I dont know much about other banking apps, but this is easy af. I didn't think I would use the app much until I understood the ease and convenience. The Credit Union itself, is the only bank that hasn't screwed me over with constant hidden Nickles and Dimes. Totally bank here. I have been with them for nearly 20 years. I will never bank elsewhere, ever. more

Easy to navigate and great notifications that can be customized. I can log in with my fingerprint. Honestly with it being a credit union, this app exceeded all my expectations.

Making deposits from home is easy to do, just make sure you signed the back and everything is legible It might not go thru the 1st time but after a 2nd time it works. Sometimes computer printed checks don't get accepted and you may need to go in but not often more

I like this app. I hesitated putting it on my phone but the security is ok. Saves me from having to log in to my PC to do my banking.

I love the app but the check deposit does not ever work. The system needs some kind of upgrade. The pictures are very clear but also says they aren't.

Have never had a problem with the app, always works great. The only thing I would like to see added is the ability to raise the amount that can be withdrawn. In cases of emergencies over the weekend or after hours.

This app is overly fussy on handwriting. I've had to retake a picture 3 or more times before it is accepted. The check writer is elderly and maybe not the steadiest hand.

Mobile deposit is terrible. Tried 5 checks now, all rejected for various reasons. Kind of pointless to have a mobile app that you have to go to the bank location to get anything accomplished.

My device will not work. I tries to call to verify. But says that it will not work. Doesn't light up for texts, emails, only call me. And then fails to work.

App doesn't work on my Galaxy Note9. Get an "application error" when I try to have it text or call me on initial set up. Been trying for months.

Got the number fixed, but now after completing the security prompt after getting a call from the automated number it does nothing and I am unable to proceed..

App does pretty much everything I need. It does glitch sometimes where it won't allow me to make a transfer but that's my only complaint.
