    I have been trying to apply for a home loan through the YONO application since a week. And it constantly gives this error: "VD02:Technical error, please try later" I tried updating the app, cleared the data, and even reinstalled the YONO app multiple times. If it would be possible, could you guys get it fixed ASAP?

    It was very easy to create bank account using this app. However, on my iphone 7, the app was not responsive to the touch on the input textboxes. I had to tap really hard in the textboxes several times and only then the onscreen keyboard appeared for entering the data. Other than that, it was pretty convenient. Just started using today. Lets see how it goes.

    The app is nicely designed and looks clutter free as against many other INB apps. It has all the useful features without confusing the user. There are two issues which can be fixed - 1. App or service tends to hang at times 2. You need to integrate with Apple’s Touch ID for accessing the app.

    The app worked previously very good. From three months it is not working. I have tried so many times but there is no use. I went on to the branch nearby. No use,I request you what I do for to work the app. I am so need of it, it is always difficult to go to beach or ATM try to understand the problem and do the needful help to work the app. To early response Thank you

    After each update the app needs to be authenticated again. This time it is asking to set the MPIN again. You guys are the largest Bank in India, if you don’t try to salvage your reputation, then nobody else would. At least do something with the money you are looting from customers in the name of Minimum Account Balance.

    This app isn’t snappy as it should be. The security, app look and feel is good, but I saw that I was not able to see my transactions. It always says try later. I believe this feature is basic and should be fixed immediately when such issue occur. 2 days and the issue is not solved, this looks like a little carelessness by the developer team. Please take a look at this issue. (Hence the 2 stars, else I this app deserves more)

    This is why I don’t keep my money in SBI. Too much cumbersome and too many restriction on website and app, making it really hard to navigate through. I have never had a successful attempt on what I wanted to do with the app:- transfers, etc. SBI need to hire a world-class team to make a world-class product. For ex, I have a beneficiary added in my account for many years. When I attempt to transfer money to this beneficiary from the mobile app, I get an error saying special characters not allowed in the beneficiary name. This beneficiary was added through website many many years ago. SBI should improve on small things such as this. Also, change the policy of having three different passwords to access my account:- login pwd, profile pwd, and mpin. I will not use SBI until SBI figures it’s mess itself.

    I have installed YONO on my old device and it's working fine. Recently I have switched to my new phone, and I have installed YONO, when I opened the app it's keep closing . I have tried several times, and reinstalled several times and restarted my phone. The problem persists on. I have tried to install YONO Lite version, it works fine. But the YONO is not opening. Could you please rectify this.?

    Every time you login it will whether you are new or existing customer. When I tried to login using internet id and pwd it will through an error “ some technical problem could not complete your request and Contact customer support”. Don’t have too many apps for SBI have one or 2 apps and maintain them or else people will not use SBI, please get compared your self with other bank apps(this doesn’t mean SBI has more customer thn other bank and we should have too many mobile apps). When you don’t maintain quality service it’s waste of having too much quantity. Please have a solution to YONO mobile app or scrap the mobile application. I am trying to login to yono from last 15-30 days and not even a single time I was not able to successfully login.

    This app actually has plenty of features to use, but almost nothing works in the first attempt. It’s like you have to click and pray that it works (of course it doesn’t work still). Every time you select something you can be pretty sure to be unsure about the result. I have been seeing this message quite a lot “ can’t process now, please try after some time”. Being a mobile app developer myself I can that the backend services they’re using are inefficient, so is the consumption of those services. Developers need to set this straight asap. I’m actually considering switching the banks itself.

    Frist this app takes too much to load and then when I tried to register an instant account in app but in the 5 page When i submitted the data the app pops up an Technical warning I am trying to be in touch with team from more than 14 days but still got no response from sbi either from mails or call.

    The app is not at all working after the recent update, when i try to open it, it gets blank page and automatically shuts down after couple of seconds. Not at all happy with the experience as it has became a mandatory and alternative for web login. Can you please rectify the bugs asap. FUI, I am using android 11.
