    I worked in Malaysia for three years before and I always used Air Asia. So easy to book flights; and the ground and flight crews were consistently polite, efficient and just awesome. After my 1-month holiday, I would already miss Malaysian food and so I would order online for my return flight. This was the only time I would actually enjoy airplane food. Thank you, AirAsia.

    I have been using AirAsia APP for year always had trouble with the Payment and dates and feed back from the bank , twice to return back to the precedent page I did not check the date again then in the airport I was 1 month early I had to transfer the ticket to the new one it cost me a fortune.

    I love this site and the airlines. The online booking process is super simple. You can choose your options like meals and seat assignments. Best of all, you don’t need a PhD in Business or Physics to decipher baggage fees! The cost of flights is broken down so you can choose less expensive days to fly. Highly recommend this app and airline.

    We were traveling from Malaysia to Jeju Korea and they made my girlfriend buy a second ticket because she is Vietnamese. I told them 100 times she doesn’t need visa for Jeju Island. But they would not listen. As if a second ticket would have changed that. Any way I bought another ticket for no reason. Still love Air Asia regardless

    So I just booked a ticket. It showed paid from an immediate message I got from Amex. But not paid on the Air Asia website. They wanted me to pay again. Can you imagine? Very annoying as obviously wrong. I called from USA to Bangkok. The good news is that the agent was very helpful and said it was all ok and gave me a ticket confirmation number.

    Lousy app. Been booked through this but suddenly when payment just stop I don’t know whether payment go through or not. Friends and relatives list gone have to re enter also can find on list. What happen????

    I kept trying repeatedly to check a bag for about 30 hours prior to my flight on both the app and the website. You save money when you check your bag in advance. It kept giving me an error (I must have tried 10x over the 30 hours, at different times of day and even on the way to the airport and at the airport). When we got to the counter, the lady working was like, “too bad, now you have to pay full price to check your bag at the counter” despite me showing her a bunch of screenshots of the bag booking errors. No sympathy, no customer service. When things are smooth, he’s, it’s a cheap price, but when there’s an issue, this company has no accountability.

    Let this company go bankrupt. Refunded my flight as a “credit account” to use at a later time. Have tried to use this credit account on two occasions and the company has literally set up their website in a way that doesn’t allow you to use it. When inquiring they say ‘there is a website problem. Please try again in 48 hours.’ I honestly just feel bad for the people who have to work there and have to deal with angry people all the time and will inevitably lose their jobs because of the corruption of this company ✌🏽 I will no doubt pay for a more expensive option to never spend my money with Air Asia again.

    We booked a flight to pucket from Chiang Mai and we tried to cancel it due to the typhoon that was heading to picket and Samui we tried canceling it before there 24 hours which is aloud and no one was able to help, they customer service phone number wasn’t working and we head to the airport in Chiang Mai and the staff couldn’t do anything they told us to go online and do it and we couldn’t we spent 2 hours on the phone which cost us a lot as it was international we drove and hour to the airport and still they couldn’t do anything. I don’t recommend this airline if you are in asia or anywhere in thailand. The worst!

    I tried to use their website and had difficulties completing my booking (the payment part was a problem) so I downloaded the app. After making the booking - the payment screen returned a “500 error” but, to my surprise, it went thru. This is only part of the story...when checked my seat assignment - even though I paid for seat selection they auto assigned my seats at the very last row - so I tried to change it to a decent one but the app will not allow me to pay the difference. I was stuck in the “make payment” button that doesn’t do anything. Horrible app!!!

    I booked a flight on the app and could not view the summary before payment. It booked for an incorrect time (may have selected above or below option) along with insurance. Changing the time to correct selection around an appointment cost another 2800INR even WITH the insurance. The ticket ended up being 2x reasonable cost. I suspect this happens often with the poor design that does not allow you to view and confirm your itinerary before processing payment. Great design to earn extra money and upset customers. We won't be flying Air Asia again.

    I’ve tried several times to book flights on the Air Asia app using preset user profiles for my family. Every time the App displays all our birthdays on the booking one day off from the dates in the profiles and I can’t change the dates in the booking. I could go ahead and finish the booking but I have no confidence the birthdates on the booking will match the right birthdates, and this won’t match our IDs when we check in. I cant risk booking here and risk losing the ticket due to an invalid date. I just can’t trust this app.

    I love the airline but they have to get their booking process sorted out on this app. It’s been this way for years. I gave up on them two years ago and decided to try again recently. Same issues. It takes at least a half hour and 10 attempts to confirm and pay for your booking. And that’s when you can even log on... which is regularly problematic as well. I wonder how much $$ they miss out on from potential passengers just giving up....

    I booked multiple times for me & my friends for an upcoming vacation but I received an email that airasia cancelled all the flights (which is understandable bcos of the virus). But then again, I tried to get my credit A LOT OF TIMES through the website bcos it won't let me through AVA. Now I can't even call the customer service to solve any problem bcos the last time I called in they said they will just entertain flights in India and now I don't know how to get my money back. SUCH A SHAME!!!

    Stuck in a traffic and I thought I could save my flight by checking in using the app from the passenger seat (I didn’t any luggage to check). The app kept giving me an error. Had to go through all the lines, by the time I was able to talk with the check in clerk, the gate was just closed. And of course the staff blamed me for the error, instead of being helpful or at least sympathetic. The app does nothing is just a waste of space in your phone.

    First, you have to go all the way through the flight selection, almost to entering guest details to get the full price. If you want to change departure or return date, you have to cancel that booking (Are you sure you want to cancel?) THEN START ALL OVER!?$&@:&?!&!!! Once I did go back to the beginning, the price went up $10. Stupid design, replace that software engineer.

    This app auto fills a lot of information especially birthdays, and as a first time user I didn’t recognize what it was doing. I realized it immediately after submitting my purchase but even 40 seconds later I couldn’t change my order. I spent an hour in the phone with customer service and they couldn’t help me so I bought new tickets... and lost 5000 baht (about 150 USD)lots of things that could be improved
