Nov 8, 2020 A huge thank you to pingfong! I absolutely love the fact that the package I brought for my daughter months ago was able to be recovered. After I reset my daughter tab, I didn't have to repay for the package. I am happy to know that the developers of this app made using it very convenient. She absolutely loves the songs and the songs helps improve her speech.more -
Great app but the adds kill it.
Jun 29, 2018 Update: two of my fairy tales have disappeared and there doesn’t seem to be anyway to get them back. I would even be willing to repurchase but pink font isn’t selling them anymore. It’s a bummer my kids loved them. Original: My almost two year old loves this app. I especially like the fairy tale stories because they are the same stories I loved as a child. The app is also fairly easy for a small child to use. What I don't like about the app are the constant interruptive advertisements to buy more songs and books. My child can't click off of them on her own and she becomes very frustrated. I don't mind the advertisements when I first turn on the app but after that it seems way to much especially considering I've already bought a few packages from them.more -

Unstable app expensive purchases
Jan 4, 2020 Not what I expected. Won’t open without wanting you to purchase additional songs and games and they are overpriced for the quality you get. When it opens it goes directly to the purchase screen where it freezes. Then it won’t let you exit the screen when you hit X and won’t even open the purchase screen if you hit the Buy button. It is ually takes 3-5 try’s at closing and reopening the app to finally get to the play menu. Very disappointing to pay for something that you can’t hardly use. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone unless they have a super patient toddler (if there is such a thing). My hope is that the creators will fix and improve the quality of their app instead trying to get people purchase more.more -
Between the ads and the bugs I want my money back
May 3, 2019 I was trapped with my kids at the hospital for 3+ hours and needed to keep them entertained. Ended up purchasing several of the bundles in an attempt to keep them occupied. However between the constant ads that pop up between songs, and the frequent lock ups/crashes, I’m absolutely irate that I wasted money on this app. I’ve written the developers twice now looking for help, I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled, nothing helps. I’m now fighting with Apple bc I want my money back on this giant waste of an app. Don’t bother unless you want to just sit and babysit the phone so you can help your kids clear the ads between songs, and being a paying customer means more songs to shoehorn ads for more songs into.more -
Obsessed with baby shark... BUT!!!
Dec 14, 2019 This WAS a great app FOR A WEEK. it’s been stuck on an ADVERTISEMENT to buy something more within the app and it won’t let me exit out of that to decline the offer to buy!! My child who is two years of age navigates through the songs and videos easy. Thankfully they have parental controls so kiddos don’t accidentally click and buy tons of stuff unbeknownst to the adult! However This is a huge setback! Im not sure it’s worth downloading to your smartphone or tablet until they fix these forced ads and stop the animation from freezing! I will delete it. I don’t have confidence the developers are going to do anything to fix these issues. And that’s a shame. Our LO is obsessed with Baby Sharkmore -

May 22, 2019 I have 2 four-year-old cousins and a new baby stepbrother. I also take care of the young kids in the nursery school at church sometimes. No matter the age, from newborn to 6years old, this app never fails to entertain! The kids love it, and they love ALL of the other pink fong games as well! The songs and stories are not free, but I think it’s worth the money. Pay $10 once to entertain the small children for a lifetime? Good deal. HOGHLY RECOMMEND! :)more

May 13, 2020 The app has great songs. They are educational and the graphics are well made. You can purchase bundles of songs in a variety of languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese. They are not free (developing these takes time, people deserve to get paid...even if “these as for children,” as other users have suggested). The only thing I dislike is the amount of pop ups when navigating between screens and when the app is first starting.more -
Could be great 5 star but needs bug updates.

It’s a bummer my kids loved them. Original: My almost two year old loves this app. I especially like the fairy tale stories because they are the same stories I loved as a child. The app is also fairly easy for a small child to use. What I don't like about the app are the constant interruptive advertisements to buy more songs and books. My child can't click off of them on her own and she becomes very frustrated. Issues with network connection
May 29, 2018 I would have rated this app higher if it wasn’t for the fact that I started having issues with it less than a week after I downloaded it. I started having error messages saying it could not get proper network connection. I finally had to uninstall and reinstall it just to get it working again. After that it deleted all the free songs you get on a daily basis. So now I have to start all over and hope that it doesn’t mess up again. I paid for several of the add ins as well and had to reinstall all of those too.more -

Freezes on Ad
Jan 20, 2020 DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Not sure why people are still giving this anything more than 2 stars. It freezes on ads even after purchasing song sets and won’t let you back to the main app even after forced restarts. It gets at least 2 stars because it was nice until the massive Ad attacks took over and shut down the ability to use the app.more -
Rip off
Oct 8, 2020 When the app stopped working, I had to delete and reinstall. When I tried to restore my multiple purchases, it said they would be downloaded but when I clicked ok, It then said I had none. Where are all my purchases? If you can’t restore them, I want my money backmore -
The adds make it horrible
Jan 3, 2020 I love this app. My daughter loves is. A huge BUT... the adds are constant and the developers don’t know what they are doing. I cannot even click out of the app. I’ve turned the app off, restarted my phone, but I cannot get rid of the add to make it to the songs I have paid money for.more

Sep 25, 2020 My son loves this app and everything baby shark. I bought 2 different sets of songs then the app crashed. Since then i have reinstalled the app but cannot get the songs that i paid for back. I have went to the help center and it wasnt helpful at all so now im out $ and my kid is going without his favorite songs and app. Fix your app and stop stealing peoples money.more
What’s Groovy
My granddaughter loves this app however it often goes to ads with a very large BUY IT button and freezes there. When this is happening, no matter what you do, it won’t move past it. As if the hope is that you will just BUY IT so your child can get on with it. EXTREMELY annoying when I have already purchased the areas that she plays with now. Will likely delete this and let my daughters know to let their friends know. Feels like intentional force tactics to me.

This app sucks its just another app store that wants to take your money an make you download more apps it sucks an it does play offline but if you want the free apps you have to log in every day if you dnt wanna pay for it im uninstalling

This app plays videos back to back so when my son is in his car seat he can watch without me hitting the next button every2 minutes. The videos are also educational and well made. This app was super easy way to let my little sister dance and have some fun however I didn't like that you gotta pay to get more but it still an awesome app and my little sister love this app very much and I love about this app is that when you download any song or story you open it when your out without wifi for your kid stop crying and enjoy.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😍 -
Passed on from kid to kid
We bought a bunch of songs and books packs with my son when he was 2. He loved the 3 Little Pigs most! He’s now 8 and he’s not into these anymore. But my daughter does! She’s 4. It helps that the App Store lets us download from device to device with family sharing. -

How to transfer songs?
I have free songs on old phone. I buy a new phone and than I install that application on new phone. But I can't have free songs from old phone. I can't download more free songs on new phone. How to transfer free songs from old phone to new phone? -
We like the old version,my daughter is on spectrum with the other version she could go back to home and change the videos by herself, now is difficult when you have to hold the bottom few seconds just to go back,maybe keep it simple please!, we use this app since years and is one of our favorites but please 🙏 don't get complicated with the icons or buttons....thank you! How can I go back to how it was before???

Great App
This is my granddaughters favorite app on my iPad. We have purchased all the songs and she loves them. She is only one, but she does hand motions and hums along. I rated this app only 4 stars because ones of the songs, Rudolph the red nosed reindeer, says "Oh my God" in the song. This is so heartbreaking because we have to skip over this song every time it comes on and she loves the song. I think it's so unfortunate these words are found in a children's song. I wish you would edit that out of the song so she could watch it. -

Love it but hate some words.
My daughter absolutely loves the app and she can play on it for very long road trips but when I heard the Christmas Medley say "Oh my G--" I was appalled! I wanted to delete the song but could not find a way to just delete one song. My daughter knows that song as the "No No" button but if she ever doesn't obey then the app will be deleted. If there's a way to delete a song please let me know! It just makes me sick that I have to monitor words on a child's app.

Pornographic ads!!
I paid to remove ads but my husband’s phone wasn’t updated and pornographic ads popped up with the ability to swipe to reveal images. So dis guy for a child’s app!! -

New mommy-update
I still believe everything I wrote in my last review. However, the songs and stories (mainly the stories) are freezing multiple times a day! It has been very frustrating if my son is watching a story then it freezes half way into it. Now I have a wailing baby in the back seat while I am driving. I can't exactly fix it while I'm driving so now I have to inconveniently pull over, and restart the app from the beginning. I've purchased many songs and stories because my son genuinely loves them! But this freezing is getting ridiculous. Especially since I've spent quite a bit of money on this app already, the least I would expect is for it not to freeze! Please fix this ASAP. As a mom to a 6 month old boy, it's hard to sometimes find the time to get things done around the house. Even driving around for errands can be very difficult with a crying baby in the back. But ever since downloading this app it has been the best! It keeps my son happy and entertained for a while and happy on the car trips! -
Great animations but lots of ads
Love that the videos are very well made and the songs as well, my daughter loves them and watches them over and over. Sadly, though, the game does nag a lot to get you to buy more songs and usually loads to the store page first which won't allow you to switch to another tab until it finishes loading all of the store data plus it makes it very easy for the kids to start a purchase, even when you've purchased their video packages the behavior doesn't change. Would love to see this behavior change so that it's not easy for them to go into the store. -
Please remove the menu music!!!
My daughters enjoy this app, but the menu music plays without end if they leave the iPod laying somewhere with this app on... It drains the battery and is aggravating! Also, that they can keep downloading the scary Halloween song is frustrating. My password should be required for any in-app downloads. I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall to remove the Halloween song. I don't like the message in the "k" song. Kicking because you've been kissed is not acceptable. These issues aside, we like this app!

Unstable app expensive purchases
Not what I expected. Won’t open without wanting you to purchase additional songs and games and they are overpriced for the quality you get. When it opens it goes directly to the purchase screen where it freezes. Then it won’t let you exit the screen when you hit X and won’t even open the purchase screen if you hit the Buy button. It is ually takes 3-5 try’s at closing and reopening the app to finally get to the play menu. Very disappointing to pay for something that you can’t hardly use. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone unless they have a super patient toddler (if there is such a thing). My hope is that the creators will fix and improve the quality of their app instead trying to get people purchase more. -
Between the ads and the bugs I want my money back
I was trapped with my kids at the hospital for 3+ hours and needed to keep them entertained. Ended up purchasing several of the bundles in an attempt to keep them occupied. However between the constant ads that pop up between songs, and the frequent lock ups/crashes, I’m absolutely irate that I wasted money on this app. I’ve written the developers twice now looking for help, I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled, nothing helps. I’m now fighting with Apple bc I want my money back on this giant waste of an app. Don’t bother unless you want to just sit and babysit the phone so you can help your kids clear the ads between songs, and being a paying customer means more songs to shoehorn ads for more songs into. -
Obsessed with baby shark... BUT!!!
This WAS a great app FOR A WEEK. it’s been stuck on an ADVERTISEMENT to buy something more within the app and it won’t let me exit out of that to decline the offer to buy!! My child who is two years of age navigates through the songs and videos easy. Thankfully they have parental controls so kiddos don’t accidentally click and buy tons of stuff unbeknownst to the adult! However This is a huge setback! Im not sure it’s worth downloading to your smartphone or tablet until they fix these forced ads and stop the animation from freezing! I will delete it. I don’t have confidence the developers are going to do anything to fix these issues. And that’s a shame. Our LO is obsessed with Baby Shark -

Freezes on Ad
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Not sure why people are still giving this anything more than 2 stars. It freezes on ads even after purchasing song sets and won’t let you back to the main app even after forced restarts. It gets at least 2 stars because it was nice until the massive Ad attacks took over and shut down the ability to use the app. -
My son loves this app and everything baby shark. I bought 2 different sets of songs then the app crashed. Since then i have reinstalled the app but cannot get the songs that i paid for back. I have went to the help center and it wasnt helpful at all so now im out $ and my kid is going without his favorite songs and app. Fix your app and stop stealing peoples money.

My daughter Absolutely loved this app. It was her favourite so I spent A LOT of money downloading these songs for her. Fast forward 6 months and the app refuses to open as soon as i go to play a song the whole thing shuts down. I even factory reset her tablet and reinstalled the app just bc of this one issue and it still wont work. Plus ive forgotten her login info and can't get all the songs back she had. Whatever I would have bought a couple more for her but the stupid app still wont work.

Disappointed!!!
A complete fraud! The money was debited and I got 21 songs baby shark, instead of songs about cars! I requested a refund via Apple! Disappointed. -
Everything you have to pay for.
This app is a very good app and my brother is interested in it but you have to pay for every thing. I’m not a grown up but there are thing for 15.00$ that you can look at in Youtube, why make it money when you can look at it for free on other apps or online on videos. -

It is a rip-off you have to pay $2 for a small little song $3 for a book 4$ for a story if you want a fun game get baby piano it is a really good app for baby and toddlers -

The adds make it horrible
I love this app. My daughter loves is. A huge BUT... the adds are constant and the developers don’t know what they are doing. I cannot even click out of the app. I’ve turned the app off, restarted my phone, but I cannot get rid of the add to make it to the songs I have paid money for. -
Doesn’t work properly
Cute app, but I bought a pack of sing along songs that don’t show up in the download. When I click on them to listen it shows up as the classical songs. My gal is too young for those and they chat too much. We just wanted some songs. Oh well?! -
It was a good app...lately we are having issues.
Now the pop up pages offering packages does not close and my son can play his songs anymore. -

Still no ability to delete stories
It’s been 5years of me requesting the ability to delete stories to clear up storage space (or simply because I don’t like them or find them inappropriate) and still nothing! Clearly they don’t care about their customers! DELETE! -
These songs used to be free
I downloaded this app because I worked with children, I had switched jobs and didn’t use it for awhile. Just opened it up again and now they are charging for all the songs. They used to offer over 10+ songs for free. -
Freezes on ad!!!!!!!
I am about to delete this app. Always freezes on an ad. I’ve paid for a few different downloads and can only use the app half the time because we are locked out because of your stupid ad! Fix it or refund me!!!!! -
New phone lost everything
All the songs I purchased are now gone that I switched phones (even though my phone had back up) and I can’t get them back. Very disappointing!
