    I have always been using this app to lose weight when i feel like i am gaining, only to stop after i think i lose some pounds. Together with right efforts and discipline, the results are fast and easily noticeable. I am using it again (yeah i gained.) And this time I'm not gonna stop. Cheers!

    Nicely designed...good set of exercises to help get you fit without spending much time and no equipments needed...takes a maximum of 20 to 25 minutes per day which is the best part for people who for some reason can't spend much. I am into my 29th day of the 30 days advanced training and plan to repeat for another 30 days.

    I am 70yrs old and suffer from a prolapsed disc, not very active and I have gone from a 36 waist to 38 waist due to not being able to much because of the disc problem so I started doing some stretch exercises to help and also found this app to try and burn of some fat! Find the app very useful as it doesn't take up to much time to complete but boy do you know you have done it, as this is the first day of using the app will give a better rating after I have used it for a week or so.

    I love that there are low impact options and that the focus is on knee sensitivity.... However some of the exercises that come up even when that option is selected are not very sensitive on the knees. Otherwise this is pretty great so far.

    Simple to use. I like the guided voice directional coaching with time intervals which helps you to focus on your workout instead of "what's next". I've used a bunch of workout apps and this has been one of my favourites.
