    Although some of the exercises can be hard, it really shaves off some pounds and inches. I have tried many exercise apps, and all of them you have to pay for a subscription. This is the first app I have found that is free. I strongly recommend downloading this app if you are look to lose a few pounds and inches.

    It is a very good app. The first week of exercises will be hard but then you will get used to it. This is not like other apps that you have to pay for the second day. This app doesn't need payment. I suggest that everybody should download it.

    I just downloaded this so I haven’t done a workout with it yet. I’m a little disappointing though because the advanced levels are locked—you have to by the Pro version. It’s not too surprising since it’s free, but it would have been good to know that two out of the six levels are locked.

    Did Beginner level. I'm pretty fit but had fallen off the exercise wagon lately. So let's jump start my ab routine I thought. Did Beginner level. The 1st 15days were ok but then bc it keeps increasing sit ups -- 100, 110, etc. it seems unrealistic. For a beginner level? Where's the imagination for different exercises vs increase reps to a ridiculous number? You don't know what the month brings bc it won't let you look ahead. Just disappointed.

    There is no way to undo or reset progress. I accidentally checked items and can't undo it. And sometime I need to go back and start again and can't reset progress. Very basic. Not even a contact email included.

    Okay, I just downloaded the app and read the "info" section. There are quite a few typos. Who is in charge of proof reading? Maybe the app is not worth downloading if this company can't even put together cohesive sentences. The info section looks very unprofessional.

    I like this app but it has a few flaws. Every time you open this app it asks for you to write a review. Another flaw is that every time I open this app it doesn't go straight to the calendar or the workouts it goes back to the beginning screen and i dont like that. But overall its a good app and it really works you. Something that i like about this is that it gives you breaks.

    I agree with another reviewer. There is no beginner level 1. When you click on it, it takes you to beginner level 2. Then if you choose beginner level 2 it takes you to intermediate level 1 and so on. Other than that, it seems good enough. The descriptions if the exercises could be better but not bad.

    This is just what I need to prep me for my vacation in a month! Some of the internal codes must be wrong because on some of the exercises when you click the eye, it shows you the wrong directions.

    So umm I just got this app today I’m a little lost as to y it starts with 15 sit-ups and 5 crunches then if u scroll all the way down it goes 125 sit-ups and 200 crunches in 30 days......ummmmmmm. I am going to try this but as of right now I am very skeptical! over all a nice set up though

    Doesn’t account for age ot fitness level By the 7th day they want you up to 40 sit-ups. That’s a bit aggressive for a beginner one and 70 years old.

    This app basically works by designating a handful of exercises and increases each by 5 every day. For example, 50 bicycles today, 55 tomorrow and so on. A perk is that you can pick what level you want to do. For example, once I finish intermediate I can do the hard level next month. The only thing that bugs me is how side exercises are counted. For example, 50 ballet twists. Is that 25 for each side or 50 total? For planks there is an in-app timer. But, when it says 110 seconds side planks and only times once, do you restart the timer to do the other side or switch half way through the timing? It's not a bad app, but I wouldn't pay money for it.

    This app is great, it's just that all the levels are mixed in each one of these apps (push up/squats too). When you tap on beginner level one it takes you to beginner level 2 instead. And when you go onto advanced level 1 it goes to advanced level 2, etc. so I'm actually working out harder than I should as far as a beginner. But I feel great! It would just be nice if all the apps were fixed for future users.

    Way too many pop-ups. Day 1 should NOT be a 25 second plank. The following days are less. That's not how the progress is supposed to work. App. doesn't let you send an email very easily.
