    I haven't had any issues with this application. It's simple can go from one town to the next from one city to the next one Metropolis to the next with no problems and not have to do any special you don't jump through any Hoops to work in a city a hundred miles away from your home. It won't take me very long to be top of the Postmates Pros. If Postmates can just stay on their own independent from the bad Uber reputation. I'd like to do 4000+ deliveries a year. And receive Higher-paying orders.

    If you get the Whoops message, look and see if the map has the location in a different spot than the physical place, (I've had this happen in a Mobile home park 2x) simply go to the dot on the fleet map and then swipe. It even fixed it after 24hrs of giving me the error. I love working for Postmates. Cash out to PayPal daily or when needed. Get paid every week by direct deposit. the app is getting better. they use to have more responses under the question mark. use the website help.

    I never see the promised bug fixes or improvements. App has still got bugs. I shut phone off for 10 minutes while I was working. The app also still blanks out the screen upon arrival to customer. The app has to be closed and reopened to see customer instructions, address, etc. Still difficult to see where new deliveries to accept are going? Often delivery locations are inaccurate.

    The app is pretty good, in the beginning I was having trouble with getting deliveries when I wasn't on the Postmates screen, it would just ding and be a blank page but after a week of using it that problem cleared up. what I don't like is the pay it's not enough pay to survive you go 3 4 to only get paid $3 That's not enough customers don't tip 50% of the time, I like that you can get a triple order on Postmates whereas DoorDash you can only get a double

    I've given this app so many tries. Because when it works its not too bad. But that's the problem honestly it Hardley ever works, and there isn't really any driver support, and way to much down time. If your on the fence at all I would recommend you just save yourself the headache and chose another one. Doordash has a really good system set up and pays more, and they have driver support. I've switched as a driver and customer after seeing the insane amount of problems this app has.

    When the app is working everything is great. Recently starting last Friday it has had technical issues when doing a drop off. The message "Whoops! Something went wrong." Appears and I cannot complete the trip. It has been 2 hours since my last delivery and still cannot complete it. The bugs were fixed at the last update and it's still the same issue. What are you doing to insure the app works properly?

    This app definitely needs better developers. First of all what is with "woops please try again later. Were working on it."You know how many deliveries and tips I've missed because the app was acting up.. So annoying. The other issue is when you click navigate me. Maps takes you somewhere else. So I have to input the address one by one.

    I love doing postmates it's awesome and easy way to make money, but since all these new updates the app as been getting more and more frustrating. I wish someone would do something about all the technical issues. I also wish there was someone you could call when there is some sort of technical difficulty with the app when out trying to do deliveries.

    This app is getting worse by the day. As of today 7/17 I have a delivery that was completed at 940pm on 7/16 that is still showing as "in progress". I can"t get a hold of anyone in support. I have sent 5 emails for help. Be careful with this app. I think it's because of the enormous volume that is happening in these times. I NEVER encountered this issue ever in the past...

    This app needs more work. Addresses are not accurate when it goes to Google maps. The app should have have it's own map system that keeps your phone open and updates quickly. Driver support sucks. They just have people that copy and paste replies to any problem you are having and because of covid they do not have a call center. I am currently doing deliveries and having a problem with the app. So I am waiting on a email to see if I can continue today. So I'm losing money while waiting.

    Glitchy after most recent update. Updated review. Now it logs me off on its own after a few minutes of inactivity which I HATE because I never know when it's going to happen. And by the time I realize it's happened, there's no telling how many possible orders I may have missed while logged off. Please stop it from logging me off on its own if I put it in the background to use other apps or do other things w/ my phone. Multitasking is a thing & this (new) behavior is frustratingly horrible.

    (7/7)The app has improved but now I have the issue where the app keeps logging me out (& no its not my internet speed or buttons being pressed in my pocket) . Words can't express how furious I am to wait for a delivery to come in & then find out that it logged me out. So 3 stars now, until u fix this anger causing bug. Update 7/12: updated the app today to the latest the log out error keeps happening. Enough is enough. New update & this is not fixed. Now I give 2 stars.

    I put in the work and can't put my debit card info in the app so that I can get instantly paid. As a result, my money is just sitting in the app and hasn't been transferred to my account. I always get the same thing, something went awry, try again later. Try later, same thing. Over a week and get paid. I DON'T WORK FOR FREE, FOR ANYONE!!!!!!!

    Was working well for the most part but has had multiple technical issue while using. It is almost impossible to speak with someone on the fleet customer service line and that's not including the limited work from covid. The app is not set up for driver support which is a big problem if the app crashes. I found that accepting multiple orders from one restaurant will cause the app to crash. When app crashes there's nothing you can do that will positive effect your work performance.
