App works great for finding parts and items needed. It also works great for Speed Perks; however, the $$ to next Club Level never changes. It always says $200 to VIP no matter how much money I spend there. So since the level never changes, my Perks never change either. This is very frustrating as I have called customer service three times to try and fix but nobody has an answer other than "we don't know why that's happening".

Pretty Useless. A lot of times parts will show in stock at my local store when I put them in my cart. When I go to check out out says they are not available at that store any longer. When I go through the same process on the website, it never does that and the order goes through no problem. Basically I can't trust the app and always use the website now.

Not very impressed with the app/loyalty program at all they offer discounts on purchases but only if you make the purchase online for same day pick up at your local store or have it shipped to your home which takes 7-10 days. The process of going online and searching your part and placing the order takes much more time and I'd imagine for customers that aren't as knowledgeable as others could be impossible. I have much more to say but apparently 500 characters is all that matters to them.

Doesn’t work
Tried to find 5w-20 oil. Clicked through the filters in motor oils and selected 5w-20. The app said that it couldn’t find a match because I selected pennzoil as my preferred brand. Out of curiosity I tried to do the same thing on their website and it worked perfectly. So then I tried to add my car as a workaround. When I got to the final step of selecting the engine, which the car has only one option, when I click to select it nothing happens. Click until your finger falls off but the app will not let you select your engine. I’m forced to uninstall. AutoZone may be slightly more expensive but at least their app actually works. -
Worst app ever. It says same day delivery, so i order a battery, not knowing they go through a 3rd party delivery partner. I never received my battery and they are saying they have nothing to do with the delivery service.

Why No ApplePay or PayPal?
The app seems to run well, and it has been easy to find the products I need and apply account-based discounts, but then at the payment screen the only option is to enter my card details. Why is there no ApplePay support? Why is there no PayPal support when your website has it? I don’t enter card details with any merchants due to security concerns, which makes this app useless. Now I have to use the mobile website anyway, which is a lot clunkier than this app. Really wanted to like it, but not being able to securely pay is a deal breaker. -
The texts from them are a clear rippoff $12 off $50 means buy 50 pay 38 BUT in order for them to honor it YOU MUST SPEND ANOTHER $50 So its actually 12 off $100 Basically its a ripoff window shopping app. Might as well just go to the website. You wont get points or the 20% off. Its all false advertising to get your email. The big problem with it currently is that it won't allow a user to sync Speed perks for app purchase. So you'll never be able to get the bonus points or %off discounts.

I have been in medium and heavy truck parts all of my life. You can't find filters for construction equipment or off road vehicles. This is strictly an automobile app. Even then you can't look up filters by dimension. It needs much more technical information available for me.

Deals are great, but I often use a different parts store because this app is slow to load, many errors, app crashes frequently

First time using it and last time. App is so slow. Takes me 2 mins each time for it to load. Its not my phone, seeing as my phone is literally new and other people experience the same. Will go back to autozone
