    App is ok. But, after you make a payment, it takes you back to the payment due screen which still shows a balance due rather than an updated zero balance which leads you to believe that the payment did not go through. If thats's not bad enough, it will allow you to make another payment. So essentialy you can make multiple payments in error.

    I am generally pleased with the app, HOWEVER, very disappointed that the "pay now" doesn't provide a RECURRING PAYMENT option as most apps do. Having to remember to submit my payment each month is inconvenient & a turnoff for sure! If developers fix this issue, I will gladly rate app w/5 stars.

    Overall very good application for your health insurance information but latest version has a defect where under achieve well being section you won’t see the calendar or any text where you can put the date for the workout you did for the week so they have to fix that ASAP.

    The app crashes frequently. It sometimes will not load at all. It looks like you can do a lot in the app but when you actually click on those buttons the app either crashes or gets stuck on a loading screen. Sometimes when you click the button it takes you to a blank page. I checked on the website as well, those pages are just blank. For the most part you still need to log onto the website on a computer to see anything relevant. All in all probably the most useless health insurance app I’ve had yet, which makes sense when you consider the type of health insurance they provide.

    I have two major problems with the app, one being I cannot see my payment history it only tells me what is due and at that it’s not too clear. Then my second problem is when I try to look up my medication. I’m a diabetic so I was looking up pen needles, that’s the name of the needle for my insulin pen and the app was telling me they couldn't find anything that matched. So then I put in the exact name of the item and still no match, I think the search element could use a major upgrade. Other than these two things I think the app is pretty well made.

    At the moment I can't even log in but when I can it doesn't accurately show the amount of my deductible that has been met. In response to the developer, I will not post personal info here and the email that I received in reference to your response is a from a no-reply email address from Google.     Somewhat worked until the latest update. Now, the primary button to find a medical provider is a dead link. So now my wife needs a doctor and we can’t access a list of covered providers. “Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found.” The equivalent website button uses a different address but it contains no data. Tried to call (Saturday at 1:00pm) and they are closed! Unconscionable for an $800 a month insurance provider.

    handy for paying my bill when it works. otherwise not a helpful app at all. i just use it to pay my premium but i have had issues in the past. doesn't always load the billing info or the balance due doesn't clear after you've paid it.

    This app really is sub par. The system doesn't accurately keep track of payments. There's no payment confirmation that I can find. And everything seems to be just a little bit off. I don't trust it.

    App is fine, but was using all my battery life. I opened the app once a month. Daily my battery was running down. Upon diagnosis ahnj app was using 40% of phone's charge! I removed the app. Please let me know when you have a fix.

    The app seems to always have one bug or another. I sign in, and my ID card isn’t available, or I sign in and the find a provider feature is down... a lot of bugs need to be worked out.

    Literally cannot check off that I accept the terms and conditions so that I can start using the app. I’ve restarted the app and the phone and tried on multiple occasions on WiFi and LTE. I’ve tried the app on the phone and tablet. The button just won’t check. What a waste of time and energy.
