    DO NOT INSTALL THIS UPDATE!!!!!. It's broken. I had the issues of dropped calls, text not going out network switching broken had to use third party apps to lock onto towers. My phone got ran over and the new phone tried to update this. I stopped the update and have had no issues since then. I have full service. Network switching is working, no dropped calls and text work perfect. I don't know why this issues isn't fixed yet. Apparently they don't pay attention to customers and complaints.

    Absolute garbage app. Root your phone once you are able to get rid of it. It has slowed down my phone and has made it useless. Switch to apple if you can't fix it. Thank T-Mobile for ruining our expensive phones. Now carrier hub says it is installed on my phone, but when I search for it on my phone it can't be found. T-Mobile I'm filling a complaint with the FTC on this as you own Sprint. You have a major issue and refuse to do anything about it.

    Finally found out this app is why I can't text. Don't bother calling T- Mobile, their reps have no idea. They just think you're in a bad wifi or cell signal area. They'll tell you to restart your phone and hope it gets better. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to delete it yet, and apparently there aren't enough bad reviews or desperate inquiries on forums to get them to do anything about it yet.

    For the past three weeks, I have been unable to place or receive any calls or text messages. In trying to troubleshoot causes, I have installed a new SIM card, reset my network as well as my numerous other settings. Now as I am checking each individual app in my phone, I see many negative reviews for Carrier Hub, with people experiencing similar problems in the same time frame as me. Coincidence? Likely not.

    I love this app!!!!!!!! Have you ever wanted to own a $1000.00 smart phone that is not capable of doing what you wanted it to do when you bought it?!?!?!?!?!.......Well my dear friend you are in luck!!!!!!!!!! This app will ensure your calls are dropped, your text messages go out to who knows who and thats just the beginning. You will have an easier time finding out where Covid came from than being able to use your phone again. Thanks T-Mobile, thanks for nothing.

    Wish I could give zero stars. T mobile needs to fix this issue already. We need to be allowed to permanently uninstall it. I have to manually Uninstall nearly every day because you cannot permanently Uninstall, only temporarily, and it reinstalls itself. I can ALWAYS tell when it has reinstalled because my phone starts malfunctioning immediately. Makes my phone run ridiculously slow, mobile data basically won't work when it's installed and wifi is so slow its basically useless. I HATE THIS.

    Shouldn't even be allowed to be on this phone. As soon as I uninstalled the updates to it, my internet came back on and messages came through. This app has always made my service horrible with Boost Mobile! And Boost Mobile is pretty trash at its best too

    Now I know why my phone went from no issues to every issue in the book from no texting, no signal, I only wish it stopped my phone calls instead of my voicemail that keeps crashing and i can't listen to. I'm so glad ATT is taking over boost in 3 months. Can you by chance get the team together and fix all the issues that we all are having it's very frustrating to pay a bill and not be able to utilize the phone. Please fix this.

    Our 5 lines have been extremely glitchy and most of the time don't work at all! Reception is plain terrible, wi-fi is spotty at best even 5 feet from the router! Phones say there is no service constantly as well as no wi-fi even with constant restarts!! Dropped calls, dead air, muting and random restarts without even touching the phones. Last night my phone screen turned on and unlocked while sitting on a table with no hands near it! Bye bye T-Mobile. What a waste. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

    ZERO ⭐ Sprint Carrier Hub uninstalled! DO NOT UPDATE THIS APP, it only causes more turmoil to your cell. Hopefully I can open links and make phone calls once more. T-mobile messed this up big time, sending the sprint carrier hub app updates to T-Mobile configured devices instead of the T-Mobile carrier hub app updates to T-Mobile configured devices. Customers shouldn't have to fix this problem. Everyone is fired! Heading to Verizon. Whomever rated more than 1 star are surely insiders!!!

    **ADVICE** If anyone is having trouble with their phone service all of a sudden..like dropped calls, no service, lagging, or sometimes your phone won't even make a call out? I noticed that mine started after I downloaded the last update. Since deleting the update, I haven't had ANY of these issues YET. just FYI

    Wow T-Mobile ! Seriously on the phone with you 3 times for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs you have fixed nothing, not my email, caller ID, no incoming calls, no internet, everything is ERROR can't load, I will also be filing a complaint with more than the FCC you can't legally take my auto pay & completely disable my phone putting my life & safety at risk knowing a hurricane was my way & we are about to be homeless ! You have corrupt employees doing things with shady ppl. to make dishonest money. Open ur eyes
