    There is still no telling when someone will arrive ready with tools and the smart key to reprogram to the car on site easy removal of a Hugh overhaul piece of wait to uplift you with being stuck and up the road be gone with you all ready. The experience so far has been blessed by the app or company to fix the loss in wages. No one gets anywhere without payment.

    This has been a great time saver to replace calling in my request and I've had service delivered every time with updates and ETAs as well as a map to follow my 'rescuer'. My problems begin after I've accepted help. If I do not tend to the app immediately to prompt that the service has finished, the app gets stuck, tells me there is an error and gives me the option to either try again or call, neither of which resets the app back to home screen. To fix the issue, I need to uninstall and install the application.

    I had to make two calls in one day on two of my vehicles and they did an amazing job. First call I was locked out of one vehicle, and the other other car needed a jumpstart and I had no problem getting two different visits this day. Also, both rescuers arrived in less than 30 minutes.

    worked well for me, but it would be great to include a note when ordering any services. this can help not waste any time and be in communication from the beginning. the app overestimated the time it would take for help to get here, or perhaps the worker did not use the app properly. im any case, the service was great and i resolved my issue.

    The actual assistance is great. My issue is the inaccuracy of the addresses. I attempted to put in my location address but it kept wanting to change it from south to north and even to completely different addresses entirely. That is 100% not ok. It wastes the rescuer's time and the user's time. I had to put in an address close to me instead of my actual location.

    Disapointed with their customer service policy. Im trying to get $79 dollars that i paid over because i got the plan on the weekend needed to use the service that same weekend and on the phone call i was told they will email me a request for refund form and that will take 3-5 business day. I need to print it out fill it out and mail it andit may take 3-4 weeks if aproved???? With todays technology? Really? Its been over a week and i still havent recieved the email. I may forget whats it for !!!

    First off let me say I have had the Allstate motor club towing service for about 3 years now and it is the best service I have ever invested my money, but this app needs MAJOR improvements. I have submitted different service requests with this app 3 separate times and my request did not get completed. Now when I call the 1-800 # the automated systems refers to this app for faster service and it should not because sometimes the requests are not even received and I need a guarantee each time I am submitting one! I prefer using an app because I don’t have to hold on the line for someone to pick up and sometimes wait times are long which I expect because this is a popular service many probably have. As I’ve stated I’ve given the app chances but because of the experiences I have using it I have decided to uninstall and just call for app service requests in the future.

    Waste of my time , Website says it's faster with that app , so I downloaded the app opened it up to see The App display that it Doesn't Work, go to website , Finally logged in on website to find out rental car info and there's no way to apply , absolutely nothing to help me , So I'll have to Call ,and wait forever for someone to pick up the phone

    Every time I try to open the app it never shows that I have any benefits, even though I’m a premium member. I needed to use it just yesterday and I had to go online instead of the app. It still showed no benefits so because I was in a hurry I had to pay for a lockout service out of pocket and go through a lengthy reimbursement process. I spoke to membership services and Mike was extremely helpful, polite and apologetic it he shouldn’t have needed to do that. I signed up for this service because of the seemingly good app support but it hasn’t been for me. So long story short fix your app so paying customers can actually use your services the way it’s supposed to be used.

    Absolutely terrible service. I told them I needed help changing a flat on the side of the highway, and they kept me waiting so long that my car's battery died before telling me there was no one anywhere from any service who could help me. I did some googling, and within 5 minutes I'd found a service that could help me, which makes me wonder if they'd even tried to find anyone. They probably didn't even try to find anyone. I just pray to God no one ever needs serious help from these con artists.

    Terrible. Wanted to cancel and it took calling in to their service. They don't hardly speak any english, they harass you about why you are cancelling, they transferred me 3 times and each time I had to give my information again and again to the same person because they can't understand me. All that time on the phone and I managed to finally get them to cancel it only for them to tell me that I also have to sign a paper that they will mail me in 7-10 days. Ridiculous. Don't sign up for this.

    The app should be taken down. As soon as you open it, the app tells you to open your web browser and go to the site. There's nothing else. Just, use the website it says. So take this app down maybe?

    I have had Allstate Motor Club for about 12 years. I was always so impressed and they had the app long before AAA did. It was so easy and the tow truck response time was great! The last year I have attempted to get help on three occasions and each time it was terrible. The app wouldn’t work, so had to call. The call takers were not very helpful and ultimately ended up not finding me a reputable tow company! On two occasions they had a tow company call me back and want extra money and they were extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed and I don’t understand what happened to Allstate Motor Club.

    Doesn't even work. Sends me to a website. Allstates apps have been pretty glitchy and hard to use. I can tell they working on it, but this is insurance I have to pay for. I need to be able to pay my bill and access my card when needed. Thank you for your time.

    First off let me say I have had the Allstate motor club towing service for about 3 years now and it is the best service I have ever invested my money, but this app needs MAJOR improvements.     Terrible. Wanted to cancel and it took calling in to their service.     I have had Allstate Motor Club for about 12 years. I was always so impressed and they had the app long before AAA did. It was so easy and the tow truck response time was great!     Tried using the app. Tried using the website and nothing. Forced to call and resubmit all of the information. App and website do not work! This is the third time in one year, I try to schedule a tow. Worst application and website ever! Over the phone, reps do not speak good English, hard to understand, and have old outdated account information. In an emergency, you want the best possible service.

    Just trying to get policy number and coverage info when locked out of car. Forced me to link an email and do a review of it which i cancelled after 30 minutes. Mining my info dies not help me with insurance
