    About time AeroMexico has decided to actually create an app where you can book, and check your Club Premier account and check in. Basically it took like 4 years, but they’re there finally, now let’s just hope the app doesn’t crash! Lastly, I just want to say thanks for finally creating something that works! :)

    This upgraded app is not working well. I’ve been trying to add a trip, check in and administer a trip to no avail. Keep showing an error message instructing me to contact the Call Center. I did and was a waste of time as they said that everything with my trip is ok and that I have to go to the counter to deal with it.

    Aeromexico agents always go the extra mile for me. When facing issues with my documents they pushed the system to find a solution. With better service, better planes and confortable seatings, you can’t go wrong glying them.

    I love using this app, perhaps I love Aeromexico in general. Thumbs up for Aeromexico flights; although when I go to booking all it’s fine yet it’s a big window to keep improving the app but something I would love to see is the preference that once my round trip is selected, is to see the total amount, then go to the information for the traveler. Other than that is a good app.

    very Shaky. This app has lost my "trip" several times while I was in the mid of it, making my second leg ticket disappear. I had to basically beg an Aeromexico agent to understand my situation an help me. the app is practical for tracking points but it dtops there. The API is broken and needs serious investments in order to compare with the quality of app of other major airlines out there.

    We have a trip from Miami - Mexico - Mexico - Santiago. With the transfer in Mexico. We were paid in Miami full price for overweight of our luggage. Especially before we were clarifying this question with the representative manager of AeroMexico, and she wrote on our boarding passes that the all luggage were paid for overweight until Santiago (Chile). But staff in Mexico wanna enforce us pay again. In their website nothing common with that. Representative manager avoid to talk with us. Ridiculous. I will delete application of AeroMexico from my phone and never use this airlines again. Thanks, but enough! And in this pandemic situation they do not care about their reputation, when market is on the bottom... we will see Reputation is everything!

    I flew from GDL to ORD. I was told that I was on the list for upgrade to Premiere. Turns out there was NO premiere. It was all Turist class. The inflight experience was inconsistent without AVOD entertainment, no dutyfree shopping, no premiere class. I was very unhappy with how old and subpar that aircraft was. I think if there are markets that deserve an intro or different level of product, then there should be certain minimum standards, offer the plus seating, duty free should be standard on all international flights. Seat Back entertainment!! Who doesnt have it in 2019, WIFI! None of that was offered. I am not looking forward to flying home on the same old and tired plane.     1) Could not check in through the app, had to go through a browser. 2) Enabled notifications regarding flight status, none have ever arrived in spite of the flight being delayed 3 times with corresponding gate changes. 3) Whatever info the app displays does not correspond to reality. Our flight was supposed to leave at 3:15pm. It is delayed, but the app happily claims an on-time departure with a boarding time of 6:15pm and Terminal M, but Aeromexico airport staff assures us, it will be K.

    I have been flying with Aeromexico for almost 20 years now and I consider it to be Mexico’s best airline. Love their revamped app, it makes it easy to find your flight and add it to your account. Also the check in process with this app is fast.

    I saw several bad reviews, I wasn’t confident that I would be "successful" using the app, but I liked it a lot! Really organized, and I was able to book my seats 3 months in advance without paying nothing extra ♥️

    I think it's an awesome APP!!!! You should definately get it if you booked a trip on AeroMexico. I would give it five stars if it had a map with upcoming/previous trips showing up like it's partner airline's app FlyDelta. Other than that it's a great app! Good job AeroMexico!!!

    When making a reservation on this app, regardless of what step you’re in, if at any time you tap back it takes you back to the initial screen. It is quite disappointing :(

    I think it is really unacceptable that the boarding pass will not open without internet. Passes are subject to change but it should at least load the last version available. Wifi can be unpredictable in airports and I had no issue loading the pass to go through security or at other point in the day then as we were about to load I was freaking out because your app wouldn't load my boarding pass. This should definitely be taken into consideration and take this as a warning fellow travellers.

    Buggy app. It has my info saved, but every time I load my info, it says the passport expiration date is entered incorrectly. To fix the "error", I just delete the last number in the year and add it back. Frustrating for every single flight. It also frequently just gets stuck loading during check-in and I have to go use the website instead.

    I fly with Aeromexico quite often. The app never lets me do my checkin. No matter if it’s a national or international flight. Always get a message that an error occurred. The same when I want to modify something. I have to checkin via the computer and the boarding pass to my email as the view boarding pass also doesn’t work. What’s the point of the app if I cannot do anything via my phone.

    Funciona regular hasta que llegas al aeropuerto de conexión, ahí la app borra la info de tu siguiente viaje y es imposible re-agregarlo (mensaje de error). Así que pierdes tu boleto móvil y tienes que estar checando en pantallas la hora/sala de tu siguiente vuelo. It works ok until you get to your connection airport, there it deletes the next leg of your flight and doesn't let you add it back to your trips, so you're left without a way to check your mobile ticket or the info of your next flight

    While a layover in Mexico City I had my boarding tickets in the app, but the app stopped showing the second ticket so I could not go through connecting flights. I had to step outside and print my ticket and go through security checkpoint for a second time. Also the app, could not connect to Apple Wallet. Therefore I was not able to send my boarding tickets there. Overall, I like Aeromexico, but this time I have to say the app needs improvement, come on guys, having a boarding ticket is a basic user scenario.
