This app needs a few things polished up. We need to have the ability to swap with other people even though certain shifts "aren't eligible", like a "request to swap" button. We need shift notes to be able to tell what specifically team members are doing in each job profile. Overall, the app needs to have the structure built similarly around the HotSchedules app. Take notes and study from them Target.

Scheduling app works well so far, only issue I ran into is when you select biometrics for authentication, it never prompts you for a finger print, so you just wait until you decide to choose another option. Also when you do get successful verification, & check the box saying that it's a trusted personal device, you still get prompted to verify every time the app restarts. Once you verify though, no issues, & your schedule is displayed nicely.

I like how you can look up to two weeks in advance and your break times (approximately) but I just wish it can show who works that same day like Next. Also it logs me out all the time.

Hate it. If you're going to replace a previously used app, you should also offer all the same features as before. I have to constantly toggle to UKG to check my punches and vacation accruals. And with UKG you could also fix your missed punches in the app. And I just tried to pick up a shift today and it wouldnt let me because it was over my AVERAGE working hours. Shouldn't it stop you if it puts you over 40 Instead? This was only created to give the HR team less work to do.

works well enough for me, but it won't save the fact that my phone is a private device & the otps can take a while to send. its annoying having to enter them each time i log in. also please update to add WHERE in gen merch i'm working, i hate having to wait until i get in to see where i am.

As a replacement for Kronos/UKG it should, at the very least, have the same features as Kronos, like checking your punches or being able to check your accruals hours. Also I have to get an OTP everytime I try to log in, when I'm using the same device on the same network and checking the "Remember this device" check box, which makes me not even want to use the app to check my schedule.

Not a very intuitive app design, and you can hardly do or see anything on the app. No way to submit permanent availability changes or contact other team members like other scheduling apps I've used at other jobs. Also, it makes you do 2-step verification everytime you open the app even if you mark the device as personal, which is very annoying when you just want to quickly double check your schedule.

Why bother having a "Personal Device/Remember Me" checkbox if I need a OTP every single time I open the app. Other than that the general layout is clean and intuitive. Small improvements could be made, but it works for now. Seriously need to improve the basic function of logging on before anything else though.

An absolutely pitiful app, considering it was developed by a multi-billion dollar company. Can't use biometrics to sign in, won't remember your login, and now absolutely NO WAY to check your worked hours at home- an absolutely essential access for those of us trying to create budgets at home. This app undercuts workers' access to their own income information and absolutely mars Target's claim that it wants what's best for its employees. Do better.

Makes me do 2-step authentiction each time I try to log in despite me repeatedly marking my phone as a trusted device. Only two options to verify as well: biometrics and voice. The biometrics wouldn't be so bad however it doesn't actually work. (And my fingerprint scanner is fine and works with every other app that uses it.) So each time I need to check my schedule, I have to receive a phone call that lasts longer than actually using the app itself. Extremely frustrating.

Please for the love of all that is holy fix this stupid thing, I've been sitting at my desk waiting for the app to text me my OTP but it never comes, and I know for a FACT that I have the correct number. I plead you, whoever made this app, just spend like a week or something and do SOMETHING.

"Mark device as personal" doesn't work, have to enter an OTP every time you log in. Even if the logins are literally seconds apart, on the same device, same network, having indicated both times the device is private. "Target is not responsible for any data charges team members may incur while using this App." That so? Then I'm not responsible for last minutes changes you make to my posted schedule that cost me more just to get an SMS to USE your busted software to SEE the change.

Every time I log in, i have no choice but for it to call my phone to give me a code to log in, I hate it. Not easy to use. I don't like how it shows the weekly schedule. They can do better. And why do I have to be called Everytime I want to log in, I should not need a code especially when it asks me if it's a personal device and whatnot. I'm not impressed. I'd rather have the old app.

It's almost useless. The app only does one thing, shows my schedule (somehow in a wonky visually unappealing way). I do not need to use two step verification for anything else on my phone, why this? And why can't I import to my calendar? Ask for time off? I thought the Kronos/UKG app was a waste of time, this is even worse.

Interface is horrible. Wish it just put the whole week up left to right. Kronos was better the 2 step verification every time I check the schedule now is too much. The app needs to remember my personal device.

App shows schedule great and organized. Issues: -Despite selecting it's a private device, it makes me verify my identity each time. -I'm a guest advocate that mostly does cleaning shifts, and guess what, I can't even see cashier shifts to cover. And no one can see my cleaning shifts of I post them for covering. Maybe it's an HR issue, but how can one fairly get shifts covered when no one else is "eligible" when they actually are? -Calling in sick when not even sick is the unfair alternative.

Awful scheduling app. 2fa asks me to identify each time i use the app, still has bugs on my s20+ that makes the app not load. seeing the schedule is clustered No bells and whistles like ability to send notifications. Somewhat better than in person scheduling but other stores already do a better job. Why can't target do better?

I don't understand why they couldn't have put more than 5 minutes into developing the app. This app constantly crashes, simple features don't work, and it straight up looks like something you'd expect to have come out 20 years ago. Your employees deserve more than bare minimum functionality.
