    We have used Albertson’s curbside pickup weekly since April, 2020. During that time, the store has enlarged the list of available items available to pick up curbside. There have been a few errors in our orders over the months, but dealing with those glitches is a minor issue when compared to the convenience the service provides. The ordering process is quick and easy. The timeframe for pickup is very accommodating. Substitutions are minimal. The employees bringing out our order are always friendly and helpful. We live very close to the store, so pickup is easy and quick. Since my hubby and I are retired and have a few health issues, this service is very important to those of us who need to remain at home and safe from potential virus spread. I hope that Albertson’s will continue the curbside pickup program even when the virus is a distant memory. It is a very valuable service to many customers.

    This was our first time ordering online, and it worked just great. They sent a text when the order was ready for pickup, so we went right over. Helper who brought our order to the car (Sharon) was very nice and thorough. The shopper did a good job selecting what we asked for, and only substituted according to our instructions (which you can specify for each item when you open your cart online).

    I absolutely love Albertsons and for the past 24 years have shopped here in Great Falls. Being a gourmet cook snd a foodie, I prefer to shop myself, daily if possible. I can stand and look at dozens of pieces of produce before selecting just the right piece of fruit, mushroom, or cucumber. A series of health issues and broken bones and now CoVid concerns have made it difficult for me to get to the store and shop safely, consequently I have had my groceries delivered for nearly two years. The personal shoppers are the best. If there are questions about something I have ordered, my shopper will call, the online order system is easy to use, and rarely is anything wrong with my order. I make one big order a month and It is delivered right to my door. Actually, when I need it, the delivery person will bring it right into the kitchen! Thank you, Debbie Haney and my Albertsons personal shoppers!

    I’ve been doing pick up for a few months from my neighborhood Albertsons and it has been wonderful. I almost always am able to get a same day pick up. I’ve had only a couple of items picked that were molded or spoiled, but with a call they corrected the issue. Since I live close it takes just a few minutes to return for the correct item and they are usually waiting for me when I get there. Originally I still had to go in for harder to find items, but I’ve learned to scan that are harder to search for, now I don’t have to go in at all. On the rare occasion I go in because I only need an item or 2 immediately. The service has been wonderful and a true time saver.

    Delivery is perfect. Great drivers. A few issues with order pickers... Except for my last order picker who was great. More training is needed for subbing product. (Ex.. If ordering 1 large can of tomatoes then sub 2 smaller cans.. Not 1. One small can won't be enough for the recipe. FYI. ) Not enough space to text that in the order form. 🙁

    I use Albertsons all the time because I live by one for the last year. Tried to sign into the app with my Safeway account that I use at both Vons and Albertsons. It gave me the option to download the Vons app and use my account through that app or cancel out of the sign in. No option at all to continue with my account through Albertsons. I don’t have a Vons near me so downloading the other app doesn’t help me. Tried to create a new account through Albertsons and it wouldn’t create one because I already have my number on file. Sooo basically since I originally used a Vons for the account I’m not able to use the Albertsons app. Promptly deleted the app, make it more flexible for your account members.

    App crashes when trying to edit account fields. **In regard to your programmed response, I did chat with someone on the app and they were of no help at all. Did not address the problem, stopped app, uninstalled, reinstalled, same issue.

    A sad and primitive set of software. We’ve been members for many years. There are three stores in our town: they’ve been here for many years. We’ve shopped at all three, played their silly little cash register games, won a sauce pan or two, gotten a few cents off gas, seen our favorite brands of food come and go, and on and on. We’ve come to know cashiers (and they, us) and seen them transfer from one store to another (or to a different chain). We have long Albertson’s history. Thus it is with great disappointment that we log on to their website (and app), enter home address, search for the nearest store, and find that there is NONE closer than → 959 miles ← away.

    Can't get the app to work. I can't access the 'get help' section in the app because the app doesn't load after entering my location. Going to uninstall because I can't get help.

    Lives are on the line, and Albertsons and other grocery stores have a huge influence on keeping the general public safe. Most of the items available are not available to these apps. Either the selection is limited for options on the app, or stores are not updating their inventories to this service. I’ve traveled too 5 different local Albertsons and the items available are very similar for all of them via this app (very much not an accurate description of what that stores offer). Not having the actual inventory of the store uploaded into this app makes it more likely that people will go inside the building, which is unsafe for both the gen. Public and Albertson’s employees. For a great example to online ordering/pickup, check out target’s online system. Every item in the store is available via the app, and updated quickly. Albertsons, please change this!! Give people more options to get your items and keep them safe. At least all people to order over the phone or have any other options aside from going in doors. For goodness sake, please also mandate that your staff must wear gloves and masks when on duty as well.

    I am saving do much money using the Albertsons app. Instacart costs every 10 days were between $300-$600. Prices didn't reflect sales coupons and discounts. I also got $20 off my first order on the Albertsons app. My first order cost $112 but with coupons and the $20 off it came out to be $93. Drive up, call Albertsons, open trunk, they load trunk, drive away, no contact! Love it! H. Smirl

    We absolutely love the fact that we can order her groceries online and the staff at Albertson’s shops the items for us bag son and we pay for it and we just drive up park in a certain spot and call them to let them know we are and they deliver it to our car. We just wish that we could purchase all the items we are trying to purchase online; however, for some reason there’s certain things that we are forced to have to go into the store ourselves to purchase and it’s not pharmacy items these are regular every day items. Otherwise, this has been such an amazing service and we love it!

    Very useful app! My only qualm is it would be nice if I could add coupons from Albertsons emails and apply rewards while logged in to the app instead of separately having to login to the website to add them.

    I’m only giving this app site one star. It won’t let me sign in, says my PW is wrong, I know it’s not, and tried several times. The only way I’ve been able to get into the Albertson’s place to order is to go to goggle and look it up. As most know. Albertson’s recently "updated" their shopping site. What a hassle! Whoever did that had it really really mixed up. It was so different and so hard, it kept knocking me off, deleted items I had on there, etc. I was so frustrated! I emailed them several times, never heard back. Finally, after several mos, it’s now working better, thankfully! Please do NOT change your site again. If you do, it’d be to your best Interest to have an expert do it. Thank you. I bet you lost business over that ordeal, how could you not? I very much appreciate having delivery, I hope it continues. Perhaps more adv would help the word get out.

    I usually don't have any trouble but this time I did. I had trouble making the order kept getting error messages and it wouldn't send. I have been using you guys for awhile now and haven't had any problems until now. I sent two messages to your having trouble button (or whatever you call it) I tried to order today and thankfully my order was still there. No one ever responded to my messages.
