    The simple fact of not having for a server to order a drink is MAGIC! Not to mention add food items, and to be able to check out and split the bill with a server is GENUIS!

    I was unable to successfully enter my credit card info. I keep getting a "something went wrong" error message. Fortunately, my date had success on her phone and she paid for everything... but why is it not working for me? The error message gives me no idea what the error is or what to do to address the problem.

    Qr code doesn't load into app. Very slow downloading, checkout process unclear, even wait staff couldn't understand how to process the order.

    Absolutely horrible app. Interface is very confusing. When straying to split the check at a table, it will charge multiple people for the same things and some people won't be charged. There is no history in the app to even see what you ordered after you check out. Avoid using this app at a restaurant. Friends were having their credit card charged by the next guest at the table after we left. Stay away from this app!

    It’s a good idea, but if waiters are so close and not wearing mask, it’s same thing. My family put order thru, our friends two minutes after us. We got our food, theirs never came out after waiting 78 minutes. Failure of cooks and waiters mostly when working with the app. Party that was leaving told us “good luck with app and service”, they were right, I should’ve just walked out. Paid and closed my tab, but even though I’m back home and it’s three hours later, I’m still getting notifications of tabs placed by other people using that same table! By not having servers pushing for drinks or more spending they are losing money.

    As someone who has worked with the app and also used the app, I can honestly say it’s a nifty idea and worth giving a shot. Mind you, this is a NEW app and just like with all new ideas, there are bound to be issues and kinks that are being worked out every day. If you have ever written code for a software system, you’ll understand this. If you haven’t, then try to keep in mind that technology (a lot like medicine) is forever changing and evolving. When you come in to The Getaway, keep an open mind. Listen to the server; they can walk you through every step of the app without ever touching your device. A server should never be far from sight to get refills or extra napkins. This app does not take away the server experience, but I can say it does allow you to get yoinks alcohol much faster! When I come in, I can sit out at the chairs along the water away from people and have drink after drink brought to me without waiting on someone to ask if I want another. Just be patient, listen to the server, and enjoy the quick alcohol service. Trust me, it’s worth giving a shot!

    Very UNintuitive. Need to enter order or credit card info without and confirmation that it was accepted. You enter credit card info, It ask if you want to save for "future use". Say no. Erases your info and makes you enter again to place your order. The ONLY real option is to save. I don't like this app at all.

    Awful. Wouldn't capture the QR code, combined our order with a previous group's order, and bugged while paying so we had to exit and reopen the app
