    I love the variety of workouts, the ability to filter by length of time of the workout, which body part you want to focus on, and also weekly updates with workouts listed for each day of the week!!! This really helps a person reasonably fit moving their body everyday (because we are blessed enough to be able to, right?😊❤️) into a busy schedule. I’m loving my free trial & will certainly sign up to be a member. Also, the monthly fee is much cheaper than a gym membership & you can do these workouts anywhere! Traveling? No problem! Tons of equipment free workouts, and all you need is the app & you have a workout. Added bonuses are the AK! jump rope & mat can easily be packed for travel workouts. I’m planning to buy those as well. Thank you Amanda for being such an inspiration everyday!!!

    The app is extremely easy to navigate, and I love that I can use it on my phone, pc & television! Amanda has workouts for every fitness level/for every time amount you may have in a day to get moving - and she makes them FUN, while keeping you motivated for keeping on track w/ daily workouts. I never enjoyed working out (and so I just didn't do it) until I discovered AK Fitness & I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend for all fitness levels!

    I started out the pandemic with a knee injury. For months I was unable to walk well and so in quarantine, I just lazed about. I went a year with very little movement and it was starting to show. I really was going down a bad path health wise, so I am so thankful for finding Amanda Kloots fitness app! She makes cardio FUN!!!! Cardio is my weakest point and it’s really hard for me, so I started at the 10 min classes(still a great work out) and now I’m on the 20 min classes. Big improvement after just 6 days. I look forward to her classes and love that I can do it at home. Cannot recommend this app enough! It’s great! Try it, you have nothing to lose, but the weight. ;)

    As a former Broadway dancer, it’s so fun to return to that mindset through exercise! I love that reps are 8-counts even when toning, it’s just how my brain works and makes exercise more enjoyable! I also now suffer from an inner ear disease which leaves me with vertigo that varies in severity yet never goes away. I love the ability to exercise at any time of day as I’m able, the lengths and the type of exercise can be tailored to my ability to balance each day. On bad days I can do a side leg safely and still get my sweat on! Thank you for your inspiration and infectious positivity, Amanda!

    Amanda Kloots Fitness is phenomenal. You get a great workout in and can even choose the areas you want to work on as well as length of time you have. Only a month in doing the workouts consistently and my arms are so toned and bum is perkier! Amanda Kloots’ high energy and positivity radiates through the screen and makes YOU want to keep working out too. Now having the app makes it easier for staying with your workouts. No excuses. The design of the app is just as easy breezy as accessing the videos on her site. Love love L♡VE this workout. Worth it!

    As someone who is naturally thin but not at all in shape and HATES working out, I find this app perfectly wonderful! This makes exercise fun! I love how there is such a variety of videos for all levels and different times. It’s easy to customize it to your needs. You only have five minutes? Great! Dancer arms is a personal favorite of mine so far and boy it really worked my arms, I was sore but in a good way. Can’t wait to work my way up to some of the 45 min dance videos! Also, I’ve ordered her jump rope and absolutely love it.
