    If it weren’t for the night crew consisting of the two girls that work the front desk at night and the young ladies that clean up the rooms this place would have been my worst customer service experience. The hot water is a first come first serve and that alone will ruin the end of your day alone. The facility is getting a face lift and the price of the room is discounted for that reason and was well understood before purchasing the room but the horrible customer service I just don’t get. Refacing or remodeling a business is always a bold step and is a good move to keep up your quality and maintain a good customer base which throws me a huge curve as to why you would employ anyone with no customer service experience or better yet make the only employees that had any work the night shift and clean the rooms. They need to be running your business.

    It is difficult and seems to me to be false advertisement I have been told since signing up that I would get a free room never happened then just now was told 60% off and it only does 39 but the staff here at deridder are the best I could not ask for more

    My booking ZYEO8102 was cancelled without concerning me. I didn't receive any phone call or a msg for conformation.And now they are refusing to pay me my full money back. Very poor service. I have called them for 10-15 times now. The customer care people say we are not allowed to refund you money so they transfer the call to higher authority and the call gets cancelled. So how can I get my money back when I can't even talk to the person who is responsible for all this mess? They loot people.

    Worst app I have ever used. I made a payment through this app and it was not reflected in the hotel. I was informed that the money will be refunded for the booking SIOJ1796. I have mailed many times to oyo regarding this issue. I got many calls from customer care that the issue will be solved, but its been more than half a month and still I did'nt get the refund back. Please don't use this app. Try any other app for booking rooms.

    I booked 3rooms in OYO hotel in Bijāpur, Karnataka, India (Oyo capital Meridian)for my parents and family. Booking was confirmed and everything was paid online. After my parents reaching the hotel they were told they won’t get rooms since we have paid it online. Then i talked to OYO customer service and they suggested me to move to different property (Oyo Basava Residency) and we accepted it. After my parents reached the other property, same issue here also. Here also property owner denied to give rooms. He asked us to pay the amount in the hotel and then we will get the rooms. Again they asked us the price 25% more than what we booked for. I called to customer service and they told they will refund the amount which I paid but it will take around 7 to 14 working days. Is this the experience you guys provide? I booked 3rooms for family and I was not traveling with them. Aged parents were waiting outside the hotel without getting the rooms. I spent one whole day talking with your customer service team. There is no way to talk to higher authorities. Even Though i booked the rooms and got confirmation I didn’t get rooms and now I need to wait for 7 to 14 days to get back my money. I lost my time & peace of mind. Who will bear this loss? I would like to thank Oyo for all this loss and nightmare experience. I’ll never again book any rooms through Oyo.

    Tried to make a booking and made the payment of 1326₹. The amount got debited and the booking was not made. Contacted customer service and they keep on asking the booking ID. Even when I explain a hundred times that there was no booking made but the amount got debited, they still ask for the booking ID. Push some sense into those customer care executives heads first and then put them to work. Edit: Y'all at Oyo don't know to read? I told you there was no booking made but payment was made.

    I had stayed in an Oyo hotel about a year ago and didn’t have a problem. Recently I tried another one, and upon checking in and getting to my room I noticed a roach crawling on the bed and the wall. I immediately went to the front desk and notified the front desk attendant I could not stay there. He stated I could either try a new room or get my money back. I opted to get my money back. He stated his manager would have to authorize the refund the following day, which I said was fine since it was on my card. The next day comes and when I call the manager states since I booked the hotel through the app I could not have a refund of my money. I did not stay in the room and I was offered to get my money back; which I reminded her of and she basically said she didn’t care. I decided to email Oyo directly with my issues and in hopes of them refunding my money. I have not received any kind of a response from them and still have not gotten my money back. I will never stay at a Oyo hotel again.

    Worst ever hotel service you can think of! I created a booking online with full payment, the hotel denied the entry moreover I had contacted the customer service a thousand times and received no solution regarding my problem. Worst ever service i had experienced in my life. I would suggest not using this app but book a hotel yourself rather relying on a service that doesn't care about customer's problem.

    Day by day OYO's standard is downgrading , they are advertising horrible place on their app, this is the second time I got such a shady place even though the photo were nice and it didn't match. Their chat service is useless for these issues and the customer care will always be busy..I'll look for other alternatives for my travels, literally getting one of my worst experiences in life on OYO!
