    The app is great and works like the website. I'm not sure if this is a regional technical issue or what, but I've been using this app for a few years now (browsing from Hong Kong) and there seems to be a major flaw in terms of navigation. Whenever I click into a clothing item, I will not be able to find a "back to previous page" button or "move forward to next page" button. It is really frustrating to go back to home page, select the category and start navigating the next item. And I'll have to go back and forth whenever I click on a new item. I wanted to report this issue but the "app support" link is broken somehow, or maybe it only works on a US site? Please fix (same issue is found in the Hollister app too). Thanks!

    This app could definitely stand to improve in the user experience department. Mainly two things: when I attempt to look at my order details it often goes to a blank page- which either a) doesn’t do anything, or b) eventually shows my order after about 30 seconds of staring at a blank white page. I also would love if your purchase history included photos on the first page instead of having to click through each order number to try and find a specific order. Would be much easier with photos.

    I discovered A&F a bit over a year ago now and since then, I’ve loved it and have purchased many times. All of the products are very good quality and are definitely worth the price! There is often sales and discounts as well. The app is super convenient and I have experienced no issues from the couple times ordering. Lastly, it delivers super quickly! I ordered two swimsuits less than a week ago, and they came super quickly! Definitely think about purchasing from A&F if you’re looking for affordable, trendy clothes and accessories!

    Installing the Abercrombie app has honestly been a love hate relationship in the base way possible. It is user friendly, and the display is enjoyable while using the app. Having such easy access through the app has been a experience. I enjoy accumulating points to put towards my next purchase. Abercrombie has a great rewards program for customers, and the quality of their clothing is worth the price. The company also has a great clearance rack with a verity of sizes unlike other companies. 10/10 would recommend downloading the app.

    Abercrombie’s app is so easy to use. You can see all of your saved items in one place and the app shows your coupons and what discounts are happening right when you open it. Apple Pay on the app makes it super easy to checkout, I don’t have to put my address or card number in. Also the app allows you to track shipping and returns. The easy use of the app leads to lots of impulse buying but I love everything from Abercrombie

    1. Unable to change shipping region nor the currency while out of the States. —> I was trying to order something for my husband while traveling out side the country but the online store automatically detected my current location and will not allow me to visit the US store nor change the currency. 2. Click the item to view the item detail but there’s no “X” button or something else to bring me back to the last page. Thank you!

    So my first time ordering through the app was fine until the next day when I get a notification from my bank that my credit card was charged an additional $260. Someone hacked my account and got my information and ordered a whole bunch of stuff. Abercrombie’s system is not secure!!!!!! I had to call them twice before my card was refunded. Not to mention I had to go through the whole hassle of cancelling my card with my bank and waiting for a new one to be mailed to me. Worst experience!!! Never ever ordering from them again online it in stores.

    I immediately go to login and the page is unresponsive, you click sign in and the screen reverts back to either “sign in” or “create account”. After I couldn’t sign in I just skipped signing in and went on as a guest, as I skip the login feature I am brought to the shopping section and yet is unresponsive again as I cannot scroll or click. Even repeats upon closing and reopening the app. Please fix this. The app is supposed to be more accessible than the web page, however this is not the case.

    This app has more features, but that makes complicated sometimes. Specially it’s so annoying when you are trying customer care chat service, it’s popping out of screen and can’t find it. Also, user reviews is not good at all, Can’t able to scroll down to submit the reviews. Probably this app having problem with screen resolution. Maybe it work well for bigger screens and not truly for small screens.

    I don’t think I have ever had more trouble with an app in my life. This update seems to have gotten rid the ability to navigate back to the previous screen. Even though it is a very clean looking app, it has never been one that has been easy to use. Navigation is horrific. The update didn’t bring navigation problems, it added to them! Interestingly enough, the website is completely user friendly. 🤔

    User flow in this app is great for picking out different items and finding the styles you like. It’s easy to favorite items and keep an eye on prices for sales. Points are loaded and maintained pretty meticulously—I’ve never had any issues. If you like the brand; this app makes browsing for new arrivals, online exclusives, and an extensive clearance selection the most convenient it could possibly be. I recommend!

    This is not the worst app but it is still a bad app especially from a not so small company like ANF. I have twice encountered errors while trying to return the items at the store and they were a complete waste of time because I had to go back again. I couldn’t even access my purchase history and it kept saying some system error. It was not Black Friday and this is not a good thing especially when it happened more than once!!!

    This app and website are great but the only think that’s super annoying is the fact that you seem to not be able to save more than 30 things. I go through all that trouble of saving stuff on both the website and app only for it to only save 30 of them. I don’t want to be constantly scrolling the website. The whole point of the saves is to save everyone time.

    I love the app it has overall good clothes, tracking , and good quality but .. it could use some things. For example maybe if a item you want is sold out you can have the option for the store to email you when it’s back in stock so we can know when we could buy the items right away.

    I think Abercrombie has great quality clothing. Whenever I go to the mall I always stop into Abercrombie and buy something. I have been a VIP for about a year now and I get great coupons that I use on my purchases which save me a lot of money. The only thing Abercrombie needs to work on is customer service other then that Abercrombie is a great store.

    This app used to be great but here in the last couple weeks it has locked me out of my account. I try to log in and it keeps saying error. Finally I tried resetting my password just to see if that would help but the email link they send is to a page error as well. Very frustrating. Their clothes are excellent and very soft. It is all my daughter wears, but I won’t make a purchase until I can log in and get points.

    It’s no different from shopping on their website and it’s actually quite convenient. I love the interface and especially the playlist option! Really good chunes! However, I’ve been using it for an hour and it crashed three times. Not only was it super annoying, it also made me wanna shop less so it’d be better if it’s fixed!

    Put it this way, you add something to bag and it says it was successfully added, but when you look, gone. And I tried to make an account. I did it but when I tried to sign in, it said it wasn’t valid. The style is amazing and it would be five stars but I can never buy anything with my cart issue. Fixing would be nice!

    US citizen; live abroad with my family, but travel often to the States for work. App has been absolutely fantastic in browsing and ordering, or picking up in store. Only trouble is the recent version seems to have dropped the saved/bookmarked items feature, but the bigger problem is: The app forces regional stores based on location; I can't shop the US store while abroad, or even while on cellular when physically in the States (because my carrier is foreign). This is a huge impedance for otherwise spoiling my children with things none of the other kids can get 😎

    If you’re connected to and using a personal VPN service (NordVPN, PIA, etc.) you probably won’t be able to connect with the app or via their website in the browser. They seem to be blocking all known VPN services. This is a bad habit to start forming because more and more people are using these VPN services for privacy reasons. You’re actively turning customers away because of whatever ill advised IT policy was put in place.

    I placed an order on this app for 1 shirt and 1 pair of jeans. The app gives you discounts sometimes and I used it on the jeans. However, the orders never came and apparently it was returned w/o my knowledge. I called to have the items reshipped and this time I got my shirt but no jeans. I had to call twice to cancel the jeans because their customer service line hung up on me which made me wait 20 more minutes on hold for the next representative. Terrible store. Terrible service. Faulty app.

    Placed order to be picked up on Glendale store in LA on this app and after receiving mails about last deadline for pickup, when I visited the Glendale store, shocked to hear that store is under renovation and nothing has reached them for for my pick up. I wasted about 20 days just to be informed that they donot have anything for my pick up. No more trust Abercrombie delivery system. They collect money in advance and I feel cheated by Abercrombie besides waste of time.
