    If you have teenage kids, catching them sneaking out at 1 am can be a big problem. The Alarm.com app lets you order motion sensors that will automatically start recording if they sense movement in your yard. Alarm.com is excellent for keeping your kids from lying about where they were.

    Nice service, if I only would get all notificazions. Very nice app, but most notifications have stopped working. That makes the app and the alarm service pretty useless, as I cannot spend 24 hours a day monitoring things manually. (I gave only 2 stars) Update: After contacting support, I am getting notifications again, most of those in a timely manner. I am much happier with the app and the service since then.

    I for some reason have to have my husband arm our house if I leave my driveway before doing so. Before I leave I sit in the driveway to set it which can be somewhat taxing if I’m running late or my baby is not happy to be in the car and always settles once the vehicle is moving. There was a period where the app wasn’t following any of my arming commands via my Apple Watch nor my iPhone, but now both work as long as I’m in the driveway. My husband has set it wherever though. I think I emailed customer support. I also have tried logging out and back in and deleting the app and re downloading but nothing has worked. When I did try to find help about this issue via the app and the site I could not find any information on how to fix it. It would be outrageously convenient to be able to arm it with my watch, but I’ll settle for some guidance on whether it only works via WiFi, one’s home network, or if I need to adjust another setting or account. This app is extremely efficient, however, which is very comforting having a baby, and yesterday the battery was low and it promptly informed me via text message and my husband, it did send me a whopping 15 texts which I didn’t think was necessary especially because I was in the home the entire time, but nonetheless I’d rather it send that many than none. So thanks for your service, a couple tweeks, broader access to troubleshooting, and I’d easily give it a 5 star rating.

    Used to like this app. Doesn’t alert me anymore when I leave the house without arming. In fact, not getting any notifications anymore. The geo fencing feature doesn’t even work anymore. What happened to this app? Also, the option where you’re able to add what number you want getting notifications, I see my phone twice. “Kelly’s iPhone” and “Kelly’s iPhone (2)”. Not sure why this is happening. So frustrating. I need my alarm app to be reliable, otherwise what’s the point? ————— Update: I called Strada and their technician deleted the duplicates from his end. Turns out it was the only way to do so permanently. Problem solved. Updated my ratings also:. Regarding the Geo-fencing issue. The control pad I was given evidently was older technology or since I signed up, they already came out with a different control pad. When I began testing my own system and complained about geo-fencing feature not working and overall non-responsiveness of the system, they dug deeper and found that their monitoring station wasn't even communicating with the control pad and thus not getting our alarm triggers. Super bad. We’re talking at the cellular level. Got a new keypad with updated Verizon 5G SIM card inside. No issues now.

    I absolutely love my App. I use to always set it before going out the door but there were times when I forgot something and had to go back in. One time when my hubby hit the wrong numbers, they called me and I told them that it was a mistake and we were ok. The police called and I told them I was ok and within just a few minutes the police were here. They said that someone could be holding a gun to my head and making me say that I was ok. So I love it and very proud of the Service ❣️🙏

    I have had this app for yeas. I’m happy to say the my panel has recently been upgraded to keep up with expanding technology. The other pro is that it arms and disarms quickly without a long wait. Signal gets through immediately There are two major cons. The first is the alert sound. It only offers one. It seems to be the default of all my news alerts coming through. It would help if it could offer a custom alert so I would know it was the app. I have another doorbell maker and it notifies me with a distinct sound. Also, it doesn’t alert me on the iPhone. I have worked with trying to get it but to no avail. My second and biggest complaint is not being able to bypass one particular zone from the app. You cannot tell it specifically to bypass a certain zone. The only way to bypass is you need to physically go to the zone, open it then bypass it. It would be nice if the app would allow you to bypas, for example zone 5. You’re not able to bypass a zone of choice when not at home. This has been my biggest frustration. Please offer it as an update or upgrade. Especially the custom alerts. Other than these two issues the app works well.

    Update: Due to user error (me) I hadn't identified there is in fact a way to view events, a checkmark icon in top right corner, will bring you to event list. The icon is not intuitive and why I never considered clicking it. Suggestion: Change to "!" based icon, and if event is current and unacknowledged it should be colored red. Hover-over or long-press should say "Event History" instead of existing "History". Also a developer commented within 24hrs to address my review, which is impressive! Thank you! ---Original Review--- Basic. No way to view past events. Just had my first alarm and now there's no trace of an event 2 minutes ago within the app. 🙄

    Needs the option to delete all skybell recordings with a select all button, also should be able to take a screen shot when in live video mode, also needs option to adjust voice volume coming from skybell as volume is very low for the person on the end of the skybell, takes way to long for video to come through even tho I have 100% signal quality from WiFi and 500mb download speed, not really impressed at all as these are basic functions that all video doorbells should pride them self's on

    I have never received a written instructions as to what to expect when various situations arise. For example if I set my alarm off accidentally when leaving later on I may receive a notice that my front door alarm had been bypassed. Bypassed, by who? I have never received instructions as to what the procedure is or when I am away and the alarm goes off and you notify the police. Then you notify me. What happens when the situation is alleviate it. Should I let the police know that it was a false alarm. Should you notify the police? Who is responsible when in an alarm goes off and the police respond the next day 24 hours later. The city then bills the owner for services not provided. Should the owner or the Alarm Company rectify the situation? Lastly, we were promised a new thermostat with remote control which I never received. I complained about it nothing was ever done. Therefore you can see why I only gave your company three stars.     Having some problems. With my two recent installations at my residence and at my home at the Lske of the Ozarks. With my residence, the alarm has gone off three times over this past Memorial Day weekend while I was away. Trying to determine the cause. Unnecessary police response was provided and rather disturbing for the neighbors. With my home at the Lake of the Ozarks when I attempt to lock the door with my telephone the signal on my telephone blinks red while the door is locking and continues to blink red and then finally turns green which indicates that the door is unlocked even though it has actually locked. The message that is put on my phone says a connection was not made and with the green signal indicates the door is unlocked. That is very troubling especially when I attempt to make certain that the door is locked when I’m not actually present at the lake house. It almost defeats the whole reason for having the system.

    When doorbell rings, it dosen't connect right away, so you miss whoever was there. Also you have to manually delete every video if the storage gets full. If there was a way to set up a time frame to delete it would be much better. Brad

    Regret purchasing this doorbell. I've had nothing but problems. Two weeks in, it had to be reset. August 16th it stopped working all together. Last week live feed showed nothing but a white screen during the day & at night you couldnt make out anything. Xfinity says the doorbell has a strong wifi connection, displays the solid green light but won't record or notify. I have to wait until September 9th for my provider to send out a tech to try to get it working again.

    Started out fine. But now won't connect to the doorbell camera. Which is a bummer. When it did connect it would buffer for ages. The doorbell press is very delayed and notifications come up ages after the sensor has been tripped. That in its self is stressful. Techs don't help and blame it on other things. The run around is awful.

    terrible interface. the panic button is in a spot where it can very easily be accidentally clicked on.. app is confusing and has so many unnecessary buttons. really needs to be redesigned and updated. simple is best. Don't tell me the weather. I just want to arm my home.

    Over the last two yrs I have had some very minor issues off and on but they usually pass pretty quickly. For the last 3 days the app has not worked at all. I can set alarm manually fine but not through the app. All day yesterday it showed in the app that our alarm was set on ‘stay’ even though the alarm was off. We had already left the house and tried all day to get the ‘stay’ off on the app so we could set the alarm. We ended up going home to set and then leave again. I tried rebooting my iPhone as suggested by customer support but it didn’t work. I also selected the app and reinstalled it. It still didn’t work. AAA Customer support was of no use. I tried setting it on through my husbands app and didn’t work. It still showed a ‘stay’ alarm on his app. Today I was hopeful because it showed our alarm was off as it was really off. When I tried setting it when we left it would just keep trying and trying until it would give up and returned to the off status. Who do I call for help when technical support was useless??

    Please please please do not use this company! The non-English understanding folks used in customer care are inept and app is constantly logging me out of my account. This app is really crappy! Now my finger login won’t work as of today! Wow. Can’t log in via app therefore my alarm will blare every single time I come home, open my door to disarm. That alone should be a deterrent for all who are considering this service. If the alarm does not beep to give warning & time to disarm the system, that indicates a subpar system. I have been consistently disappointed with this Company and it’s services for $60/month. Not certain what they’re monitoring because the police have NEVER EVER EVER IN THE HISTORY OF NEVER been to my home during an active alarm. I have had 3. BUYER BEWARE. **AND PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THE EMAIL THAT SAYS THEY WILL WAIVE 60, 70, 80, 100% of your past due bill! IT IS A SCAM AND THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTIONS ON WAIVING ANY PAYMENT NOR PORTION OF THE BILL DURING THIS PANDEMIC TIME. IT IS A BLATANT LIE TO GET YOU TO CALL SO THEY MAY BADGER YOU ABOUT PAYMENT AND TO VERIFY YOUR INFO!     A crummy app that rarely connects to the system, constantly tells us there is motion detected but doesn't record video for that motion like it's supposed to, and the weather section doesn't even have our current postal code with seemingly no way to change it. Slow and not user friendly. Useless garbage on my phone, tablet, and my wife's phone and tablet as well so it's not just a device issue. Telus/ADT- please hire the correct people to make this app work correctly or switch the app you use.

    App is good. Brink is trash. My alarm system when off three different times no one call me or no first response was send out. But the money keeps coming out of my account. Monthly payments ok find but the $25.00 twice a year. Then when you trying to cancel they send you to guy that talks around the whole situation of cancellation it's a whole big thing to cancellation with them. At end they still charge you a pro rate. Trash company

    I love the idea of this app. Convenience is remarkable. However, execution is not as good as one would hope. The doorbell camera comes up as a black screen 90% of the time when playing live. Yet, I can look at the other cameras and it records perfectly. The app leaves you wanting....for something that is going to work 100% of the time. The convenience and security you feel when the app is working, is great. I love the way I can set my alarm from anywhere. Please fix the flaw in the program.

    It is the first time that I have an alarm system and the truth is I am not happy with the app, you pay to have quality service and what you get is garbage, and I am upset because I have called the company and they do not solve it. What they want is to charge more every time, it is faster for me to look at the door to see who it is when someone rings, becuase they charge even more for the camera, and storage wont even save the footage. I wouldn't even give it two stars.

    I would rate it minus 5 stars if I could. This app is garbage, I have yet to be able to talk to someone after the doorbell rang. It's sluggish to a frustration level of 10,000. Saved Video's are choppy, and once you've reached a quota, it won't override the old videos. This is the worst thing for a Security company, so if something happened, you can't review any recording. Because you reached the quota of some already unusable choppy pixelized videos. Stay away from Telus

    Been with this company since 2007. They are responsive & know how to maintain your safety. March 2020, I was away for weekend and I was notified of possible break-in. The back slider was opened & they left when alarm went off.

    I had been using Siri shortcuts a lot until this past week when I keep getting the error “there is a problem with the app”. I have rebooted the phone, tried setting up my scene shortcuts again in Siri but it is still not working. Is anyone else having this problem? I fixed it by logging out of the app, deleting the app. Shutting down the phone, restarting the phone, reinstalling the app and logging back in turning on Siri shortcuts and notifications. No idea why it broke, but there is the fix that worked for me!

    Unfortunately this app doesn't seem to open the doorbell camera on a Pixel 5 but the doorbell camera works great on a 7+ loading within seconds. This happened before on the 7+ so know that this does happen on other major platforms... Edit: had a conflict with another app, app removed and doorbell cam is working fine

    This app is simple to use, it is great to be able to unarm an arm your home without pressing the keypad. There are several other features that can be activated if you have the service for it. I like the convenience of seeing the temperature in my home and in the area when I am out of town.

    The app needs work, sometimes in settings certain things are not fully visible on the screen. Aswell, after an update, now I don't see the short clips in "highlights" like I used to.. I love the system, love what it does, but 8 do think the app needs a little work. Also I would rather if my doorbell cam could catch objects instead of motions... I turned the motion detection down, but I wish I didnt need to.. How do I get my images back on highlights? Ps. Issue was temp. All resolved

    Great app, but i held a star back because a couple features are missing I feel should be there. The first is a panic button or being able to alert police, fire, or a medical emergency from the app itself. The other is being able to exclude sensors while arming my system. I can do either of these things from my alarm system panel, so I would expect to see them here. I kind of thought that’s where scenes would play a role for my second concern, but it doesn’t appear to work that way.     I am pleased with the overall system, but have a couple of concerns/questions. I continuously receive low battery alerts at least twice per day, whether there are batteries in the thermostat or not. I put in a new set of batteries in each thermostat, but still get the low battery alerts. It this an issue with the two thermostats, or each set of batteries are rapidly discharged when installed. The other question is in regards to the door bell. When it is pushed, it is oils be most convenient to have a hyperlink to take you directly to the app to see whose there, versus closing out the text message to open the app.

    I have had this app for yeas. I’m happy to say the my panel has recently been upgraded to keep up with expanding technology. The other pro is that it arms and disarms quickly without a long wait. Signal gets through immediately There are two major cons. The first is the alert sound. It only offers one. It seems to be the default of all my news alerts coming through. It would help if it could offer a custom alert so I would know it was the app. I have another doorbell maker and it notifies me with a distinct sound. Also, it doesn’t alert me on the iPhone. I have worked with trying to get it but to no avail. My second and biggest complaint is not being able to bypass one particular zone from the app. You cannot tell it specifically to bypass a certain zone. The only way to bypass is you need to physically go to the zone, open it then bypass it. It would be nice if the app would allow you to bypas, for example zone 5. You’re not able to bypass a zone of choice when not at home. This has been my biggest frustration. Please offer it as an update or upgrade. Especially the custom alerts. Other than these two issues the app works well.

    Needs the option to delete all skybell recordings with a select all button, also should be able to take a screen shot when in live video mode, also needs option to adjust voice volume coming from skybell as volume is very low for the person on the end of the skybell, takes way to long for video to come through even tho I have 100% signal quality from WiFi and 500mb download speed, not really impressed at all as these are basic functions that all video doorbells should pride them self's on

    I have never received a written instructions as to what to expect when various situations arise. For example if I set my alarm off accidentally when leaving later on I may receive a notice that my front door alarm had been bypassed. Bypassed, by who? I have never received instructions as to what the procedure is or when I am away and the alarm goes off and you notify the police. Then you notify me. What happens when the situation is alleviate it. Should I let the police know that it was a false alarm. Should you notify the police? Who is responsible when in an alarm goes off and the police respond the next day 24 hours later. The city then bills the owner for services not provided. Should the owner or the Alarm Company rectify the situation? Lastly, we were promised a new thermostat with remote control which I never received. I complained about it nothing was ever done. Therefore you can see why I only gave your company three stars.     Having some problems. With my two recent installations at my residence and at my home at the Lske of the Ozarks. With my residence, the alarm has gone off three times over this past Memorial Day weekend while I was away. Trying to determine the cause. Unnecessary police response was provided and rather disturbing for the neighbors. With my home at the Lake of the Ozarks when I attempt to lock the door with my telephone the signal on my telephone blinks red while the door is locking and continues to blink red and then finally turns green which indicates that the door is unlocked even though it has actually locked. The message that is put on my phone says a connection was not made and with the green signal indicates the door is unlocked. That is very troubling especially when I attempt to make certain that the door is locked when I’m not actually present at the lake house. It almost defeats the whole reason for having the system.

    When doorbell rings, it dosen't connect right away, so you miss whoever was there. Also you have to manually delete every video if the storage gets full. If there was a way to set up a time frame to delete it would be much better. Brad

    I love the products and the people who sell it and install it but this particular app does not allow you to change sound on alert tones. if you own a droid it’s not an issue. Trying to figure a way around this, it seems that A fair amount of people who on this app might have security systems and be older with not great hearing, I bet they would appreciate having the ability to have a tone that is easier to hear, I need something that will wake me up if I am sleeping and the tone issued with this app is very subtle. otherwise this app is great and it is very user-friendly, I got one of the Skybo cameras as well and this app is nice for viewing who might be at your door. I got this app to monitor my 82-year-old mother who I live with and take care of and has dementia, I would like to mention that this app is very helpful in the daytime when I am awake and I have my phone on my person.

    We have used this app for about two years. While it is usually dependable, we find that some settings can change without warning, and notifications that we depend on quit working. There is no explanation of why these changes occur. For example, the sensitivity setting of the doorbell camera can sometimes cause it to notify when a tree limb twenty feet away is moving in the wind, yet it fails to detect a person moving directly in front of it. Also, the settings menu on our PC are completely different than those on our smartphones, and it is challenging to figure out where to go to make adjustments. The net result is that we seem to be continually tinkering with it to get everything working to our satisfaction, only to have settings change unexpectedly at almost any time. These issues should be addressed by the programmers.

    Works fairly well but sluggish with starting camera after getting an alert and sometimes, video wont start. Also, for some reason, i know that camera are recording videos, but the videos wont show up in save videos and then all of a sudden, there are a bunch of videos jn the saved. Also, i change settings for video recordings and the changes do not save and the app goes back to "recommended defaults". Please advise.

    While the app certainly lets you control all the aspects of the panel it does need some work. The lack of any sounds other than the default iOS notification sound is rather annoying and quite frankly makes it hard to rely on. The app should be able to use any of the available system sounds or ringtones and should also come with additional ones that would make it feel more like an extension of the alarm panel. You should be able to choose different sounds or spoken voices for different events. For example If a camera detected a vehicle driving by in the middle of the day you might just want something very quiet or no sound / vibration at all. Where as if a camera detects a person in your back yard at night you might want to be alerted by something to wake you up so you can check it out.

    For alarm purposes, the app is good. When it comes to the camera portion, I would say it falls behind other brands on the market, for instance, Arlo. The interface of the app with the cameras is unreliable and you have to monitor video upload volume, because when you hit your max, your cameras will no longer record and there is no advance warning from ADT that you are close to capacity. Just an email that you have reached your maximum upload and even after deleting videos on the app, the cameras still do not record. As for the actual cameras, night vision recording is practically nonexistent. Terrible range when the camera is in night vision, again Arlo surpasses ADT in this. Overall, I would say, the app and ADT is just OK.

    Regret purchasing this doorbell. I've had nothing but problems. Two weeks in, it had to be reset. August 16th it stopped working all together. Last week live feed showed nothing but a white screen during the day & at night you couldnt make out anything. Xfinity says the doorbell has a strong wifi connection, displays the solid green light but won't record or notify. I have to wait until September 9th for my provider to send out a tech to try to get it working again.

    Started out fine. But now won't connect to the doorbell camera. Which is a bummer. When it did connect it would buffer for ages. The doorbell press is very delayed and notifications come up ages after the sensor has been tripped. That in its self is stressful. Techs don't help and blame it on other things. The run around is awful.

    Over the last two yrs I have had some very minor issues off and on but they usually pass pretty quickly. For the last 3 days the app has not worked at all. I can set alarm manually fine but not through the app. All day yesterday it showed in the app that our alarm was set on ‘stay’ even though the alarm was off. We had already left the house and tried all day to get the ‘stay’ off on the app so we could set the alarm. We ended up going home to set and then leave again. I tried rebooting my iPhone as suggested by customer support but it didn’t work. I also selected the app and reinstalled it. It still didn’t work. AAA Customer support was of no use. I tried setting it on through my husbands app and didn’t work. It still showed a ‘stay’ alarm on his app. Today I was hopeful because it showed our alarm was off as it was really off. When I tried setting it when we left it would just keep trying and trying until it would give up and returned to the off status. Who do I call for help when technical support was useless??

    A crummy app that rarely connects to the system, constantly tells us there is motion detected but doesn't record video for that motion like it's supposed to, and the weather section doesn't even have our current postal code with seemingly no way to change it. Slow and not user friendly. Useless garbage on my phone, tablet, and my wife's phone and tablet as well so it's not just a device issue. Telus/ADT- please hire the correct people to make this app work correctly or switch the app you use.

    I love the idea of this app. Convenience is remarkable. However, execution is not as good as one would hope. The doorbell camera comes up as a black screen 90% of the time when playing live. Yet, I can look at the other cameras and it records perfectly. The app leaves you wanting....for something that is going to work 100% of the time. The convenience and security you feel when the app is working, is great. I love the way I can set my alarm from anywhere. Please fix the flaw in the program.

    One major drawback of this app is that the notifications can’t be differentiated from notifications from other apps. Being that this is a security system, it should have an option to make higher priority notifications sound more urgent. If my home is breached, I would like an alarm sound. If I leave the door open too long a reminder is good, but it shouldn’t be the same sound as a breach. The monitoring service will call if an alarm occurs, but that doesn’t change the need to have options on the notifications and sounds. That is a major disappointment in the app design. The other features are what you would expect of an app. It works and is dependable for what it does, but the limitations I expressed are too big to not weigh heavily on my review.

    The app works well for viewing the live cameras, cleaning the recordings, turning on/off VMD rules (though they can’t be edited via mobile). Unfortunately the notification sound isn’t customizable the way other important alerts like texts, emails and alarms are. Skybell doorbell makes a sound outside, but not inside. This means I rely completely on my phone to know someone is at the door. The default notification sound is very low and easy to miss. Couple that with the numerous false triggers and the notifications quickly become benign. Alerting me is one of the most important features of the app and it’s pretty ineffective. If the app was updated to allow customization of the notification sound I’d update the rating to a 4.5.

    terrible interface. the panic button is in a spot where it can very easily be accidentally clicked on.. app is confusing and has so many unnecessary buttons. really needs to be redesigned and updated. simple is best. Don't tell me the weather. I just want to arm my home.

    Please please please do not use this company! The non-English understanding folks used in customer care are inept and app is constantly logging me out of my account. This app is really crappy! Now my finger login won’t work as of today! Wow. Can’t log in via app therefore my alarm will blare every single time I come home, open my door to disarm. That alone should be a deterrent for all who are considering this service. If the alarm does not beep to give warning & time to disarm the system, that indicates a subpar system. I have been consistently disappointed with this Company and it’s services for $60/month. Not certain what they’re monitoring because the police have NEVER EVER EVER IN THE HISTORY OF NEVER been to my home during an active alarm. I have had 3. BUYER BEWARE. **AND PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THE EMAIL THAT SAYS THEY WILL WAIVE 60, 70, 80, 100% of your past due bill! IT IS A SCAM AND THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTIONS ON WAIVING ANY PAYMENT NOR PORTION OF THE BILL DURING THIS PANDEMIC TIME. IT IS A BLATANT LIE TO GET YOU TO CALL SO THEY MAY BADGER YOU ABOUT PAYMENT AND TO VERIFY YOUR INFO! This Company is a lying scamming piece of... you will NOT GET ANY PORTION OF YOUR BILL WAIVED—ESPECIALLY THE PERCENTAGE AMOUNT LIED ABOUT IN THEIR PAYMENT EMAIL! Do not fall for the scam folks.

    App is good. Brink is trash. My alarm system when off three different times no one call me or no first response was send out. But the money keeps coming out of my account. Monthly payments ok find but the $25.00 twice a year. Then when you trying to cancel they send you to guy that talks around the whole situation of cancellation it's a whole big thing to cancellation with them. At end they still charge you a pro rate.     It is the first time that I have an alarm system and the truth is I am not happy with the app, you pay to have quality service and what you get is garbage, and I am upset because I have called the company and they do not solve it. What they want is to charge more every time, it is faster for me to look at the door to see who it is when someone rings, becuase they charge even more for the camera, and storage wont even save the footage. I wouldn't even give it two stars.

    I would rate it minus 5 stars if I could. This app is garbage, I have yet to be able to talk to someone after the doorbell rang. It's sluggish to a frustration level of 10,000. Saved Video's are choppy, and once you've reached a quota, it won't override the old videos. This is the worst thing for a Security company, so if something happened, you can't review any recording. Because you reached the quota of some already unusable choppy pixelized videos. Stay away from Telus

    I am sick and tired of how weekly this app will just keep blinking and saying “arming”. But it will never actually set the alarm. I’ve tried it right next to my actual alarm. I’ve tried it with WIFI and 5G data. I’ve tried rebooting my phone. Nothing. This app is NOT reliable. And you must be able to rely on your alarm. This is criminal, and our lives are in their hands. And if you contact them, they give you the litany if excused for why it’s a problem on your end. But it is 100% their problem. My app won’t set my alarm for a day. Then suddenly it works for a few more days (without my doing anything). Do not use this app. Your safety and peace of mind are too important. UPDATE... you all are still the WORST!!!! The app takes forever to load, and then it won’t even set the alarm half the time! It times out. I contact you all, abs you give me lame excuses that any tech person can tell you are completely false! And you won’t fix the app. Your network is awful!!!! When I move, I will make sure that my alarm company doesn’t use your app. I will make it my goal in life to haunt your dreams. I will rally people to my cause till you go out of business. WORST. APP. EVER.

    The app is slow to show what's taking place. It's always buffering...by the time the camera pops in the activity is over. When the doorbell ring the person is in the house by the time camera show whose at the door. I feel I'm paying for nothing.
