    When my employer put in an open fresh market I never thought I would use it- this app has made it so easy and quick to not have to wait in line behind everyone. Just scan and pay- we actually get a discount for using the app!

    I use this app everyday to buy coffee in the morning and lunch some days too. The auto-funding makes sure I have at least $10 in my account and I don’t have to think anymore or remember my market card. It just works!

    This app is awful. I'm sorry if you have to use it. The most glaring issue is the fact that the "touchless" part doesn't work. Even with it set not to require a pin, it asks you to enter a pin into the kiosk, completely defeating the "touchless"part. You will literally touch the kiosk less if you just scan your items are use a credit card. This app adds nothing except, amazingly, make it take, extra time and touches to buy stuff.

    Absolute garbage. It stole my money. The sign up process is such a process. The fact that I have to sign up with you scum just to spend my own cash is absurd. You barely maintain your kiosks and your finger print scanners are sub par beyond comprehension. Also the fact that your app doesn't include a phone number to make complaints shows your shady business ethics. Huge waste of my time and money. Which I won't get back because of the paramount of excuses you hide behind.

    I’ve been trying to create an account for over a week since my employer recently did away with Apple Pay and moved to this connect and pay platform. I’ve been trying to create an account but it continues to tell me that there is a problem creating the account and to please try again later. It’s later and I’m still running into this problem. There aren’t any phone numbers or email addresses to refer to for help. This app is a joke.

    Will not let you scan market card and there is too many errors associated within this app. If you load money onto it you can request a refund but you won’t get it back nor will customer service get back to you on that. So you just have money sitting in an account. So why does this app exist to begin with because it causes so many problems that wouldn’t make anyone want to use it to begin with.

    I downloaded the app the first week was working fine and now it won't scan the item I see that it blurred the barcode so I don't know what else to do with this app that won't work properly.

    good concept for people who do not like to keep cash and want to buy from vending machine.. but adding funds from Apple Pay on the app does not work.. even after scanning fingerprint. ☹️☹️☹️

    App has stopped updating the balance. Tried clearing cache, data, restarting, reinstalling. Its always the same amount. Machine at location has correct balance and online web as well.

    While the idea is wonderful and the app has always functioned fine for me, it requires a minimum $5 deposit and no way to get your extra money refunded back to you. For example, if I have $1.15 in my account and drinks are $1.20, I have to deposit in a minimum of $5.00 just to get the extra .05 I need. And I also have no way to get back money I have already deposited. So once it's there, it's there until you spend it. Disappointing because the app itself and the idea is a good one. But the $5 minimum is crazy. A $2 minimum would be much better if they aren't going to let you get your money out of Connect and Pay purgatory.
