    Nice app that would motivate you to exercise, more as you progress. First, in the beginner level, only 5 or so minutes of exercise. Then, 10 to 20 minutes in intermediate level. Now, after 1 and a half month, I have already lost 4kg from 75kg to 71kg. The most important thing is that you don't need any equipments to do the workout. Looking forward to losing more weight. ***Can we disable the water tracker function, or its notification? I don't want notification to constantly popped up.

    This app is basically the best weight loss app for men. All those who voted 2 stars and below are practically insane. Yes the app has ads, which app doesn't?Yes, the water reminder. Water is a very important component in losing weight and keeping your body healthy. Not only that, it's good for your skin. People who say they haven't made any progress. Losing weight isn't just about exercising, you need a diet plan, you need to drink lots of water to help with snacking. Thank you so much LFG.❤❤

    I am an obese 20 year old and for so long I have been holding off not doing fitness and trying to lose my weight but when I saw this app I was interested and I have just doney first workout session ever and I feel great,I will keep updating my progress. Thank you very much for the app

    I've used this off and on for years now and I think its fantastic. I'm a 32 year old ex varsity athlete just noticing my own laziness getting the better of me,, and these are very manageable, quick workouts. My ability to stick with it is largely my own shortcoming, and I encourage anyone to give it a shot.

    Needs a lot more flexibility exercises. Loads, loads more. For an app that uses a fat belly as the icon it becomes awful at taking inflexibility into account once you get about ten days in, and because it's not helped you with that you just feel lost trying to do exercises you literally can't. Training angry is not healthy.

    I was 86kgs when i started , it was way hard at first , but now I'm 76 kgs .This app is the best one that i have used and the results tha are produced with it's help , with proper diet plan and working out 3-4 days a week , i lost ton of fat , my waist was 43 and now it's 36.9 , today is my last day but I'll get back on it again from day one and keep following this , pretty cool workouts that target your abs area and very high intensity sessions in the end , I'll recommend this to everyone

    Great app! Use it everyday. I'm just not a big fan of the newly added water function. I accidentally turned it on and can't turn it off anymore. I keep getting notifications all day that I should drink water. If there's a fix to this, I'd give you 5 stars!
