  • These exercises work great for me Jul 17, 2017

    Rather than a super workout once a week this is more geared towards (almost) every day exercise. Great for beginners: with just 5 minutes and a floor mat I am building muscles. Once you have mastered this level there are two levels of demanding workouts that can be combined either way. I even lost a pound of weight that I would have rather kept.

    One of the things that we usually lack in exercise is discipline. Whenever there is a little pain, we stop doing it. Just following it keeps me absolutely on track and I have been able to achieve it. Also the exercise variation is wonderful.

    I’ve used this for over a year and it has given me results. Start with the beginner workout until you feel super strong with those and then start the intermediate but keep also doing the beginner sets. Twice a week is all I need.

    In a matter of few weeks, just by dedicating free minutes a day, the core is noticeably stronger. After reaching 100 points, is time to switch to more challenging exercises; well done app. The only things I'm missing or connectingwould be Apple Health integration, the graphic interface a bit outdated, but these are not reducing the effectiveness of the app.

    Great app, use it all the time and I'm getting great results. But the app image, could you please make it less, uh flamboyant. It's awkward opening this app at the gym with a shirtless smiling man popping up. And I feel like I need to hide it on my home screen.
