    I recommend using this site. Of all the shopping and many times the wait to receive stuff is longer than I would want, the wait has had little disappointments. The majority of the sell respond back to your questions. If you do not get a responds I would recommend finding another seller. I have learned to read the reviews. I write honest ones not just good and I really try and take pictures. If a review said cheaply made pay attention.I did not and it split after two use. If a review said long wait pay attention. Item never arrived. And then some did it took the full 90 days, but it was worth the wait. With all my American ship to. AliExpress is just the Greatest. Any problems and I have had some they were all settled to my satisfaction except 2 so my average is still above the mark. Pay attention to the shipping fees. Some times with what the shipping fees charged I could get it here cheaper. Do the comparison shipping and look for no shipping if possible or little cost of shipping. It will take time so plan you time to look at the site for almost every item you want there are 3-4 other sellers offering the same item. I wish I had that information when I first started ordering things. WINDOW SHOP FIRST! But make sure you make it with I think the favorite so you can find it again. I did not during my early day of shopping I could not find that seller or item again.😊

    Bought some things and the quality of them is really nice. You can find everything there :D. Best thing I like is the search by picture. Managed to find a cute top that way (some friend had the same one, but I had to return it and found it nowhere else, as it was already an old model). So yea, thumbs up for AliExpress!👌👍

    Thank you so much for sending some of the merchandise in a bigger package so that my order could be intact. At first I thought it came from WISH, but I couldn’t find my order there,so I checked back here and found my order. That was such a relief. But I’m still waiting for 2 stamp sets that should have been here long ago because I have the dies. I did not order them together and was only going to try with dies only. But I changed my mind and ordered the stamps but they are not here yet. Also, I got a message that said “bad news for this order”...The picture is so small that I can’t tell what I ordered. First you make me wait so long and while I’m still waiting you tell me bad news. What’s up with that? The stamp sets are about the dogs-Pampered Pets, and the other set is about the car and Father’s Day. Please send them soon and don’t give me bad news. That’s not good business practice. It’s frustratingly because today I ordered those 2 sets from StampinUp company. I order from you because your prices are better but there is too much hassle. Here in America we get our shipment in average 10 days. Shipping charges about the same

    AliExpress has been my go to for online shopping fo many years. Having a wide and cheaper selection of clothes, phone cases and cosplays. Many sites get their own selection of items from sites like this one and sell at a higher price. Buying directly from Ali Express saves you tons of money. There is a bit of a wait time to get you items. The fastest I had an item arrive was 2 weeks and the lashes 2 months. If you want the items in rush there is a hefty charge for oversea expedited shipping so plan ahead! If you know you need an item for an event or if the season are changing order it a minimum month prior to when you will need it. There are many more items than clothes and trinkets in which I shop for. The selection is endless. If you find a product satisfying don’t forget to leave reviews so that more people know whether to buy it or not. Something what makes or breaks a purchase for me is if there are no reviews or few reviews that are ok. OVERALL: Don’t be afraid to shop from this app! Do some research into the fine details of what you are buying!

    Overall enjoy the shopping experience. Love how I can easily keep track of my items after I order them. Like how the site keeps track of what I like. There are some improvements that need to be done but they have fairly easy ways to suggest how to improve. So overall I am very impressed. You do need to be careful with how you apply your coupon and not use them until you are ready to check out, made that mistake and lost out on my new customer coupons. You also have to realize that Ali is like a host for MANY other companies so you need to read each companies policies before you purchase, and shop around for the best prices. But there are also many unique items as well, so have fun shopping. I’ve only explored the tip of the iceberg. There are also many advantages when you build a relationship with a store within Ali, depending on the store of course. But most want your repeat business. Just like any other company.

    My first order was a disaster but it was my fault I didn't know there process. I ordered everything 2 maybe 3 times but the company is working on refunding all my money. I think this company is great they have unique merchandise from all over the world. Amazon or Wish the same ole thing. I will continue to shop from here love it Linda

    Very easy shopping experience and the product information is reasonably descriptive, but your ability to ask pre-sale questions will help you avoid bad purchases. AliExpress will come to dominate all e-commerce for as long as the sellers remain honest. I see that several suppliers are extorting 5-star ratings by purposely short-shipping orders and then telling the customer to provide a 5-star rating in exchange for the re-ship and fulfillment to complete the order. This is a dishonest practice. I will give the 5 stars, but I do so with great scorn. Suppliers have argued that they will not re-ship prior to a 5-star rating. I have made many thousands of dollars of orders and have experienced this issue occasionally.

    You can find very good qualitative items for a fair price. However, you have to know how to find them since the filters don't really help. Best is, if you add whatever you like to your wish list & then the app recommends you similar items. Also, I like that you can dispute products to get your money back if it isn't as described or displayed. Nevertheless, I dislike that the shipping often can take up to 1.5months. Overall, I like the app and often recommend it to my friends and family members.

    I give this three stars because it is an ipad app and it only supports portrait mode. Please add landscape mode for the iPad. I use my ipad in a keyboard case, since I prefer typing with a separate keyboard in order to have full screen viewing. Very awkward to turn it sideways to view the app, plus I have to actually hold the ipad in my hands rather than using the case to prop it up. Otherwise the app and shopping service seem to work very smoothly. I’ve ordered three times and have had good experiences. Prices are very competitive. Another improvement is that would be nice if there was an easier way to view the prices on individual items when there are multiple options in one listing. Using the app as it is set up, you have to click on each item in the listing to get the prices. Sellers know this, and they will list one thing very cheap, which makes you have to look at all the items individually to get the price on them. This slows down my shopping tremendously.

    I enjoy the app/website. It keeps you occupied for hours. Other reviewers had problems with the shipping. I don't think the app or the aliexpress website has control on how long the sellers ship the product. One product with paid shipping expected to arrive 16-26 days arrived in 40 day's. Another product, free shipping expected 30-50 day's arrive red in 14 day's

    Had multiple orders where I paid via PayPal then order was closed due to "security concerns" and money still hasn't been returned. message said something about removing coupons and trying again so I did and the same thing happened. Now I am out over a hundred dollars and the FAQs says it could take up to 20 days to get a refund. I just want to buy some brick toys how is that a security concern and if there was a concern why take my money and then close the order. CFPB complaint to be filed.

    What happened? There used to be a landscape mode and now with the update it’s gone??? Why????? The update destroyed a perfectly fine app that was good, and now is terrible. Also, the buttons and the UI are too huge. Not everyone needs a button size of a coin, please give us options to adjust button size? I want to see more products and pictures, not category buttons. Also when you navigate browsing stuffs, there’s NO button to go back to home. This is very bad because after you browse a product, then follow recommendation list and go to view another, then lets say you view like 20 items through recommendation list at the bottom. Then you want to go home to check your order or change category. Guess what? THERES NO SHORTCUT TO GO HOME. you have to press ‘back’ arrow 20 times to go back to home. Again, Why??? Why there’s no shortcut that takes you to main page??

    Shipping can be deceptive as it can show free shipping but when you add it to the cart the price changes. App is unstable. Twice now After I have placed a order I have had the vendors refuse to ship the order unless I paid an additional cost. The latest one was for 13.81 and they wanted an additional 18.00 before they would ship. Some vendors are honest, others say that the items have shipped but they never arrive and it is a hassle to get your money back.

    Terrible do not use. I ordered some items and it did not arrive even after waiting for 2 months. When I requested a refund, the seller send me a message saying to check the post office warehouse. It is not my responsibility to conduct a search for items. Be careful, this app is not like Amazon at all!!! There is no customer service phone number to help with disputes. Once they collected your money, they don't care. Terrible service. I'm very dissapointed. I will never use it again.

    The problem with AliExpress is that, if your device will not work properly after few days of used, than you're out of luck. There's literally NO WARRANTY process. I ordered an SSD and after less than a month used it's failed. The seller asked me for video proof which I provided and then he said sent the SSD back on my own expenses which is more than double the price of SSD. So AliExpress is one-way shopping app. If the devices you bought works your good otherwise you have a good paper weight.

    After they allowed shipping charges, most of the sellers changed to being complete scum. Out of my last 10 orders, I've had to contact customer service probably 8 times because sellers demand more money after you buy, refuse to accept coupons provided by the site (which they are supposed to be required to accept), send out the wrong item and refuse to refund, etc. It's a complete waste of time when there are much better options.

    This app has issues I am not fond of. Two products have not arrived, one a BTS bracelet, and the other are face masks that I purchased. I waited for over a month for the masks and when I checked the tracking, it said it arrived at my home but when I looked at timeline bar, it said it was in China. The only item I have received, is the ear piercing guns I spent money on. Terrible. I can't even message the seller to request a refund.

    Customer survive I recently found out says they don’t allow dishonest sellers to ruin their reputation however when filing a complaint about a seller who committed fraud and I’m out $99 for an item AliExpressed agreed this seller was dishonest and committed fraud. I was able to prove this with documentation I uploaded, but AliExpress refuses to make the seller correct the issue! And allows this seller to continue selling products. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A SELLER AT “ALIST-BEAUTY STORE” Most sellers are honest and there are many good products sold through AliExpress but customer service is the worst and communication from AliExpress is almost non existent. I have been waiting weeks for the office of a supervisor or higher to call me as I was told they would and still no response. The chats person tells me that office was suppose to call me but still no action.

    This site was one of my favourite but now I will delete it, I'm not happy of the way I've been treated after spending £62.35 on one item I had to return, completely different from what I've ordered. No refund given back because they're using 2 different return addresses and told me the seller didn't get the package, the return address came on the package. It's sad how people lost when u work hard to get it.

    The store is great. Good prices but you have to wait like 3 months to get your item and hope it don’t get lost. The app is a complete nightmare. 1) you can’t change your password to save your soul. I have tried and tried. Just as soon as you think you found it. It asks you 200 verifications and when you verify them all it runs you around in circles. Like ground hog day. 2) can we get into the 2000’s? I mean I use this app on my iPad in landscape mode. But it stays in portrait mode. Truly irritating to see the screen sideways. 3) stop with this useless Eva. That automatic garbage is totally useless. Updates on tracking on your items is junk. Take 2 months to get here and 2 months more for an update on your item. By that time the item if stolen is long gone and you were waiting for a ghost

    Been wonderful, the products are mostly of good quality, some aren't but it is what it is. I've gotten back on to edit my review, and I just love this site! The shipping has gotten slightly better as well as the product quality of a lot of things that I've bought from here. I just love this place for shopping and gifts and I'm gonna shop a little more so, Bubye for now!

    I’m very happy with AliExpress, I’ve had a 99% satisfactory experience. The customer service, which sometimes is slightly hard to get a hold of... slightly hard only because you have to navigate an automated system with pre questions which sometimes don’t fit your question or problem... once you can get a representative that have been 99% fantastic !! My only complaint is that I which it would categorize things a little better... sometimes it’s a bit of a challenge to get exactly what your looking for... They have tons of great items at reasonable prices and great service... I absolutely love AliExpress and hope to continue buying from them....

If you read the descriptions carefully If you research what you want If you have patience If you communicate to the vendor If you have questions If you practice being a good consumer You can get really neat cheap stuff Read the reviews of the store and the product from other customers. Remember this is a online mall with multiple sellers. Be smart be careful learn and this tool will serve you well One feature I like a lot is the ability to keep 99 items in your cart on top of multiple wish lists. You can select 1 or 2 or 3 items from your cart and buy just them. So I’ll select multiple of the same items and compare price, shipping, pictures quickly in one place. AliExpress also has a superior selection of electric components and gadgets compared to wish. Which is really good for inventors and makers.

    Revised review: After having 6 orders in the last month arriving damaged and or not delivered at all, I am not going to buy from them again. If I can close my account, I will. I advise you not to buy anything of value from this company. You will wait weeks or months for your order. You will likely receive it damaged due to poor packaging or you may never receive it at all. You can get most of these items from other more reliable companies. ————————————————- Old review: I enjoy AliExpress very much. Many unique items at great prices. Shipping is usually free but very slow; 4-8 weeks to the US. The app is nice but pages sometime load very slowly or not at all. Videos also load slowly or not at all. Be careful, many stores ofter the same items at extremely different prices. Always check other stores for the same item and you may find a much lower price. Many vendors put a phony low price on the ad but when you click on it the actual price is higher. Just shop around and you will have fun. Note to US customers: Asian clothing sizes are generally much smaller than US sizes - read sizing info carefully before ordering.

    I like the app for the most part, it is fairly easy to use. Everything I’ve ordered has been as described. I don’t like that sometimes when an item evidently arrives at our post office, not yet delivered to me, the buyer, automatically in the app it checks off that buyer confirmed delivery. I’ve noticed because I will see this in the app and be concerned as to what happened. Then a couple days later our post office notifies me I have a package in. So it seems to be automated when the post office scans something? One item however, I still have not received. And yet in the app, without me selecting the option, it says the buyer confirmed delivery. I should be the one confirming, not something automated when our local post office supposedly gets it.

    App easy to navigate. Only complaint is when giving feedback for items delivered in a multi-line order, you have to submit all feedback at once. I received an order of 17 items and everytime I needed to look at the listing for an item to check accuracy, the feedback page lost all my previous feedback. it would not allow me to submit individual reviews. Therefore my reviews were not as detailed as they could have been.

    Awesome shopping online experiences. Mostly great money-saving items, but sometimes the sellers are slow to respond or do not respond when wrong item or defective item is sent.. 90% excellent, professional, but some not so good sellers, maybe 10% fail to respond, even after many contacts to respond to incorrect or defective item sent. Alibaba management, please try to fix those problems. I need to contact phone number for customer service when seller(s) fail to respond, even after many, many attempts over long periods of time. It can get frustrating losing money on only some items. Please weed out your not so honest and incompetent sellers...

    I tried it recently. I've ordered a couple of items. Excluding the fact that it takes much time for the parcel to arrive (even 2-3 months) , everything works fine so far. There is also some problem with tracking. Does not update, although the parcel travels and delivers. You can find great deals which makes it a best choice when time is not a priority.

    Overall great shopping app. My biggest concern is that many of the sellers take 7-10 days to ship items. Now finding that items I ordered take 21-28 days just to get out of China. I have 5 items that were ordered 5 weeks ago and still have not arrived. I have several items saved in my shopping cart but have no intention to purchase until I receive some of my current orders. It is disappointing to have to wait this long. Another concern is that the tracking for orders is very spotty. Most shipments can go weeks without any status updates! Why? Last set of orders came more quickly. also better tracking updates

    Would have given app 5 star but have one complaint that i think can be easily fixed. I ordered several items on the same order. Each item shipped individually and the app tracks them nicely with many notifications. My suggestion is to simply put part of the description of the item in each notification (not just the main order number), so you can easily tell which item the notification applies too. I know you include a link back to the app, if i use that on my iPad, i have to remember/enter my password to get into the app each time which is a bit annoying.

    Prices are mostly lower, but the shipping time can be between 9 days to 2 months. I had couple items that I never received but received refund, one time AliExpress had to step in. Taxes is now required from China to US ( I don’t know about to other countries), which is about 10%, I don’t have any problem with that, but some of the sellers are not aware of it. They shipped the items without prepaying the tax, and had items returned to sender at US custom. Overall, I still like AliExpress, because of the lower price, even with the taxes, and great selection, I can put up with the loooooong shipping time.

    You can find very good qualitative items for a fair price. However, you have to know how to find them since the filters don't really help. Best is, if you add whatever you like to your wish list & then the app recommends you similar items. Also, I like that you can dispute products to get your money back if it isn't as described or displayed. Nevertheless, I dislike that the shipping often can take up to 1.5months. Overall, I like the app and often recommend it to my friends and family members.

    I give this three stars because it is an ipad app and it only supports portrait mode. Please add landscape mode for the iPad. I use my ipad in a keyboard case, since I prefer typing with a separate keyboard in order to have full screen viewing. Very awkward to turn it sideways to view the app, plus I have to actually hold the ipad in my hands rather than using the case to prop it up. Otherwise the app and shopping service seem to work very smoothly. I’ve ordered three times and have had good experiences. Prices are very competitive. Another improvement is that would be nice if there was an easier way to view the prices on individual items when there are multiple options in one listing. Using the app as it is set up, you have to click on each item in the listing to get the prices. Sellers know this, and they will list one thing very cheap, which makes you have to look at all the items individually to get the price on them. This slows down my shopping tremendously.

    This app is great but need lots of work to be great. There is no home page button to go to and the user must back track to get to the search feature. The communication to sellers is also spotty as the sellers doesn’t even know what they sold to me. The overall look is colorful but this website is missing a lot of things. Too much to list but works okay if you know how to manage. So far I can manage to get to where I want. The search feature also does not link the word to the item you are looking for many times. That area needs a lot of work. I’ll stop here and say it’s just okay. Hope the web designers will start making this website more useful and user friendly to navigate. 3 STARS for now.

    I’ve only been shopping at this website since the first part of August. Initially, I stumbled around, got lost, wanted to fix all of the English instructions that had been translated Imperfectly, and turn all those blasted centimeters to something I understood....inches. Now, however, I am getting the hang of navigating, trying to see what else AliExpress has to offer & actually figuring out how to find help. I did a chat with Eva who was very helpful & showed me what I needed to do & it worked! I’ve been assured that some features I’d like to see are already in process & will be coming in a future upgrade. I love this app! I’ll check back in several months and see if I still love it, hopefully bump up my rating.

    What happened? There used to be a landscape mode and now with the update it’s gone??? Why????? The update destroyed a perfectly fine app that was good, and now is terrible. Also, the buttons and the UI are too huge. Not everyone needs a button size of a coin, please give us options to adjust button size? I want to see more products and pictures, not category buttons. Also when you navigate browsing stuffs, there’s NO button to go back to home. This is very bad because after you browse a product, then follow recommendation list and go to view another, then lets say you view like 20 items through recommendation list at the bottom. Then you want to go home to check your order or change category. Guess what? THERES NO SHORTCUT TO GO HOME. you have to press ‘back’ arrow 20 times to go back to home. Again, Why??? Why there’s no shortcut that takes you to main page??

    Terrible do not use. I ordered some items and it did not arrive even after waiting for 2 months. When I requested a refund, the seller send me a message saying to check the post office warehouse. It is not my responsibility to conduct a search for items. Be careful, this app is not like Amazon at all!!! There is no customer service phone number to help with disputes. Once they collected your money, they don't care. Terrible service. I'm very dissapointed. I will never use it again.

    This app has issues I am not fond of. Two products have not arrived, one a BTS bracelet, and the other are face masks that I purchased. I waited for over a month for the masks and when I checked the tracking, it said it arrived at my home but when I looked at timeline bar, it said it was in China. The only item I have received, is the ear piercing guns I spent money on. Terrible. I can't even message the seller to request a refund.

    This site was one of my favourite but now I will delete it, I'm not happy of the way I've been treated after spending £62.35 on one item I had to return, completely different from what I've ordered. No refund given back because they're using 2 different return addresses and told me the seller didn't get the package, the return address came on the package. It's sad how people lost when u work hard to get it.

    BEWARE! They will not refund you, your money! Haven't had much problem with receiving items from most sellers, but if something does happen and you never recieve your item, they WILL NOT refund you! The exact message I got was "refund not approved because there is no evidence of you not receiving the item." What?! How do I show that I haven't recieved the shirt I ordered?! I NEVER GOT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE! what kind of logic is that? Even Wish will refund you if an item is lost or missing...

    Had multiple orders where I paid via PayPal then order was closed due to "security concerns" and money still hasn't been returned. message said something about removing coupons and trying again so I did and the same thing happened. Now I am out over a hundred dollars and the FAQs says it could take up to 20 days to get a refund. I just want to buy some brick toys how is that a security concern and if there was a concern why take my money and then close the order. CFPB complaint to be filed.

    Shipping can be deceptive as it can show free shipping but when you add it to the cart the price changes. App is unstable. Twice now After I have placed a order I have had the vendors refuse to ship the order unless I paid an additional cost. The latest one was for 13.81 and they wanted an additional 18.00 before they would ship. Some vendors are honest, others say that the items have shipped but they never arrive and it is a hassle to get your money back.

    The problem with AliExpress is that, if your device will not work properly after few days of used, than you're out of luck. There's literally NO WARRANTY process. I ordered an SSD and after less than a month used it's failed. The seller asked me for video proof which I provided and then he said sent the SSD back on my own expenses which is more than double the price of SSD. So AliExpress is one-way shopping app. If the devices you bought works your good otherwise you have a good paper weight.

    After they allowed shipping charges, most of the sellers changed to being complete scum. Out of my last 10 orders, I've had to contact customer service probably 8 times because sellers demand more money after you buy, refuse to accept coupons provided by the site (which they are supposed to be required to accept), send out the wrong item and refuse to refund, etc. It's a complete waste of time when there are much better options.

    Customer survive I recently found out says they don’t allow dishonest sellers to ruin their reputation however when filing a complaint about a seller who committed fraud and I’m out $99 for an item AliExpressed agreed this seller was dishonest and committed fraud. I was able to prove this with documentation I uploaded, but AliExpress refuses to make the seller correct the issue! And allows this seller to continue selling products. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A SELLER AT “ALIST-BEAUTY STORE” Most sellers are honest and there are many good products sold through AliExpress but customer service is the worst and communication from AliExpress is almost non existent. I have been waiting weeks for the office of a supervisor or higher to call me as I was told they would and still no response. The chats person tells me that office was suppose to call me but still no action.

    The store is great. Good prices but you have to wait like 3 months to get your item and hope it don’t get lost. The app is a complete nightmare. 1) you can’t change your password to save your soul. I have tried and tried. Just as soon as you think you found it. It asks you 200 verifications and when you verify them all it runs you around in circles. Like ground hog day. 2) can we get into the 2000’s? I mean I use this app on my iPad in landscape mode. But it stays in portrait mode. Truly irritating to see the screen sideways. 3) stop with this useless Eva. That automatic garbage is totally useless. Updates on tracking on your items is junk. Take 2 months to get here and 2 months more for an update on your item. By that time the item if stolen is long gone and you were waiting for a ghost

    It's totally horrible!! I don't receive my orders and when I go to help center, I'd been directed to sign in page even though I'm signed in. I need to remember my password.. When I click to reset a new password, I'd been directed to a Chinese browser. I lost a lot of my orders since last September. I received nothing, neither an order nor a refund.. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

    I am so upset this is the second time I have not received my package. It went to the wrong address, it was a wallet. First it was scrap booking stickers, now a wallet. I loved ordering dresses and what not. AliExpress never had failed me until now. I am so upset. I hope I get a refund. I had recommended this app to sooo many of my friends. Now I am afraid they won't get their package. Please AliExpress get back how you use to be back on track and fantastic.
