One of my favorite apps because of the great quality and quantity of effects available. 👌 Almost any type of edit that you can imagine and some you had never thought of. And the edits look beautiful and professional. Mainly I use an android phone. I have had the paid for version or the "pro" version for several years and it is absolutely worth it. You get a lot out of the free version. You get an entire dream editor for $7.95/year.

Left PicsArt after 9 years. This is surprising really good if not better. One critique I have: When adding a photo to another photo, it would be helpful to have that center lines and border lock. I don't know what it's actually called, but it helps when you're scaling or moving a photo around, just to be sure that it's dead center, or scaled to the borders of the original photo.

It's pretty damn good for a free app! Of course you have to deal with ads, but they don't take long and are actually relevant so not super annoying. I'm having a grand ole time making really cool pics with just the free stuff. It actually seems worth buying it to unlock more options, and this is the first photo app I've ever used where I've felt that way. I'm impressed, good job! My only critique is that it'd be nice if you could edit your complexion on the cartoon filters. It makes me too light

Not as accurate as I had hoped. Sometimes (many times) I try to 'tweak' a pic but it will say that no faces are detected in the photo. This is quite frustrating when I'm literally looking at a picture of my bf & I on my phone that I'm trying to 'clean up' etc. Some of the filters are ok, but several are just ones that I'd never use, not on a pic of people anyway. Also, the ads are annoying af. After I edit a pic, I have to watch a video or ad first. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. 📷

Free version has lots of ads but you get what you pay for. I have barely used this app which is a little irritating that they want me to rate it on Google after the first picture I edited. It seems to work good. It is doing what I expected so far. Sorry I can't be more detailed because I have literally edited one picture and messed another up. So maybe when I get some experience I can update this.

Not a whole lot to say but it's a really intuitive, easy to use and surprisingly in depth photo editor. I've used other photo editors here and there just to see what else is on play store and each has their pros and cons but overall, through several phones spanning a couple years, this has been the one that I reinstalled and continue to use on a regular basis.

First off, free version is annoyingly limited & fraught with video & still ads during editing, opening files, etc. A lot! Also, this ain't Photoshop or Lightroom, this is designed for ease, though. Very nice effects, sorta fun, but filters are more garish, not pretty & cartoons are just okay (limited to 5 tries a day with ads). Overall, I did like the app for what it is, almost bought lifetime, but 7 day limited auto-charge trial, intrusive ads and with clunky interface/tools turned me off.
