filters are tedious to update and utilize on a phone user interface (iPhone). Any time I want to apply filters, I have to tap > open drop down > select filter properties > tap "See ## Results". I'm not able to apply multiple filters without the entire page refreshing and taking me back to my dashboard. Some filter properties also can't be selected which makes searching for clothing and shoe items really difficult. I.e. I am trying to search for women's sneakers in size 9—the size 9 filter property is listed, but is gray'd out and can't be selected. It just makes searching for items in specific sizes and styles impossible. The app also has consistent issues with scrolling. Most of the time, I have to close and reopen the app a few times before I can actually scroll down a page without it bouncing back to the top automatically. I have no idea if the issues mentioned above stem from how Amazon's app and website function, or if it's an issue with my phone, but either way I usually end up feeling too frustrated to want to continue searching for things in-app.

    Generally works well but latest update has knocked out speach-to-text. Also, the latest update has obfuscated once readily available tasks & made most things unintuitive. Don't know what it that makes developers take a good app & eff it up over time. I keep seeing this trend & here we go now w/Amazon. It's like they are attempting to remain relevant, even if it means moving backwards. The worst part is they don't care. I have yet to see one get reverted even in the face of 1 star reviews.

    I’ve signed up for Personal Shopper and have yet to figure out how to actually locate the monthly picks from inside the app. This shouldn’t only be accessible through a text on my phone. I can’t get to my monthly picks on any device except my phone because I have zero clue where you bury this. Users should be able to open the prime wardrobe page and see a link right there to their personal shopper picks. I also sort of hate that the prime wardrobe and regular carts are totally separate. I find other stuff from my personal shopper’s picks that I decide I’d like to buy outright, not via prime wardrobe. I want to see those purchases on the same cart screen as my prime wardrobe purchases. Otherwise, as an RN working with covid patients, you’ve made staying home during the pandemic possible. Thank you for that. My rural area doesn’t have access to food shopping features that you’ve added more recently, but everything else has given me the ability to ensure my family has what they need without me potentially exposing people at the store. Thank you!!!

    It's honesty a shame that I'm back here again. I see recent reviews regarding shipping or the quality of purchased items but I don't see how that has anything to do with the APP itself. I guess people just need a place to vent which I can understand. However, the recent update for the actual app has been frustrating to say the least. I can't browse and read reviews without running into an "oops something went wrong" message. This is exactly why I try to avoid updating apps now days!

    I have found with the vision issues I have developed for the last year or so. It has been becoming harder to read and see the print is to light. It would be nice if you incorporated a dark mode where black background and white print I find easier to read. Plus those with dyslexia also do better with dark mode for which I do have and has been acting up as well plus it would be nice if you also incorporate the ability To Adjust text size and style along with text to speech.

    There needs to be a comment section after rating delivery service to add personal comments. Existing ratings are to general and needs to be individualize to each recipients experience. Giving the company insight on improvement.I recently had an item left at my side door as I specified luckily I noticed my delivery alert and retrieved my package, although I feel the service was good I believe the package should have been placed as close to the door or home as possible rather than further away to prevent possible theft..it was very similar to placing an item on the front stoop for any and everyone to see the goal to make it as inconspicuous as able.. not to place it in the middle of the walk way as to alert others. This may be something that’s already stressed,But again adding a comment section might improve deliveries .

    After the last several upgrades for the I-Pad version, no longer I-Pad friendly. App constantly rotates to a to line up with “phone” size and I-Pad has to be rotated back and forth constantly to realign back to horizontal format. This also occurs after each time you tap “back”, “return to search”. Then after returning back to previous search page you back at the first page and have to advance back to where you were. This “new” format and layout some times do not have a purchase button and only have a subscription button or neither. It’s to much like a phone app now. I’m sorry but i have a I-Pad, not a I-PHONE I do not want them stupid buttons on the bottom like an I-phone app. Also along the bottom of the window there is a black spot that appear when you first open the app and it also appear to be a notification window but blank. I have tried to tap on it, move it, open it, expand it, but nothing works, it just sits there covering half the screen. Also the right side of page is covered up or running off the edge. You can’t reduce size to make page fit, nor move it over to read it. I have deleted app and reinstalled to try and correct problems, and it may work fine or it may not. When it does load right, the next time I open it’s back to the “I-Phone” format.

    Im not allowed to leave a no star rating in the star rating, so let me explain. I made an account last year and ordered 3 things. 2 of them came late, although it wasn’t a big deal. The third thing wasn’t even what I ordered, but because I wasn’t charges extra I decided to just accept it as it was. Then when they gave me an option to send them my credit card information, I choose not to. Because of this, they suspended my account and held it for review, then refused to review it for several months leading me to make a new account, however if you do this you are breaching the terms of service. So now all accounts I make are suspended and the support team told me they refuse to accept money from me. My mistake was making a new account after they suspended my account, but they suspended my account for not giving them my credit card information, then refused to review the account for a year. No one works there to intentionally screw with customers, but their rules and how they treat them is certainly not professional. They informed me that the credit card linked to my previous account was deleted and therefore not linked to the previous accounts, but since it was used at all, they can’t accept it. Incompetent

    oh my gosh this is getting so frustrating. i order something over 2 weeks ago, ETA had been September 2nd. Doesn’t arrive and i’m told it’s running late. I get it, things happen. It tells me that my package will now arrive from the 5-7th. I wait patiently as it tells me that if it doesn’t arrive by the 7th then i can get a refund and cancel the order. The day comes and i’m now told I have to wait till that Friday (aka today) to be able to get a refund. Fridays here and guess what message I get? Yup, my package is now expected on the 15th. Still no option for a refund, and at this point i don’t even need the stuff I bought anymore (it was for a business) Total waste of time and just so frustrating, won’t let me speak to customer service either. Also, i don’t know what y’all did in the update but now I can only see 2 reviews out of however many there are, and of course it’s only the good reviews instead of the ones that actually say if anything is wrong. At first I thought it was just my phone, but my computer is the same thing. It’s not my wifi either, but please fix this because lately the app has been so frustrating.

    Hate it! Scrolling isn't as smooth. Trying to look at my wish list and I can't get past the first 2 items. It takes forever for an image to load. Adding something on a wishlist is hard as well. The heart takes forever to turn red to add an item. Then you can't view any items because the wishlist does not work. Ever since the update, this app has gotten worse.

    Bring back the drag and drop save/compare option. It made it easy to scroll through other items in your wishlist. Now we have the heart button to add an item to save an compare but we have to actually pull up the list to look at the items. Instead of having easy access. Make it easier for us to browse through the customer review pictures. When I click on a single picture and then go back to the full list of pictures it takes me all the way back to the top of the list instead of taking me back to where I was. Imagine looking at products that have over 100 pics and you have scrolled through 50, you enlarge a picture, and when you’re done looking you hit the back button and they take you back to #1. That’s annoying if you plan to look at more than one picture up close. Also, please allow us to scroll through items we’ve searched for without having to press “next page” every 2 minutes. We used to be able to just scroll unlimited products all on one page

    I've had this app for years, but recently the Compare prices feature has stopped working altogether from my list. When I add it to the shopping cart that's the only way it works. It isn't the products that's the issue, it just one day stopped working. Tracking packages feature could also use some work. It had trouble scrolling and keeps popping up that "something went wrong" when clicking list or products.

    This so called app is confused when used on the Apple Mini. It acts a little like the app on my iPhone and yet I can’t share products like I can from my phone. It also acts like I’m using a browser by allowing me to “zoom in” to get a closer look at images as if I were on the browser. What I would like to see is the utilization of the browser like attributes and the app like attributes and make the tablet version better than the phone version, yet still have the conveniences of the phone app. I want to be able to immediately share something through text because I can text on my Apple Mini or my Apple iPad. I also like the full picture view better than magnifying a portion of an image. I find it more convenient using my computer’s browser because my finger is not in the way of images, only the tiny little cursor. My suggestion, make the Mini iPad version like the iPhone version because they are not that different since the iPad is a larger extension of the iPhone (app-wise) and not a PC.

    I primarily use my iPad with the Magic Keyboard. For about the last month I’ve noticed a bug where the pointer will skip to the empty portion of the tab bar to the left of the home tab every time the pointer enters the tab bar. It’s like the location of each item is being mapped to the blank area at the far left, but *only* when navigating with the trackpad. After it initially jumps left when entering the tab bar, I can click in the blank area and will be taken to the cart. If I carefully move the pointer in that blank space, I can find the corresponding spots to click into the other tabs. As soon as I approach the actual location of each item in the tab bar, however, the pointer jumps to the empty space in the far right. It’s impossible to hover the pointer over any of the the actual items in the bar so I have to use my finger on the screen instead. (Trying to use my finger in the blank area that responds to the pointer does nothing until I enter the expected boundary area for the home tab.)

    App runs on my tablet only, apparently I still "may" get my delivery today, I have had to wait all day until 10pm, first order in roughly 8 years and it "may" get delivered, I "may" not bother again and go back to eBay shopping, "actually", I will as most is delivered by the post office and I can go to the depot up the road and just collect it. If you don't have the app, tough, they don't email about the delay. Glad I didn't pay for Prime and same day delivery and got it free for now, I must can

    Prior to the new UI update, I could easily navigate and purchase items I was interested in, now the UI is now garbage; it has been oversimplified to the point of being unintuitive. Instead of a sidebar with useful options listed, there are now just three buttons at the bottom. I'm now stuck pressing button after button trying to find menus that were previously one click away. And if I want to go to the home page, I can't just press home, I have to back out of the menus I entered previously.

    exces packaging and shipping waste is an issue, say i order 5 items. Some are instock, and some a day or 2 to be.. So, rather than asking you to wait and ship all the items in one box. You will receive 5 seperate boxes arriving in up to 5 different days. Meaning extra shipping waste. Another thing that's an issue to me. You are looking at something that says if order in next 53 minutes, i otder right away and get a message it will not be. Inordered one for same day, it came in 2 days. It was abt

    The customer service was amazing! I was first hooked up to a robot for a package that was not delivered when it said it had been deliver 2 hours earlier. I was not happy when it was made light of but then a message came on asking if I wanted to speak to a human/person to which i answered most definitely i was only waiting for a rep about 30 sec she was amazing and solved my issue in about 2 minutes. I was so relieved

I can say where something unexpected occurred that was more than I believed could happen for when God was with our family. Thank you for beyond meeting my expectations when I needed to have groceries in a hurry, rewards covered opportunities for helping my daughter, return item(s), new purchases for my daughter and I, or have gifts find the people that deserve goodness in their lives. Their company has morals behind the people that are in support when it comes to caring for assistance in my ability to be a single mother and keep going despite my inability to staying on track often.     Let me first say that I have been a long time Prime member and like the convenience of the range of products available. I also loved the fact that 2 day shipping actually took 2 days. Recently, today in fact, I’m in the mountains on a camping trip. I ordered a camera to capture the memories from the trip. This order was on Wednesday and guaranteed by Friday and was to be delivered to the campground. It’s now Saturday and my package is set to arrive at the campground that I will be leaving on Sunday a day after I leave on Monday. What a hassle. I have to make arrangement s to have the packaged shipped to my house taking more time and money. This is not the first time for being burned on guaranteed 2 day shipping. Going to start using Walmart app as they actually have 2 day shipping at no additional price.

    Filter, Filter, Filter...if you have Amazon Prime you would think that we would be offered the best at the best price. I don't want to go to a garage sale. Nevertheless, Amazon is usually my go to for items in a hurry. I usually don't have time to shop at a store when I have too many requests pending. Online shopping is convenient and helpful. Prime should filter out the fake sites and the junk. Thanks!

Most of the time, I have to close and reopen the app a few times before I can actually scroll down a page without it bouncing back to the top automatically. I have no idea if the issues mentioned above stem from how Amazon's app and website function, or if it's an issue with my phone, but either way I usually end up feeling too frustrated to want to continue searching for things in-app.

    Generally works well but latest update has knocked out speach-to-text. Also, the latest update has obfuscated once readily available tasks & made most things unintuitive. Don't know what it that makes developers take a good app & eff it up over time. I keep seeing this trend & here we go now w/Amazon. It's like they are attempting to remain relevant, even if it means moving backwards. The worst part is they don't care. I have yet to see one get reverted even in the face of 1 star reviews.

    It's honesty a shame that I'm back here again. I see recent reviews regarding shipping or the quality of purchased items but I don't see how that has anything to do with the APP itself. I guess people just need a place to vent which I can understand. However, the recent update for the actual app has been frustrating to say the least. I can't browse and read reviews without running into an "oops something went wrong" message. This is exactly why I try to avoid updating apps now days!

    I have found with the vision issues I have developed for the last year or so. It has been becoming harder to read and see the print is to light. It would be nice if you incorporated a dark mode where black background and white print I find easier to read. Plus those with dyslexia also do better with dark mode for which I do have and has been acting up as well plus it would be nice if you also incorporate the ability To Adjust text size and style along with text to speech.

    I’m not normally one to complain, but the new app update was a grand waste of time and effort. If you paid for that abomination, I would demand your money back... and an apology. The user interface change is so different from the previous app that it makes for a very confusing and frustrating experience. I spent more time figuring out the cluttered navigation than I did shopping - and I apologize, but I do not believe you could have found a more hideous chimera of accent colors if you applied two AI’s and a team of failed design school dropouts to the task. That sickly, washed-out mint green, tried to be aqua, and God I wish I were blue, is absolutely repugnant and nauseating to behold. Marketing FAIL! Please, for the sake of those of us with good color vision make it go away. I will have to use the mobile website until it is purged. If you just put it back the way it was, I’ll give it 5 stars out of mercy and never complain again.

    The products are good quality, never had any complaints. The issue I'm having and it's only been lately is the app. It takes longer to load and I have great internet service so it's not that. The app seems to freeze sometimes to the point when I was trying to add something to my cart I had clear the app from my recent apps and start all over again. It's just frustrating because I pay for prime and apparently I'm paying for an app to work decently half the time hopefully.

    Apologies if this sounds a bit odd but ... On my iPad units (iPad Pro 1st gen and iPad Air), all product items renders slower and specifically during item previewing, it is extremely sluggish upon selection etc. + if I view a few product videos, the top navigation frame often times will just disappear and I no longer can go back nor select anything to move forward (press the home button and swipe up to close the app). EFFECTIVELY, the user experience on the iPad has become quite poor and unreliable for quite some time (I finally got around to submitting a review to share it). INVERSELY, using the app on my iPhone 12, it works quite reliably well as expected. In fact, I often use my iPad to view some products ‘on the big gear screen’ as needed but end up using my iPhone to wrap up and make the purchases. Hopefully someone on the app dev side can look into this odd scenario. Thank you

    Overall the app is pretty good. But there's a glitch that I really want fixed. Sometimes when I scroll down one of my wishlists it doesn't let me scroll smoothly. I scroll and then it stops, then goes, then stops and makes it very annoying to try to make it down my wishlist. Sometimes I don't even try to make it all the way down. If you can fix this, Amazon, I'd really appreciate it.

    Bring back the drag and drop save/compare option. It made it easy to scroll through other items in your wishlist. Now we have the heart button to add an item to save an compare but we have to actually pull up the list to look at the items. Instead of having easy access. Make it easier for us to browse through the customer review pictures. When I click on a single picture and then go back to the full list of pictures it takes me all the way back to the top of the list instead of taking me back to where I was. Imagine looking at products that have over 100 pics and you have scrolled through 50, you enlarge a picture, and when you’re done looking you hit the back button and they take you back to #1. That’s annoying if you plan to look at more than one picture up close. Also, please allow us to scroll through items we’ve searched for without having to press “next page” every 2 minutes. We used to be able to just scroll unlimited products all on one page

    This so called app is confused when used on the Apple Mini. It acts a little like the app on my iPhone and yet I can’t share products like I can from my phone. It also acts like I’m using a browser by allowing me to “zoom in” to get a closer look at images as if I were on the browser. What I would like to see is the utilization of the browser like attributes and the app like attributes and make the tablet version better than the phone version, yet still have the conveniences of the phone app. I want to be able to immediately share something through text because I can text on my Apple Mini or my Apple iPad. I also like the full picture view better than magnifying a portion of an image. I find it more convenient using my computer’s browser because my finger is not in the way of images, only the tiny little cursor. My suggestion, make the Mini iPad version like the iPhone version because they are not that different since the iPad is a larger extension of the iPhone (app-wise) and not a PC.

    I primarily use my iPad with the Magic Keyboard. For about the last month I’ve noticed a bug where the pointer will skip to the empty portion of the tab bar to the left of the home tab every time the pointer enters the tab bar. It’s like the location of each item is being mapped to the blank area at the far left, but *only* when navigating with the trackpad. After it initially jumps left when entering the tab bar, I can click in the blank area and will be taken to the cart. If I carefully move the pointer in that blank space, I can find the corresponding spots to click into the other tabs. As soon as I approach the actual location of each item in the tab bar, however, the pointer jumps to the empty space in the far right. It’s impossible to hover the pointer over any of the the actual items in the bar so I have to use my finger on the screen instead. (Trying to use my finger in the blank area that responds to the pointer does nothing until I enter the expected boundary area for the home tab.)

    I shop on Amazon a lot. But this last app update is a disaster. I don't really like the new interface, but I know I'll adjust. The main issue is glitchy things. I can't scroll through my wishlist anymore. It's stuttering and won't actually scroll down. The whole app in general is so slow to load now and going between sections of the app is a mess.

    Works fine on my iPhone (haven’t updated it yet), but when I try to post a question from my iPad, the button does nothing. And it’s super hard to find an item again unless you add it your cart or list, and then even if you don’t buy it, it will keep showing up in your recommendations for years to come (plus the listing can suddenly go from something normal to something you didn’t want to know about, and then THAT’s what’ll be recommended to you forever). There’s also no way to edit those recommendations, so you’ll always be bombarded with it Also there’s no way to report a sale of something that doesn’t belong to the seller (the most you can do is report them for incorrect product information, which they never read, or give them a bad review, which will be removed and might get you banned), so there are all these listings that say “handmade costume REAL PICTURE” and use stolen images of characters and custom items that the real owners have very clearly stated are not for sale.

    Why can't login to an account without having access to old phone numbers and when I try to remove the old numbers it doesn't work. I still can't get into these accounts. I also can't read books I bought on those accounts now or listen to audio books on audible books that I bought now that you have partnered with them. Your verification steps are problematic and need revision or at the very least fix your customer service so I can actually talk to someone who can help me get into my old accounts

    Since the update beginning of May 2021 the app performance is terrible. Lag times in searches, can't always see past orders and subscriptions. Very often get the 'uh oh something went wrong on our end' message. Revert back to the old one for goodness sake, at least that worked. Edited October 2021 - still issues. Pretty much useless unless you have wifi on, so then what's the point?! Frustrating and annoying. Come on Amazon, put some of your profits into creating a usable app.

    Another problem with latest version (sept 2021). Tried to look at subscribe and save order - just looped sending me back to shopping the subscribe and save items and only showed about 10% of available products. This app is useful only for checking on order status and not for shopping - too bad. Can’t place order. It just returns user to proceed to checkout - looping forever. When try to display orders it asks for the login again (even if I just logged in a minute ago). The login completes and then displays a pop up box saying there was a problem try again. You click ok and the app hangs saying loading information Minutes pass. When you get tired of waiting and go back to the item, again you get into the same loop. Sometimes you can get in on the 2nd or 3rd try, just did 8 try and still didn’t work. This app used to work fully and now my am pretty useless - Been a month since this version was released and no fix in sight.

    More and more it’s harder to find things I know are available due to the results bringing up all sorts of things that have nothing to do with my search. The filters consistently remove items which makes it harder to compare without going through tons of pages. So many items are listed multiple times with no difference in price, seller, item, or prime availability which only makes searching tedious. Lately when I search for something I’ve bought it’s no longer at the top of results but gets removed from my list which is inconvenient. Finally the new layout to me is objectively worse for functionality but was pushed through because it looks “nicer” to whoever developed it. It loads slower, less shows up on the screen due to everything being 50% larger for some reason, and has made it slower browsing. Now I’ll be less likely to use the app to buy things more spur of the moment and buy fewer more necessary items on desktop.

    After the last several upgrades for the I-Pad version, no longer I-Pad friendly. App constantly rotates to a to line up with “phone” size and I-Pad has to be rotated back and forth constantly to realign back to horizontal format. This also occurs after each time you tap “back”, “return to search”. Then after returning back to previous search page you back at the first page and have to advance back to where you were. This “new” format and layout some times do not have a purchase button and only have a subscription button or neither. It’s to much like a phone app now. I’m sorry but i have a I-Pad, not a I-PHONE I do not want them stupid buttons on the bottom like an I-phone app. Also along the bottom of the window there is a black spot that appear when you first open the app and it also appear to be a notification window but blank. I have tried to tap on it, move it, open it, expand it, but nothing works, it just sits there covering half the screen. Also the right side of page is covered up or running off the edge. You can’t reduce size to make page fit, nor move it over to read it. I have deleted app and reinstalled to try and correct problems, and it may work fine or it may not. When it does load right, the next time I open it’s back to the “I-Phone” format.

    Im not allowed to leave a no star rating in the star rating, so let me explain. I made an account last year and ordered 3 things. 2 of them came late, although it wasn’t a big deal. The third thing wasn’t even what I ordered, but because I wasn’t charges extra I decided to just accept it as it was. Then when they gave me an option to send them my credit card information, I choose not to. Because of this, they suspended my account and held it for review, then refused to review it for several months leading me to make a new account, however if you do this you are breaching the terms of service. So now all accounts I make are suspended and the support team told me they refuse to accept money from me. My mistake was making a new account after they suspended my account, but they suspended my account for not giving them my credit card information, then refused to review the account for a year. No one works there to intentionally screw with customers, but their rules and how they treat them is certainly not professional. They informed me that the credit card linked to my previous account was deleted and therefore not linked to the previous accounts, but since it was used at all, they can’t accept it. Incompetent

    oh my gosh this is getting so frustrating. i order something over 2 weeks ago, ETA had been September 2nd. Doesn’t arrive and i’m told it’s running late. I get it, things happen. It tells me that my package will now arrive from the 5-7th. I wait patiently as it tells me that if it doesn’t arrive by the 7th then i can get a refund and cancel the order. The day comes and i’m now told I have to wait till that Friday (aka today) to be able to get a refund. Fridays here and guess what message I get? Yup, my package is now expected on the 15th. Still no option for a refund, and at this point i don’t even need the stuff I bought anymore (it was for a business) Total waste of time and just so frustrating, won’t let me speak to customer service either. Also, i don’t know what y’all did in the update but now I can only see 2 reviews out of however many there are, and of course it’s only the good reviews instead of the ones that actually say if anything is wrong. At first I thought it was just my phone, but my computer is the same thing. It’s not my wifi either, but please fix this because lately the app has been so frustrating.

    Hate it! Scrolling isn't as smooth. Trying to look at my wish list and I can't get past the first 2 items. It takes forever for an image to load. Adding something on a wishlist is hard as well. The heart takes forever to turn red to add an item. Then you can't view any items because the wishlist does not work. Ever since the update, this app has gotten worse.

    I've had this app for years, but recently the Compare prices feature has stopped working altogether from my list. When I add it to the shopping cart that's the only way it works. It isn't the products that's the issue, it just one day stopped working. Tracking packages feature could also use some work. It had trouble scrolling and keeps popping up that "something went wrong" when clicking list or products.

    App runs on my tablet only, apparently I still "may" get my delivery today, I have had to wait all day until 10pm, first order in roughly 8 years and it "may" get delivered, I "may" not bother again and go back to eBay shopping, "actually", I will as most is delivered by the post office and I can go to the depot up the road and just collect it. If you don't have the app, tough, they don't email about the delay. Glad I didn't pay for Prime and same day delivery and got it free for now, I must can

    Prior to the new UI update, I could easily navigate and purchase items I was interested in, now the UI is now garbage; it has been oversimplified to the point of being unintuitive. Instead of a sidebar with useful options listed, there are now just three buttons at the bottom. I'm now stuck pressing button after button trying to find menus that were previously one click away. And if I want to go to the home page, I can't just press home, I have to back out of the menus I entered previously.

    I expect a better iPad version from the largest richest conglomerate company in the world. The iPad version hasn’t had an update released in a very long time, looks and functions different than iPhone version, looks and acts like it hasn’t been updated in 5 years. iPhone version looks and works much better and efficiently (except the lists section which is counter intuitive on iPhone version). iPad version has dozens of frustrating bugs - to look at a picture closer is hilarious, to scroll through search results defaults back to page 1 of your search each time which is scandalous, when you click on a product the page loads and expands for several seconds and takes a while for it to line up with other hyperlinks which is amateur. Who is in charge of Amazon’s app developing? They need to have the awareness of keeping all apps on Apple devices the same, update the versions at the same time with the same look, make sure the iPad version is up to date and working perfectly like the iPhone version does.

    Ever since the new interface it’s gone from bad to worse. The app is clunky and it freezes if I go back from an item page sometimes it resets me all the way back to page 1. Then I have to scroll down hit next and do that 5x to get back where I was. Sometimes images don’t load on the list pages. My WiFi is fine doesn’t happen anywhere else. They don’t make it any easier to shop with these issues. I hate how they list orders now. All out of order and everywhere. 1 of my orders just fell off the wagon no notifications on THAT 1 supposed to arrive yesterday it’s a few miles away and now suddenly it’s 2-4 days before delivery and that is not at the top of my order list - a missed delivery! No it’s down at the bottom just above delivered but below all upcoming deliveries. Unreal. This should be a priority because it was missed it’s close by and there’s a shipping issue delaying multiple days and no explanation. The new interface is not user friendly. Prior to most recent update notifications were at the top to click (the bell) it’s gone now.

    Screenshot everything you buy. This year amazon has been removing any trace of purchases that are late. Even if you're still waiting for the date to request a refund. I track down my purchase info from an email in my spam folder. Then the request for a refund on the lost item was listed as "customer refused package, refund to be approved after item is returned". There's no item. It was never out for delivery. I call customer service ( india) who repeats the website. No action taken. Crooked AF
