    Thank you so much for sending some of the merchandise in a bigger package so that my order could be intact. At first I thought it came from WISH, but I couldn’t find my order there,so I checked back here and found my order. That was such a relief. But I’m still waiting for 2 stamp sets that should have been here long ago because I have the dies. I did not order them together and was only going to try with dies only. But I changed my mind and ordered the stamps but they are not here yet. Also, I got a message that said “bad news for this order”...The picture is so small that I can’t tell what I ordered. First you make me wait so long and while I’m still waiting you tell me bad news. What’s up with that? The stamp sets are about the dogs-Pampered Pets, and the other set is about the car and Father’s Day. Please send them soon and don’t give me bad news. That’s not good business practice. It’s frustratingly because today I ordered those 2 sets from StampinUp company. I order from you because your prices are better but there is too much hassle. Here in America we get our shipment in average 10 days. Shipping charges about the same

    AliExpress has been my go to for online shopping fo many years. Having a wide and cheaper selection of clothes, phone cases and cosplays. Many sites get their own selection of items from sites like this one and sell at a higher price. Buying directly from Ali Express saves you tons of money. There is a bit of a wait time to get you items. The fastest I had an item arrive was 2 weeks and the lashes 2 months. If you want the items in rush there is a hefty charge for oversea expedited shipping so plan ahead! If you know you need an item for an event or if the season are changing order it a minimum month prior to when you will need it. There are many more items than clothes and trinkets in which I shop for. The selection is endless. If you find a product satisfying don’t forget to leave reviews so that more people know whether to buy it or not. Something what makes or breaks a purchase for me is if there are no reviews or few reviews that are ok. OVERALL: Don’t be afraid to shop from this app! Do some research into the fine details of what you are buying!

    Overall enjoy the shopping experience. Love how I can easily keep track of my items after I order them. Like how the site keeps track of what I like. There are some improvements that need to be done but they have fairly easy ways to suggest how to improve. So overall I am very impressed. You do need to be careful with how you apply your coupon and not use them until you are ready to check out, made that mistake and lost out on my new customer coupons. You also have to realize that Ali is like a host for MANY other companies so you need to read each companies policies before you purchase, and shop around for the best prices. But there are also many unique items as well, so have fun shopping. I’ve only explored the tip of the iceberg. There are also many advantages when you build a relationship with a store within Ali, depending on the store of course. But most want your repeat business. Just like any other company.

AliExpress will come to dominate all e-commerce for as long as the sellers remain honest. I see that several suppliers are extorting 5-star ratings by purposely short-shipping orders and then telling the customer to provide a 5-star rating in exchange for the re-ship and fulfillment to complete the order. This is a dishonest practice. I will give the 5 stars, but I do so with great scorn. Suppliers have argued that they will not re-ship prior to a 5-star rating. I have made many thousands of dollars of orders and have experienced this issue occasionally.

    I give this three stars because it is an ipad app and it only supports portrait mode. Please add landscape mode for the iPad. I use my ipad in a keyboard case, since I prefer typing with a separate keyboard in order to have full screen viewing. Very awkward to turn it sideways to view the app, plus I have to actually hold the ipad in my hands rather than using the case to prop it up. Otherwise the app and shopping service seem to work very smoothly. I’ve ordered three times and have had good experiences. Prices are very competitive. Another improvement is that would be nice if there was an easier way to view the prices on individual items when there are multiple options in one listing. Using the app as it is set up, you have to click on each item in the listing to get the prices. Sellers know this, and they will list one thing very cheap, which makes you have to look at all the items individually to get the price on them. This slows down my shopping tremendously.

    I've ordered many times through this app. All purchases have arrived in good condition and in good time. Usually tracked accurately to my door with an Instant update once delivered. If you try to purchase items which can be combined for postage, this speeds it up considerably. I pay through Paypal for peice of mind. There are lots of reviews on the items for sale, so you can make an informed choice of purchase and avoid the inevitable cheap 'rubbish' that is available these days. A+++++

    Revised review: After having 6 orders in the last month arriving damaged and or not delivered at all, I am not going to buy from them again. If I can close my account, I will. I advise you not to buy anything of value from this company. You will wait weeks or months for your order. You will likely receive it damaged due to poor packaging or you may never receive it at all. You can get most of these items from other more reliable companies. ————————————————- Old review: I enjoy AliExpress very much. Many unique items at great prices. Shipping is usually free but very slow; 4-8 weeks to the US. The app is nice but pages sometime load very slowly or not at all. Videos also load slowly or not at all. Be careful, many stores ofter the same items at extremely different prices. Always check other stores for the same item and you may find a much lower price. Many vendors put a phony low price on the ad but when you click on it the actual price is higher. Just shop around and you will have fun. Note to US customers: Asian clothing sizes are generally much smaller than US sizes - read sizing info carefully before ordering.

    I’m very happy with AliExpress, I’ve had a 99% satisfactory experience. The customer service, which sometimes is slightly hard to get a hold of... slightly hard only because you have to navigate an automated system with pre questions which sometimes don’t fit your question or problem... once you can get a representative that have been 99% fantastic !! My only complaint is that I which it would categorize things a little better... sometimes it’s a bit of a challenge to get exactly what your looking for... They have tons of great items at reasonable prices and great service... I absolutely love AliExpress and hope to continue buying from them....

    AliExpress is a place you can find almost everything that you want. It's a good place to shop. If the seller doesn't have what you want, they return your money back to you, and always compensate you when the seller sent you goods that you did not choose. I'm satisfied with AliExpress because they don't let the seller or buyer take advantage of each other.

    So far app is fine, better than using the web. Update: don't use this app if you have access to a computer, especially when you are opening a dispute. No return address given during the dispute period. After the dispute is closed then you will be able to see the address you have to return the item to. Tried getting help from the live agents and were promised that they would file an appeal thrice. None of them follow up on their promises.

    They play games with you if you have to get a refund! It is nearly impossible to get in contact with support and when you do they don't want to help. I have received rude emails telling me to pay attention to tracking when if I wasn't i wouldn't know that it never passed through customs 🤦‍♀️ They kept telling me to wait then when they finally gave a refund it was half of what the order was. Then made excuses on why I couldn't get it. Will never buy from them again!!!!

    I like the site, I like that you can pay with PayPal these days but unfortunately I have been trying to order for the last day and tried every payment method, with or without vouchers, to no avail. Something goes wrong every time. No troubleshoot option, dont know how to talk to anyone. If I can't buy anything, there is no point keeping it, uninstalling again.

    Really this is the worst application I've ever used. Can't recommend it to anyone. Amazon online Shopping is the best. I've ordered for a shirt but til now I can't get it. No tracking information, the seller will not respond and if they manage to respond they don't speak English but Chinese. I lost too many money and till now I can't receive my shirt.

    Full of lies app!! Before you buy, it saids use DHL for delivery and estamate delivery time within 2 weeks. As soon as you buy and pay the estamate delivery time will change to between 5 weeks to 9weeks. And you will have no way to complaint or get money back because the incorrect information. More over they will offer different shipping method and charge different. The seller can use any shipping method instead of your choice and you have no way to get your money back. Don't waste time on it.

    Customer survive I recently found out says they don’t allow dishonest sellers to ruin their reputation however when filing a complaint about a seller who committed fraud and I’m out $99 for an item AliExpressed agreed this seller was dishonest and committed fraud. I was able to prove this with documentation I uploaded, but AliExpress refuses to make the seller correct the issue! And allows this seller to continue selling products. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A SELLER AT “ALIST-BEAUTY STORE” Most sellers are honest and there are many good products sold through AliExpress but customer service is the worst and communication from AliExpress is almost non existent. I have been waiting weeks for the office of a supervisor or higher to call me as I was told they would and still no response. The chats person tells me that office was suppose to call me but still no action.

    50/50 chance on getting your money back if something goes wrong. Tracking is not accurate (sometimes I receive an item even though it says "in transit " other times it says "delivered" eventhough I haven't received it!) I'd say about 30% of the packages get lost. Some sellers are interested in finding a solution. Other don't give a sh**! Trying to get your money back is a pain!!! And even if you open a dispute, they claim it as "invalid"! And no way of reaching out to an actual person.

    I can't use the app. Not all menus works. When I click on "super offers" enters a blank page everytime. So if I want to see the pages I have to log in on my computer. I'm uninstalling the app right now. (This only happens I guess a month ago, before was working everything normal)

    My experience has been super horrible, ordered for 11 items only 4 have arrived in 2months and no sign of the rest. Tracking has become impossible as there is no agent to contact to help find my orders. I feel robbed, as the goods just stay missing and like forever. No office, no agent, no customer care representative, nothing.

    The store is great. Good prices but you have to wait like 3 months to get your item and hope it don’t get lost. The app is a complete nightmare. 1) you can’t change your password to save your soul. I have tried and tried. Just as soon as you think you found it. It asks you 200 verifications and when you verify them all it runs you around in circles. Like ground hog day. 2) can we get into the 2000’s? I mean I use this app on my iPad in landscape mode. But it stays in portrait mode. Truly irritating to see the screen sideways. 3) stop with this useless Eva. That automatic garbage is totally useless. Updates on tracking on your items is junk. Take 2 months to get here and 2 months more for an update on your item. By that time the item if stolen is long gone and you were waiting for a ghost

    If you can wait ~1 month to get your items (if living in the US), the prices are amazing! Look at the reviews before buying anything to make sure it’s what you are expecting before buying. I’ve bought lots of stationery items (stickers,washi tape, paper) and more recently cute Pokémon figurines. If you can wait and don’t mind buying overseas, this is worth it. The only con I have is the tracking is not the greatest…I’ve had items say “delivered” but they aren’t actually delivered until a few days later. I just check my mail everyday so I don’t miss any goodies in the mail! ;) Thank you AliExpress for making things more affordable for me!!!

    I like the app for the most part, it is fairly easy to use. Everything I’ve ordered has been as described. I don’t like that sometimes when an item evidently arrives at our post office, not yet delivered to me, the buyer, automatically in the app it checks off that buyer confirmed delivery. I’ve noticed because I will see this in the app and be concerned as to what happened. Then a couple days later our post office notifies me I have a package in. So it seems to be automated when the post office scans something? One item however, I still have not received. And yet in the app, without me selecting the option, it says the buyer confirmed delivery. I should be the one confirming, not something automated when our local post office supposedly gets it.

    AliExpress is generally a great place to get stuff. If one uses the standard shipping or any other paid shipping,the stuff arrives on time but I wouldn't advise for free shipping,it's either you never get your order or it arrives way too late. One other thing AliExpress should improve on is on the dispute opening for delayed orders,some of these indicate that one can open a dispute after some time,but it doesn't apply to all.

Mostly great money-saving items, but sometimes the sellers are slow to respond or do not respond when wrong item or defective item is sent.. 90% excellent, professional, but some not so good sellers, maybe 10% fail to respond, even after many contacts to respond to incorrect or defective item sent. Alibaba management, please try to fix those problems. I need to contact phone number for customer service when seller(s) fail to respond, even after many, many attempts over long periods of time. It can get frustrating losing money on only some items. Please weed out your not so honest and incompetent sellers...

    Mostly excellent, great value for money in general. Sometimes there are issues on delivery and products not living up to expectations, but AliExpress is super fast in resolving disputes and usually in a very fair way. Hopefully as we get over COVID and production and shipping return to normal, shipping times will come down even more.

    Overall great shopping app. My biggest concern is that many of the sellers take 7-10 days to ship items. Now finding that items I ordered take 21-28 days just to get out of China. I have 5 items that were ordered 5 weeks ago and still have not arrived. I have several items saved in my shopping cart but have no intention to purchase until I receive some of my current orders. It is disappointing to have to wait this long. Another concern is that the tracking for orders is very spotty. Most shipments can go weeks without any status updates! Why? Last set of orders came more quickly. also better tracking updates

    Would have given app 5 star but have one complaint that i think can be easily fixed. I ordered several items on the same order. Each item shipped individually and the app tracks them nicely with many notifications. My suggestion is to simply put part of the description of the item in each notification (not just the main order number), so you can easily tell which item the notification applies too. I know you include a link back to the app, if i use that on my iPad, i have to remember/enter my password to get into the app each time which is a bit annoying.

    Prices are mostly lower, but the shipping time can be between 9 days to 2 months. I had couple items that I never received but received refund, one time AliExpress had to step in. Taxes is now required from China to US ( I don’t know about to other countries), which is about 10%, I don’t have any problem with that, but some of the sellers are not aware of it. They shipped the items without prepaying the tax, and had items returned to sender at US custom. Overall, I still like AliExpress, because of the lower price, even with the taxes, and great selection, I can put up with the loooooong shipping time.

    So I love ordering from AliExpress for the past 3 years and vendors for the most part communicate pretty well. But what I’ve had issues is with getting locked out of my account 3rd time it’s getting old and this application I believe is the glitch. So I’m uninstalling again and trying again ! Soooo frustrating when you have your cart and items you have bought waiting still for them your account has your items and contact of vendor. But once you are locked out there’s no way to access your account or ALL your information and purchasing 😩

    I’m getting to love AliExpress! At the beginning I got a lot overwhelmed because they have so much! You have to know how to navigate the app, get the hang for the coupons and the many many sellers there is. I recommend you shop around for the same item with different sellers and definitely read the ratings and the feedbacks. As important is that you leave your feedbacks cause they really matter to all of us! Over all is a great and cheaper alternative to items you cannot always find in our every day stores and when found they get very pricey.

    I give this three stars because it is an ipad app and it only supports portrait mode. Please add landscape mode for the iPad. I use my ipad in a keyboard case, since I prefer typing with a separate keyboard in order to have full screen viewing. Very awkward to turn it sideways to view the app, plus I have to actually hold the ipad in my hands rather than using the case to prop it up. Otherwise the app and shopping service seem to work very smoothly. I’ve ordered three times and have had good experiences. Prices are very competitive. Another improvement is that would be nice if there was an easier way to view the prices on individual items when there are multiple options in one listing. Using the app as it is set up, you have to click on each item in the listing to get the prices. Sellers know this, and they will list one thing very cheap, which makes you have to look at all the items individually to get the price on them. This slows down my shopping tremendously.

    The prices are quite deceptive and sometimes a product shows really cheap, but once clicked will display its actual price. Also been getting annoying pop-ups from the app and spam from sellers. The app is bloated with random useless features and ads. --- Otherwise it's a decent platform to purchase from. Affordable with passable quality, just not worth using the app that often other than for browsing on the toilet.

    This app is great but need lots of work to be great. There is no home page button to go to and the user must back track to get to the search feature. The communication to sellers is also spotty as the sellers doesn’t even know what they sold to me. The overall look is colorful but this website is missing a lot of things. Too much to list but works okay if you know how to manage. So far I can manage to get to where I want. The search feature also does not link the word to the item you are looking for many times. That area needs a lot of work. I’ll stop here and say it’s just okay. Hope the web designers will start making this website more useful and user friendly to navigate. 3 STARS for now.

    I’ve only been shopping at this website since the first part of August. Initially, I stumbled around, got lost, wanted to fix all of the English instructions that had been translated Imperfectly, and turn all those blasted centimeters to something I understood....inches. Now, however, I am getting the hang of navigating, trying to see what else AliExpress has to offer & actually figuring out how to find help. I did a chat with Eva who was very helpful & showed me what I needed to do & it worked! I’ve been assured that some features I’d like to see are already in process & will be coming in a future upgrade. I love this app! I’ll check back in several months and see if I still love it, hopefully bump up my rating.

    Some of the product searches return a lot of extra items and not a large selection of the expected items. I have not discovered how to filter results. Also searches for a particular item return pages where it is difficult to determine pricing of the target product without going through and selecting from multiple variations in price and shipping charges. Going directly to the selected product from the search would be very useful.

    I have purchased from AliExpress for many years and the majority of sellers are good and honest. Also Aliexpress has been quick to help ensure refunds as necessary. However I have not been able to place an order in about a month, because the pay link says it’s not working and to try again, and again, and again. I have not been able to reach anyone to help get this resolved. I hate to think this is goodbye, but if no one contacts me, then it is.

    First off, I’ve been using the app and buying stuff for 2 years now. It is great to have a window into a marketplace not like any other. Unfortunately, every bank I have a credit card with thinks any transaction from them is fraud. It used to be possible, albeit annoying, to reassure the bank the transaction was not fraud, and reattempt it. Now, you have to “appeal” your transaction attempt? Not a fan anymore. =(

    I have been a customer for over 7 years. This past 2 years there are many packages that are sent to the wrong address thousands of miles away from me. I’m starting to lose patience about this matter because I do know if I will receive an item or have to wait over 6 weeks with my only recourse is to put it in dispute. Then I have to reorder and wait another month or more for the item(s).

    I have placed quite a few orders and have been very happy with both products, vendors communications and deliveries. Not sure what is going on, maybe because of the COVID-19 deliveries are almost nil. I ordered one mask and it took forever to arrive. Almost forgot about it. I ordered a stove protector and still waiting for it I ordered a set of (9)masks and still haven’t received it. I was asked if I want to dispute/refund. I just want the products that I ordered and paid for.

It means I can’t shop while my iPad charges. This is a huge problem because I like to shop for hours without worrying about my battery. Please change it back! I won’t be able to use it as much in vertical and that’s really upsetting!

    For buying one or two items from a single seller its acceptable But for selecting & buying 20 different items from a single seller, where each item has multiple options like size or color or fitting, the app is poor; laptop not much better Worse even when you then try to check & confirm each item once shipment has arrived Further you cannot copy-paste feedback comments to each item, had to write seperate comment 20 times. PLUS no where to comment on the overall quality of the combined package

    For some reason, one of the items I tried to purchase would not accept any of my credit cards. If the seller is no longer doing business, we should be notified, rather than me spend valuable time and energy calling my bank in order to determine what the problem is. In another incident, after a month of waiting for a product, my customer complained. I called Shopify and I was told that the manufacturer was no longer in business. AliExpress and Shopify both should have alerted me. Shopify explained “it happens” as if that was a legitimate response. Just miss a payment to Shopify and tell them “it happens”; That’ll work.

    I enjoyed browsing through AliExpress purchasing all manner of items. When without given any option or choice they made my shopping experience uncomfortable and challenging. I have a 13” screen tablet and holding it while trying to shop in portrait mode is tiresome which shorten the time I spend on their site thereby decreasing the amount of money spent. Outside of that, I’ve order 100’s of items from AliExpress and occasionally I’m blindsided by the unexpected small size of an item. Don’t order if you need an item expedited can’t determine when your items will arrive

    So far app is fine, better than using the web. Update: don't use this app if you have access to a computer, especially when you are opening a dispute. No return address given during the dispute period. After the dispute is closed then you will be able to see the address you have to return the item to. Tried getting help from the live agents and were promised that they would file an appeal thrice. None of them follow up on their promises.

    They play games with you if you have to get a refund! It is nearly impossible to get in contact with support and when you do they don't want to help. I have received rude emails telling me to pay attention to tracking when if I wasn't i wouldn't know that it never passed through customs 🤦‍♀️ They kept telling me to wait then when they finally gave a refund it was half of what the order was. Then made excuses on why I couldn't get it. Will never buy from them again!!!!

    I like the site, I like that you can pay with PayPal these days but unfortunately I have been trying to order for the last day and tried every payment method, with or without vouchers, to no avail. Something goes wrong every time. No troubleshoot option, dont know how to talk to anyone. If I can't buy anything, there is no point keeping it, uninstalling again.

    Really this is the worst application I've ever used. Can't recommend it to anyone. Amazon online Shopping is the best. I've ordered for a shirt but til now I can't get it. No tracking information, the seller will not respond and if they manage to respond they don't speak English but Chinese. I lost too many money and till now I can't receive my shirt.

    Full of lies app!! Before you buy, it saids use DHL for delivery and estamate delivery time within 2 weeks. As soon as you buy and pay the estamate delivery time will change to between 5 weeks to 9weeks. And you will have no way to complaint or get money back because the incorrect information. More over they will offer different shipping method and charge different. The seller can use any shipping method instead of your choice and you have no way to get your money back. Don't waste time on it.

    Customer survive I recently found out says they don’t allow dishonest sellers to ruin their reputation however when filing a complaint about a seller who committed fraud and I’m out $99 for an item AliExpressed agreed this seller was dishonest and committed fraud. I was able to prove this with documentation I uploaded, but AliExpress refuses to make the seller correct the issue! And allows this seller to continue selling products. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A SELLER AT “ALIST-BEAUTY STORE” Most sellers are honest and there are many good products sold through AliExpress but customer service is the worst and communication from AliExpress is almost non existent. I have been waiting weeks for the office of a supervisor or higher to call me as I was told they would and still no response. The chats person tells me that office was suppose to call me but still no action.

    50/50 chance on getting your money back if something goes wrong. Tracking is not accurate (sometimes I receive an item even though it says "in transit " other times it says "delivered" eventhough I haven't received it!) I'd say about 30% of the packages get lost. Some sellers are interested in finding a solution. Other don't give a sh**! Trying to get your money back is a pain!!! And even if you open a dispute, they claim it as "invalid"! And no way of reaching out to an actual person.

    I can't use the app. Not all menus works. When I click on "super offers" enters a blank page everytime. So if I want to see the pages I have to log in on my computer. I'm uninstalling the app right now. (This only happens I guess a month ago, before was working everything normal)

    My experience has been super horrible, ordered for 11 items only 4 have arrived in 2months and no sign of the rest. Tracking has become impossible as there is no agent to contact to help find my orders. I feel robbed, as the goods just stay missing and like forever. No office, no agent, no customer care representative, nothing.

    The store is great. Good prices but you have to wait like 3 months to get your item and hope it don’t get lost. The app is a complete nightmare. 1) you can’t change your password to save your soul. I have tried and tried. Just as soon as you think you found it. It asks you 200 verifications and when you verify them all it runs you around in circles. Like ground hog day. 2) can we get into the 2000’s? I mean I use this app on my iPad in landscape mode. But it stays in portrait mode. Truly irritating to see the screen sideways. 3) stop with this useless Eva. That automatic garbage is totally useless. Updates on tracking on your items is junk. Take 2 months to get here and 2 months more for an update on your item. By that time the item if stolen is long gone and you were waiting for a ghost
