    It should be simpler to do simple things like set the time inside the app. My watch never pairs even though it says it is. I go into the app after wearing it all day and there’s no data whatsoever, no steps, calories, HR nothing. I give it 4 stars because the HR monitoring is awesome though! The HR also goes off as high allllllll the time when I’m not even wearing the watch. It didn’t do this until I updated to the 3.2 version. It goes off all night and all day when it’s just laying there, even when it’s charging some times too. It’s extremely annoying. All in all it’s a good watch, it’s also water resistant. The band gets stained with sweat and dirt which doesn’t come off no matter how much I scrub it, it’s just a dirty blue now. I have a heart condition so I have to monitor my HR all the time, this watch does that for me.

    I absolutely love using my 3PLUS HR and this app! I have a few requests for the app. My first request it that you could add Photos from your phone to the Fitbit, so if you forget your phone at your house or it’s dead, you can show your friends your photos. My second request is that you can record videos from your Fitbit, slomos, etc. and not just photos. And lastly, my third request would be for you to take pictures (Videos, slomos etc if you add that.) in the regular camera app that came on your phone. I personally don’t like to have to go to settings then going to camera every time iI open the app. Thanks, Mayley <3

    I like it very much it seems to be working out for me. I am not sure why you ask for a review when I am only had this thing on for about 30 minutes. I do find it somewhat easier than most of the other trackers that I have tried recently. I like this one very much so far. I do however feel the directions could be a little bit more clarified, although I did get to where I’m going. It is difficult to understand why some of these tech companies cannot write a manual that really takes you through step-by-step leaving you with very few questions. I must say this is better than most, I know because I have been searching for something like this. So far I like this the best of the three or four that I have a tried. Standby for another review that may be a bit more thorough after I have used it for a few weeks. But yes I like it very much that is 3+ elite series.

First of all I got no help whatsoever from the staff! The device was horrible from the minute it was a Christmas present to me! Tried to contact them had someone who did not speak English and could hardly understand what I meant! Also tried to contact them about how do I get a new one because now it stopped working altogether! It’s such a sad day for me to have to tell you do not.... I repeat do not... Buy a 3PLUS ELITE!     I’m a dental Assistant and this is perfect! Great price, great look! Light weight and splash prod. The steps counter is accurate and the charge is great! I have been wanting one for a wile, seen this one and had to have it. I do wish they had interchangeable bands because i love to switch things up but the features make up for the lack of changing faces or bands. The app is easy to use and great both with a phone in service and not. Will be recommending this product to others! Thank you Walmart and 3PLUS!

    It is a good app, I just don't like that you had to keep it open ask the time for it to stay connected to your watch. It get very aggravating when you close it by accident and it disconnected from everything.

    I have an Elite Series Vibe watch and it works great for the price I paid. Using it with iPhone 12 Pro Max cause I can’t afford the watch quite yet, since I spent all my money on the iPhone lol. But yeah the watch tracks my health and activities like sleeping and walking and also keeps decent track of my notifications and alerts me to new ones. So, as of now, I like it and it works very decent, like I said, for the price

    I love this fit bit and this app it is very accurate you need this it helps keep the time and your steps and if someone text's it pops up and shows who and what they texted you it's amazing there's no ads. If you don't have this you really need one!!!

    I have use many watch’s being its required for my job. Over the past 6 years I have found the money you spend on a watch determines what it focuses on . But I have yet to find a multi function watch that is worth the penny till now. This watch has undergone some of the most difficult terrains and challenges and has work and lasted the best. I’m very pleased with my watch

    If I must say, just having the cheapest watch from their list of products it really keeps up!! Having this app was truly just the iceing on the cake..... Im sad to say my watch is now no-longer working, likely due to my recklessness so as of today I will be uninstalling the app but enjoyed every minute & every step while I had it!! Much ❤ to 3PLUS international Inc. -Thanks Again.

    Had to give 1 Star because 0 Stars wasn’t an option. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY 3PLUS PRODUCTS! I have owned a 3PLUS Elite for some time now and hate it!!! Not at first though. Initially it worked correctly, displaying text messages and other alerts such as email to my phone but that quickly ceased to happen. It’s also pretty inaccurate. Tech support was nonexistent and kept telling me that they were “working on it”. Well, it’s been over a year and this piece of junk still doesn’t function as stated. Despite this, they still send me emails wanting me to buy their next latest and greatest watch. Sorry 3PLUS, not a chance! You can’t even get the previous model to work right. Why in the world would I now buy the next, more expensive model? Seriously folks, if you see anything by 3PLUS....RUN AWAY. Pay a little more for something of quality from a REAL company that will work, not this junk, full of promises and wishful thinking. 3PLUS, if you read these reviews, I welcome you to change my mind by actually “putting your money where your mouth is” and fixing the problems. Till then, I’m telling everyone I know that even looks in the direction of your products to run away.

    This watch is great and the price was better. However, this app is a joke. Did you know you can sleep for 14 hours when I swear I slept 5? Also the connectivity is such bologna. "You have successfully pair your device" and then the home screen immediately says its disconnected, or it goes straight back to the pairing screen. Day 1, this app worked great. The rest of the days since have been an absolute nightmare, and I do NOT recommend this app to anyone.

    I am not happy with this at the moment. I just bought this tracker today and I cannot set it up. It has been given me a "network unavailable" for the past 2 hours. If I cannot get the device to work on my android or ipad I will be returning it to the store and get another brand. If things get fixed then my rate will change but until then 1 star it is....

    Your App keeps disconnecting from my watch and make me have to start everything all over again and I've been doing that for the past few days it's really irritating cause I can't keep track on a day-to-day basis with the app and a lot of times what I have to unpair my watch and if that don't work I have to uninst Angry install and wait 30 minutes to a few hours before I can get back working again so because this is the only app that might watch will connect to your really need to fix the app soo

    This app rarely works correctly. Saturday my watch unpaired. I tried to pair my watch back for about an hour before the app signed me out. It has been three days now that I have been trying to sign in to the app. I reset my password and still nothing. If I use the old password it will tell me it's wrong. Otherwise it will just sit there until the word failed appears on screen.

    Frustrating! I purchased this watch because I am NOT an Apple products person. I prefer Android products. Anyway, the watch continues to get disconnected from the app. It does NOT accurately track your steps! I was in bed raising my arms and moving around and it said I had 55 steps. HaHa, How? The app freezes on my device and the time continues to display incorrectly. I only paid $49 but for the hassle I should've bought a Samsung watch or Fit Bit. Most of the time it sits on my desk!

    So I’ve used this brand for the past like 2years, I thought it was absolutely wonderful. The steps were being counted properly, it was updating normally, and over all was great. Now though it counts steps and “burns calories” I’ve never even taken or burned. I’ve tried to reset, restart, delete the app and install it again, I’ve tried everything and it still reads things wrong all over again! I’m highly thinking of going to a different brand now because this is bothersome for someone who likes to keep track of these things properly. Get an update going, keep an eye on the bugs and glitches, otherwise people aren’t going to enjoy even looking at your brand anymore unless it’s a last resort.

    I talked to customer service in December about an update they had rolling out. It is now April and I still don't have the update! This app is not good at all and had I not paid as much as I did for the watch, I wouldn't have any of it. If the app is not open, it won't stay connected to Bluetooth, won't sync, and won't send notifications to the watch. I've deleted the app and waited to reinstall, and nothing has changed. I really hope you get this fixed soon!!

    This one was on sale so I made the purchase since the app had good reviews and it stated it was compatible with newer iPhones. Purchased this strictly to count my steps and have them applied to my iPhone health app. It displays the correct time and date, but when it tries to load, it looks like the watch is trying to submit “0” steps with the date of Dec. 31, 1960 (or some year close to it). I reported it a few days ago through their app hoping to receive assistance and received no response. Went to their chatbot, only to be advised they cannot chat with me so they’ll reach me via email. I received an email basically stating thank you for your message let us know if we can help you further, as if they’ve resolved my issue. No one has yet to help! Tried to reach them through app support through their iTunes app listing, the page cannot be found. Yes, it works as a watch but that’s the only value I see at this point. If someone were to help resolve the issue I’d still probably give it a good review. At this point, wasn’t worth my time or the money spent. Uncertain how it rated an overall review of 4.7 stars.

    I bought this because I want to upgrade to an Apple Watch. I thought this would hold me over. I have a Fitbit Alta right now and the rectangular look is getting annoying. I didn't know how good my Alta was until I tried this. I tried the tracker out and it doesn't get any of my steps right. I took 30. My Fitbit counted it perfectly and the elite didn't get any of it... The app doesn't sync very well and the app doesn't even say the same steps as the tracker does. ( when it finally syncs ) the app and the tracker don't work very well. If you are looking for an accurate tracker, I would recommend apple or Fitbit. Off brands might be cheap but apple and Fitbit are worth the money if you are looking for accurate information.

    Great app. Keeps track of everything. I can control everything. Easy to install and use. Far better than a pedometer. Heart monitor uses more battery power, but still manageable. Sync every night with this app and never lose your data. I recommend to all.

    I just bought this fitness tracker watch and downloaded the app and I’m having a terrible time also. I cannot get the sleep mode to work. When I go online to look at the way you’re supposed to do it it’s not available on this app that I downloaded. It’s very frustrating!!! I wished I would’ve looked at the reviews first. I probably would not have bought it.

    It’s alright, nothing too fancy. Haven’t figured out a way to respond to messages on the watch if there is one. I don’t see the point in reading them but not being able to respond. Also, you can turn off notification for social media, but being able to turn off individual ones would be even better. I don’t need 500 Facebook notifications, I just want my messenger ones.

    Ok so I’m new to all of this I recently bought a new iPhone 11 and got the 3pluse elite . So I went in my App Store and got the app and it seems pretty simple right? Ok well it says saved internally and the app is not showing on my phone I’m a little confused because I tried to get into the app threw the app store and I also am unable to .. Can someone please help me I feel I’m just having a dizzy moment but hey what do u do ? I come and ask for help ! Lol .....I’m waiting thanks

    once I connected my notifications to my watch it stopped sending them to my phone all together, you cant do much with the notifications, you can just read them. I would recommend downloading this app when you first get the watch so it will properly connect and ince you set up the watch on the app you can delete the app. Also it disconnects my watch when I close out the app, it's really annoying and the app itself is very poorly put together. I would not recommend keeping this app.

    For almost 6 month now I have been trying to find out why my Vibe 3+ Elite won’t reset daily and the time starts to advance after a week or so every day. Sometimes it’s off by 15 to 20 minutes before I take it off for a week or so rather than resetting it every day to track or tell time accurately.

    Tried a lot of times to connect to the app and it doesn’t connect as it should. Finally with the last update, the watch doesn’t pair at all. I did a reset and unpair the device. Tried to set a new clean connection and it doesn’t work at all. Can’t connect the device. Also with one of the updates the calories goes to 450 without using the watch. You should work on some better updates. (Used on iPhone 6s)

    This watch is great and the price was better. However, this app is a joke. Did you know you can sleep for 14 hours when I swear I slept 5? Also the connectivity is such bologna. "You have successfully pair your device" and then the home screen immediately says its disconnected, or it goes straight back to the pairing screen. Day 1, this app worked great. The rest of the days since have been an absolute nightmare, and I do NOT recommend this app to anyone.

    I am not happy with this at the moment. I just bought this tracker today and I cannot set it up. It has been given me a "network unavailable" for the past 2 hours. If I cannot get the device to work on my android or ipad I will be returning it to the store and get another brand. If things get fixed then my rate will change but until then 1 star it is....

    Your App keeps disconnecting from my watch and make me have to start everything all over again and I've been doing that for the past few days it's really irritating cause I can't keep track on a day-to-day basis with the app and a lot of times what I have to unpair my watch and if that don't work I have to uninst Angry install and wait 30 minutes to a few hours before I can get back working again so because this is the only app that might watch will connect to your really need to fix the app soo

    This app rarely works correctly. Saturday my watch unpaired. I tried to pair my watch back for about an hour before the app signed me out. It has been three days now that I have been trying to sign in to the app. I reset my password and still nothing. If I use the old password it will tell me it's wrong. Otherwise it will just sit there until the word failed appears on screen.

    Frustrating! I purchased this watch because I am NOT an Apple products person. I prefer Android products. Anyway, the watch continues to get disconnected from the app. It does NOT accurately track your steps! I was in bed raising my arms and moving around and it said I had 55 steps. HaHa, How? The app freezes on my device and the time continues to display incorrectly. I only paid $49 but for the hassle I should've bought a Samsung watch or Fit Bit. Most of the time it sits on my desk!

    I talked to customer service in December about an update they had rolling out. It is now April and I still don't have the update! This app is not good at all and had I not paid as much as I did for the watch, I wouldn't have any of it. If the app is not open, it won't stay connected to Bluetooth, won't sync, and won't send notifications to the watch. I've deleted the app and waited to reinstall, and nothing has changed. I really hope you get this fixed soon!!

    This one was on sale so I made the purchase since the app had good reviews and it stated it was compatible with newer iPhones. Purchased this strictly to count my steps and have them applied to my iPhone health app. It displays the correct time and date, but when it tries to load, it looks like the watch is trying to submit “0” steps with the date of Dec. 31, 1960 (or some year close to it). I reported it a few days ago through their app hoping to receive assistance and received no response. Went to their chatbot, only to be advised they cannot chat with me so they’ll reach me via email. I received an email basically stating thank you for your message let us know if we can help you further, as if they’ve resolved my issue. No one has yet to help! Tried to reach them through app support through their iTunes app listing, the page cannot be found. Yes, it works as a watch but that’s the only value I see at this point. If someone were to help resolve the issue I’d still probably give it a good review. At this point, wasn’t worth my time or the money spent. Uncertain how it rated an overall review of 4.7 stars.

    This is good cheap fitness tracker. When I first bought one of the trackers, the 3PLUS app did t support Apple Health, and that was fine. After a while, the app got an upgrade, and it started to support Apple Health, and that was awesome. My work started doing a fitness program that gives us a discount on health insurance and it integrates with the Health app, and using this app filled in all the data I needed. My first tracker died, and because this app integrated, I bought a new tracker and life was good. With the 1.7.5 update, no 3rd party software is supported, and no sharing is allowed. I am really annoyed that they are still claiming that the integrate with Apple Health in the description of the app

    So I just got a watch. Download the app and it won't let me make an account. I've watched every video and everything. The app doesn't even open up the same as the video does. Really annoying. Been trying for 2 days to get it to work but everytime it just says fail
