    Getting my medication from Accredo was a bit of a challenge, at first, between my Insurance company, prescriber release, and pharmacy rep, but I’m happy to say that After several hour long phone calls on getting everything straightened out, I’m now able to submit refills straight through from the Accredo App. No hassle, super easy, and you can even create reminders under the settings. Very satisfied with using Accredo as my speciality pharmacy!

    App is great for ordering, but now it really stinks to track how you feel. When you click on the face to show your mood, it says that it had a technical error and to try again or contact someone. Please fix this, I use the health tracker quite often and now it's dead.

    I cannot believe how easy it was to place my order via the app! So much more time convenient and easier than waiting on the phone to place the order and being transferred, etc. I put in my info, choose the date I want my meds delivered, and done! Simple as that! This is going to make monthly reorders so much easier! Awesome job, Accredo!

    Wish it would keep the character case I enter for names and addresses. "The UPS Store" is changed to "The Ups Store" and "SW" changed to "Sw". I also would like an instruction line so I can say "Hold for " , or "C/O ". I often need to send my medication to a business (like a UPS Store) or to a person (relative/friend). Shipping to a business needs to show my name ("Hold for" ) so I can show ID to pick it up. Shipping to a person may need to show their name as well as mine (C/O).

    What a pain... I thought this app would make it a piece of cake to reorder... heck no.. it is circle of not being able to log in, not either having the right password, then trying to reset, then it tells me not authorized.. what? I am the only user, then it wants for you to call support, well, I can do that before the app.. geesh.. Got customer support, the fault was on my end... changed my rating on this app... I bet the support people roll their eyes at people like me... thank you for the patience...

    I've never experienced an easier or more simple app. It hardly feels real. Must have taken work to get it to that point but I appreciate it regardless!

    This app has made refilling my prescription such a pleasure! It is so quick and easy compared to my previous hassle. No more drawn out phone call confirming information, answering the same questions, and fighting with a robot when she can’t understand your responses! Beyond grateful!

    Very good app. No bells and whistles, but not many needed. Intuitive and the experience is easy to follow. Only real suggestion is when an invoice appears unexpectedly, have some basic explanation of origin of charge. I paid it, but not really sure what the charge was, based on being told I had a $0.00 co-pay on all orders.

    As a MS patient, I find this(as well as so many more)app very useful. I however find it extremely disappointing that I’ve written in about this since January, and you just updated you app so much that you had to robo call me to let me know how great it is. It is absolutely amazing, that so many apps out there (of which yours is too) do not use landscape mode. It’s a easy fix, and would REALLY be helpful to those of us who really do need the help. Thanks for listening.

    Accredo specialty pharmacy service is unbelievably bad. My doctor was able to locate any other pharmacies to send prescriptions but accredo, after trying phone numbers and addresses etc. Had many calls with accredo and everything was assured by them that they would reach to my doctor immediately by “patient rescue” action. And my doctor never heard from them. And then every time when I spoke to them the agent had no record at all on previous calls so I had to describe again. Eventually I ran our medication for more than a week so I had to ask my doctor to send prescription to CVS which worked immediately. But Cigna would force me to use accredo. I hope they fix the problem so I would be able to get medication this time. Finger crossed.

    The app itself is great but due to Accredo NEVER getting any of my medications sent on time I think im gonna stick to calling my orders in so they can hear how serious I am. Also why give me the option to pick a delivery date when the app forced me to choose a later date anyways!! This last part puts the icing on the cake because I ordered this refill a week and a half in advance because accredo never fails to disappoint, my medicine still isn't here yet and im all out! Good app, trash pharmacy!

    Accredo is a real pain to deal with. The app is useless, it doesn’t show current active orders. Accredo calls on the phone for refills and leaves voice mails, rather than just fill the refill on a monthly basis. They don’t honor copay assistance programs from major manufacturers on refills. Every month is starting over with them just to get a refill. I just got an email that I owe a $250 copay for an in-process refill, log in to the app and the last refill it shows is from September. With sloppy business practices like this, confirm that what they send you is actually the correct medication. It was easier getting refills from Walgreens.

    The company makes its money by delaying expensive medication to patients by making patients reorder recurring prescriptions each month, when it should be on auto. I should have known that their app would not make ordering easier. After calling their “24/7” line to speak to a pharmacist and finding that no one was there, I tried the app, but couldn’t log in, despite entering a prescription number starting with 9 zeros and about six other digits. These people are the least sincere people in healthcare, which is saying a lot!

    App seemed good for the little time I was able to actually use it. Can no longer order my meds with app. Really stinks because dealing with this company is horrible. Check out their BBB profile or read about lawsuits they are involved in.

    If I could give a negative number of stars, I would. I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the app or the company, but I have to call multiple times every month in order to get my medication. The delivery date keeps changing to a later date after my order has been placed. I have missed my medication because of it. Every month I spend at least 30 minutes on the phone with the representative telling me there are no protocols holding up the order, so they don’t know what the problem is.

    BCBS changed specialty pharmacies effective January 1. It has been a nightmare. Accredo calls me multiple times a day asking for the same information. Last time I spoke with them—I told them to figure it out but I can’t keep providing the same information with no results. I am now overdue for my medication. There is no end in sight. Humira is life changing for me. I cannot believe this company is in the drivers seat to my health—-they have been completely useless. I hope BCBS will change back to AllianceRX. They were wonderful.

    App has completely stopped working!. Refilling meds by email notification also does not work. The only recourse is to call accredo. Absolutely not happy with this situation. Please immediately fix this huge problem.

    Downloaded the app to be able to refill, get info, etc on my son’s prescription. Because u can only register with the persons’s prescription number, and he’s a minor, it won’t let us register, so the app is useless for us. Big fail here...

    I saw that a reviewer mentioned disappointment in not having the option to set a biweekly reminder. A response indicated that it would be considered in a potential update. That was last July. My son also needs his dose bi-weekly so this feature would certainly be helpful.

    I have to take a med every other day. I think this app would be much improved if there was a custom setting for putting in a reminder. Or allow you to set up 3 different reminders for the same medication. Asking for improvements.

    Ok, could be better It stopped recognizing my login, fingerprint worked but gave the error that my password may have been changed, it wasn't. My login worked on the website so it's a problem with the app, and why does it need a password when I'm using biometrics? I uninstalled and reinstalled app and it is working again.

    The app is okay. I’m glad that they put one out finally. Aside from ordering or viewing your order history, the only thing the app can do is remind you to take your medicine. As long as, that is, you take yours either daily, weekly, or monthly. If not (like every two weeks), then you can’t use the reminder feature. It needs more customization.

    Since the last update, I can no longer see my payment history and today when placing an order it never asked me for my co-payment. I had to call Accredo to resolve this. I spoke with several representatives with no success getting to the right person. The App was terrific before the last update. Thank you
