Great app! If you're looking for a lifestyle change this is the program! I have the toned in 90 days and I love that the program walks you through each day's work out. No guess work here. The program includes a guide on nutrition, supplements, different workout options whether you're at the gym, at home or you'd like to follow along with Vince. This is value for your buck. Getting healthy does not have to be expensive. Oh! And you can restart your program of choice whenever you feel you need to.

The app is super easy to use and is worth every penny. Its very rare that I get sore from a workout and this one is a killer. Its good for all body types(heavy, medium, light) and will help you lose weight. Me and my girl friend do leg day every Thursday without fail and make it a date because we both love it do much.

Love it, there are two types of workouts - home and gym, so at this time (isolation) it is the best solution. It is not so expensive, and you get a lot if information about everything: supplements, food, every workout explanation with a short video and more.

I really enjoy using VShed, it gives you everything you need for whatever your workout requires. I've been working on losing weight and toning after having two babies. I've used the 'eating sensibly' section of the app, looking at great recipes, I use the 'getting toned and abs' part of the app. Lastly have found another section of the app which is a 'Follow the Trainer which is like a HITT workout. This app gives me everything. It's been 3 months in using it and I'm toned & can see a 6 pack.

Great workouts that you can follow and create your own intensity ones you get familiar with it. Showing you how each exercise works is a great help. It's up to you if you want to follow the diet plan, but even if not you can use the sample as your guide as long as you follow the macros accounted for you and stick with the numbers. Its all in your mind, YOU CAN DO IT!

    1. There is no way to contact support through the app? That's insane... coming to the play store page is tedious. 2. Your advertising claims that the app makes everything so easy a 5th grader could follow it and everything is available in app...yet, there's no way to compile your menu or workout routine in app. Everything has to be written down elsewhere. Having the ability to compose your meal plan in app would definitely help that "simplicity" claim. ...I have more criticism but am out of room

There's no guidance on how to eat per week per his discussion of carb cycling. You can only access full page recipes online, since you can't zoom in on them in the app, and no meal plan option in app. I listened to over an hour of stuff to get the info I needed, and I'm left with a million questions. He said, oh there's no monthly fee, but there will be if you want more info. Ugh... why did I pay for this?

I don't like the app, I want my money back. There's tooooooooo much propaganda for the supplements, every video is stupidly long and charged with advertising, I can't go to the section I want because it's blocked or the bottom doesn't work, it's just an awful apl and I was told I can quit at any time and have my money back, so that's it.

I am a bit disappointed, the app gives you meals and meal plans but there is no way to choose what you want in the app. You have to write it all down somewhere and keep notes on everything. Seems like not much is done for you other than some recipes and an example of a weeks menu. But there is no way to set up your meal plan or weekly schedule in the app. Kinda regretting spending the money...

Day One I logged into the app after joining and all I got was more cumbersome, videos of Vince trying to talk me into buying more products. I have no ideas how or where to start. This feels like just one innocuous, rambling man who just loves to hear himself talk. I see no directions on what to eat, alternating high carb low carb days for endomorphs etc. So far it is an utter disappointment that has me in tears. I got up early to start and was just bombarded with more long extraenous sales pitches. I will try again but if fat cold be burned by listening to him drone on and on, then I would weight 120 pounds.

Totally works, you will get in shape but 3 stars because the whole program loses credibility due to daily sales, updates, and pointless notifications and emails that you can't customize, just completely turn off.
