I love the graphics. I've tried many other slot apps, but keep coming back to this one. The customer service is excellent. I've been playing this almost every day for a year and have only encountered a problem twice. Each time customer service answered my email at once. She was courteous, helpful and resolved the issues much quicker than expected. more

Sure you can buy coins if you have money to burn, also realize it’s a game of chance, and if you’re not lucky that particular day you’re not going to win BUT I’ve Been playing for several weeks, started out good with occasional big wins, now can’t play for more than 30-45 minutes each day when only playing the minimum coins. I gave 2 stars because the slot games are fun, good graphics but what good is it if you can’t win. I must be a loser with no luck at all on this particular TAPS game. Update 2 weeks later doing better. Best deal is to save up some coins and enter the daily tournament. You may not win jackpot but you can increase your coins immensely. But if ur not winning just get out. more

It's definitely one of the more entertaining slots game that I've played.. I like how they are all locked and you need to get keys and the tasks are different. One thing is the coins are not as easily obtained when needed. Also i exited the game and went back to it later and im pretty sure they scammed some coins from me. But overall I think it's a decent slots game more

To long, very difficult to compete every day! Should shorten it to 5 or 10 days max. Even the World Series of poker is shorter than your tournament. I must consider going to a different game sight if this continues! I would like to know when a new tournament is going to be started? This one has been going on forever and is getting a little boring. All other sites change their tournaments weekly or even sooner. Please advise the date for a new tournament. more

I like the concept of the boxes and getting the mats to complete objectives but the games don't pay out at all! They just sit there and drain all your income to vapor so what's the point? I haven't played a slot for a long time that has the vampire skills that your slots have. You want to win one of these machines you better bring some holy water because you'll need divine intervention. more

Pretty upset that 1. I have sent 2 emails with no response 2. Have had a good variety of cards I earned stashed and this will be 3rd time I’ve played and they have all disappeared as if was 1st time playing. Thought I’d play again in hopes stash would be back but nope, even boxes collected gone and had watch new player tutorial. Really enjoyed playing until this happen 3rd time, not sure if I’ll return!!! Also the fact that I purchased some of the cards with coins that I bought to even really get to play, gone as well!! more

There is frequent discepancy between what is awarded and what is applied . Just now had 4 coins awarded and only 2 were applied. Loose ctefits very quickly . Pushing to purchase credits. Not hoing to happen Oh yes it is . Iwas given 4 coins in completion of a challenge and only 2 were awarded. Not going to happen. more

The games on this app are extremely boring. It takes forever to get any free spins. It took me 183 spins betting 1000 per spin. That bonus only paid me 8900 coins. Just like all the others they string you along for a day or two then turn off the winning hoping you'd buy coins. If I can't win real money I'm not spending real money. more

This game don't give you the option to play for free coins. Like putting puzzles together for extra coins Free coins for coming back every day for 5 days in a row a free spin for a month . Once you're out of money you cat play any more for at least an hour when you get a free chest. That's not cool. more

This app was much better before it was updated. I loved it before because wins were frequent and big. Now they are very low and minimal. Don’t really care about the bonus boxes, prizes and game cards. Your hardly get any coins or point out of the boxes and game cards and the wins on the slot machines are low. Hardly get any jackpots from the slot machines since this app was updated. Very disappointed!!!!!!! It was much better before. more

Giving a 4 star but only because I'm addicted once I start playing but forget about playing it again till I have to wait on my everyday games or whatever. This would be an everyday game though if the reward coins were better, more frequent, maybe watch 15 sec ad for coins etc. The coins you get for daily sometimes is gone in 2 spins if you are doing some of the goals. Giving a 4☆ when it was really more of a 3☆ should get a coin gift or maybe 10 keys!!! We will see how much ratings means. 💪 more

Much like most of these apps , once the intro free credits are gone you can grow a beard waiting for more or you need to purchase. No tech issues & relaxed play , like the side bets on wins & not many adds or pop ups , you can watch if you like for a reward or not . Better than most I have tried . . I have really enjoyed this for months. Not too easy but not too hard. I thought it was a perfect balance. You win some, you lose some but now I am doing more losing.
