    This is a good app overall. I use it anytime I need to buy car parts or even just price-check items. It's easy to use, quick, and let's you view/use speed perks rewards, apply coupon codes, and has many other useful features. It has all the things you'd expect from an app compared to just using the website. Well, almost all.. You can't view the sales flyers, or the current items on special discounts / bonus points, like you can on the website. There's also no 'bundle & save' on oil+filter like the website. Kind of expected that to be updated by now since I got the app when it first came out and still those aren't features. It also let's you see your current speed perk points. Right now I'm a vip at -784? I guess we're doing negative numbers because of a partial return; I'm not really sure, but it shows me!

    As far as product selection and availability, choosing pickup and shipping methods, the site is easy and helpful to use. However, when you’re scrolling through products the app gets glitchy. Say I’m searching through motor oils. As I scroll down list, it will open a product I didn’t select and then won’t easily return to the option list. The deeper into a list I scroll, the more it starts freezing and slowing down and the search becomes too time consuming. The only way to find a product quickly is to type the name into the search - which is fine only if you know the exact name of the product you need. Seems like something a simple software update could resolve.

    Love Advance. Been shopping there for years now. Couldn’t believe the app took so long but I’m glad it’s finally here. And it’s so smooth. The UI is easy and intuitive. A secure payment option like Apple Pay would be great but hey, I’m just glad the app exists and that it works well. As an Elite member, I can see all my points and Perks Bucks. Great design. Thank you developers for creating a smooth, well thought out app. We appreciate it!

    I know of only three brick-and-mortar chains that intelligently utilize online shopping. Petco and Microcenter are the others. They offer immediate substantial discounts. They give a reasonably wide choice of pickup and free delivery options, brands and prices. Online assistance is truly helpful, although I seldom use it. The only element in need of improvement is store personnel. With few exceptions store level personnel leave much to be desired, and do not pull orders until I arrive.

    Finally I can do my shopping on the fly, it’s great. I can save my vehicle info. finding parts is easy and usually cheaper than in store using the codes offered in app. And the best part I can easily access all my rewards coupons and have them scanned right off the app, no more searching through emails. Definitely a must if you do a lot of your own work and want quality parts.

    The day has finally come! I’ve been waiting for YEARS for this app! Advance Auto Parts by FAR has the best sales, rewards program, and customer service. The only way they fell behind the competition in my opinion was the lack of an app, but here it is, and it’s great! I love the simple design that makes everything easy to use! I’m excited to put it to the test next time I order more parts or fluids!

    When trying to look at a item description as well as trying to choose a store the page flicker back and forth with item description and stores there then not. This makes it very frustrating when trying to look up items and add them to cart. Other issue is when it say in stock at store near by but only shows 3 stores at a time and all are out of stock. So now I have to start guessing where this parts in stock.

    Good app, but... you can't add all the specials that they advertise online or via the app itself! For example, I get emails with oil and filter bundles, but the app won't add the discount. Sometimes the app will send me to the website in a browser instead and I have to log in there to complete the purchase making the app useless. So this app is hit or miss: good for most purchases but bad for many bundles and deals.

    I have used it in the past, and it has worked well. Now, it won't open. The app opens to the red opening screen, but it won't go past that screen.

    too many problems to list. some of them include no return to shopping cart after you've added something to your car and then viewed it. buttons go to wrong links. click by now and it goes to either rebate form or shopping. after a page loads there's a delay before the page then moves and when you click on something before the delay it brings you to something you don't want to go to.

    THIS APP DOES *NOT* KNOW WHAT YOUR CAR WANTS! Save your time and go to the store in person. I tried buying a part that the APP said was compatible with my car. When I picked it up, I found out it wasn't. When the (very kind) clerk at the store showed me the right part, I COULDN'T FIND IT ON THE APP. Again: DO NOT TRUST WHAT THIS APP SAYS IS THE RIGHT PART FOR YOUR CAR!!

    Tried to find 5w-20 oil. Clicked through the filters in motor oils and selected 5w-20. The app said that it couldn’t find a match because I selected pennzoil as my preferred brand. Out of curiosity I tried to do the same thing on their website and it worked perfectly. So then I tried to add my car as a workaround. When I got to the final step of selecting the engine, which the car has only one option, when I click to select it nothing happens. Click until your finger falls off but the app will not let you select your engine. I’m forced to uninstall. AutoZone may be slightly more expensive but at least their app actually works.

    Bought the cheaper option for an alternator off of the advance Auto parts website and hence the app upon getting the alternator in this is again guarantee that if it's my vehicle it does not but you can return it and then the two to three weeks it will take them to get it or credit my account you can go buy another alternator because now it said that the garage for 2 weeks and I'm going to get charged a fee and oh by the way it's twice what you paid for the other one we can do anything to help

    Takes forever to load. Worse then the website. Once it loads it works OK until you try to add to the cart then it goes slow again. Just ordered a radiator and it literally tool me 22 min from loading the app to checking out. If it wasn't for the 25% discount and speedperks I'd just go to the store.

    The app seems to run well, and it has been easy to find the products I need and apply account-based discounts, but then at the payment screen the only option is to enter my card details. Why is there no ApplePay support? Why is there no PayPal support when your website has it? I don’t enter card details with any merchants due to security concerns, which makes this app useless. Now I have to use the mobile website anyway, which is a lot clunkier than this app. Really wanted to like it, but not being able to securely pay is a deal breaker.

    Rewards says elite member speed perks points doesn't expire However mind did I contacted customer service he said points don't expire coupons do I said then where are my points he says they turned my points to coupons n then my coupons expired if I knew this would have used them but I spent thousands to become elite n the benefit says points don't expire there is no benefit at all in being elite ur points will b took exchanged for coupons without notice and then expire n cust service is no help

    Every time I try to go to the address book it says an error has occurred, same thing when I try to add an address. Also when I try to check out. Basically I can't buy anything unless I go to the store.

    The categories to find parts are duplicated many times. It's a lot messier and harder to find stuff compared to the website. The app is very slow to load and move through the checkout process too.

    If you do alot of work and maintence on your own vehicles this app is useful. In store prices at advance, oriely, and auto zone are inflated. Use this app to place your order for pickup 30 minutes before you leave and you will always be given at least 15, sometimes 25 percent off the purchase. Plus you eventually get VIP and Elite member status which doubles the rewards you get and you can use the reserved parking spot right at the door which is a pretty sick flex.

    Pretty difficult to switch between vehicles when creating a shopping cart. Once selected you don’t know what vehicle your shopping for at a glance. The checkout doesn’t have a option for PayPal nor does it autofill vs using the website itself. Using the desktop version until its more convienent.

    Easy to navigate app. Same day delivery is pretty clutch when you're changing your master cylinder, and realize you have no brake fluid at home to flush the system.

    App has a great layout and is easy to navigate to find what ever one is searching for, also keeps yours vehicles in memory to make it easier. My only issue has been a glitching and freezing (mostly used on WiFi so I can’t say about cell service) since about 2 updates ago.

    I have been using this app for some time and the recent improvements have really made the buying experience great. Recent additions of allowing perks bucks as part of the purchase process as well as the new Apple Pay features make the app a must have for customers. Well done.

    I shop at Advance all the time to maintain and fix up my old cars. I just found out I can stack my $5 and $10 Coupons (max $20) so I can bank them for one of my more expensive purchases! It’s about time! I hated having so many $5 coupons and hiving to use them one at a time.

    Not really an app. Issue but kinda bumped they don't accept coupons as much, they have really can't back. Hope Advanced changes that. It easier if you have multiple cars, but when you some an part such as brake pads it mixes Wearever with much more expensive brands and there really isn't any order to them unless you change the settings. Just make the purchase a bit longer. I will say this though, when I order online I have never had an issue picking up. Your employees are always nice 🙂 🔧

    I didn’t think they could possibly make anything work as bad as their website, but they did it! I couldn’t place my order online using my saved discounts, so I drove to the store, twenty miles away. When I arrived I couldn’t pull up the barcodes for the counter guy to scan. The option was to pull up an old email and let them scan it from there.

    I really like the ease of ordering to pickup my items. I also like the fact that I am able to use Paypal as an extra payment option. I would give it 5 Stars, but they still don't have the option of ordering with a gift card.

    Usually advanced auto parts it’s my go too auto part store, but the app can use some work like when you sear a part it says available at near by stores well how about if they add a feature where it tell you which stores have that specific part instead of searching different zip codes or towns just to say out of stock, for this reason I have gone with other auto part stores hope they can improve on this other than that I love it.

    I was pleased to discover that there was finally an app for Advance Auto. I was disappointed to discover that I can not login to my account. I can enter my login information. The problem is that I can’t actually get at the login button. It is hidden behind the keyboard and there is no go button on the keyboard. I suspect that the reason for this is because I’m using an iPhone SE. it’s only got a 4” screen. This is probably not a problem on bigger screens, but I don’t know.

    Love to order ahead and pick up. Getting around apt has taken me time to get used to. I have 3 cars and forget to switch when looking something up. Also when I look for something it doesn’t always return the expected result. This might also be me calling something not exactly what the apt calls it. I needed an oil pressure sender. I was first given wiring. Had to add to description to get the switch.

    It’s great they finally have an app, but it’s not accurate in showing who has a part in stock. I can search for a battery for example, and the search shows ‘in stock at nearby stores’ but then when I click on the battery to order, it says out of stock. No where does it tell me the ‘nearby store’ that has it. Would be great if they showed the nearest store that does have it.

    I have avoided the new app for a while. I assume y’all have done something that is forcing me to use the new one. It is not as good as the previous app. When my local store does not have a part, it does not offer me all local stores to pick from. The previous app eliminated one of my model trucks. Suddenly a 83 Silverado doesn’t exist. I have to call it a custom or a Scottsdale. Y’all just need to learn to leave well enough alone.
